In the dimly lit parlor of a high-end lounge, Aventurine sat beside you, his hand warm in yours. You’d been together long enough to know how well he could hide his feelings, but today, his smile faltered ever so slightly. You gave his hand a reassuring squeeze as the doors opened, and his sister strode in.

She was a vision, sharp and commanding, with the same striking eyes as Aventurine. Her outfit mirrored his style in a way only siblings could achieve, with subtle hints of their shared legacy as Stonehearts woven into every detail. She looked at you, one eyebrow arched, her expression unreadable yet curious.

“This is the person you’re always talking about?” she teased, her voice dripping with a mix of skepticism and warmth.

It felt surreal, sharing this moment with Aventurine and his sister, both Stonehearts, bound by family, power, and a deep understanding of risks few dared to take. You noticed the pride in her gaze as she looked at Aventurine, and something unspoken passed between them — years of shared battles, secrets, and a fierce loyalty only siblings could know.

Aventurine reached for his glass, fingers tapping in a steady rhythm — a small sign you’d learned to recognize as his way of holding onto control. “You’re right,” he said, his voice softening. “I’m lucky. I might not say it enough, but… meeting them has been a gamble I’d take again and again.”

His sister gave him a fond smile before turning to you. “Take care of him, alright? He’s a handful, but… he’s worth it.” There was a vulnerability in her eyes, a glimpse of how deeply she cared for him beneath her confident facade.

Caine had made a habit out of being by your side almost 24/7, and you absolutely loved it. You adored him and his attention. It was the only thing that made being stuck here worthwhile. As much as Caine loved your company he also thought it would be healthy to have you go on a few adventures alone. Unfortunately you were being somewhat of a brat about it.

"Come now, dear, just for today! You must intact with the other circus members to keep that pretty little head of yours screwed on right!" His voice had that usually charismatic ring to it, but you've been around him long enough to realize that he was becoming a little frustrated as well.

"Don't wanna! Wanna stay with you, Caine!" You sat down right in front of his feet. Refusing to move in an act of protest.

Caine sighed, and if he had a nose, he'd be pinching the bridge of it right now.

He picked you up under your armpits and sat you on his lap. For a moment, you were overjoyed until he shifted the position and made you lay across his lap. You immediately began to squirm.

"Keep still dear, unless you want this to hurt more hmm?" He hummed and rubbed your ass.

"N.. No, m'sorry Caine, I... I'll go on the adventure!"

He brought his hand down on your ass hard and fast and you yelped, clinging onto his pant leg. "Are you sure you'll stop being a brat? I'm only trying to help you dear, and here you are throwing quite the tantrum!" Another smack, then another.

Caine's eyes quite literally popped out of his head, "Y/N, what in my name are you doing here!?"

You felt like many eyes were on you, artificial or not it made you flustered. You squirmed a little, your confidence seemed to drain from you.

Caine cleared his throat and everyone went back to their idle conversation as he approached you, "What's the meaning of th—" Oh. He could practically smell you.

"N.. Need you, Caine.. please.. can we leave..?"

"My, my, what am I going to do with you?" He said and easily scooped you up into his arms, "Still leaking from earlier, is your mind that occupied with me, my dear? Reiner: OH oh he couldn't name anything more endearing even if he spent hours than her intense sense of concern. Like I said before she's a very insightful bigger picture person but that does slip to overthinking in a sense , thing is in cases like that it's a bit blown out of proportions he can't help holding a chuckle and adding "I don't think it works like that/doubt that of all things is gonna have the earth explode" but he knows it's out of good nature so soon enough he's offering a calmer and simpler take on the situation.

In a more specific example let's assume reiny says something with self depracating undertones/implications "I guess that must sound pathetic/nasty/foolish/etc." that gets her to jump right off and deny it with a "no not really! It's not in my eyes at Least...!' The outburst, along with her eyes opening wide like she's surprised maybe she did something that he came to the conclusion that's what she'd think , just gets him him to soften his expression and sigh, with a hint of smile sneaking to his face.

On a physical note , Evy tilts her head often when curious or puzzled about something and once again, this is so goddamn adorable.

Evelyn: Albeit she initially reads it as uninviting and assumes it's better not, she can't help herself gesturing slowly from behind or the side whenever she spots reiny sulking with his arms crossed, staring at something or nothing. When she's there already glancing up, wouldn't budge until he turns his head in her direction or she comes up with a good conversation starter that doesn't feel out of place to make that one faster. Should they be alone that'd even get her to lean her head on his arm-shoulder.like,,,,

Demande: Ah a sweet little example from her core personality trait- one of the times they were seeing each other before the identity reveal they were in a café date. Typically she chose them a window seat, then her eye wandered out down to the sideway there, and spotted a single purple flower growing out of a crack in there. It made her eyes sparkle and stick to the glass to observe it. Something about it was excitement and care about what most people would gloss over, a love for small details and hidden beauty of things. Down to loving the deemed unworthy and unloveable and seeing what's great about it. Also a nice symblism to retaining the best and beautiful parts despite harsh lonely and unfitting upbringing 🤧

Mia: good question ,,, just a sec. So I like to think that for her he's a rather open book, not necessarily in a bad way though; more in a diamond in the rough sense where a person has a good potential but lacks the polishing. Making it easy enough for her to know how to express her way with affection than she'd normally fear (and even better considering he's very encouraging of the methods and gestures. So she decides to use them for him first of all). If that makes sense akfhaujfwjekfb. I think that when it comes down to it, it's since it brings balance and genuinity to this more charming princely side that that speaks poetically and enjoys the finer things. Making him more or less surprisingly approachable and 'human' to look up to and less like an idealized entity to worship. Albeit just about anyone else would be rather intimidated. 🤧

Reiner: I'm a Reiner is physical touch love language™ truther sooooo :") Considering the circumstances, throughout most of the story both are being as subtle as possible on expressing it. But it hurts. Still, it gave their interactions a unique tone to them. Normally when Reiner expressed any sort of affection and care with someone, be it on the island or marley(a lot more for the former though) it's rather outgoing and especially through physical touch like bear hugs and headpats. But the alert in her case makes gives it surpsing delicacy, lightly on her hair or shoulder, like something holds him back, which indeed is not to have attention drawn to it- which does raise eyebrows but for their luck not much because it's more about how different the physical expression is here. Also comes the factor that maybe the more delicate and therefore "weaker" it is, the less likely both her and him are to form true attachment considering Y'know it's believed to not meant to last because in a matter of few years,,,

But considering that something about evelyn's character is about the impact of delicacy and vulnerability Unfortunately it does the opposite. and it hurts, they could only do so little it gets them to crave more. Impossible as it is🤧

Ultimately though, by the end with every restriction becoming undone slowly I love to think he finally allows himself to show unlimited tenderness towards her, but with the 5-7 years it took from the moment he met her on the ship back to marley. there's still that touch of melancholy to it, making it recognizable and unique to them and them only. Like before departing when he's heading back to paradis for the third time at the end, their tightest hug yet lasts a few minutes until he has anyone from the alliance notify him they should get moving. And even then steal a few seconds to look until she's out of his eyesight until return. (No he didn't tell her he's marrying her as soon as he comes back WHAT art thou talking about🤧🤭🫠)

Evelyn: What I mentioned in the previous question is a small part of her habit she adapted to come by whenever the time feels right. Like a surprise visit of some sort as soon as she spots him nearby. The core purpose of it is to have a presence that maybe can offer any sort of help, or read if he shows better or worse signs after a certain situation she overhead about during his time back in marley and do something accordingly, or at least give herself time to think what would do. She's a bit drawn back from direct confronting about what brought her (especially when it comes to Rei's life being in a risky position) knowing maybe she doesn't really understand that. But ultimately evy does come to the conclusion she never would if she doesn't at least try 🤧 she's indeed the conversation starter of the two. I also love the idea it's sometimes get her to take a quick sprint in his direction as if being magnetized, assuming she's in a good mood and talking to him would make it even better; but would slow herself down to not draw attention.

For her luck in the epilogue I'm letting her straight up JUMP into that hug ;w;

Demande: He's much an open book and is rather bold on his true view on others- fond, lustful or resentful. And that's especially notable considering his own s/o's reserved Wallflower personality who keeps her own views shut in; he can't help but wish to change it, from what he's seen within her big heart. It's no wonder he manages to motivate her. The poetic choice of words he naturally makes really sells it. From gentle compliments and remarks- how beautiful she appears in anything, hairstyle, dresses, jewelry "rather lovely, wouldn't you agree?" "It looks good on you"; to admire the endearing and passionate yet selfless and thoughtful part of her personality- strong and raw emotions on things, potential, etc etc.

Openly admitting outloud he'd trust her with his life. He's someone who loves receiving these in return too- that's why did he trusted wiseman's fake graces and promises of all his heart desires after all alfjakfjkamf.

Mia: So generally speaking she's a very devoted person with strong emotions within her if it's anything or anyone important to her Although a bit troubled with choosing words to tell, as she feels it can't convey it properly enough.so Brought to the acts From pouring his wine, soothing his pains and clearing his mind, to flapting an bloody to bitter end in a burning area slashing through anything in her way.After being recruited to the BMC one of the abilities she was given was an ability to crystallize thin air (also how she created her weapon). She loves giving it a floral shape and gift it to him whenever they're nearby being tender and intimate. But she also eventually learns to take pride in how she feels for good and bad and find the best ways to word it finally struggling with outbursts of emotions, but she gets better with time, and now they're gentle and endearing admirations of everything he means to her Even. to a point of daring to bring herself confronting enemies violently and furiously.

i also want to talk about elio real quick because i adore their interactions so far and i just think the concept of fate or destiny in general would be real interesting to explore with these two!! elio being like a slave to destiny has me all 👁👁✨️ and it definitely seems like a heavy weight to carry?? i can't even begin 2 imagine it 🤯  but i want to know more abt it!!! hakuno def would be curious too ! and like- her whole character is about identity and the free will to be who you are so i think she'd definitely wonder- if everything is predetermined then what's the point of making choices? definitely would be lots of mixed feelings abt that concept! on a sillier note, if hakuno finds out that elio has a black cat form then she would be 👁👁✨️ Especially Intrigued (<- cat luvr)

i read lynx's line about how "In the Landau family, things are quite simple: If you want to do something, just go ahead and do it." and the hakuno muse just went what i want to do... do i even have something like that....? 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♂️hakuno does have a tendency to overthink things though, so i think that kind of simpler way of thinking could be pretty good for her mayhaps! also maybe have em talk about socialization because hakuno would think that "aren't all socialization necessary..?" (<- girl who really wants to properly interact and connect with others) alsoo methinks hakuno would def ask lynx for some wilderness survival tips!! 🫡🫡✨️✨️ i think she'd be interested in seeing in exploring more of the world and it definitely won't hurt to be better at surviving! and imagine them exploring the snow plains together 🥺 could be fun methinks!!

I feel silly reading it and discovering that what you wrote was better than I imagined. I didn't imagine the bullying, Lillianne pretending everything and Azriel believing in someone who isn't his girlfriend just because of his hero complex, as Mor himself said: "All she wanted was to get inside Azriel's fucking hero complex and it worked". Az, you don't need to be a hero, you need terapia🙅🏻‍♀️. As I was saying, I didn't expect all this and as I read on, my only reaction was to have my eyes light up like a child who has received a present beyond their expectations and I loved it so much.

"You've always been his girl." he's such an idiot, my God! I don't have words to express how much this boy has put me off with this after everything he's done to the reader!!! "he made me act on those actions - although that action seemed more possessive than an act of romance." yes, exactly, like a child who, when he gets a new toy, discards the one he's had for years, but is filled with jealousy when he sees that little toy being valued by another child AAAAAAAAAAH! i need a tranquilizer!!! That summed up everything I felt about him and there's nothing more to say. How dare he want to interfere in the moment when Eris and (Y/N) are together? How could he think she was being petty? It's so absurd that he showed up to talk to her only after the rumors had been denied and he deserved to be in that place watching her leave with someone who really valued her.

And Eris😍🤩🗣 is so absurd not to exist 😩☝️ "When Eris was looking at you as if you were the whole world at her fingertips" then I said: you've already won so much, you've already won so much.

He was so charming and wow, there were times when I couldn't stop sighing. I have no words to describe it😩😩

The moment the melody of your favourite song came floating out from the speaker, the first orange hue rose from the horizon.

A breeze glided over the water, carrying the echoes of the waves rolling up the shores through the open patio door.

But the only sound that mattered to you was Kuroo’s voice, husky and gentle, singing softly along by your ear. One of his hands rested on your waist, his other held your hand as you danced slowly along the music.

He pulled you closer then, his forehead rested against yours. With every word he sang you could feel them on your lips. Your eyes fluttered shut, bathing in bliss.

The same song that you’ve heard a thousand times with him. A swell of nostalgia, rising like the crest of the waves, rose inside you.

The first time you saw him; your first date; meeting your parents; moving in together; all the ups and downs you shared together; a river of memories flooded through your mind that lead you to now.

When you opened your eyes, you found yourself reflecting so clearly in his hazel eyes. Both of you were simply swaying to the beat now. His hand travelled from your waist, until they were cupping your cheeks. He gazed at you with nothing but adoration, enough to eclipse even the morning sunrise.

“How come as every year goes by, I’m in love with you more?” He murmured. He leaned down, just enough for his lips to capture yours briefly, before he pulled away.

A soft laugh escaped from you as you gazed back at him teasingly. “Even more than when you shouted your love for me at the school rooftop during morning assembly?”

Kuroo grinned, his eyes sparkling mischievously at the memory. “Even more,” he answered. With his hand still laced with yours, he suddenly twirled you around.

“Tetsurou!” You scrambled to grab the bedsheet swaddled around you which threatened to unravel.

“Nothing I didn’t see before,” he winked. Maybe it was the dawn light tinting his eyes, but the passion in his gaze seemed to be burning stronger than ever.

You reached out to stomp on his foot, but he was quick to react, because sometimes he knew you better than yourself.

Kuroo laughed when you missed. If there was one thing you could never get tired of hearing, it was the sound of his laughter. It was infectious, the kind of laugh that always made other people laugh along, and you found yourself smiling along. He dropped a light kiss on the tip of your nose as you struggled to wrap the sheet back around you.

“Here,” he tucked the end edges in. “Though I don’t see why it matters since it’s gonna come off later anyway,” he said the last part by your ear, his husky voice sending a shiver of anticipation down your spine. He chuckled when he saw your flushed cheeks. Then, his eyes softened, the side of his fingers brushed your red cheeks.

“I don’t think there are words that can express how much I love you, and how lucky I am that you love me back.”

Your hands trailed up his toned biceps, up along his neck. “I’m the lucky one, Tetsurou,” you whispered back. Because you really were. A man who loved you more and more with each passing day.

“Nuh uh, shouldn’t you be listening to me today?” He grinned the grin that always made your heart dance faster, no matter how much time has passed.

“Happy birthday, Tetsurou,” you smiled up at him.

The corners of his lips lifted, and you both leaned into each other at the same time. The breeze danced through your makeshift dress, billowing the white sheet behind you. The song has ended, a new day has come, but all you cared about at that moment was Kuroo, the taste of his lips, and the feel of his heartbeat against yours. Two hearts beating as one.

Let's start…

You return home from work, heartbroken by an asshole colleague.

There is nobody in the house. What a relief to you!

You run upstairs, heading straight to the bathroom.

You keep staring at the mirror, replaying everything that this bastard had said to you.

Then, tears start falling in the back of your hands and you try to cry silently as you don't want anyone to hear you.

That lasts for like…let's say an hour. All you can do is just take your shirt off and go to sleep. You needed it.

As expected, you cannot even take a nap. You start feeling cold, but you don't get up to cover yourself.

You feel too feeble to make any movement. You just stay on the edge of the bed, keeping your eyes shut with hope to fall asleep.

Suddenly, you feel yourself wrapped in two familiar arms. I won't say whose, we all know the answer.

The one covers your waist and your belly, while the other is caressing your bare arm.

The cold bare skin of yours makes a perfect contrast with the warmth of his arms and shirt. On the one hand, you don't want to move and ruin this.

On the other hand, though, you feel desperate to look at him. He is all you want at the moment. And having him on your sight would definitely make you feel better.

So, you choose to gently get off of his embrace and turn at his side, where he is laying.

He instantly notices your glassy eyes and wants to know if anything has happened to you.

You don't say anything. Just look at his worried expression. You feel too weak to even stutter a single word. What do you do?

You break down in tears. Again. But this time, it is worse. The reason is that you don't love when people see you crying as you are afraid of being ridiculed.

However, you could never hide your emotions from him. Hugo would always notice them. And that makes you scared of being scolded or mocked by him, something that you mention when he asks you the reason of your crying.

You get proven wrong. Not only does he not do anything of what you have thought he would, but he also places you to the side of his chest(whichever you want) and puts his arms around your almost bare body[you wear your jeans and your corset(bra)].

Meanwhile, he starts tracing lazy circles on one of your shoulders and keeps shushing you, so that you don't cry.

The only thing that you do at the moment is caressing him from neck to waist. Without saying a word to him.

Then, out of nowhere, you sense him slowly getting up to reach on something. That leads you to make a funny noise of protest.

But you get relieved again when you feel the soft material of a blanket covering you from the feet to the half of your head.

He gets back to the "touching you", but this time? You don't get to move out of his arms. You stay there! He doesn't let you go.

He holds you there while he is whispering in your ear a song or some sentences to keep you safe from your demons. This method works perfectly on you, since you slowly feel yourself forgetting what happened some moments ago and relax on your man's chest.

Eventually, you manage to fall asleep. However, he still holds you in his embrace. He gives you a kiss on your head and then closes his eyes to join you in your sleeping, after whispering how much he loves you.

It didn’t feel like you were missing out at all, you’d basically spent the entire day in each other’s arms watching sappy movies. (Gyro loves them and cries a lot!!) 

After yet another happy ending, the credits rolling by while a love song gently roused you from the story that had taken place, Gyro returned from the kitchen where he’d put away your empty cups. He looked so beautiful in the low light of your shared living room. A relaxed white T-shirt clinging to his biceps but hanging more loosely around his torso, a pair of fitted sweatpants and his beautiful long hair in a messy bun atop his head. Stray locks of champagne coloured strands cascading down the sides where they escaped the bun’s grasp. You’d never grow tired of this stunning man. 

He smiled softly at you, you could see he was getting tired and you were starting to feel it too. With a stretch and a yawn you turn off the tv, peeling yourself off of the comfortable couch to meet your boyfriend who was now scrolling through his phone next to the seating area.

“Come on sweetie let’s get to bed. You must be exhausted after all that crying.” You teased, chuckling lightly thinking back at all the tissues he needed. Gyro looked up from his phone to shoot you a warning glare. “I’ll just let that comment slide, amore. Let’s not ruin the moment.” He said quietly, putting down his phone as an old song’s crackly beginning started playing softly through the small speaker set upon a near bookshelf. You eyed him in surprise, not sure where he was going with this. Ever the romantic you just played along, taking his hand in yours and letting him lead you into a swaying hug.  

His arms snaked around your middle, taking you close into his chest where you nuzzled your face. Oh his cologne was so heavenly; light and airy but still able to linger on and urging you back for more. 

“I love you, Gyro.” You whispered, a soft kiss planted onto his pecs through his shirt. Not a day goes by where you don’t thank whoever it was that put him in your life, he truly was a gift. He hummed in approval, the vibrations tickling your nose as he brought his mouth closer to your ear. “Be my valentine?” He asked coyly, his tone not hiding his amusement at all. 

You snorted at his unusual question, lifting your head up to search his bright green eyes that never dulled. He offered a cute smirk, his expression still clearly awaiting your answer which only made you grin wider and made your heart flutter like a love sick puppy. “I kinda just told you I loved you. I guess I could also be your valentine, though.” You sighed squeezing him tighter with your arms around his waist. It was absolutely sickening how smitten you both still were after being together for so long. 

“Phew, I thought you were gonna say no!” He joked, placing a chaste kiss on your forehead. Lips curling into a smile as he rested against you. 

Songs went and came, all slow and laced with the most romantic lyrics possible. Both swaying in no particular tempo, just enjoying each other like you had been all day. “I love you. And your smile and your laugh and the way only I can make you cackle-“ He hummed while naming all the things he so adored about you. “When you put it like that...it’s like you only love me because I laugh at your dumb jokes!” You poked back, knowing just what buttons to press. And it worked. He let go of you, pulling back with his mouth open in disbelief as his hand reached to his chest to mock shock. “You hurt me. No truly. I bet you only love me for my amazingly hot and sexy trained body.” He playfully blinks away fake tears to further his act. You remained in yours as well, face ever serious and biting back smiles. “Well... you are like really really hot...” you jabbed back shyly. “And you have such silky hair, and such pretty eyes and a great di-“ he interrupted your final addition with a sudden kiss, pulling you back into his plump lips. Passionate and slow, taking his time to make sure you could realise how happy and lucky he feels to have a partner so amazingly wonderful as you. You pulled back slowly, resting your foreheads together, gazes so lost in each other, basking in the feeling of your mutual appreciation. “Come on my dear valentine! Let’s go to bed so you can tell me more about how cute you think I am.” 

“Whatever my valentine desires, they get!” He yells a little too loudly while ushering you to your bedroom, eager to fulfil all your complementing needs.

… Hi!

You probably thought you wouldn’t see my face again, but here I am, and I have come here to present to you all my baby- I mean new deltarune SCC Oc!

Say hello to Mac! My rusty little baby boy-

He is a mix off of an old cassette tape player and off of an old speaker!

I have a whole backstory for them already as to what happened and what made them end up like this! But, I might talk about that at some other time, I don’t wanna bore anyone with that- (and I’m too lazy to type rn-)

Just one thing I am going to clear, they have a screen on there face, which is mostly filled with static, but they use it at times to better express themselves with pictures and words! It was originally the slot where cassettes would be inserted in, but by some… unfortunate events, the component was WAY too damaged and couldn’t be fixed anymore, so sweet cap’n and cakes decided to upgrade it to a Screen instead! 🖥 (they did still install a cassette tape slot behind his head by his request, and mess with him at times by inserting cassettes into it- ;P)

((Also, I got my inspiration to make a SCC OC from @gqyass, I love you’re oc hiccup sm, there so cute, I gota draw them at some point, and you’re art is soso pretty, I was wondering… could they be friends??? 👉👈 I can understand if not, sorry for the tag, bah, I’ll go now- qwq))
