i honestly think the ghoul believes lucy is just full of shit until she gives him those vials. like he does not believe she is genuinely that good of a person because no one is that good of a person anymore, and because she is the product of vault-tec middle-management. he is constantly expecting her to show her "true colors" (hence "there you are, you little killer" after she bites off his finger) until that moment when she chooses to help him despite the fact that he's done nothing to deserve her kindness. COMPELS ME!!!!

Your husband!Gyomei who is nothing short of perfect, the way that he would silently guide you away from the street and close to his left side. And he’d never forget to use the warmth of his large hand to gently cradle your own, tenderly and comfortably like it were the final piece to his massive puzzle.

Your husband!Gyomei who spends those autumn crisp early mornings sitting on the engawa of your shared home and drinking matcha, holding a cup with one hand with his palm on your waist as you lean against his supportive arms. Your shoulder, a resting place for his chin, as he closes his eyes and listens to your being. Your aura. You are his peace.
