and no matter how hard gem is trying to antagonize pearl in her head, she still tells pearl that they can maybe have fun together when she's red. and when that happens, pearl's still gonna be alive, right? because she must be. she has to be.

and no matter how hard pearl is trying to believe she's fighting back by giving her a reason to antagonize her if thats how things are gonna be, it might just be her denying gem's reasonless behavior. because the way she's treating her cant be for nothing, right? some random 2v1 from a previous season wont make her have that negative feelings about pearl. right? there must be a reason to all this, right?

she goes ahead and makes that stupid reason. she goes ahead and serves it on a golden platter.
