Unpopular opinion but the Renfield movie would be way better if it were about Jonathan
#this is not an anti-renfield OR pro-jonathan post#i just think that this storyline fits jonathan better and#at this point whatever the hell they did to my boi Rens characterization is much more similar to Jon#i know Jon has been horrically mischaracterized into this badass slasher already but#cmon guys this renfield isnt even psychotic#and hes barely even gay#thats not my renfield#renfield movie#renfield 2023#but jonathan beating the shit out of his abuser alongside Mina is much more preferable than#watching mild-anxiety renfield get puppeted around a pop-psychological horror comedy
