Shifting giving me the chance to experience a day of my life without health anxiety is something that I am so grateful for it brings me to tears.

That i can exist in another reality, where I can be absolutely certain I am not riddled with disease and living out my last days, is relevatory. It fills me with such an intense sense of relief just knowing that that mindset is possible; but experiencing it? Such a heady knowledge of mortal safety that my anxiety ridden brain cannot allow me here, I cannot even begin to truly comprehend.
