so sick of my dad and stepmom getting pissed at the service dog organization on my behalf
#they’re both like super mad that iris’s placement is changing#and think that the org is handling her situation poorly#and like yes i would have done things differently if given the choice with some of her training#but it’s not up to me#and them encouraging me to go against what i’ve been told isn’t helping#like yeah i think continuing public access training would be a better choice for her#but i also don’t wanna get in trouble and then not get to raise any more dogs#and like tonight my stepmom was like borderline trying to talk me out of raising any more dogs with this org#and i’m not doing that! this is something i enjoy and am decent at and i’m not stopping just bc i’ve had a few rough patches#like they’re just both convinced that the org is taking advantage of me and i disagree i think they’re just doing what’s best for the dogs#who belong to them not me#and sometimes what’s best for the dog is gonna be hard for the raiser#idk just ugh if anyone is willing to listen to more ranting let me know lol
