I had a very long very weird dream last night. In one part I was staying in this weird time hotel where I was confronted with past versions of famous comics before they found their look and voice. Joe Lycett was particularly sad as he was in the closet (not literally- he was a lift attendant in the weird steampunk lift) and James Acaster had long shaggy hair. I was carrying the feature wall which hangs in my room out with me and dropped a load of buttons on the floor. When I was outside there was a weird section where I was constantly in and out of water, by the seashore then in the sea, and i kept seeing animals like geese eating other animals like lizards, live and whole. I was careening on a torrent of water like a rapid but it was going through an old town like the old part of Exeter. There were a set of ruins like human jaw bones in rows upon rows, and Rhod Gilbert was explaining something to me, then more water came in waves and I had to get out of the way. As I dodged around the corner I got a sense of deja vu, and jumped up on a ledge near a fence as I sensed something bad was coming. Mike Wozniak and Matt Berry were there both dressed in white coats as doctors. I shouted “Michael!” as a warning as suddenly a load of mini coopers - old ones - as rally cars came careening along the dirt road below the ledge upon which we were all stood. Just in time Mike dived into the opposite hedge, protecting himself from the cars and careening bits of debris that they threw up everywhere in their wake.

There was also another section before all that where I saw in a dark gritty live action reboot of Rugrats where the kids were in their 30s. We were in a kind of seedy diner in Chicago or something, there was a river and a lot of freight in the background on a river or lake.
