Soooooo hâs trainer did an article on his workout routines for touring and outside of touring. Brad not mentioned - i think Brad was used either secondarily if his trainer couldnât travel the whole time or as we all like to think was an Azoff ploy. Maybe Brad was used to give H a little more freedom in starting to come out of the closet, but Iâm still not a fan. His trainer though had the kindest things to say about h. This could also start kickoff the rumblings of a new tour
SO interesting. Thibo has been with him for years. I remember him being quoted a number of times. So what the hell was Boring Brad there for? It sure seems like he was just a minder. Maybe a workout partner. He sure set himself up very well having everyone think he was the reason Harry looked so amazing during Love On Tour.

We gained unprecedented access to the star's workout secrets from the man who has worked with Harry for over five years and built his stamina to where it is today - personal trainer Thibo David.
Thibo first met the 'As It Was' singer when he was working on his first album via a recommendation.
[âŠ]
Setting a workout plan on day one of Love on Tour would not have cut it. The sell-out shows ran for 22 months covering 173 shows across seven legs and five continents so adequate physical preparation was essential maintaining physical health and the stamina required to keep up with such a rigorous set.
"Harry's main priorities ahead of a tour are building endurance, maintaining energy levels, and staying injury-free," Thibo reveals. "His tours are incredibly demanding, both physically and mentally, with long performances, travel, and limited recovery time."
The trainer explains that the 'Watermelon Sugar' singer focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness, strengthening his core, and incorporating mobility exercises to enhance flexibility and prevent strain.
"Beyond physical fitness, he places a strong emphasis on mental clarity and stress management, ensuring he's fully present and capable of delivering his best on stage," he adds. "Hydration, sleep, and balanced nutrition are equally essential in his preparation."
Thibo is no ordinary personal trainer. His background as a commando heavily influences the training programme he devises for Harry before, during, and after a tour. He tells us: "Touring often presents unpredictable conditionsâwhether itâs a lack of equipment, limited space, or tight schedules. The ability to adapt quickly and create effective workouts in unconventional settings was key.
Thibo says that Harry's tour workout looks different from his other work commitments: "For a film, we might prioritise functional strength, agility, and endurance, while for a photoshoot, we'd incorporate elements of conditioning and aesthetic-focused training. Regardless of the goal, the workouts always maintained a balance of mobility, strength, and recovery to ensure Harry remained physically prepared for the demands ahead."
[âŠ]
"We had a lot of fun. One of our traditions was running the stairs of every stadium and arena we visited, turning it into a unique challenge." Making exercise fun for the star is a priority for Thibo and he had a certain trick up his sleeve for lifting the energy before a show.
"Sometimes, we even turned these sessions into team events, with the musicians and crew joining in. This approach not only kept Harry in peak physical condition but also fostered camaraderie and morale among the team," he says.
[âŠ]
"âŠwe focus heavily on energy management, tailoring sessions to complement his performance schedule. Recovery becomes a top priority, with techniques like mobility work, active stretching, and massage incorporated regularly."
A tour coming to a close does not signal the end of Harry's workout plan. This new phase allows Harry to use exercise to recover and rebuild. Thibo explains: "We shift the focus to activities like running, boxing training, and recovery practices, such as cold baths, to help his body decompress from the intense demands of touring.
"The workouts are less about high intensity and more about maintaining his fitness base, regaining mobility, and resetting his energy levels. This phase is also a great time to experiment with new methods and address any imbalances or tightness that may have developed during the tour."
Having worked closely with the former One Direction star, Thibo can attest to Harry's dedication â a trait that makes a personal trainer's life undeniably easier. He tells us: "Harry is an amazing human beingâfocused, disciplined, and incredibly dedicated to his craft.
"He fully understands the benefits of optimising all aspects of his performance, which makes working with him both rewarding and effective."

"Harry Styles is a better singer than me. As People magazineâs sexiest musician alive 2023, heâs better looking too. But because Iâm a fitness writer by trade, the hardest pill to swallow is that he might be in better condition.
This realization dawned on me as Stylesâ coach Thibo David walked me through one of his typical training sessions.Â
They kick things off with a slow 10 to 30-minute jog, followed by a rapid one-mile run and a bodyweight challenge comprising 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups and 100 air squats within eight minutes. Once thatâs done, David considers the warm-up complete.Â
What follows is a melee of weighted circuits, more running and core work which left me both intimidated and intrigued. So, as a fitness aficionado and Coachâs unofficial workout guinea pig, I decided to give it a go. All of it.Â
30-minute slow-paced runÂ
If you include the one-mile run and bodyweight challenge, this is the hardest warm-up Iâve ever done, but, given the intensity required for the next two elements Iâm promoting them to workout status.Â
My usual warm-up routine consists of 10-minutes on a bike or exercise bike, followed by 15 minutes of dynamic stretching. The slow-paced run offered a similar introduction to my morning session, but after that I was in unfamiliar territory.Â
Run one mile as fast as possible
David says Harry Styles can run a mile in an impressive 5min 13secâa standard some of the professional athletes David coaches canât matchâbut I was urged to run my own race.
âDonât go in thinking âhe did it in five minutes, Iâm going to do the sameâ, just keep on pushing,â says David. âDonât think about anything else, your time is yours.âÂ
So I found myself haring through a UK park at 30°F. The cold air stung my lungs and my heart rate soon soared, but I managed to stick to a pace I, as an average runner at best, was fairly happy with and finished in 5min 59sec.
In eight minutes complete:
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 unweighted squats
This was far closer to my wheelhouse as a CrossFit fan. I chose to tackle it in alternating sets of 10, transitioning quickly between exercises to finish within the eight-minute limit. But even commando rolling from push-up to sit-up then springing into the squats left me little time to spare.
I took 7min 39sec, and, somewhat unexpectedly, given I can barbell squat more than 300lb, it was my quads that blew up the most. Whether this was the result of the one-mile run before it or heavy front squats the day before, I couldnât say, but my thighs were on fire by the final rep.Â
Four rounds of:
1min kettlebell swings (16kg)
1min box jumps
2min sandbag over-the-shoulder (20kg)
2min alternating dumbbell clean and press
1min rest
This was the part of the training day I felt most comfortable withâprobably because it bore the closest resemblance to CrossFit.
âI like to say that I train very smart, but you also have to be very stupid sometimes, you know? Do this type of workout in the most stupid way; go hard at the task at hand, like when you throw a ball for a dog and it goes super crazy.Â
âThis is a very good workout for that. Very good at building everything that needs to be added after the aerobic base; aggressiveness, speed, that go-hard mentality.â
I tend to ease off the throttle in timed workouts like this, so I set a couple of goals going in.Â
Firstly: no taking long breaks mid-minute. Secondly, hit a set number of reps each round. I pushed my body reasonably hard during the first round and found that 30 kettlebell swings, 18 box jumps, 20 sandbag-over-shoulders and 30 clean and presses made tricky but achievable targets for me.
Things did become particularly spicy during round three and four though, as my body began to tire with the sustained effort.Â
My posterior chain (the muscles running along the back side of the body) took a battering from the kettlebell swings and sandbag-over-shoulders, my already-fried legs felt heavy during the box jumps, and my shoulders grew tired from two minutes of straight clean and pressesâit was a serious test of muscular endurance.
Eight rounds of:
30-45sec sprint (16-21km/h) at a 0.5-2.5% gradient
90sec restÂ
In the absence of a treadmill I sought out a nearby hill. For the first interval I ran as far up the hill as I could in 30 seconds (about 220 meters), sending my heart rate skywards.Â
Then I took 90 seconds to walk back down the hill before repeating this distance. I also did 12 total roundsâI wanted the full Styles experience, after allâbut Iâd live to regret this. The hill I chose grew progressively steeper as I worked my way up it, and by the eighth round I felt like death. My sprints turned to slogs, and the time it took me to complete the distance I established in the first interval grew longer.Â
The prior running and box jumps didnât help either, but I got it done eventually in less than 30 minutes
15 minutes of âdiverse core exercises including planks, one-sided farmerâs walks, side planks and sit-up variationsâ.
These exercise suggestions offer a comprehensive core workout, recruiting a wide range of mid-body muscles from the rectus abdominis (of six-pack fame) to the spine-supporting transverse abdominis and erector spinae, which play a major role in maintaining posture.Â
I also appreciated the addition of a one-sided loaded carry, which challenged my core to keep me upright as a weight pulled me sideways. After all, while the core is always credited with moving the spine, itâs also needed for resisting unwanted movement under load.
10-15 minutes of assisted stretching
David left me to my own devices for this final part, so I worked my way through a 10-minute mobility routine on the Pliability app.Â
This was a relaxing way to wrap up a far from relaxing morning of training, and gave me a second to catch my breath after a monumental effort which lasted a little over two hours.
How I Found Harry Stylesâ Workout
I swapped this day of training for one of my usual CrossFit sessions and had a lot of fun doing it. Every part of my body felt like it had been put through the ringer thanks to the muscle-burning circuit and lung-taxing running elements. I was also very, very hungry.Â
Another thing that impressed me was Stylesâ evident fitness levels and work ethic; how he has the energy to perform for two hours during a stadium tour is no longer a mystery.
Another thing I liked about my chat with David was his openness and honesty. I often see articles online saying celebrities do a few Pilates classes or HIIT workouts each week to stay in unbelievable shape, and he was keen to dispel this myth.
âCollaborating with Harry Styles was an absolute delight; his commitment is unparalleled,â says David.
âBut itâs important to note that this level of training isnât suitable for everyone. Harry was inherently fit, but achieving the level of fitness needed for this session still required time, work and effort. Rushing into such high-volume workouts can pose risks.â
David also stressed that sessions of this intensity werenât done every day, and the nature of his workouts will often âdepend on the day and the state of the athleteâ.
âItâs crucial to emphasize the significance of proper periodization,â says David. âNot every day constituted an intense session. In fact, we strategically incorporated recovery sessions which often involved a light run combined with core exercises and mobility work. Every workout was thoughtfully placed within the overall training plan.â

I Tried Harry Stylesâ Workout From His Trainer And It Took Me More Than Two Hours
By Harry Bullmore
Highlights of the article below.
Develop the speed and muscular endurance needed for a stadium tour (just in case) with this Harry Styles workout from his trainer Thibo David. Harry Styles is a better singer than me. As People magazineâs sexiest musician alive 2023, heâs better looking too. But because Iâm a fitness writer by trade, the hardest pill to swallow is that he might be in better condition. I really recommend to read the full article, the writer explains his own experience trying Harry's workout.

Today is Thibo and Mishel wedding? Who do you think will be from RM?
Today and tomorrow because this wedding will last two days :)
And I have no idea who it will be because Mishel's closest friends among the WAGs like Mina and Daphne are in the last days of their pregnancies, and Shalimar has just given birth. For now, Davide Violati has arrived in France with his girlfriend (Real Madrid physiotherapist) who are friends of Thibaut and Mishel :) We'll see!

We know Harryâs personal trainer back in London is Thibo David. Iâm sure Harry does work out and eat like his trainer advises even when away. His trainer was at the army or something I think, a few years ago. He has an INSANE training regime and did just do an 48 fasting thing where he didnât eat AND drank ANYTHING!! Thatâs not healthy! No matter how you turn it to!! Also the amount of training he does and what kind of stuff... Harryâs body is NOT made for that training and diet!! I thought Harry /his skin looked dehydrated/ really leathery in some of his topless shots recently and if he does this 48h fasting thing etc like his trainer itâs not surprising that he looks so thin recently. Yeah, he might have gotten killer abs but overall in the long run he wonât be able to keep that training/ eating routine like that. Which he also shouldnât bc itâs not healthy at all

Hacker legt netwerk scholengroep plat

I really admire Hâs work ethic, and itâs refreshing to see people talk about him without chasing clout. I also love hearing from people who work with him or know him personally about how kind and down- to- earth he is.
#ask me why I love Harry :)
100% agree. Iâve said it a million times, but I find him endlessly inspiring on so many levels. Heâs so devoted to his art that heâs clearly willing to put in enormous amounts of effort to be the best he can be.
I love that even with the entire fandom giving Brad all the credit for literal years, Thibo didnât feel the need to correct anyone or shine the spotlight on himself.
And itâs yet one more person who knows him well telling us how genuine and kind Harry is. I will never understand people hating him.

Holy hell. No wonder heâs in such great shape. Just a note that Thibo David was his old trainer with Live On Tour. I assume Brad Gould was his new trainer for Love on Tour. But I doubt his regimen was any less insane.

but maybe Brad was just a workout partner. â gina, what do you mean by this???
I donât have time to research Thibo David to see when he trained with Harry. The article says it was for LOT. We all assumed Brad was his trainer because he had been a trainer and we saw them work out together at least once that I recall. But, given that he seems to have moved on to management, maybe he wasnât actually Harryâs trainer and was what many of us eventually thought: a handler and working for Full Stop.

We gained unprecedented access to the star's workout secrets from the man who has worked with Harry for over five years and built his stamina to where it is today - personal trainer Thibo David.
Thibo first met the 'As It Was' singer when he was working on his first album via a recommendation.

Thank you @daisiesonafield-blog I remembered seeing pics of him from before. Heâs the one who said H could pull 500 lbs. đ
but maybe Brad was just a workout partner. â gina, what do you mean by this???
I donât have time to research Thibo David to see when he trained with Harry. The article says it was for LOT. We all assumed Brad was his trainer because he had been a trainer and we saw them work out together at least once that I recall. But, given that he seems to have moved on to management, maybe he wasnât actually Harryâs trainer and was what many of us eventually thought: a handler and working for Full Stop.
