at this point while it’s not impossible it’s very difficult for ghost to get sick, particularly with everyone’s least favorite infection, pk dropped them into the abyss for a reason 

that isn’t to say they can’t get infected with any other illnesses or common colds that may pass around hallonwest, should that ever happen i imagine them just laying on the nearest bench for however long until said illness passes
