finding cool parallels in ninjago is always like. nice! now on a scale of 1-10 i wonder how completely unintentional this was on the part of the writers

#thinkin about morro and how he died in a fiery explosion deep in a cave #i know someone here has already pointed out that lloyd almost died the same way and only didn't because kai was there to save him #while morro had no one but i'm also just thinking #kai nearly died in that volcano too. the only reason he didn't was because he finally realized he couldn't be the green ninja #he was willing to give up and so he got to live #and then there's morro who wouldn't take no for an answer and refused to give up... kept going deeper into the caves until he died for it #AARGH. it haunts me #ninjago
