Sky is simply the sckrunkliest link - he's so babygirl and lovable in everyway <333 no there's no bias in who I write for the most wym?

Sticking close to him would just be so lovely in hyrule, he's the one in the chain that understands the most about you - he's got the kindest/calmest demeanour of them all and he's tied for best cuddler with twi what else is there to really want? if you chose him out of all of the others he'd try his hardest to prove to you it was the right choice.

sky is 100% the fastest link to adapt to the modern world you're so right about that. he struggles with tech about as much as all the rest (cept wild and tears ofc) but the other things? he's not got the same issues with food because milk isn't alcoholic to him (milk powder can be found in bloody anything so the rest of the chain are struggling for a bit), he isn't as intertwined with magic so he doesn't have any withdrawal symptoms seeing as earth doesn't have any. the animals are just another cherry on the top for it!

as for other headcanons?

✦ I think I've touched on it, but sky growing up in skyloft is the reason for his poor stamina. Hylians tend to handle high altitude and lower oxygen environments a lot better than humans and hence his stamina is way lower than it should be. (he also gets very confused when he sees you struggling with the altitude until it's pointed out humans aren't built for it)

✦ The chain are very shocked when they see him bleeding for the first time! another hc I have about hylians is that they have orange blood (this is based on botw/totks shading) so when they see his red they think there's something wrong with him

✦ He can't use most potions and magic has a lot less of an affect on him, less because he grew up with it outside humans it has next to no affect, so he has to take specialised potions and has them prioritised seeing as worst case scenario anyone else can have rulie heal them. Wild is in charge of altering and making sky's supply! Luv handed over her recipes for a good lot of rupees when they made it back to skyloft again <3 wild's the most consistent at making them so sky just has to put his life in his hands.

✦ His resting body temp is also a little higher than the chains, they had to be reassured several times that he wasn't simply running a fever

✦ the both of you are immune to a fair few hylian diseases and the ones you do get have different symptoms, however the two of you can both get each other sick - so no cuddling while one or the other is by order of time :(( Rulie also gets very sad he can't heal the two of you

✦ The rest of the chain are almost jealous of how fast you and sky bonded, and it's over things that none of them share with you. The most is twi having experience with Ordonians who are human. But being able to talk to you about human issues and get close to you through things like that? yeah they're envious to say the least

Pre-hair change, I think she'd have a crow feathersona. Post becoming a dark justiciar, she would want the larger, slightly scarier Ravens to represent her. And post sparing the night song, I think she'd be too uncertain in her identity to pick anything to represent her just yet. I considered maybe songdragons/weredragons as a parallel to lae'zel (and bc they're favored by selûne), but those are just,,, whole people? So I think making a fursona based on them in-universe would prolly be problematic lmao?? Maybe eventually she would settle on being a catgirl

To celebrate the one year anniversary of my Fontaine Hyperfixation, I'm finally posting my favorites of my headcanons for Neuvillette and Furina !! ＼(^-^)／

These will just be random things I believe to be true about them!

Neuvillette: (I'll try my best to keep it brief...)

They have no innate concept of gender, it kind of goes hand-in-hand with the "no concept of human society" thing.

But one day, shortly after first coming to Fontaine, they see a man dressed in a classy outfit, and they think "oh, THAT'S what I want to look like."

They don't think they're built for it, though, unfortunately....

(Do you get what I'm hinting at. They're afab.)

ANYWAY. onto the actual headcanons.

Neuvillette cut their hair shoulder-length post-Masquerade of the Guilty

They like to wear the ribbon from their long hairstyle on the back of their head sometimes (it takes a lot of courage, though).

Disabled legend... they use the cane for trials, sure, but they also have a chronic illness that makes it difficult to walk and causes balance + coordination issues

They have OCD... but also ADHD. And autism. Can dragons have autism? I think they have autism.

Neuvillette has a dissociative disorder. Namely, dissociative amnesia, as they can't remember anything about their past or where they came from. They probably have some form of personality fragmentation, too. I could talk about this specific headcanon for hours (please go watch Neuvillette's character teaser with a reputably-sourced list of symptoms if you don't believe me 🥺)

Another point, I think they have chronic migraine with photophobia. That's why they hate direct sunlight.

They spend their free time sleeping and researching anything that interests them. And taking walks; on sunny days they carry a light-blocking umbrella.

Here's a crazy one— they're actually only an inch or two taller than Furina. They frequently wear platform shoes to make themself seem taller, though (but it does NOT help with the balance issue. Speaking from personal experience.)

OKAY LAST ONE I SWEAR. Neuvillette's voice sounds like a scrunkly little shonen protagonist, but with some femininity to it. They don't have much range, though— if they yell, their voice cracks really bad. (when I first heard their Japanese dubbed voice, I flipped the crap out so bad because it was so good!!!! ( T ∀ T ) )

Furina: (I am sorry it's shorter.... I just have massive Neuvillette brainrot....)

Furina is very crafty and likes to do activities like sewing and decorating things

They're super good at makeup and coordinating outfits

They get hyperfixated on the books they read.... like a fandom type thing....

They have perpetually messy hair because they spend a lot of time sleeping.

They have ADHD. And probably abandonment issues

They're genderfluid.

They grow their bangs long so they can hide behind them when talking to others as Ousia Furina.

They have a dissociative disorder, with alters known as Pneuma Furina and Ousia Furina.

Pneuma Furina is very happy and energetic. They love to be social and are very cheerful!!

Ousia Furina likes to keep to themself, they have a more depressed/nihilistic outlook on life.

Both are equally Furina, though!!

These were an amazing time to draw,, I love all of the prompts so far!! I loved drawing that sunset,, they're just so cosy with eachother😭

Raen and Yume both enjoy trick or treating, as it's one of the few times where they get to just be themselves!! (Raen is a lot more enthusiastic about it, though XD )

So I did some research into the smiling Anxie plush

Shout out to @murkystarlight who posted these images that sent me on this quest.

I did some looking into this plush set because the Anxiety is very, very good looking, and I wanted her. There are also plushies of the original five in this set, but I'm focused on Anxie. Not just because she's my favorite, but because the others already generally have plushies of a similar quality. When it comes to Anxiety, a lot of her plushies are, to put is bluntly, quite bad. They tend to range from "So scrunkly it's kind of endearing" at best, and at worst they're straight up ugly. This plush looks way better, and it shows her smiling, unlike her other plushes.

Look at that face. Radiant. Beautiful.

So I started searching. It was actually very hard to find any info about this plush, mostly because her other official plushes and millions of bootlegs clog up results. The only sources I was able to find were on Asian reselling sites. Which makes sense, murkystarlight said they were found in an Asian Toys-R-Us. Out of every source I found selling them, a good 99% percent of them were Korean. Because of that, I'm pretty sure this line is Korean exclusive, with some of them maybe being imported to other Asian territories. They might even be Toys-R-Us exclusive, which would explain how scarce they are, and why the only online shopping options I found were through third-party resellers (I don't know if Toys-R-Us has much of an online presence anymore after they shut down in most other areas.)

I've seen people speculate if this line is a bootleg, but I'm pretty certain it isn't. A lot of images I've seen show them with official looking tags, and they look a little too nice to be bootlegs. But weirdly, I think this set (or at least Anxiety) HAS been bootlegged. Because I found some images that appear to be the same pattern with much cheaper material? I dunno.

I hope this line gets an international release. Not just because it looks very high quality, but also because of how it shows Anxiety smiling, which I love. So much of her merchandise makes her look miserable. She's my favorite, but most of her merch I wouldn't want to own, because a lot of it is either really ugly, makes her look like she's mid panic attack, or both. At the very least, I hope we get more merch like this.

(they stared at the counter together for ten minutes before deciding that if it’s really important they’ll remember it later)

LDSKFJ to be fair i don't think kon would do the full zone out during something as important as a hostage situation because being a good hero and helping people is SO important to him, plus the adrenaline would def have kicked in there, etc.

BUT in a low-stakes situation such as "going to the kitchen to get leftovers out of the fridge"? oh yeah totally.

kon wants some ice cream so he meanders into the kitchen. dick wants some leftovers from dinner because he's hungry. both of them forget why they're there and then strike up a lively conversation about something completely unrelated, like tim's incredibly scrunkly new kitten (he named it "the flash" because it looks like it got struck by lightning; bart keeps saying things like "ugh the flash puked in my shoes this morning :/" in front of wally just to see how long it takes him to figure out Oh. It's Tim's New Cat. That's What He's Talking About, and wally's been texting dick about it, and dick thinks it's hilarious so he's not explaining anything).

anyway it's like fifteen minutes of cat photos later that dick suddenly remembers "oh!!! chicken pot pie!!!" and kon goes "oh!!!!! rocky road!!!" and then they both high five probably

It's obviously Tails and Shadow! When I firstly discovered Sonic (it was sweet times of flash player existence and I was forbidden to install games on mom's PC) I liked Tails and his ability to fly a lot. For 8-9 year old me Sonic was kinda difficult game to play and Sonic wasn't my fav at that point so... Tails it is even nowadays :'). I like his levels on SA2.

And Shadow happened to me much more later. I like his lore and personality in SA2 very much. He's quite relatable for me and design-wise he's just peak.

If I can find a way to naturally put them into the comic, I will. Though there are a lot of characters already which are pretty hard to juggle. Maybe it could be possible as a one-off gag.

let me split this up a little.

love language:

i like to think that while they are affectionate, they're not much into physical touch. both doc and clara prefer deep conversations about their interests or about each other over any kind of physical contact, and they're super fine with it

doc showers clara with gifts related to her interests, including science, because this is simply the first time he ever felt truly understood with his passions (sorry marty)

clara, on the other hand, loves fo spoil doc with homemade food (especially after learning that all the man ever ate were burgers and fries)

they enjoy going to cultural events and buildings together, like museum or exhibits or theaters

clara also loves that doc is super good with children (even though the guy claims otherwise). however, thay always split their time with their kids equally - and clara lets doc spend plenty of time with his oldest child ;)

their favorite type of dates ate stargazing dates, going horse riding or just spending time at home together

wedding:

i like to think that it was a small wedding. maggie and seamus were invited, as well as william, because they did welcome kids at their wedding

they probably spent their honeymoon somewhere in nature, if they had one at all. hill valley is also nice for stargazing

they did have a cool cake though

they're also not very traditional, so they may have skipped some wedding traditions that were considered a must at that time (earning disapproving gazes from clara's parents)
