When I was 23 years old I got a tattoo that bears the words 'Time is the devil' and I could never have realized how much those words would play a part in my perception of this life. This is my Grandfather and Grandmother in 1958. They have both passed away from this world in a physical sense. You never realize how much you have to ask and say until the opportunity is gone. Doesn't matter how much you told them while they are here, I could spend an eternity conversing with these two people but time cut us short. Every single day I have a new or recurring question. Some may remember the post about my Grandmother's 'overnight cure' for strep throat. She was going to show me how to make it. I want to know where my Grandfather got his nickname and why he didn't learn Swedish like their parents before them. The questions can spin for eternity but most of all the hugs, the presence, being able to make a call and say hi. If your Grandparents are alive, call the today, don't wait another moment.
