I feel so good today! It’s like the clouds have parted and I’m who I was 12 years ago before I got crapped all over by my mental health. If I’m honest I don’t really know how to handle it hahah I just need to fidget a lot

I woke up rested (before my alarm WHAT), went swimming, conquered some driving fears, didn’t skip breakfast and now I feel productive! If this is me without any mental health problems, I super love me. I’m like super productive Titan person.

I don’t know how long this will last, if it’s gonna be gone in an hour or by tomorrow but I’m just like, appreciating that this part of me does still exist and maybe there’s hope for being able to be like this long term!
