Follows some random directors. She still wants a job. That custom ugly furniture ain’t gunna pay for itself!

Posts a random photo dump of suggestive photos to indicate nothing but also making sure the ones who care will try and figure out if she’s in MA, NY, NYC, Canada, Wherever the narrative of where she lives fits.

meanwhile, her husband is in NYC filming with his attractive female costar who is much more well known than her (even if it’s the nepo baby comments) and has two films of her own coming out this month and her Madame web movie is still doing pretty well on Netflix.

Their pap photos are much better received by the general public and have comments shipping them and wishing they were together instead. Yikes!! Also…they actually do look good together. They fit.

Btw, I don’t think 🐟 is jealous of Dakota because of Chris. TBH, I don’t think she’s into her “husband” at all. From her actions, she doesn’t care about him or his well being. She cares about what his name can do for her. That’s it. And right now his name is being lumped with Dakota and not hers and I think it’s pissing her off. She needs to get those cheap outfits comped one way or another and her Liberia film isn’t cutting it. Miumiu not calling her back and nobody wants to see her in a solo pap walk….so.

I mean not to spoil but Naomi is literally taken to the Entity’s realm and Denali is taken there simply because her need to find her friend is so strong!!!!

Like she doesn’t care that she’s being killed every single day

She’s just happy that she’s found her friend that went missing

And loves her friend so much that she’s willing to be permakilled to get her back home

2) Sebastian x Reader (When You Fall)

From When You Fall which is a Stardew Valley fanfiction

The least toxic out of the romantic relationships

And by least toxic I don’t think they’re toxic at all

Like even if there’s a little angst (there’s gonna be a little angst btw) they’re a strong couple

Actually makes each other better rather than making each other worse.

They love each other for who they are including all of their flaws and they would be number one if Denali and Naomi didn’t have a relationship that goes above and beyond.

Like what kind of person would help you through your depression?

A person that loves you that’s who.

Like 80 years from now the two will be old and grey and still acting as if they’re in the honeymoon phase

3) Eden x Eleventh Doctor (The Garden of Eden)

From an unpublished Doctor who fanfiction that I am in the process of writing

Here is where we’re getting into the ohhhh this relationship is kinda toxic really

And it’s a shame they’re number THREE on the list lmao what does that say about my writing?

They are constantly arguing (90 percent not in a serious way)

And Eden sort of sees the Doctor as a God due to how they met which puts him on a pedestal

BUT the relationship doesn’t start off romantic which I think is healthy for them

And they are both fiercely protective of one another due to how long she’s spent traveling with him

So while she does see him as a God it isn’t in a very obvious or serious way unless you can see inside of her head as she doesn’t treat him as such at all.

Also a very goofy relationship overall

4) Grace x Seth Clearwater (unnamed fic)

It’s an unwritten and unnamed Twilight Fic that I might post when I’m done with the whole thing lmao

The only reason they’re number four is that I think that him imprinting on her is taking away his choice

Like yes they would probably still end up together regardless of if he had the ability to imprint or not because they’re soulmates

But him having the trait does take away the ability to actually choose

Like it’s literally a one look and that’s it thing. It forces you to live someone platonically or not so he doesn’t have a say in the matter

BUT the two do genuinely love each other so so so much that after their angst is done they’re inseparable

Which again sorta toxic when it’s a codependent relationship but they actually RARELY argue

Seth is actually so sweet that again after the angst is done they might have an argument once every like 5 years.

5)Quinn x Spencer Reid (Baby Blue)

From my Criminal minds fic that is currently posted on ao3 that I am debating on posting here.

Actually they argue so often

If he hadn’t have gotten her pregnant in a one night stand they would have still met and would have a love hate relationship

Like without the baby they would be an enemies to lovers trope but instead he immediately and accidentally got her pregnant so now they’re stuck with each other

Do genuinely love each other and after they finally figure out that they have feelings for each other everything calms down

But with her being pregnant and them not being in a relationship and then the jealousy and miscommunication everything is just toxic

Like could they tell each other that they accidentally fell in love with the other and they wanna try to have a relationship?

Yes.

Will they?

No.

But again after the drama they’re actually a very affectionate couple that manages to keep their passion into their old age

6) Ashanti x Cárter Walsh-Kim (unnamed fic)

From my deleted twilight fic

While he isn’t a main main character he serves to be the Jacob of the plot but they actually date and he doesn’t force himself on her or fall in love with her future child :)

They’re a healthy college age couple?

Kinda boring but not toxic at all until Emmett enters the mix

They’re stable and comfortable and honestly would be endgame if it wasn’t for Emmett

She loved him and he loved her not much else to say. They’re low because they break up lmao

7) Ashanti x Emmett Cullen (unnamed fic)

From the same deleted fic as above I might rewrite and repost

toxic because they can’t figure out if they wanna be together or not

Like actually they have a really good relationship when they’re not arguing and he’s being a wannabe Edward with his angst

Like when they’re not fighting a great comedic duo

And he’s her biggest supporter and she’s his.

And while I know I just compared him to Edward they don’t have the whole turn me I don’t wanna turn you drama like it’s a very easy discussion and decision

He’s literally just hung up on Rosalie and that’s where the drama comes from

And the arguing kinda makes some of his old human traits reappear

8) Fawn x Johnny Slaughter (Accidental Prey)

A Texas chainsaw massacre fanfiction that isn’t finished

Would be lower because he’s actually a murder and is keeping her hostage????????????

Like he’s forcing her to live with his murderous cannibalistic family

And he kinda abusive

But he’s genuinely in love with her (more like obsessed)

And hes the only reason that she’s alive

I can’t spoil the end but dude LOVES her more than Johnny in my other fanfics loves their partner more than just being possessive and obsessive

9) Bucky Barnes x Reader (Mr.Right)

From a deleted marvel fic that I haven’t finished and probably won’t until I get the urge

These two just absolutely JUMPED into a relationship without thinking about it

And tbh idk if they’ll last or not but they do currently love each other

It’s super middle/high school vibes but they do have a good relationship

He’s an assassin though

And has gotten them almost killed

And has taught them how to murder people

And is actually kinda a fucked up guy AND relationship because they kinda lose their mind.

Actually one of the WORST relationships and probably should be last

But the reason why it isn’t is because Corinne is no longer stuck with him

He physically, verbally, and emotionally abused her

Forced her to kill their child because the police were close to catching them and a child would slow them down

Constantly cheated on her with victims after he kidnapped her and forced her to live with him and his family

He doesn’t really love her (he thinks he does) he really just sees her as a possession.

13) Peter Parker x Reader (the Beauty of You)

A marvel fanfic that I deleted that is a You AU so Peter is in the role of Joe lmao

While he isn’t abusive he is VERY manipulative which is mentally abusive

Has murdered people to get to Reader

Has threatened to kill them

They’re lower than Corinne because Reader is stuck with him like until they die

Isolates them from literally everyone and uses his powers to keep them isolated and needing him

And this relationship is kinda romantic but the reader is being held hostage as some sort of slave

but for underrated shows if you like a good historical action/romance, yona of the dawn is literally SO good people always forget about it when talking about good shoujo!! the next few shoujo im about to list aren’t exactly underrated in the shoujo world but in terms of the greater anime fanbase is sorta overlooked is ao haru ride!! super cute high school romance i think fondly of it! andddd hmmm this is less approachable but i also really like chihayafuru :”) AND. oh my god. this one anime called kamisama hajimemashita (or kamisama kiss in the english title) ITS SO GOOOOOODDDD i wish more ppl talked about it 😭😭😭😭😭 but i’m not gonna lie a lot of shoujo that are considered classics didn’t exactly…..Age well without nostalgia kfjakfnwkfk which is why i’m not recommending Too many 🥲

A small note before I begin; The lore/background of my OCs are divided into two parts. There’s the canon storyline & there’s a completely separate storyline I made where I pair them together. 🥴What I wrote here is based on the canon storyline. This also isn't the full and completed story either, just incredibly vague and summarized bits & pieces on what I little I have of these two specifically as of now.

The setting is an average modern/urban city but just a bit more futuristic.

There’s a certain category of androids who are all each named after the a letter in the Greek alphabet that spawned on earth one day. “Iota” is just one of these 24.  (I’ve only created 4 others other than him, which are Alpha, Delta, Chi, and Zeta) These androids all have their own personalities and affiliations. So some are villains and some are heroes. They also don’t work as an “organization” or part of a team (as in they all act on their own volition and not as a “whole”)

The letter order of the Greek character doesn’t affect strength. So for example Alpha woudnt be stronger than Omega (or any other letter)  just because “Alpha” is the first letter and “Omega” is the last. Strength is based off anything, not the order number of the letter. 

They’re all aware of each other’s existence but unless it directly affects them, they almost never interact with each other, & just like humans they don’t know when, how, where, or why they exist. They all just simultaneously appeared out of the sky one day and that was it. How they go about their lives is completely up to them. Some are chill, some aren’t & some are just reclusive. (Iota)

(I haven’t specified their goal(s) yet either btw, only how they appeared, and some of their personalities. Iota, Delta, Zeta and Chi to name a few.)

🔵 Iota:

Iota actually isn’t the main character of my story. He’s an antagonist of the story that plays a major role at one point. (I just draw him a lot because I like his design out of all my characters) I don’t have much background for him. He’s one of the strongest OCs I have as of now.

His personality is reclusive, arrogant, and aloof and almost always sticks to himself. One other random thing is he has a mini Sprite addiction. (The drink) that’s literally all I have about him lmao

🔴 Void:

Void (who is half human and half android) isn’t part of the “Alphabet” but is part of another droid classification called Virus, which are equally as strong. He works in a team with three other androids of the same classification. Again, some of the androids of this class are villains and some aren’t, but he and his team aren’t villains. 

In my story, Void is a legendary hero who one day took down a demon the size of a skyscraper with his own hands. His personality is funny, immature, down to earth & he never brags or boasts. He gets very serious when he needs to be. Him and his team work along with humans to fight off defected androids & machines. 

With Void, I wanted to make him the main character but haven’t decided on it yet. I don’t have much on his background either and I’m still figuring out how to make him look under his mask. 

Completely random fact: One of his teammates is canonically transgender. The other teammate is named Chi (short for Ophiuchi (Pronounced: O•Fio•kai) which is the name of a constellation btw) Chi is an aloof older guy but powerful. He’s half Alphabet, half human & half Virus, so he’s a hybrid like Void.

🟣 Both:

In my story, Iota and Void encounter only twice. The first time by chance, the second by fate. The second encounter is a battle takes place in a completely separate realm because of a glitch in their abilities (which are similar) Iota tells Void his feelings for him there. I made it where Void doesn’t feel the same way (at first) but he later understands him and vice versa. (It’s very complex)

and I decided to message one of the guys I had been messaging and I ended up getting a teeny bit high with him and his (much hotter, this is actually…sadly relevant lmao) friend

and then after getting high with them, dude and I went to his dorm; OH YEAH he was living in college dorms (he had a single, plz 😭)

(Kind of a follow up to my silly little comic since I had WAY too many thoughts and I couldn't fit them in because I wanted it to stay light hearted)

My personal take on komahina is that they both absolutely end up falling in love at some point, but Nagito would never allow Hajime to date him.

(Warning, it’s kinda long)

Not only would he feel like Hajime is too good for him, that Hajime would be wasting his precious time on trash, but it would also make Nagito too happy, and Nagito has a bad tendency to link his happiness with his ultimate luck. It would make him think that the joy of dating Hajime would cause catastrophes, so the best, most hopeful thing he can do is avoid dating altogether. In his head, he’s doing the reasonable thing ! He's shielding everyone from his bad luck ! But he would still love him so he would absolutely tell Hajime how much he means to him and hang out and even flirt with him…. so long as he doesn’t reciprocate. Which would probably upset Hajime at first, thinking he’s being played with.

It would require serious mental wrestling to convince Nagito that it’d be ok for him to date anyone, let alone the Ultimate Ultimate. You’d need to convince him that his happiness isn’t always tied to his luck. Dare I say, you’d have to make it so that him being treated with respect and even affection isn’t an exception anymore, just a normal part of life, thus not something he'd feel overly lucky to have. (That one would be more of a collective, long term effort though)

It’s a very arduous task, especially with how unconvinced Nagito probably would be. ESPECIALLY especially if you take into account the fact that you’re on a goddam timer because of his illness.

There is a possibility that Nagito feels more of an equal to the others post game though, since they were all bad guys and thus, all much closer to his own perceived level of trash (not a particularly good way to think, but it's a start nonetheless) I can see everyone working on themselves and their guilt and learn to forgive themselves for the horrible things they all did, and Nagito on the side being like “you all are doing such a good job!” Without realising that he could apply this to his own existence… though he would probably think it can’t apply to him. In his head, he'll forever be trash.

At the end of the day, I think the quickest way for them to make this happen is for Hajime to bring up his talents and basically tell Nagito that his luck is nothing compared to his own luck, and therefore can’t hurt anyone with it. Althought it's probably the most convincing argument in Nagito's eyes, one might wonder if it's really the best solution for these two, especially for Hajime who most likely has his own bagage to unpack regarding his talents. Like, first of all, is Nagito in love with him or the hope his existence apparently brings to the world? Or maybe even Izuru? There's just.... So much to take into account man

Tl;dr komahina is a really cool concept and they totally fall in love but the real challenge is HOW they end up dating because i can't see Nagito allowing that to happen so easily. To me it would either take an extraordinary amount of hard work AND/OR use Hajime's talent flex. But then is that really a good solution when Hajime probably has a complicated relationship with his talents?

Not saying that it's impossible but yeah. It's so hard to pinpoint how ! And I still feel like I'm missing some parameters !

(Not bashing on anyone else’s interpretations btw, just sharing my own, these two have invaded my brain as you can probably tell)

Sorry for this ramble, but seriously. It’s largely people being upset about *their own anticipation* of racism. (Doesn’t make the prequel inherently racist! Feelings are valid, but they aren’t fact!) Yet they still blog about spn, which was racist at many times and in many ways. They still enjoy the content with white men in the same breath they use to condemn the writing of *main characters* who are Latino/Black/South Asian and mostly female, and the hiring of diverse writers and crew. All of which were not common on spn prime!!! I hate the finale too. I didn’t like some creators on the old show. I want more Destiel as much as the next person. But enough to go “well then any attempt at progress or rep will be meaningless and these marginalized actors/crew — under new, actually progressive showrunners and producers — should suffer for it”? Does that make sense?

I won’t speak against other poc, people who are being appropriately critical, or people who just don’t wanna watch. That’s fine. But race-centric call outs I see largely keep coming from white bloggers and it’s just ??? are you serious. I’m a woc btw, hi! And I’d love it if white fans would stop speaking over us and stop using other fans of color who are anti prequel to further their own agenda. We are not a monolith. We are not here to tokenize as fuel for their rage-posting about a cw show lmao. They can watch the show and see for themselves if they care about this so much, or listen to *all* fans of color, not just the few whose beliefs align with theirs. I already see how many of them are perceiving these characters through a white lens and assigning stereotypes. Their anti-racism is about their vendetta against a network that wouldn’t give them Destiel, and a white guy from Texas who isn’t the only creative behind this. And they’re yelling racism without even paying attention to the show or analyzing the content to judge it rationally or having conversations with poc actually viewing the show. Which means they are centering their own feelings, not ours. Vile.

Like so many of the criticisms I've seen as reasons to not watch the prequel have been completely excused for a show they're continuing to engage in. Esp considering the poc in the show, they're all new!! This is their beginning!! Nida and Jojo and Demetria are real life actual poc that we're supporting by watching this show!! -i got pregnant! i gave birth in march, and i’m kinda going through a serious but not serious custody battle because well, my BD left me for a 15 year old, and now there’s a new girl and possibly another baby? lol not very swag of him

- im still doing debate, i never stopped doing debate, and i don’t plan on ever stopping debate (i literally was still winning tournaments while i was 7 months pregnant LMAO)

- my high school debate coach who i considered a father figure completely iced me out at the end of my senior year, but i’m healing and doing a lot better

- in fact i’m healing a lot from the way people treated me for a few years, i’ve cut off most everyone from high school because well, i didn’t deserve to be treated that way and i didn’t wanna tolerate being looked down on

- oh yeah i’m autistic btw

- i met the love of my life! well i met him a long time ago but we’ve both figured out we are meant for each other but unfortunately a relationship isn’t right for the time being

I was re-watching the show and when Midge gets the flowers from Lenny, I love that she seems skeptical about them, inspecting them… like she’s expecting a prank or a joke out of them. I think that even though their chemistry is so electric Lenny knows his feelings for her, but he seems so farfetched to her that she isn’t even aware of her feelings for him, or his feelings for her either. I feel like she doesn’t even think “them” are a possibility.

Yes, what you're saying fits perfectly with my post with my thoughts on the fight specifically. It really seems like Lenny is consciously smitten, but not Midge. She can't see how far he's gone for her, which is why she didn't go inside the apartment with him in Miami. They were both a bit inebriated (him more so than her, and I *love* that she can hold her liquor much better than him), they'd had an adventurous night that had culminated in a very sexually-charged dance and she held back in the end because she didn't wanna be another of Lenny's conquests. In her head, it would have been just sex, because she can't really see him being "serious" with anyone, and I bet she'd have no problem with it had it been any other guy, but not Lenny. Not someone she respects and appreciates and really adores so much.

Lenny *is* somewhat aware of how much he wants her, which is why he was so upset waking up in her fancy apartment. How could he let her see him in such a state that he needed to be rescued from some sidewalk? How could a poor, alcoholic, drug-addicted bastard like him ever be worthy of being in that world, in that home, with a well-adjusted three-generation family and a maid...in her life? You know? Midge sees absolutely no problem with any of it because he *is* part of her life. He's one of her dearest friends, one of her favorite people in the whole world, and OF COURSE she didn't hesitate in bringing him home to take care of him. When he left like he did, she was mad maybe in a small part because he was being ungrateful, but most of it was probably because she took that "this isn't my scene" as if he was saying she was way too rich and proper, way too square, not, you know, "cool" enough for him to even want to be around any of it.

TL; DR: Lenny feels insecure because he feels he's unworthy of Midge's "day life" (which to him is probably the "real" her) and she is way out of his league. Midge doesn't let herself even consider the possibility that she may be in love with Lenny because she doesn't feel nearly as cool enough, like, you know, he's way out of her league.

Sparbossa Brainrot Part 9: I Do The Most

Okay so I meant to put this up way earlier but I kept fucking forgetting because I just keep staring at my docs and trying to will myself to write something but alas it isn’t happening. So more pirate gays it is!

Starting off with more divorcee bickering! Everyone present is watching them like a tennis match and it’s the funniest fucking thing to me this is prime time pirate entertainment I bet their divorce was front line gossip for months. On a more serious note though, it amuses me that Barbossa says this despite not seeing Jack for like 10 years post-mutiny. And he’s right, is the thing; Jack does prioritize getting the hell out of dodge rather than seeing a fight through. The only time (up till now at least) that he didn’t was when he was hellbent on killing Barbossa. The things obssession will do to you eh :)

This is the equivalent of if a couple world leaders interrupted a world summit on live TV to have a marital fight btw

I used to quote this a lot growing up. The dramatic zoom in on him is what really makes it

Most everyone in the room agree with him so wholeheartedly and Barbossa is just "I fucking hate every single one of you and I hate him the most"

Ya gotta know the main parts of the Code to know how to bend the rules the way he does so it doesn't surprise me that he's aware of this. Way to up the stakes by calling in your exes dad though. Also makes you wonder when Barbossa read through the Code so thoroughly :3

I love that Elizabeth also makes background faces like Will does it’s so much fun

They drop quite a few clues as to Teague and Jack's relation before it’s properly revealed: their appearance, the musical motif, Jack's reaction to Teague being called upon, and now the sea turtles line - which we have, of course, heard Jack use before and was something Will picked up in DMC

Look at Barbossa bowing all pleased with himself. And Jack's just "absolutely not lemme look at this fucking book" and Teague - who definitely knows these two are divorcees - backs up to let him (this acts as another hint to their relation, btw, since Teague allows him to touch the book without permission first)

Chevalle and Teague: nobody will become Pirate King Jack, about to cause chaos:

The reactions following this are simply sublime. Even Elizabeth and Gibbs are stunned. Barbossa called in Teague to enforce the code and Jack's gonna use that to his advantage for no other reason than to piss off Barbossa honestly

Lets just say its a good thing he can't lunge for Jack right now

Teague's words here, I think, are what ultimately cause Jack to save Will's life in the end. Because as much as he acts the part of being aloof and uncaring he really wouldn't be able to live with himself if he let Will die. He likes the kid too much

The crew: raucous battle cries Barbossa: now how can I use this to free Calypso

Jack is the first to notice the size of the armada

EVERYONE TURNING TO BLAME JACK BECAUSE HE'S THE ONE WHO MADE ELIZABETH KING LMAO

Obviously it's extremely badass for Elizabeth to have these two on either side of her acting as guards and helpful liasons but Jack is placing himself away from Barbossa for strategic reasons because he does, in fact, plan on being bargained away himself which was a big part of why he voted Elizabeth for King and Barbossa can't immediately throttle him for it like this lol

Barbossa is stepping further forward in this shot, putting him in front of the other two, and Jack is also moving faster than Elizabeth - given they have a lot more experience than her in such affairs it makes sense they would be in front of her as they walk so they can react quicker

Took me a couple of attempts to get this but our boys are near perfectly in time with their steps and even plant their feet the exact same way, widening their stances, where Elizabeth keeps hers closer together, because she is still a woman from high class and you can't get rid of those traits just by knowing pirates for a year

Barbossa is the first to roll his head lazily over to Jack's direction, whereas Elizabeth is more of a quick snap. It took her a second or two longer than Barbossa - who immediately got Beckett's meaning - to catch up with what was being said which is why her head snaps so hard to the side in comparison to Barbossa's seething roll

Will basically outright acknowledging that he's been following Jack's lead on this ever since their talk on The Pearl before Jack had him fall overboard is a nice way to show that the lengths he's willing to go to achieve his ends

Beckett revealing he is in possession of Jack's compass is the only thing Barbossa needs to connect the dots here and figure out what Jack's trying to do. This is around the moment you see him decide to just cut the Piece of Eight off himself the second he gets the chance

Barbossa being set off the side from this trio shows that, while Elizabeth is mainly focused on Jack's involvment with Will, Barbossa himself is analysing the bigger play going on behind the scenes

Elizabeth finally catches up to what Jack's plan is the moment Davy mentions the debt and thus this is why she is so quick to bargain Jack. Will himself even offers her a sly smirk when he sees that recognition. Willzabeth parallel Sparbossa with the wordless convo that passes between them here

Barbossa's attention is, as we've seen many times now, completely focused on Jack but he does do a rapidfire double take that is too quick for me to catch when Elizabeth "proposes an exchange"

While he was trying to analyse whatever the fuck Jack was planning, ultimately he ended up being a step behind because he was so focused on Jack that he failed to see the microexpressions passing between Willzabeth. Neat parallels to when Willzabeth were so focused on eachother in BP they never took notice of what Sparbossa were doing

Now obviously Jack is playing up that he is "against" this ploy buuuut he can't resist giving Barbossa a smug smirk anyways before turning his attention back to Elizabeth which

Leads us to this (notice how Jack's positioning when he bowed means his bow was meant to be a mocking gesture to Barbossa rather than a respectful one to Elizabeth) and I can't help but feel that this was a personal revenge for when Jack cut his hat feather back in BP

Naturally, because this is an ongoing 10D chess game where everyone around them are the pieces on the board and Sparbossa are the players, Jack's smugness doesn't last for long once his Piece is taken from him but what we do get

Is whatever the fuck kinda tension and foreplay they got going on here now that they're back on even ground again (for real though can you back up a bit fellas because you'd be in kissing distance if Jack leant forward even a little good god there's bystanders present)

Bonus live Will reaction to the above

Genuinely I think Will's face here is him going "what the fuck is up with you two" and Jack's answering reply is basically ( ͡~ ͜ʖ ͡°)

Doesn't fear it enough to abandon Will though! You could do a whole separate meta about how Jack's loyalty runs deep once given but alas I'm not here for that

Elizabeth and Inigo Montoya would be friends I think. Also look at Barbossa watching his fledgling threatening a man they grow up so fast :')

Now that Will has proven himself to be as shrewd a man as Jack himself, Barbossa gives him a mean, distrustful look as he turns to follow Elizabeth and even takes extra steps to back himself up so he's standing in front of Will to give him The Full Stare before walking past him. It's about the theatrics it's about the drama

Elizabeth is now leading because she's fully embraced being the King whereas before she was walking side by side with Jack and Barbossa but her steps were a little behind their own. And now Will is walking in Jack's place so symbolically he is no longer Jack's "pupil" you could say (there's a reason I'm not saying the same for Elizabeth yet I'm waiting for a specific moment to happen shhh)

Barbossa may have gotten what he wanted from Jack but he is pissed about not having Jack himself here and even turns to throw one last near-snarl in Jack's direction. Kinda funny how both him and Beckett want Jack in this movie. Food for thought on that one, eh?

Remember in the past when Jack said he tells the truth quite often but people never believe him? I think that's applicable here actually. A lot of the time he does genuinely know what he's doing it's just that his thought process is so crazy to an outside perspective (barring Barbossa's of course) it's easy to see him as a lucky idiot instead of a fucking genius

Love the little detail here where you can see exactly where Barbossa cut his bandana to get the Piece of Eight just like how Barbossa's hat is still missing the big Ostrich feather that Jack cut back in the first movie

Barbossa has kept himself in boiling silence this whole time and only speaks again when Elizabeth mentions using The Pearl as a flagship. Course by this point his crew have begun bringing Tia Dalma to the deck for The Ritual (this also means that at some point on the way back he overtook Willzabeth and marched to The Pearl by himself)

There's a sharp head turn when Will speaks up but his anger doesn't truly spike until Jack is mentioned. Hell hath no fury like a divorcee scorned

Jack seeks immortality because he fears death and though it is never outright stated like it was with Jack this scene tells us why Barbossa seeks the same thing:
