here’s one of my favourite poems, i think you’d like it!!! (cos i just saw you rb’d that beautiful frank stanford poem)

my favourite lines are:

i just want to be/ the size of a galaxy/ so i can eat all the stars and gas giants/ without them noticing/ and getting upset/ is that so bad?/ isn’t that/ what love looks like?

wait thank you so much i loved this!!!! especially all of the imagery (?); it felt so rough & raw but in a very. refined & intentional way? like the dandruff line...& the way the words sort of fell into each other [emeraldheart / sapphireself / goldpile body]...something about the syntax n diction reminded me of cocktails with orpheus by terrance hayes, but i’m not sure what :0
