COOL AF??? the arcade was also full of furries for some reason. which was cool but i've never seen it before #girl the arcade is hot enough as it is if you're wearing a fursuit in an arcade you are braver than any us marine #I WAS SO SAD I LEFT MY PURSE (ALSO AN ITA BAG) IN THE CAR FOR THE ARCADE BECAUSE I HAVE A VASH PIN IN IT .....#please ask me about my ita bags... please ask me about my pins.... i am insane about my pins......#my brother and i are going to indie pop con in 2 weeks if i dont find some cute trigun 98 stuff i will riot #i am relentlessly vashposting on main. i will draw other characters i swear but he is my favorite #any character where i go 'there is something so so so wrong with him' is my favorite EVERY TIME #im just happy to be drawing again honestly #i got about a month before anime central so i am just trying . to VIBE. for the first time in months

I think it's a bit normal to see people buying large amounts of keychains? Usually to place a bunch on their bags, but also phone cases, charm bracelets, and other items. I think it's a trend? But it can also make charms sell out fast

Tbh, I'm a terribly frugal person when it comes to buying fandom merch and I don't interact with anyone else that really does, so it is honestly surprising to me to hear that people would want more than one of any fan-made merch.

But, this new perspective is enlightening in a sense, so I do appreciate hearing about this kinda thing~

So if this behavior is as common as you make it out to be, I'm gonna have to make a lot more of these than I anticipated, which is gonna change how I go about this quite a bit...

#keychain feedback #the fandoms/characters i obsess with tend to be fairly niche #so i don't even bother with merch collection most of the time #and as an artist i'd rather just make the things i want than pay someone else for it #the ONLY character i've ever bought more than one 'thing' of for was Jyushimatsu WAY back in the day when i made my first ita bag #so i do have a lot of keychains/buttons of him. but even then only one copy of any given design

aaaaaaaaaaaa my legs are sooooo sore

#prince's talk tag #i did a lot of walking‚ standing‚ squatting‚ kneeling and posing at the con but bc im not used to doing that much my legs are killing me lol #im glad i took off yesterday and today to rest but oof im still drained #i did have a lot of fun tho #oh! i cant remember if i said this but i actually saw a coworker at the con. we're in different depts so i dont think she knows me well #but she had this cute ita bag where it was an art program and the 'canvas' is the window where you show off your pins #it was really cute and i was gonna stop her and ask where she got it but i chickened out last minute bc we dont talk at work #i dont really talk to a lot of people at work because im in the back and im not the type to initiate #but this coworker has interested me for a while now bc this isnt the first time ive seen her at this con #tho i didnt recognize the characters on her ita bag so we might have similar general interests but not specific ones #i told my friends about it and they were like 'you HAVE to ask her about the con when you go back to work'#and i am interested but i am still shy about it

#Zuzu note;#I found a tiny cloth wall scroll that’s a blank clow card…. so actually that’s pretty cool #I also found a supernatural fanart made into a coin purse #does anyone remember shipping buttons?#where you bought buttons of your ship to put next to each other so they kiss?#I also found my first ever ita-bag #it was from like the first year they started appearing at cons #it was small and flimsy but I remember being so excited to find one #it didn’t even have an insert— you literally had to reach into the bag to put the pins and buttons in #I have to dismantle two other ita-bags that were honestly garbage #I’m so glad the backpack one I have now is high quality #it’s gone through 9 cons now without a scratch or tear #oh dang I just found the Covid mask I attached Digimon pins to back when cons finally opened again
