These truffles are bigger than normal, which is why we decided to fill our chocolate shells with two things: caramel and hazelnut butter. It took a lot of blending and boiling to create these two separate fillings, but the result was phenomenal, so without further ado our caramel/hazelnut truffles. Now available at El Buen Cacao.
