Sometimes I am not immune to Bruce getting his shit together for Damian and I am very not immune to Damian getting a chance to explore things besides murder and violence. B&R is definitely a softer take on his character, but you know what GOOD FOR HIM. LET DAMIAN BE SOCIALLY AWKARD AND VULNERABLE ABOUT HIS ART!!!! Let that kid be at an awkward transition stage from forcing himself to be the Heir To the Throne and on his way to whoever he wants to be. He's not there yet, but he's allowed the space to be less than fully confident at home, that he's finally able to be insecure and vulnerable without having to put up a prickly barrier to protect himself quite so much. And let Bruce understand how to be there for this kid who really needs him, because he's come a long way from how he interacted with Dick or Jason at this stage, he couldn't be who he is now without them, but it has to be about Damian now and he's really trying. Sometimes they're too much alike to be the most interesting dynamic, but I will never turn down moments were BRUCE REALLY DOES LOVE THAT KID, THEY WORKED HARD TO GET HERE, THEY DESERVE THIS ADORABLE AWKWARD SWEETNESS.

Another thing about OFMD I get obsessed about if I think about it too hard is how much Ed and Stede trust each other.

Even in s2e4, when they're still on shaky ground and Ed is understandably upset, they're tense and awkard with each other at first but that so easily falls back into comfort. Ed accepts Stede's compliment about his beard, because he can't even conceive of Stede not meaning it or being manipulative. It doesn't take long for them to get back in step with each other; they don't blame each other or fall back on misunderstandings for the sake of drama. Even though they didn't fully talk everything out, they understand each other so well.

And the part that makes me absolutely insane is in s2e5, when they're talking about Ed's probation and Stede tells Ed the crew will feel better with him once he "stops doing crazy things." It would be so easy for that to sound accusatory, or for Ed to take it the wrong way, but it doesn't. Ed knows, without them having to talk about it, that Stede isn't blaming him or insulting him. He doesn't feel the need to defend himself because he knows Stede isn't attacking him.

They feel so safe with each other. When they're together, you can tell they feel like nothing can hurt them. They're each other's safe space ship.

Hi, I love your Simon Blackquill art! I was wondering if you had any thoughts on him and Kay? (I’m a little obsessed with them)

Ahh thank you for the kind words! I've been thinking about your ask since you sent it- I haven't had much time to draw this week so these are a bit rough.

I did imagine them first meeting when Simon is opening the window for Taka while Kay's scaling the prosecutor's office. She doesn't work there, she just does it to prank Edgeworth.

I wish I had more thoughts about Kay and Simon, but I have trouble picturing them interacting. Kay has a sunny disposition, and is the kind of person who can get along with anyone. But I think after years of not letting people know his true self, Simon would still be very closed off. And someone else who appeared to be sunny and the kind of person who can get along with anyone turned out to be using those traits to manipulate him. I don't see Kay's behavior triggering Simon though- I think it'd be her earnestly trying to engage him, and Simon being awkard about it. I HC Simon as autistic (it adds meaning to his getting along with young Athena, his unwavering dedication to his moral principles and the fact that he seems defined by his 2.5 interests), and tho he got good playing the role of "The Twisted Samurai," those scripts don't help him in social situations where everyone's getting along.

I do see Simon getting along well with Ema Skye: they both have an older sister who was incarcerated for doing morally dubious things to protect them; they're both dealing with their life goals (being a forensic scientist and dying for a righeous cause) not panning out; and they're both dicks who like throwing things at people. And Ema and Kay are besties, so, Kay and Simon would wind up hanging out. I HC Ema as being hopelessly in lesbians with Kay but not ready to make a move, and Kay being oblivous to it bc theyre besties. So he gets to be party to that.

Thats just how I'm writing them, for now. I think there's a reading of Simon and Kay get along like a house on fire since they're troublemakers, or where Kay is instrumental in getting Simon to open up. Maybe I'll have more thoughts about it after I finish playing through Investigations 2 again.

Day 26: I Saw Your Face In A Dream - AU where Mulder and Scully meet on karaoke night at a bar.

Day 27: Christmas With You By My Side - Sequel to day 22 "Cookie Theft And Other Crimes" but can be read as a stand-alone: What happens when Mulder wakes up with Scully in his arms?

Day 28: The Truth Is (Not) Found In A Glass of Whiskey - All Mulder wanted to do was drop off a report. Now he has to deal with a drunk Skinner.

Day 29: Glass Half Full - Sequel to "The Truth Is (Not) Found In A Glass of Whiskey": It's the morning after and Skinner wakes up with a hangover - and remembers way too much from the previous night.

Day 30: Feelings You Can't Hide - A post-ep for "Bad Blood" obviously. A jealous Mulder, an attempt at humor and the hint of angst may be found here.

Day 31: Trick or Treat - IVF arc, angsty fluff: They're supposed to go to the Gunmen's Halloween party, but there's something they need to make sure of first.

Spiderverse x One Piece AU!

A little something that started as an exercise in character design and then I got a little bit into it lmao

I did design the rest of the East Blue Crew but uh... they were kinda ugly/boring, I put more effort into these two because they're the 💕favs💕

Info, kinda. Honestly I don't have a lot thought out its mostly random ideas that mushed together sort of resemble a well put together au, just like everything I do <3

Nami:

- Spider-Woman of her universe, while her design isn't exactly original I really liked using her orange and blue colors. She has the spider logo on her back because she hates spiders and hates looking at them lmao

- In her universe, her best friend Usopp died when she failed to save him (kinda her "Gwen Stacy" but he was just a friend)

- Has electricity powers, her spidey senses are also really in tune with the climate for some reason

- She has a staff (not pictured) she fights with, and also uses the environment to her favor, not the biggest fan of fighting hand to hand because (compared to other Spider-people) shes not as physically strong

- Has a few enemies and nemesis that she fights, Arlong being the most important/strong one

- She's actually quite happy to know other Spider-people, tho she was kinda shocked when she saw Usopp... It was awkard for both of them...

Usopp:

- The first Spider-man in his world, there are some things of his design I would change (mainly the sweatband, I would change the colors), but I'm actually quite happy with his design. Where does his nose go with the mask on? The same place Hobbie's hair goes, idk..

- In his universe, his best friend Nami died, Usopp failing to protect her

- Uncanny precision with his webfluids, also figths using the environment

- Unfortunately isn't a well received Spider-man 😔, gets complaints about destruction of property or how he's "pretty coward for a superhero"

- Really would rather focus on saving civilians from natural disasters, as he's also not as physically strong (compared to other Spider-people), but it seems every weirdo on the block decided they really need to beat this teenager up, so he also has some enemies...

- Super excited about meeting other Spider-people and finally being able to share life experiences with them, and then met Nami, or Spider-Woman Nami and it was awkard and uncomfortable (but they became besties, bittersweet moment)

Extra stuff from the rest of the East Blue Crew:

- Luffy's spiderman name is Spider-King and the rest of the Spidermans where like "I can't decide if that's the best or the worst name I've ever heard...". Well Usopp thinks it's kinda cool, and wishes he had chosen a cooler name for himself, might be too late for a new signature 🤔, Nami and Sanji think it's stupid, Zoro is undecided

- Sanji does not have a spider logo, even tho his name is Spider-man because he hates spiders

- Zoro is the second Spider-man from his universe, the first one being Kuina, she died and he took her place

- Sanji has fire inmunity

- Zoro carries like 5 extra pockets of web fluids cause he takes "longer routes" (he gets lost a lot)

You guys (gender neutral) really made the perfect cast of characters... They're all likeable but in the sense that they feel like they could exist in real life, you know? Making me do sports is usually a no for me but I reallyy like Elio (Galileo omg...); I got Jamie's texts first try so I'll count that as a win (we can be awkard quiet people together askafikld); and Percy's flirting was super effective but I'm interested to get to know the different sides to his personality; and of course Deja and Cam are both gorgeous, their dynamic with MC is fantastic ;; <3 Even just from the demo Keyframes is one of my favorite interactive novels, wishing the team all the best!!

It seemed a bit awkard, but Buddha just kept dropping in like nothing happened, giving you your treats and the things you needed.

But eventually, he decided to question what happened. Apparently, it was your ability. You could split your soul into a physical clone.

Hey, that could be pretty useful- And it is, in your case- Some people tend to both get confused by your clones, even if they’re slightly weaker the more clones you go by with.

Still, you make it work-

Buddha generally has no problem with it, but he does prefer to have only one of you so he has a proper target for affection-

But in the case of battles, he’ll gladly fight with you to make sure you don’t need to waste energy. If his lover’s facing some not worth it, why should they waste their time-?

Still, since you tend to be twins, it does get difficult- Even for him, he has trouble deciphering who is who, so he always just gives one of you a lollipop so he can figure out which is which-

I read the whole TKK/JKK discussion and while I find their reasoning quite solid in terms of JKK being close I don't agree with the narrative that TK only hang out with eo when other people are involved or they need something fun to be able to enjoy eo's company. It's not TK's fault that they look like they have the most fun with eo when together, they find "fun" even in the most mundane things. These two would giggle over "shaping clays" of all things. They seem to turn this fact around as if "see? they only hang out for fun stuff!". They claim to be TK friendly and "know" Tae and love Tae, but this is just another way of twisting that "TK are distant/awkard" narrative without coming off as an "anti".. Them saying JK doesn't go to Tae during boring moments/when he feels lonely and hung out with JM instead during PTD LV, forget that TK have been "discovered" to be in eo's rooms while the other is doing livestreams albeit didn't show themselves... I guess JK just doesn't feel bored or lonely when he is with Tae so it comes off like they are only together to have fun. WHY ARE WE TURNING THEIR PRECIOUS MOMENTS OF FINDING JOY IN THE MOST ORDINARY THINGS AS A WAY TO DEBUNK THE DEPTH OF THEIR CLOSENESS? I'm sorry but this is just ridiculous to me. One of the reasons why I adore TK is precisely this: that they're able to find joy inspite of and despite what happens to them, they still find things around them to be optimistic about and find happiness in. They think JK just broke out of his shell because Tae was "fun" and "goofy"? Weren't there other fun and goofy people in JK's life to help break him out of his shell? That statement to me entails so much understanding of eo and closeness to allow yourself to be vulnerable enough and open that "shell" for the other person to come into your space and hold your hand out of it. What they're doing is another or perhaps a new way of degrading TK bond. Many can be argued against their claims that can be applied to JKK as well but I am not here to debunk their friendship. But to say that TK need other people or a "fun" activity to enjoy eo's company or describe the depth of their relationship is insulting.

summary: cute, fluff, wholesome, adorable, two killers having a soft spot for a cute baby/toddler/child/teen y/n but they're mean to other people, billy and stu aren't killers on this and they are friends with sidney prescott, tatum riley and others.

billy would be that type of dad who's overprotective, caring, a little bit strict and autoritive while stu would be that type of dad who's goofy, funny, sweet as well as caring and tiny bit strict as well as billy. but in the end, they show their soft side only to you since you're cute, innocent and impossible to resist our own cuteness.

even if you're a baby, toddler, child, teen or even an adult, you are still billy and stu's little girl/boy. of course if you're 20, 50 or even 90 years old, you're still your daddies' little girl/boy, deep down billy and stu can't accept the fact you're growing up to be a beautiful or handsome girl/boy.

stu would be that type of parent who would play princess with you. dressing up as a princess from disney, eating a lot of sweetness and candy, watching movies like snow white, lion king and other kid movies. he doesn't care if people would critize him, he wants to make you happy and having your beautiful and innocent smile across the face.

and dear billy, he would do the same thing as stu did but when it's just you and him at the house since he can't allow anyone seeing his soft spot for his daughter/son. but whenever they are spending time together with you as a family they would make sure that you're happy and having a good time but when it's a raining day, you and your parents would stay at home and watching movies while eating popcorn.

when you're starting to have your puberty, billy and stu would probably call sidney or tatum about starting your period if you're a girl and probably giving you an awkard sex eductation and you would be blushing so hard and telling your parents to stop talking about that since you don't want to hear anything about it.

stu would be the chilling and happiest dad while billy would be an overprotective and observant father when you decided to bring a boy or a girl into the house as your partner. even if you're gay, bisexual and being apart of the lgbt, your dads will still love you for whatever you are and if you're happy, even if you're straight, billy and stu still love you. when billy is alone with your partner, he threatens him or her, he is an overprotective parent from the moment you were born and he doesn't want to see you hurt or heartbroken.

let's just say your partner shallowed his/her saliva before nodding his or her head, meaning your partner perfectly understood billy's message. stu couldn't wait to see you married and having children as well as billy, if you don't want to get married or having children, billy and stu would understand your choices but if your partner doesn't accept your choices, most likely billy would teach him or her a lesson about respecting you, nobody messes with stu and billy's daughter and gets away with it.

throughtout your life while being stu macher and billy loomis's daughter, they raised you right without showing you violence, sexual stuff, they're not abusive and neglecting you, sometimes you would argue about some things but in the end, you would apoligize to each other and spending time together.

in all of the families around the globe, everyone makes mistakes because nobody is perfect. some people try to change while a few people don't change at all, but billy and stu all want to do is protect y/n from all the horrible things around the world, they will do everything for y/n even letting the world burn for her.

i forget how awkard Lucy can be in interviews sometimes since her words are so impeccable the transcript is usually very polished, but it's very sweet how flustered and shy she gets in the zine. like even after a year they're still so honeymooner, puppy love, overflowing with giddiness at being together

yes! i adore lucy’s confidence these days, but it’s fun to be reminded how blushy and embarrassed she can get when caught off guard. imo the admission slipped out by accident then she tried to play if off like it was a joke, but she could NOT keep it together bc it was true. her favorite smell really is jb’s pits
