A take I remember seeing was someone being like “Yo, wouldn’t it be fun if Axis got a real partner thru another character we know?” And the nudged Axis, Plan B/Daisy, and Napstablook in my direction (basically, napstablook possesses Daisy and Axis basically gets hype as fuck bc his wife’s alive). It…. certainly has potential. Not too sure about it bc aroace blooky is wild but still. It’s a take I thought would work for this.

I don't even drink coffee (or energy drinks for that matter) for the caffeine, i do it because i like the taste fhsbsk especially with milk and loads of sugar.

but also after drinking caffeinated drinks, i'm very jittery and sometimes anxious and i often feel sick (it's not lactose, i can drink straight milk just fine) but it is worth it for the sweet little drink fhdbsk

I know Ninnguang and Raiden change their names with their titles, but I headcanon it being symbolic. E.g Ningguang proving her worth, or Ei being forced out of her sisters shadow.

Furthermore maybe you get your name (or achieve warrior status and/or are in the running for deputy) when you receive a vision. Jean for example is Varka's deputy; but if she was taken out then anyone with a vision could become deputy.

Mondstat like in-game would take in all sorts holding to the spirit of freedom and choice. For that reason they have a lot of former kittypets (Eula), rogues, and even a dog from time to time. As long as you honor the warriors code you are welcome. I feel like that would cause even more tension in Kaeya though. 'Knights' are sort of another name for warriors, except they take on more duties around the clan and in general caring for it's well-being.

Medicine cats are hard to figure out... I feel Diluc partially blames the old medicine cat for not being able to save his father (Dawnstep). Perhaps in Dendro Clan there's a deep seated grudge against medicine cats because Nahida was once a medicine cat. Not only replacing their archon but leaving the clan (generations ago) susceptible to sickness. Maybe the fallen clan of Khaenri'ah didn't have the natural healing powers of a medicine cat(s) and instead relied on Khemia a forbidden healing technique(?)

As for the archons, I feel like they're the intermediaries to Starclan. They pass like ghosts awarding visions to those they think hold the spirit and strength of their clans. Raiden is an exception she's both leader AND archon, but for folks like Venti and Zhongli they just sort of blend in.

I was thinking that while they do have normal healing remedies for wounds and all that, the clans are searching desparately for cats who can heal Abyss Corruption. Imagine a regular cat without a vision getting attacked by a rifthound... While cats with visions have small resistances towards Abyss Corruption, only a select few (plus the traveller) have capabilities to actually reverse, and heal the corruption process.

Can I also say Suntreader is a PERFECT name for Bennett? That's so good

Some Undertale gamer headcanons:

Someone said that Toriel would be the world Tetris champion, and I'm not sure why, but I agree with that. And not just Tetris, but bubble-poppers, match 3, marble-shooters, all of those kinds of games. She's the new Candy Crush mascot.

I've also seen people say sans would be into rhythm games, and... no. Why would you think he would be into something that takes that much effort? Seriously, come on. What sans is into is farming sim games. He's written dozens of online strategy guides for Stardew Valley, all of them under different pseudonyms.

Papyrus is into online multiplayers. All of them, any genre- Fortnite, Apex Legends, Fall Guys, Elder Scrolls Online, Runescape, you name it. He sucks at all of them, but none of his online friends is willing to tell him how bad he is because he's so darned innocent and nice. Nobody really wants him on their team because he'll always make them fail the mission, but he's so upbeat and uplifting that no one has the heart to tell him they don't want him.

Undyne loves Souls-like and dungeon crawlers, but she struggles with anything that requires stealth, she just doesn't. do. stealth. She says it's stupid to have to sneak up on enemies, she should just be able to barge in with guns or swords or spears blazing in any and all circumstances. Don't ever even suggest Metal Gear to her. Or Breath of the Wild- she rage-quit after the Yiga Clan Hideout quest (although it did leave her with the impression that bananas give you strength in battle, so she now always keeps a bunch of bananas on hand).

Blooky plays solitaire and Mah Jongg, and even those stress them out.

Maddie plays casino and slots games. On an unrelated note, she's always broke.

Mettaton is the rhythm games master. You will not change my mind on this.

Alphys is HEAVY into JRPG's. The more anime it looks, the more she loves it.

Asgore has no idea what a video game is. Well, ok, he has some idea, his kids both played games, but he never could figure them out. He thinks Sonic and Crash are both Mario characters and that Link is a girl- you get the idea. But he did used to play card and board games with Toriel. Especially chess (she totally owned his ass in every match). Ever since Toriel left, he can't bring himself to play chess. He plays checkers a lot, tho. He usually loses (he plays against himself).

Asriel and Chara were into action/adventure games. Asriel's favorite characters were Yoshi and Link, while Chara's favorites were Samus and Shadow the Hedgehog. What? No, I'm not projecting my favorite games onto the Dreemurr kids. What are you talking about?

Frisk has only ever played the hit indie game Undertale. About 500 times. Always Pacifist, they've never even tried a Geno run. They've been thinking about playing that Deltarune game, too, but they kinda wanna wait until the whole thing is released.

Oh wow. Tear variant/different AU questions already? Consider my answer a headcanon, as I'm not gonna be creating and developing these AUs.

Fell Tear loathes Sans, because canon UF!Blooky loathes anyone affiliated with Asgore/Alphys. But in reality it's somewhat of a love-hate situation. Sans has qualities UF!Tear finds themselves respecting and admiring, but they can't help but hate the guy regardless for the side he found himself on. They pretty much become a Sans to show they can do everything better, while trying to gain said qualities themselves. The biggest one being how Fell Sans gets general respect from monsters. Monsters just avoid ever messing with the skeleton brothers. UF!Tear could be a little jealous that a part of it feels handed over, just because of who their brother is. Even though realistically, Sans had to work for it too. UF!Tear also respects Sanses visual 'scare factor'. Underfell is all about looking edgy and more intimidating than Undertale cast. I imagine that UF!Tear design would likely wear some torn jacket (like their blooky body sheet). It used to be this brand new looking jacket. It ends up badly torn in places from magic attacks in UF!Tear's attempts of 'getting respect'. But because of how painfully honest they are about their opinions and not keeping it to themselves, they end up hurting others. It results in a bunch of fights. They are surprisingly not that bad of a person despite it all, as long as you aren't on their bad side. Might still say some hurtful things to you though.

Swap Tear/Mettaton Tear would just have to be something about entertainment. In Undertale, just like Tear did, Mettaton already acts on their greatest wish. They want to be a celebrity, known in the entertainment industry. Maybe Swap Tear gets their body for the same reasons the game Mettaton got his. Maybe they are in the stage of just deciding to act on their goals and they see this tiny skeleton with oh so much energy. And every time chasing their dream gets hard, they remember Sans powering through everything. And it fuels them to always strive for more, always try that much harder. They need to work harder to become a popular entertainer. And that means they need to pass the barrier to get even humans to watch them. Swap Tear needs to be 'the best of both worlds' to achieve true greatness. But they also wanna be acknowledged and liked by Sans. And what is the closest, not-craftable, monster body to resemble a human? a skeleton. And who are they trying to impress the most? a skeleton. Probably fights the other 'mettaton' on the popularity leaderboards.

Idk if you watched the movie Hot Fuzz or not(great movie btw, my fave!) But I was just listening to it's ost when I suddenly think about how funny it'd be if Human Undyne gets caught up in all this in the most mundane way possible, just her stopping this group with her partner Blooky. I wouldn't be surprised if she manages to do it long before Kris comes back for revenge lol

I haven't really seen Hot Fuzz, although I've heard it's good!

Uh, the problem is that Undyne can't really stumble into this. She's already a member of the cult! She was there when Kris got sacrificed!

Also, Blooky is an actual poltergeist in this universe. So not a policeman, either!
