The world is against me
Okay so I lost a 20 deck of cigarettes along with a £20 note. AND My boyfriends bus pass card(on a separate day) and my boyfriend accidentally posted a picture of me sucking him off in a group chat with all of our friends.... genuinely an accident but like.... and this is all in a week... 1... single... week. to top things off I’m relapsing on my eating disorder so enjoy this blog fellas

Quarantine Rules🌼
I've decided I'll weigh myself every Monday and Thursday only. If it'll be necessary or I'll feel like it, then I'll be checking on my weight.
Also, I've set up a few rules to follow during Quarantine, and I thought I may share them with you:
🌼 Weigh in only on Mon and Thurs
🌼 Listen to your body. It's the only way you'll prevent a binge.
🌼 Always stay under 900. No matter what.
🌼 Always burn at least 100 kcals from walking. Then burn about 70% of your intake.
🌼 DO NOT completely cut off carbs. You know it'll only lead to far worse than a 100 calories breakfast. Every Sunday and Wednesday, have 20g of oatmeal + 10ml almond milk, water and stevia.
🌼 Coffee. Every morning make yourself 300ml of coffee to dilute with water (200ml) to drink during the day, especially before lunch and dinner.
🌼 Drink at least 2L of water per day.
🌼 Before you start eating, drink two whole glasses of water.
🌼 Keep yourself busy.
🌼 Make tea at least 4 times a day, first cup in the morning, green tea.
🌼 Every two weeks have a cheat day. Stay under 1500 kcals tho.
🌼 Do NOT eat the same amount of calories everyday. At least vary the intake of about 70/100 kcals.
🌼 Follow the intermittent fast plan for 16:8 every single day. When parents are out, skip lunch.
🌼 Listen to your body. Again.
🌼 Take care and stay safe.
