snow watches poor suffering children be forced to murder each other on live tv (and be treated like animals by the government, placed in cages and bodies hung like butchered meat as a "symbol" of capitol power) thinking about how he can spin it to his benefit and then he turns around and says "actually cannibalism when you're desperate during a war is the worst thing a human person can do" because that's just how this white boy's logic works apparently
