I hope this message finds you well! I’m currently working on a university project about generative AI and its impact on the art industry—a topic that hits close to home for me as an artist myself. Through this project, I aim to highlight the perspectives of artists, writers, and voice actors, which I feel are often overlooked in discussions about AI technologies.

To help with my research, I’ve put together a survey to gather thoughts, experiences, and concerns directly from creatives like you. hello ! Thank you lots. I use Procreate with brushes from various packs I’ve accrued over the years that I modified to better fit my style, so if anyone wants those I can put them somewhere for downloading . I do occasionally use MS paint with my mouse when my iPad or Apple pen aren’t available, however.

I have NOT drawn g1 hot rod but now I have. I’m around halfway into season 3 of g1 and he’s hilariously depressed it’s amazing . here’s quick ugly sketch since this reminded me I have month old asks that need to be answered so bad

sorry but I absolutely refuse to draw normal face shockwave it’s so strange. peak shockop is where shockwave remains a freak. to me. don’t fight me on this… I need g1 shockop to be real…

this is majorly shockwave since I’m still trying figure out how to draw him. The amount of images is lagging my phone so forgive me if the rant is short this time

my fun fact of the day, did you know Shockwave’s G1 voice actor based his voice after the MCP program from the original tron movie? Wacky since I rewatched tron specifically after learning this knowledge and they seem rather different but what EVER.

Also interestingly, I see few people mention that there is a reason for Shockwave’s larger than average bust. In one of the early marvel (?) anniversary comics they give descriptions of the G1 characters, including shockwave . In his weaknesses section, they mention that he relies on a nuclear reactor situated in his torso since his body needs to be powered by more than just plain old energon. Also his first toy had an ACTUAL chest window that showed off his electronics do what you will with that info
