i do think it is/would be a great choice for them to redesign viktor a little bit. not only for the story but for the aesthetics as well.

im sorry but machine heralds arm is just laughable.

from what i can tell viktor is not going to use the hextech arm in season 2 at all.

instead, heimerdinger is the one shown using it in separate promotional material. granted it isn't for arcane, but one could argue it kinda actually is.

for those who dont know heimerdinger is already in the game as a mad scientist type character. this redesign paints him as more of a whimsical tinkerer...and it also shows him with an arm that looks just like viktors in season one.

i know it's probably a reach but i do think this choice is for the best. heimerdinger is so small that he would benefit from an additional limb with more reach.

that, and viktor is extremely overpowered. like, he's a literal god in the second season. it wouldn't surprise me at all if he could just make stuff levitate. he has no need for an additional arm as a weapon or tool.
