Musings but something abou amc lestat puts me off so bad because for all he is a looming totalitarian patriarch father he also has these demure and coquettish parts of him in a way i cant explain… he has so many masks that he’s lost himself in them lyke… he’s wearing the mask of the seductress he’s wearing his fathers face he’s the corrupted he’s the corrupter. he’s been acting ever since he stood on that stage in 1780 and can’t stop because to take of the mask is to take off the armour that protects him from the fact that underneath all that monstrousness there is a boy who really needs an antipsychotic. what is going on with you queen
