Okay guys. I talked about those n64 models a while ago.

In general, their geometry is good! Except for terrorsaur. I remade him from scratch for a pre-trans metal form holy shit hes ugly

But their textures are SHIT!! So I’m going to make a few posts including their original models, and the ones I’ve redone! Working on Rattrap currently, but terrorsaur is finished+shapekeyed to add expressions. I did this all with blender and aseprite using pribambase

Original n64 model down here. this is why I finished him first. The color vomit is genuinely astounding I kind of love it

I didn’t really get his face right but I wanted to change the geometry as little as possible ? please spare me for forgetting his massive lips ok. And his weird cannons. I’ll add them later what EVER. I was also still getting the hand of using aseprite for the textures but I’ve learned now and found more efficient ways. Chances are rattraps gonna be a whole lot better looking than this loser.

Hi! I return again with an ask! (thank you for answering btw) Are there any triple or multi changers that have a non machine (like beast or dino) form as one of their alts? (except for the rescue bots, i already know about those)

There are several! Apeface and Snapdragon, for instance, are Headmaster robots who can turn into monsters and jets:

Sixshot and Quickswitch can transform into quadrupedal creatures as part of their many modes:

Depending on how you interpret them, the Beast Wars Transmetals transformed from robot to beast, and sported a “third mode” that was sort of the beast mode with jet engines or wheels tacked on, but if you want something more definitive example, then Optimus Primal’s “Optimal” body let him transform between robot, gorilla, winged vehicle, and ground assault tank...

...and in more recent years the Titans Return toyline gave us Alpha Trion, who transforms between robot, spaceship, and purple lion.

There are plenty more, I’m sure!
