dak-wai perspective on the team btw (so far)

harding: trusted colleague 👍 a little wary of the whole new magic powers and hearing voices thing but this is more concerned for her than about her. they do feel very guilty about the new scar and are still pretty uncertain about the idea of 'replacing varric' but harding's a sweetheart so this is mostly dak-wai being in their own head too much

davrin: 💪 instant bond. they're typically on the same wavelength and the shared wardenhood does mean a lot to both of them. dak-wai is fascinated by assan but kind of can't believe he's ever going to grow big enough to ride.

assan: like if a cat was even more epic

lucanis: unfortunately they do like him because he's a nice guy who cooks well and kills people better but that's not going to change the fact that if spite ever poses a threat they're gonna kill him. and no they don't have any doubt that they would win

bellara: thinks she's the smartest and cutest and most interesting woman ever. as a generally quiet person dak-wai actually really likes listening to other people talk, especially people who are really knowledgeable and enthusiastic about a subject, and they respect her and the work she's doing. they're absentmindedly smiling at her they're down bad

neve: not totally sure where they stand at the moment and not sure how to elegantly figure that out. they can't really apologize for something that wasn't their fault but they also can't just talk like nothing happened so it's been very business only since minrathous. they kind of have conflicting ideas of justice which definitely won't ever cause any tension again

taash: it's hard not to see taash as a little like a younger version of themself which is weird but they're trying to be cool about it. they get along well but they are also two people who do not feel the need to talk very much. weird relationship to gender and the qun 🤝

emmrich: the necromancy skeeves them out a lot truthfully but it's hard to view emmrich as a threat at all so they just try to change the subject. he's an affable older fruity man he's uncle. most likely to get distressed about the fact dak-wai did NOT have proper magical training

manfred: initially tried to avoid him as much as possible but has progressively gotten used to him being around. still tends to be pretty blunt interacting with him because it's not like he's a 'real person' but will also play rock paper scissors for like ten minutes

solas: get him out of the fade so we can kill him and then bring him back to life and then kill him again. with his ex's knife
