Hey heads up, shinigami eyes can no longer be fully trusted to vet blogs. A lot of transmascs, trans poc and intersex folk have been falsely flagged for speaking out about oppression+ difficulties specific to them and the devs are defending that poor decision. Just wanted to make sure you scanned the blogs before blocking (seems like that was the case, especially if the urls are obvious...transphobes can go in the bin) but just wanted to give a warning for future reference.

Well that’s irritating (but good to know).

There were a few false flags I saw but most were from this cluster of people who all were in the same sphere of hate.

Hey uh I need to inform everyone sending me asks and direct messages about fundraisers that my chronic hand pain has gotten to the point where I physically cannot keep up with it all anymore. I'm really sorry. I'll keep doing what I can but I just cannot review and boost fundraisers at the pace I had been going previously.

I was so caught up in the euphoria of having an interest and loving a character that I forgot there are people that hate "wrong" trans headcanons

I've been avoiding social media all day until I could watch the new TBB episode without spoilers... but then I finally came on here and one of the first things I saw was someone plagiarising not just gifs but practically an entire post of mine. Yeah, that SUCKS.

The principle of it is obviously what hurts because stealing is just WRONG... but I just know the person who stole it from me does not know the time or care that went into making that post.

I vividly remember making that post because I stayed up until almost 2am finding a way to get the clips to make those gifs after getting back from my friends' house last month. We watched Guns For Hire together while I was there and I noticed something I'd never noticed before. I remember being so tired but I just really wanted to gif that cute little moment of Din holding his hand out apologetically to the people in the restaurant on Plazir-15 because I was so excited that I spotted a new thing.

I think it's important to remember that Tumblr is not like most other social media websites. It isn't another soulless place of algorithm driven content where we're begging for likes!! People who make posts here put time, effort and a little bit of their soul into their posts. What might look like just content to you, believe it or not, has an actual living, breathing human being on the other side.

A human who, might I add, is always very happy to interact with and talk to anyone who may want to discuss anything I post. Nothing brings me more joy than talking about Mando and Star Wars and I will always happily chat to anyone who reaches out to me. I appreciate all of the lovely people I've met here and the interesting conversations I've had!

Anyway, don't think being plagiarised like this has ever happened to me before and I just feel weird about the whole thing. It feels terrible to have things stolen like that. I'm really disappointed :(

I don't watch a ton of like Current Youtubers so this might be old news but the direct pipeline from "hee hee if you say Subscribe the button lights up isn't that cool what we can do with technology!" to putting clumsy ads in things to the website automatically censoring words they don't like was SO fast this time

just gave myself an anxiety attack when i decided to go to sleep because i realised that i'm 23 and i have nothing figured out or going on for me. 25 is just around the corner which is really close to 30...

i know people say that i stlll have a lot to do in my life, that i'm still so young and that i still have so much time.

so why do i feel like i don't have time? why do i feel like i'm running so fucking late? i wasn't ever supposed to be here. i thought I wasn't going to pass 17 for gods sake.
