17) Post a line from a WIP that you’re working on.

Ichigoslowly circled in the opposite direction and warmed up with a fewjabs. He eyed the shirtless kid critically. He was maybe two inchestaller than Ichigo, broad-shouldered with admirable musculardevelopment, but built for show rather than actual strength. He wasfast and Ichigo was willing to bet that he was arrogant enough tobelieve he could overpower Ichigo quickly.

Itproved true. Grimmjow rushed him, leading off with several headshotsIchigo dodged easily but he only partially blocked the following blowto his gut. His breath went out in an oof, and he pulled back tocatch his breath for a second.

Thenhe smiled up at the kid who had foolishly not followed up the luckyshot.

“What’swrong, geezer? You break a hip yet?” one of the onlookers jeered.

“I’veknown Ichigo since we were 15 years old,” Chad announced in thequiet, solemn voice that silenced all others. “He’s still theonly one who could ever take me down.”

Ichigofelt the weight of all the teens’ stares on him, but all he caredabout was Grimmjow. His bright blue eyes widened, and Ichigoattacked. The flurry of punches wasn’t long but it was brutal, andGrimmjow’s ass soon bounced on the mat.

“That’sone,” Chad said.

19) Are there any stories that you’ve written that you’d really love to do a sequel to?

I just wish I would get off my butt and finish all the WIPs I have~~ The only sequel I think about is for my one and only Kobi no Kyoujin fic which I might actually follow up on one day. That manga doesn’t have nearly enough fanworks.

28) What is something you wished you’d known before you started posting fanfiction?

Ugh, that it would be so addictive. I didn’t realize how incredible it would feel to get immediate feedback on writing. On one hand, it’s amazing for the encouragement which spurs on the desire to write more more more. On the other hand, when there’s only crickets and tumbleweeds, it really feeds the old self-loathing and makes me regret ever thinking I could write fanfic. I honestly didn’t think I’d let my self-worth as a writer get weirdly tied into it.

44) What is the last line you wrote?

Let me brush the dust off my hard drive because I haven’t written since early October (I didn’t even finish my Halloween fics because I suck). It looks like this is it:

“Your stamina isn’ttoo bad,” Ichigo mumbled, petting him gracelessly.
