[ Upward Plank ] ❤ Formally known as Purvottanasana Yoga Pose and informally known as Reverse Plank. It's my favourite bicep stretch after boxing. Nothing stretches my arms like this. Here you see me trying to relax my neck, push my hips to the sky, open my shoulders, breathe​ deeply, point my toes... It's not easy to combine it all after a savage workout 😀 TRY IT!
