#they’re actively touring all year right now

Note
I feel kinda of disappointed about all the solo work, I was really hoping for a group comeback the latter end of the year or early next, not so far in the future. It’s like they kept saying about getting back together and it feels like a lie at this point. We’ve all been counting down with two months to go but it going to be like you said. 18 months or longer. It feels sad honestly. How are they meant to find their footing as a group again if they keep focussing on solo work and sounds.
and who has the money to go to all the solo tours?! Arghh
If you’re really a fan, it’s honestly a bit disappointing to hear you say things like that. It comes across as quite selfish, to be honest, especially when we’re talking about the very artists you say you support.
I get it. It’s totally normal to feel a bit down about the possibility that group activities might not be their immediate priority. But turning that sadness into criticism, or acting like they’re doing something wrong by following their own paths, is unfair. These are people who’ve dedicated years of their lives to the group, and now that they have the chance to keep exploring their individual interests and grow as artists, they deserve our support, understanding and respect too.
They’ve got every right to chase their dreams. If opportunities keep opening up for them—whether that’s solo music, acting, producing, or anything else—why should we as fans try to hold them back? It doesn’t mean they’re abandoning BTS. They’ve said it time and time again: BTS isn’t over. The group is still alive, still part of the plan. Just because things look different for now doesn’t mean that connection is gone. I still believe in that, and I don’t see any reason not to.
Their solo careers don’t have to be a threat to BTS—they’re not mutually exclusive. If anything, they can bring even more to the table when they come back together. Growth, new ideas, fresh energy. They just need time to figure it all out and to do it in a way that works for them and us as fans.
I want BTS to make music because it excites them, because it comes from the heart, not because fans are guilt-tripping them into doing it. Because let’s be honest, if they dropped something that felt half-baked or like they weren’t really into it, you’d probably be the first to complain. You’d be the one saying they’ve lost their spark, or that they should just call it a day if they’re not into it anymore. So, what is it you actually want from them?
Let them come back to group activities when it feels right—when they’re ready, not just when we want them to be. One of the most exciting things about them finishing military service soon is that It opens up so many possibilities.
And as for the whole “how are they meant to find their footing as a group again if they keep focusing on solo stuff?” thing… I get where that concern comes from, but it feels a bit unfair. These are people who’ve been through everything together. They’ve survived things that would’ve broken most groups. Their bond isn’t superficial—it’s rooted in years of shared experiences, highs and lows, success and struggle. Just because they’re doing their own thing for now doesn’t mean they’ve lost that.
And look, I know it's not cheap to follow each of them through their solo careers. The tours, the merch, the albums—it adds up. I get that too. But judging by my TL on Twitter, loads of people are in the same boat, and lots of people are buying everything too. It’s hard, but most fans are just trying to support what they can, when they can. No one’s saying you have to do everything.
At the end of the day, no one is forcing anyone to spend money or follow every move. You can still be a fan without going broke over it. Support in whatever way makes sense for you, and let them live their lives and careers the way they need to.
So yeah, I totally get wanting to see the group back together—believe me, I want that too. But more than anything, I want them to want it as well. I want it to come from a genuine place, not something they feel pressured into, or something they do just because it’s expected of them.
The last thing I’d want is for a comeback to feel forced or like it’s just part of a business strategy. They’ve given so much of themselves over the years—it’s only fair that any return to group activities is something they choose to do because it means something to them, not just because fans or the industry are demanding it.
A reunion should feel special. It should feel like home for them, not a job they’re dragging themselves to because they don’t want to let anyone down. And honestly, that’s the kind of comeback that would matter most. One where you can tell they’re all in, that they’re happy to be there, and that they still have something to say as a group. That’s the kind of BTS I want to see again.

oasis in america officially in my inbox
you have one last chance to prove you loved us all along
lmao noel gallagher you’re such a messy bitch. i’m literally in the middle of posting oasis at the whisky 1994 so i know for a fact it’s the 30th anniversary of you going missing and derailing the first american tour. but sure blame it on us we probably deserve it anyway.

metlife aug 31
did someone tell them the best time to drive in the new york city metro area is labor day weekend? the whole city leaves it’s a ghost town. it’s like the only time i’d consider it. and cage the elephant have you looked at my pandora account circa 2009 god this is so ideal for me personally i feel affronted.
fine fine i’ll do the presale ballot.
5 minutes later…
well that was painless enough.
schedule for this week for those who need it:
- signup for presale ballot and confirm before tuesday 8am et
- presale codes sent before wednesday 11:59pm
- presale thursday at 2 pm (local time?)
- general sale friday at 12 pm (local time?)
curious about the local time for sales: if this is by time zone the show is in, that’s be more staggered sales. so 12 pm est would be toronto and ny only.
been collecting tips for ticket madness to share soon. oasis reddit has a good guide. but the best tip is to not miss presale ballots. it’s the most painless process from what i saw.
general sale they’re saying no dynamic pricing. but apparently coldplay said the same a few days ago but ticketmaster still used it in the end. so who knows.
‘cuse me i’ll be playing be here now for the rest of the day.
#oasis live 2025#oasis in america#thinking about noels 2008 blog reaction to the toronto attack and how americas got it in for them#and seeing the first american tour date as toronto and damn thats an act of faith#and the question being when did oasis last tour america dyingggg#tjad posts#i really do almost want to try for toronto#but i figure nj/ny will have the biggest demand so that’s the show i put down for presale ballot#saw some uk folks kicking themselves that they didn’t choose wembley for presale as that was the hardest date to get in the general sale#cage the elephant#i really did laugh out loud at that#all the spec of who might support and that one never came up but its an obvious one#they’re actively touring all year right now

Disclaimer: While the characters in this story are inspired by real people, the events and interactions are purely fictional and not reflective of reality.
The airport was buzzing with early morning activity, travelers pulling their luggage through the terminal, announcements echoing overhead. You were leaning against one of the sleek chrome pillars, your carry-on by your feet, scrolling through your phone to pass the time.
Noah was right beside you, as usual. He had his arms crossed, a hoodie tugged over his messy hair, and he was squinting at the boarding pass in his hand like it was written in hieroglyphics.
"I swear they make these things harder to read every year," he muttered, flipping it over like the back might offer some hidden insight.
"It’s not a riddle, Noah," you said with a laugh, reaching out to snatch it from him. "Gate 22. Terminal C. You’ve been doing this for years, and you still act like it’s your first time at an airport."
"Not all of us are travel pros like you, princess," he shot back, smirking as he leaned casually into your space.
Before you could reply, a loud wolf whistle interrupted the moment.
"Ah, look at ‘em! Joined at the hip, as always!" Nick Folio’s voice carried across the terminal as he walked over, balancing a precariously large coffee in one hand and a bag of snacks in the other. "Should we just start planning the wedding now?"
"Shut up, Folio," you groaned, rolling your eyes, though the warmth creeping up your neck betrayed your nonchalance.
"Yeah, shut up, Folio," Noah parroted, tossing a crumpled napkin at him. "Jealousy’s a bad look on you."
Nick feigned hurt, clutching his chest. "Jealous? Me? Never. I just think you two make a cute couple."
"Do you ever let up?" Jolly chimed in as he approached, his bag slung over one shoulder. "I mean, they’ve been attached at the hip since day one, and nothing’s happened yet. Maybe they’re just... eternal besties."
"Or they’re both in denial," Matt teased, appearing out of nowhere and clapping Noah on the back hard enough to make him stumble. "Classic slow burn."
"Right, because you’re such an expert on relationships," you shot back, raising an eyebrow at your older brother.
"Hey," Matt replied, grinning. "Just calling it like I see it. And as your big brother, it’s my job to keep the guy glued to your side in line."
"Yeah, yeah," you muttered, shaking your head as the rest of the group laughed.
"Big brother or not, you’re still a pain," Noah quipped, though there was no malice in his tone.
"As if you’re one to talk," Matt retorted, pointing at him. "If I had a dollar for every time you’ve mooched off her snacks, I’d be retired by now."
The group chuckled, and even you couldn’t help but crack a smile. This was the usual routine, and as much as you liked to complain about it, it was comforting in a way.
As the teasing died down, Nicholas Ruffilo joined the circle, pulling out his phone. "So," he began, "who’s gonna be the one to lose their luggage this time?"
"My money’s on Noah," Jolly said without hesitation.
"Why me?" Noah protested, looking genuinely offended.
"You lost your passport twice last year," Jolly replied flatly.
"That’s different!"
"How?"
"Uh, it just is," Noah said, his argument faltering as you snorted.
"I’ll help you keep track of your stuff this time," you offered, patting his shoulder mockingly.
"You’re a saint," he said, putting a hand over his heart. "An angel sent to save me from myself."
"Don’t encourage him," Matt groaned, shaking his head.
The overhead speakers crackled to life, announcing the boarding process for your flight. Matt immediately took charge, ushering everyone toward the gate.
"Alright, lovebirds, let’s move it," he said, his tone dripping with sarcasm.
"We’re not—"
"Save it," Nick interrupted, throwing an arm around your shoulders as the group started walking. "We all know it’s just a matter of time."
You exchanged a glance with Noah, who shrugged with a small, amused smile. It was the same old joke, but this time, there was a flicker of something in his eyes that you couldn’t quite place.
As you reached the gate, Noah fell into step beside you, close enough that your arms brushed. "You ever feel like they know something we don’t?" he asked quietly, just for you to hear.
"All the time," you admitted, your voice just as soft.
The moment hung in the air for a beat too long before Matt’s voice broke it. "Hurry up, or we’re leaving you behind!"
With a shared smirk, you and Noah picked up the pace, falling into step with the rest of the band.
The plane was relatively quiet as everyone settled into their usual spots. You slid into the window seat with a satisfied sigh, propping your backpack under the seat in front of you. Noah dropped into the middle seat beside you, and Folio followed, plopping down with a dramatic groan.
“Man, who made planes so cramped?” Folio grumbled, stretching his legs as far as they could go without hitting the seat in front of him.
“Quit complaining, Folio,” Matt called from his aisle seat, shooting him a look over Ruffilo’s head. “You know it’s worse on the tour bus.”
“True, but at least I don’t get stuck in the middle of these two on the bus.” Folio gestured to you and Noah. “You’re like magnets, always leaning into each other.”
“Jealous you’re not in the middle?” Noah quipped, earning a snort from Jolly.
“Nah, man. I just don’t want to be collateral damage when this whole slow-burn romance finally combusts,” Folio said, winking at you.
You groaned and shoved his arm lightly. “You guys really need new material.”
“Maybe we’ll stop when you two finally admit it,” Jolly chimed in, earning a chorus of agreement from the others.
Noah just smirked, leaning back in his seat. “Keep dreaming, guys.”
As the plane took off and the initial excitement of the flight settled down, everyone fell into their own routines. Matt pulled out his laptop, muttering something about emails, while Ruffilo popped in his earbuds and started sketching on his tablet. Folio tapped away on his phone, and Jolly was already half-asleep, head tilted against the window.
You glanced at Noah, who was scrolling aimlessly through his phone. “What are you looking at?” you asked softly.
“Nothing interesting,” he said, tilting the screen toward you briefly before locking it. “You thinking of sleeping?”
“Maybe,” you replied with a yawn, leaning your head back. “Flights always make me sleepy.”
“You always knock out within the first hour,” he teased, grinning.
“Can’t help it,” you murmured, already feeling the pull of sleep. Without thinking, you shifted slightly, leaning your headagainst Noah’s shoulder. It wasn’t the first time, and judging by the way he didn’t even flinch, it wasn’t a big deal to him, either.
Time passed, and you drifted off, your breathing evening out as the noise of the plane faded into the background.
It wasn’t long before the teasing began.
“Look at him,” Jolly whispered from across the aisle, his voice low but just loud enough for Noah to hear. “He looks like he’s holding his breath.”
“I think he’s afraid to move,” Ruffilo added, smirking. “Wouldn’t want to wake her, huh?”
“I’m not afraid to move,” Noah said defensively, though he kept his voice quiet so as not to wake you. “I just don’t want her to wake up cranky.”
“Oh, sure,” Matt interjected, leaning forward to get a better look. “That’s a real heroic excuse. But let’s be honest, you’re enjoying this, aren’t you?”
Noah shot him a look. “You’re her brother. Shouldn’t you be discouraging this kind of teasing?”
“Should I?” Matt said, feigning deep thought. “Nah, this is too much fun.”
“Careful, Noah,” Folio added, nudging him. “You keep letting her nap on you, and the next thing you know, you’ll be the designated human pillow.”
“Already am,” Noah muttered, but there was no real annoyance in his tone.
The ribbing continued for a bit longer before everyone settled back into their respective distractions. Noah shifted slightly, trying to keep his arm from going numb under your weight. Despite the teasing, he couldn’t help but smile faintly at how peaceful you looked.
As the captain announced the descent, Noah gently nudged your shoulder. “Hey, we’re landing soon. Time to wake up.”
You stirred, blinking sleepily and taking a moment to realize where you were. “Oh, sorry,” you mumbled, sitting up and rubbing your eyes.
“Don’t apologize,” Noah said, his voice soft. “You looked like you needed it.”
From across the aisle, Jolly piped up, “Did you get any drool on him this time?”
“Jolly!” you exclaimed, your cheeks flushing as the rest of the band burst out laughing.
“I’m kidding, I’m kidding,” Jolly said, holding up his hands in mock surrender.
Noah just smirked, grabbing your carry-on from under the seat. “Ignore them. They’re just mad they don’t have someone to nap on.”
You rolled your eyes but smiled as everyone prepared to disembark.
The airport was bustling with activity as you and the band made your way outside, your bags in tow. In the bus parking lot, your familiar tour bus stood waiting. Its sleek exterior and logo had become a second home over the years.
As you approached, Folio let out a dramatic sigh. “Ah, the tour bus. Where dreams of legroom come to die.”
You climbed aboard with Noah right behind you. As expected, you both took the booths across from each other—the same ones you’d claimed on every tour since your first. He threw his backpack onto the seat before flopping down, stretching his long legs.
“Surprise, surprise,” Matt said as he followed behind. “You two gravitate toward each other like it’s magnetic.”
“Yeah, we get it, Matt,” you replied, rolling your eyes but smiling. “Maybe we just like consistency.”
“Consistency, huh?” Jolly drawled, sliding into a booth further back. “Sure it’s not because you two can’t go five minutes without making googly eyes at each other?”
Noah shot him a look. “You’re projecting, man.”
“Yeah, totally projecting,” you chimed in, grinning.
“Call it what you want,” Matt teased as he threw his bag into the seat beside him, “but it’s only a matter of time before we’re writing ‘Mr. and Mrs.’ on the bus windows.”
Ruffilo smirked. “Or printing it on the next batch of merch.”
“You guys are insufferable,” you muttered, trying to suppress your laughter.
The drive to the venue was filled with similar banter, the kind that made the long hours on the road bearable. When the bus finally pulled into the lot behind the venue, everyone piled out, stretching and groaning after the ride.
Inside, the band got straight to work setting up for soundcheck. You wandered into the sound booth where Matt was stationed, helping coordinate with the crew.
“You’re still gonna be my unpaid assistant this tour, right?” he asked, grinning as you leaned against the console.
“Of course,” you said with mock enthusiasm. “Living the dream.”
As the band began their soundcheck, you couldn’t help but watch Noah. He was in his element, mic in hand, his voice effortlessly commanding the space. The way he moved, the focus in his expression—it was mesmerizing.
“Subtle,” Matt said dryly, breaking your trance.
“Huh?” You turned to him, feeling the heat rise in your cheeks.
“Your staring,” he teased. “You’re not exactly sneaky about it.”
“I’m just watching the sound levels,” you lied, feigning nonchalance.
Matt chuckled. “Sure, let’s go with that.”
The band wrapped up soundcheck, and everyone took a break before the show. Back in the green room, the teasing resumed as everyone grabbed snacks and drinks.
“Are we gonna have to peel you two apart again tonight?” Jolly asked, smirking as he sipped his water.
“Not unless you want to lose a limb,” Noah shot back, earning a laugh from Folio.
“Relax, man,” Folio said. “We’re just pointing out the obvious. You two are like those couples in rom-coms—everyone knows what’s coming except you.”
“We’re not a couple,” you said, exasperated. “Can we change the subject?”
“No,” Ruffilo replied immediately, earning a high-five from Jolly.
As showtime approached, you found yourself backstage, the energy in the venue electrifying. The band took the stage, and you couldn’t help but sing along and dance to every song, caught up in the moment.
From where you stood, you could see Noah glancing your way more than once, a small smile tugging at his lips when he caught your eye.
When the show ended, the crowd’s cheers still echoing in your ears, you were more than hyped. The moment Noah stepped offstage, sweaty and flushed from the performance, you ran to him, wrapping your arms around him in a tight hug.
“Y/N,” he laughed, his voice still rough from singing. “I’m literally soaked in sweat.”
“I don’t care,” you said, grinning as you held on tighter.
“Aww,” Jolly cooed from behind you. “A post-show love fest.”
“Jealous?” Noah shot back, his arms briefly tightening around you before he pulled away, though his smile lingered.
Before you could respond, Matt approached, crossing his arms as he looked at the two of you. “Still hugging, huh?”
“Don’t start,” you warned, though your tone lacked any real bite.
“I’ll start if I want to,” Matt said, smirking. “But I’ve got a better idea. Drinks to celebrate the first show?”
Noah glanced at you, his brow quirking. “What do you think?”
“Sounds perfect,” you replied, still buzzing with excitement.
“Great,” Matt said, clapping his hands. “Let’s pack up and get out of here.”
The bar was dimly lit, buzzing with music and chatter as you and the band made your way to the VIP section. The staff had cordoned off a cozy corner for you, complete with plush leather couches and a low table littered with menus and coasters.
Matt was quick to take charge, ordering the first round of drinks. He came back carrying a tray with an assortment of glasses, grinning like he’d just won a prize.
“To the first show of the tour!” he declared, raising his glass.
“To surviving another tour without killing each other,” Jolly added dryly, earning a laugh from the group as everyone clinked glasses.
The night unfolded in a haze of laughter, stories, and an ever-growing pile of empty glasses. It wasn’t long before Folio and Matt were deep into their cups, leaning heavily into their drunken states.
Folio slumped back into the couch, a lazy grin on his face. “Damn, I’m so drunk,” he mumbled to himself, chuckling. “Shouldn’t have smoked that joint during the show.”
You and Noah, seated next to each other on the crowded couch, exchanged amused glances and laughed quietly at Folio’s confession.
“What’s so funny?” Folio slurred, his glassy eyes focusing on the two of you. Then he paused, squinting as if his vision had just betrayed him. “Wait a minute… are you… sitting on his lap?”
Your cheeks immediately flushed as you realized he was right. The couches were too crowded, and at some point, you’d perched yourself on Noah’s lap to make room. It had felt casual—comfortable even—but now, under Folio’s scrutiny, it was anything but.
“Uh, yeah,” you said, trying to play it cool. “There’s no room.”
“No room,” Folio repeated, his grin widening. “Sure, let’s call it that.”
“Here we go,” Noah muttered under his breath, his arm resting lightly around your waist to keep you steady.
Folio leaned forward, as much as his inebriated state allowed, a mischievous glint in his eye. “You’re awfully cozy for two people who are ‘just friends.’”
“It’s practical,” you countered, though your voice lacked conviction.
“Practical,” Matt chimed in, sliding onto the couch beside Jolly with his drink in hand. His face was flushed, his grin even wider than usual. “That’s what we’re calling it now?”
“Oh, come on,” you groaned, burying your face in your hands.
“No, no, let’s explore this,” Matt said, clearly delighted. “You’re telling me, out of all the space in this VIP section, the only place you could sit is on Noah’s lap?”
“Exactly,” Noah said with a straight face, though the corners of his mouth twitched. “It’s basic physics.”
“Physics,” Matt repeated, laughing. “That’s the best you’ve got?”
“Better than whatever logic you’re using to justify that shirt,” Noah shot back, gesturing at Matt’s garishly patterned button-up.
“Deflection,” Folio sang, pointing at Noah like he’d cracked some great mystery. “Classic deflection.”
“You two are unbelievable,” you said, shaking your head, though you couldn’t help but laugh.
“Unbelievable? No, no, no,” Matt said, his voice full of mock indignation. “What’s unbelievable is that you’ve been in each other’s pockets for years, and you’re still pretending nothing’s going on.”
Folio nodded vigorously, almost spilling his drink. “They’re like… like one of those slow-cooking stews. Taking forever, but you know it’s gonna be good when it’s done.”
Noah groaned, pinching the bridge of his nose. “Alright, I think it’s time to get these two to bed.”
You nodded, standing up and grabbing Folio’s arm. “Come on, big guy. Let’s go.”
“I’m fine!” Folio protested, though he made no effort to resist as you and Noah guided him out of the booth.
“You’re fine, huh?” Noah said, steadying him when he stumbled. “Tell that to your liver.”
Behind you, Jolly and Ruffilo waved lazily from the booth. “We’ll hang out a bit longer,” Ruffilo called. “Good luck with those two.”
The walk back to the bus was anything but quiet.
“You two looked real comfortable back there,” Matt teased, slurring slightly but still sharp enough to make you groan.
“It’s not like that,” you said for what felt like the hundredth time, focusing on getting him up the bus steps.
“Sure, sure,” Folio chimed in, leaning heavily on Noah. “Bet you’re just gonna sit on his lap the whole tour, huh?”
“Folio, shut up,” Noah said, though his tone was more amused than annoyed.
Once you got them into their bunks—after much coaxing and a few more poorly aimed jokes—you and Noah retreated to the living room section at the back of the bus. It was quiet now, the gentle hum of the bus’s engine filling the space.
You sank onto the couch, exhaling a long breath. “Well, that was… something.”
“Every tour starts like this,” Noah said, sitting across from you. He leaned back, stretching his arms along the top of the couch. “It’s like a rite of passage.”
You laughed softly, running a hand through your hair. “I’m surprised they didn’t start singing wedding bells on the way back.”
“Oh, give them time,” he replied with a smirk.
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t help smiling. A comfortable silence settled between you, and when you glanced up, you caught Noah watching you, his head tilted slightly, a faint smirk on his lips.
“What?” you asked, your brow furrowing.
“Nothing,” he said, though the look in his eyes suggested otherwise.
“Come on,” you pressed, leaning forward slightly. “What’s that look for?”
He shrugged, his smirk deepening. “Just thinking.”
“About?”
“You,” he said simply, his voice low but teasing.
Noah’s smirk didn’t waver, his gaze steady and warm as he leaned slightly closer. The faint hum of the bus seemed louder in the quiet.
“What about me?” you asked softly, your voice barely above a whisper, curiosity and nervousness mingling in your tone.
He hesitated for a moment, as if weighing his words carefully, and then his lips curved into a gentle smile. “You’re really beautiful, you know that?”
Your breath caught for a second, and you blinked at him, taken off guard. “What?”
He chuckled, the sound low and almost shy, a stark contrast to his usual confidence. “I’m serious. You are.”
A flush crept up your neck as you tried to find your voice. “Noah…”
“What?” he teased, leaning his elbows on his knees, his body angled toward you. “Can’t I say something nice without you getting all flustered?”
“I’m not flustered,” you shot back, though the heat in your cheeks betrayed you.
“Right,” he said with a knowing smile, his eyes sparkling.
You folded your arms, narrowing your eyes playfully. “Why now? What’s with the sudden compliments?”
He shrugged, his expression softening. “Maybe it’s not sudden. Maybe I’ve always thought it, but I’m just bad at saying it out loud.”
Your heart thudded in your chest at his words. “You think… you think they were right all this time? About us?”
“No,” he said firmly, his voice steady and leaving no room for doubt.
Your stomach dropped a little. “Oh.”
He tilted his head, studying your reaction, and then his lips quirked into a small smile. “I don’t think they were right. I know they were.”
Before you could respond, he leaned in closer, his hand lightly brushing against your knee. The air between you felt charged, the space too small yet not enough.
And then he kissed you.
It started slow, tentative, as if testing the waters. His lips were soft, warm, and they lingered against yours just long enough for your breath to hitch. When you didn’t pull away—when you leaned into him, your hands instinctively finding his shoulders—it deepened.
Noah’s hand slid to your waist, guiding you closer as the kiss grew more passionate. The world outside the bus seemed to disappear, leaving only the quiet hum of the engine and the racing of your heartbeat.
Your fingers tangled in his hair, and he pulled you onto his lap without hesitation. The moment felt electric, the years of teasing, tension, and unspoken words finally snapping into place.
His lips moved against yours with a fervor that sent your mind spinning. You shifted slightly, your knees pressing into the cushions on either side of his hips. His hands rested firmly on your waist, pulling you impossibly closer.
It was as if nothing else mattered, just the two of you finally crossing an invisible line that had been drawn so long ago.
And then—
“Damn, I’m wayyy too dizzy to sleep in that tiny bunk—” Folio’s voice cut through the haze, slurred but loud enough to make you both freeze.
Your head whipped around, your eyes wide, as Folio stumbled into the living room. He stopped mid-step, his eyes blinking rapidly as they focused on the scene in front of him.
“Oh,” he said, his tone laced with a mix of shock and amusement. “Ohhhhhh.”
You scrambled off Noah’s lap, your cheeks burning hotter than the sun as you tried to compose yourself. Noah, on the other hand, stayed seated, though he ran a hand through his disheveled hair, his expression caught somewhere between frustration and bemusement.
“Folio,” you started, your voice a pitch higher than normal. “What are you doing up?”
He pointed vaguely in the direction of the bunks. “Too dizzy. Needed air. Did not expect to walk into… whatever this is.”
“This isn’t… it’s not—” you stammered, flailing for words.
Folio smirked, leaning against the doorframe. “Nah, don’t stop on my account. Just… maybe put a sock on the door next time or something?”
“Go to bed, Folio,” Noah said, his tone exasperated but still holding a hint of a smile.
Folio gave a mock salute before stumbling back toward the bunks, muttering something about how the tour was going tobe very interesting.
As soon as he was out of earshot, you buried your face in your hands. “Oh my God.”
Noah chuckled, his hand reaching out to tug gently at your wrist, pulling your hands away. “Well, that wasn’t exactly how I imagined this going.”
You couldn’t help but laugh, though your face was still flaming. “So much for subtle.”
“Subtle’s overrated anyway,” he said, his smirk returning as he pulled you back down beside him.

is that tax fraud?
for @corrodedcoffinfest warm-up round prompt ‘taxes’
rated t | 671 words | cw: language | tags: they’re just so stupid, and I love them, look Steve is here!
🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
“What the hell do you mean you’ve never filed taxes?” Jeff asked Gareth as they sat around trying to write a song.
Keyword: trying.
Now it looked like they were gonna be figuring out how to keep Gareth out of fucking prison for tax fraud.
“I thought our band accountant handled it!” Gareth exclaimed.
“We don’t have a band accountant! The label just handles our money!” Jeff exclaimed back.
“Okay, let’s calm down.” Eddie, the voice of reason at this moment, held his hands up towards them. “Technically, Gareth only turned 18 two years ago. That’s only two years of back taxes. And if he’s honest, it’ll be fine! He probably didn’t even make enough the first year for them to care.”
“Well, I did get an inheritance from my grandpa who died,” Gareth said unhelpfully. “Does that count as income?”
Everyone stared at him in shock.
“This is a joke,” Freak said from his spot on the couch. “Has to be.”
“Oh my god, our drummer is actively committing tax fraud,” Jeff put his head in his hands.
“Guys, it’s fine! I’ll just file it all this year,” Gareth assured them.
“We should call someone. Right? Someone should be told about this,” Eddie started pacing the floor, wearing a trail into the shag carpet.
Who even put shag carpet in here? Shag was terrible.
The door swung open and Steve walked in holding three large pizzas and a grocery bag full of sodas.
“They didn’t have any Mountain Dew, but that’s probably for the best. You guys have a conference call in an hour so eat up,” he said as he started setting everything on the coffee table. He looked around when he realized it was way too quiet. “Everything okay?”
“Stevie. I fear our drummer may be going to prison.”
Steve paled. “What? Why?”
“He forgot to tell the government he has money. For two years.”
“He what?” Steve looked at Gareth to explain.
“I didn’t know I was supposed to file my own taxes! I thought we had a guy!”
Steve looked between all of them. He looked at Gareth.
“You do have a guy. The label provides a guy. I think his name is Sam? Maybe Shane.” Steve shook his head. “Either way. You have a tax guy. He filed for all of you last year.”
You could hear a pin drop in the silence.
“What do you mean? We all filed for ourselves last year. Except Gareth, apparently,” Jeff was frowning at the floor.
“Uh, well, you may have given double the money, then,” Steve laughed, though this wasn’t exactly funny.
“So let me get this straight: the label provided a guy to do our taxes without telling us. We all file our own taxes after this guy already did. No one caught it. Gareth’s the only one who hasn’t double paid into the fucking government?” Eddie asked, face red with shame or anger, it was hard to say which.
“Yeah, appears so.”
“Fuck you guys. Had me worried I was going to prison and I’m the only one who’s done shit right!” Gareth laughed. He reached for a slice of pizza and sat back in his chair, smug smile on his face. “Feels good to have my taxes paid.”
“Shut the fuck up,” Freak rolled his eyes. “So how do we get money back if we double filed?”
“Not sure we can,” Jeff sighed. “Probably isn’t worth figuring it out anyway. It’s not like we were rolling in for last year’s taxes.”
“But this year…” Eddie started.
They all looked at each other and nodded.
Yeah. This year would be different. They’d skyrocketed after the release of their first album and their first tour. Money was…pretty fucking great.
“So…pizza?” Steve asked.
They all nodded and started grabbing for their food.
“If you guys want, I’m sure Nancy can try to find a way to get money back. She’s good at that stuff,” Steve suggested.
“Nah, she’d call us idiots.”
“Well, if the shoe fits.”
“Hey!”

Tim Drakes Sleeping habits save the Earth
11 They’re Coming 1/2
A Few hours had passed, and Danny was Disassociating as he was going in and out of consciousness, he was not able to accept what was happening around him. In the two years he had been a protective spirit he had never lost anyone. The 30 people who had died during Ghost attacks were the rare occasions when he was not in town when the attack happened. The Deaths were cause by the GIW not caring about civilians and hit a tour bus trying to catch Boxy. The locals knew to stay away which is why they only got injured but not the outsiders, that was probably the point when the GIW started their information block in earnest. Before then there were a lot of people coming in and out of the city, then the tourists just stopped coming.
It didn’t really worry any of the Amity Parker's at the time everyone figured that people were realizing it was not safe to Visit anymore. They were upset and were starting to see that the GIW were no longer the funny MIB rip offs that shoots like a storm-trooper, they were more Dangerous than the Ghost.
The Ghost may have caused some property damage and caused a few inconveniences, but they never went out of their way to hurt anyone. The GIW had now actively killed the people they claimed to protect. Danny’s parents refused to work with them after that and started to notice things about the ghost around them. It shocked them and had shaken their faith in the GIW when Boxy had actively tried to save the Tourist while he was actively being shot at. By the time they had run across him bonding to Lunch Lady They had completely abandoned the notion that Ghost were non-sentient.
It had shown then that Humans can be the real Monsters in the story. There were kids on the Bus that had been Burned alive and if it wouldn’t have caused them more trouble the GIW would have taken every single one of them for experimentation. Danny and Jazz had been so relieved that their parent did not agree with the GIW about the experiments. It had made him feel a lot better when he had finally told them he was Phantom because he knew that he would not be ending up as one of their experiments.
He couldn’t move the Bindings were too tight and they Burned it helped just thinking of the past. In the back of his mind, he knew he was going into obsession failure. It was a lot like shock, but it could be even deadlier, and it was even more dangerous for first time obsession failure. He knew he if he didn’t pull himself together, he could risk his Core Cracking. If his Core Cracked, he had a 10% chance of not fading. If he managed to pull himself out of the Obsession Failure it would be less dangerous each time.
Normally when a ghost started to have an obsession failure the elders of their Farid would use their core energy to support them until they could heal. As it was, He was alone, and he was not doing so well he couldn’t get overt the fact that he had lost one of his subjects when he was right there. It was worse because he knew Klemper the 30 Tourist were hard because he hadn’t been there to help but this was worse. He wanted his parents and his Ghost parent. “Clocky Help” he managed to say around the muzzle before he finally managed to pass out Luckily the suppressor cuffs kept him in his Ghost form.
Agent O looked onto Phantom wondering where Agent E was, he was in charge of all the wet work for experimentation and was supposed to be back from vacation today. This was one of the few protocols that he hated but he knew it was needed. They only had a limited number of specimens, and they had to make every experiment count. He just wished that they could get started, it had taken so long to get Phantom, and he didn’t want them to escape. Though looking at the green glassy eyes he didn’t think it would happen anytime soon.
Clockwork and Frostbite saw the glassy eyed stare on the young king and Agent O’s look of discussed on the Time Mirrors.
“He is going into Core shock” Growled Frostbite.
“He is and he will survive it” hissed Clockwork his tail lashing like an angry cat he was not happy with what needed to happen. If he didn’t know the hell that was about to rained down on them in a few hours he would have gotten Danny. Timeline be dammed, as it was, he knew his sister would be a good step in for the battle. He was a good fighter but, in this case, he was compromised and if he got involved too much it would lead to a lot more pain for Danny. He tilted his head to a different Mirror “I will not be able to go until the end of the battle, but she will give them the retribution they deserve.”
Frostbite looked at the Mirror Clockwork had pointed at. It showed Morrigan with a dead clock falling from her hands, her hair was wild and had black feathers sticking out along with arm and leg guards of black metal and feathered details on them. The little Curl of Black makeup on her left eye was sharp as ever with an outline of red and she had a black feathered shoulder guard on. She was standing away from the GIW base “They’re so Screwed” he said in surprise and awe.
Clockwork nodded Morrigan was the middle child and while he was always ready to through hands his sister was the one to Burn it all down. He watched as Morrigan’s Crows circled around bringing her the information they would need to get in faster. “True but there is no such thing as over kill in love and war.” They watched Morrigan Turn as three portals opened behind her….

Wild fields of forget-me-nots - 7/? WIP
During the training for the mission Jake has an accident which results in him losing 10 years of memories.
A lot has happened in ten years. Bradley broke up with him. DADT was repealed. He got and air-to-air kill and a new callsign.
And he doesn't remember any of it.
ONE TWO THREE FOUR FIVE SIX
PART SEVEN
“You’ll look after him out there right?”
“What?” Javy asks, because he’s a little distracted by the fact that he’s in Bradshaw’s house. That he’s sharing with Jake. And he was right about it being a bombsite. And it smells of paint. Not that the smell seems to be bothering Jake, but Javy’s certain he’s going to have a pounding headache within a half-hour. And not only because it’s Jake who has given him a tour, because he’d admitted, accidentally, that he’s never been here. Jake had frowned at that, and Javy had just waved a hand, muttering about deployments and love nests and while it hadn’t completely erased the indentation between Jake’s brows it had stopped him asking outright.
“I can’t be there to look out for him, so I need you to do it for me… he’s… something is bothering him. His mind isn’t on the mission ahead.”
“Yeah. Maverick,” Javy mutters, because that whole situation is still weird. “You,” he adds.
“Hmm. Maybe. He’s distracted. I’m worried…”
“You’re meant to be resting,” Javy mutters, because Jake is meant to be resting, although he’s now talking about the colors they chose for the bathroom and he feels like he’s fallen into a DIY version of Punk’d, waiting for a TV crew to jump out any second and tell him it’s all been a joke. He doubts it but the surrealness of the entire thing makes him doubt his reality.
“I am resting, trust me. So much rest. Bradley won’t even let me have my phone…”
“Yeah. No screens…” Javy says, and that’s a fucking godsend of a saving grace, because the lack of photos or digital history would be a dead fucking giveaway. Although Jake doesn’t know anything about Facebook or Instagram, so maybe he wouldn’t have noticed anyway. Lucky him. Instead Bradshaw has gone and gotten some books and puzzles and what look like coloring books. He’d make fun of Jake for the childlike activities in his future if he wasn’t quietly freaking out about leaving and the mission ahead of them.
They begin the arduous journey tomorrow, then they’ll be at their final destination. Maverick will name the final squadron, already narrowed down to eleven with Jake out of the running completely, not even travelling with them. Javy’s nervous, for himself, for his fellow aviators, for his friend being left behind with ten years missing in his memory.
“Javy. We’re okay right?”
“Hmm. What?” Javy asks, coming back to the bare room, covered in plastic with dust everywhere, paint buckets sitting around and obviously doubling as chairs.
“Me and Bradley. We’re okay?”
“Uh… why are you asking?” Javy replies, stalling. Bradshaw is out doing a grocery run, stocking Jake up with food for the few days they’ll be gone, almost a week. He hopes it’s all they’re gone for, and it’s not permanent. They all know it could go either way.
“He’s just. Different. He’s acting like he doesn’t know me.”
“Bradshaw?”
“Yeah. And what’s with you calling him Bradshaw all the time?”
Fuck.
“Look. I know it’s confusing. And I know you want answers. More answers. But you really need to talk to Bradshaw. Bradley.”
“When you said we’d had a fight and I was staying at your place… how long had that been for?”
“Fuck.”
“Hmm,” Jake muses, eyes narrowed and Javy shrugs helplessly. Wonders where the fuck Bradshaw is because he’s been gone nearly an hour, and this is all of his fucking fault. “Bradley said it had been a couple of days. This place makes me think it’s been longer… You know I’m going to figure it out, right?”
“Yeah, and even if you don’t, we’ll lay it all out when we get back. Just… fuck,” Javy mutters, because Bradshaw saying he needed a reason to come back when they’re leaving for a suicide mission had hit him hard.
“You know, you swear a lot more now… and I can tell you’re angry with him. Or upset with him. I just… did he cheat on me?” Jake asks, voice quiet. Javy doubts very much that Bradshaw has remained celibate in the last decade, but with the rings and old clothes and him not changing his NOK details… he’s got to stop being surprised at some point.
“No. I might not like him very much right now, but… fuck. Pretty sure Bradley has to be one of the most loyal men I’ve ever met. He is stupid in love with you…” That’s all true and factual at least, hopefully allays some of Jake’s fears. You can’t cheat on someone if you aren’t technically with them, even if he suspects Bradshaw has had his heart all twisted up in knots over Jake since forever. “Look Jake. When you get your memory back this is all going to make sense. You need to rest and stay calm, and we need to focus on the mission and right now this is the path of least resistance. We will figure all the shit out. Okay?”
“If I get my memory back.”
“Nah man. When.”
“Hmm. We’ll see I guess.”
“Yeah. Sucks that it’s a waiting game. I know you don’t like that.”
“No. So I’m thinking we had a bit more of a little fight. But… it’s like he’s scared of touching me.”
“You almost died Jake. He’s pretty shaken up about it.”
Fuck. He’s pretty sure if Bradshaw and Jake were actually married Bradshaw would have been pulled from the mission already, his emotional state called into question over Jake’s condition, which still involves dealing with the concussion symptoms.
“Oh. Yeah. That sort of makes sense…”
“Jake! Coyote! I’m back…”
The immediate softening of Jake’s features, the smile that appears, has his heart sinking but he forces himself to smile, gestures for Jake to go ahead towards the front door and no doubt help Bradshaw with the domestic act of putting groceries away. He doesn’t like the lying at all, but the idea of causing more hurt right now makes him nauseated and he’s pretty sure Bradshaw is in the same boat.

At what age do you think the Wales should start having George doing more serious events and joining them on tour? I wonder if there waiting for Charlotte to be older so George won't be alone.
To be honest, I think they’re already doing this, just in a private/personal capacity. Obviously not the tours, but the volunteering and charity visits that seem to make up the backbone of William’s vision for the monarchy.
William has spoken often of how Diana would take him on private visits to some of her charities and the homeless shelter, and the fondness he speaks of those times with makes me think he’s doing that with his children. Plus the easy way that the kids all jumped in to help Kate when she took them to the baby center that one time, they’ve done that before. IMO, that’s the right way to do it - get the kids comfortable with communities, teach them how to focus on people, teach them small talk and acts of service, and then bring in cameras later when they won’t be so easily distracted.
And we know from leaks that the Waleses go to regional activities/events all the time, which is “training” in its own way. Plus the Christmas walkabouts too.
So for me, it’s really more of the diplomatic work that the kids haven’t done, or been exposed to - like the audiences or the church services or the state dinners, and they may be too young for that. But I do bet they’re meeting people. We just don’t hear about it because the cameras aren’t included.
Now for tours and travel - the kids aren’t going on trips until Louis can. If you look at what William and Kate have done in the past, they will only bring all the kids or just one kid. (Three exceptions: the first Christmas walk in 2019, Wimbledon 2023, and the coronation concert.) The messaging there is pretty clear: they won’t exclude Louis just because he’s 2 years younger or because he’s not as important to the future monarchy as George and Charlotte.
(And I do think that’s the right move too. Obviously it’s more likely that of the three, Louis may not have the royal career but he still needs to be included. Othering him is how we get Harry and lord knows we don’t need any more of that.)

Throwing Muses - 9:30 Club, Washington, D.C., March 17, 1995
I was in a coffeehouse a few weeks back and it felt as if I had entered a portal into the mid-1990s. The fashion, the music, the attitudes, the ambiance — they were all distinctly Clinton administration / Alternative Nation. And it was ... good? I'm not going to get into an old-man-yells-at-cloud thing about how things were better back then, when I was a fresh-faced teenager. That's a sucker's game, obviously. I have nothing to offer but confusion. But it was an interesting moment! And it sent me back to a few of those mid-90s records I hadn't revisited in awhile.
Like Throwing Muses' University! When this one came out just about 30 years ago, I was pretty convinced that it was going to be big hit. It rocked harder than all of the grunge-lite nonsense that followed in the wake of Pearl Jam; it had plenty of hooks; it was weird and horny and awesome all at once. Of course, I was wrong and the grunge-lite dorks won. But I did see the Muses out in Hollywood on this tour (the Ass Ponys opened, kids), and they were great, a roaring power trio fueled by the almost Bonham-ish drumming of Dave Narcizo and Kristin Hersh's incandescent howl. On this tape from the venerable 9:30 Club in D.C., she mercilessly laser beams the audience with her voice right off the bat with a ferocious "Furious."
And hey, the Muses have a new record coming out any day now. Long may they Throw!
Kristin Says: Everything is colour. People still have doubts [about synaesthesia]. There are a lot of musicians who also claim that there’s no such thing as inspiration. A lot of writers and painters too. They’re just jealous. They’re baffled that sometimes they suck and sometimes they’re OK. It can be really confusing, because in the music business suckage is success! This activity that we engage in, it necessarily has to keep your mind and your ego out of it, or you’re going to make a dead body. The people that say there’s no inspiration, they’re just working on craft – absolutely, hone your craft, love your instrument. Fall in love with it. Lose time, lose self. But what happens when you’re good? That’s inspiration. I don’t care what they say.

In honor of the Young Royals anniversary, I’m posting my pictures from my pilgrimage to the holiest of places in YR fandom, Kaggeholm slottet (Hillerska).
I have to say, not only was it so surreal to arrive at the actual place, but it was actually one of the nicest days from my whole trip to the Nordics (besides seeing Omar at Furuvik and my birthday). It was such a nice day with perfect weather, the trip to Ekerö itself was kind of a fun little adventure, and I wasn’t yet dying from pollen allergy (more on that some other time). It was great.

I have to say, getting off the bus, and seeing the bus stop, and then turning around and realizing that the building is RIGHT THERE, was a little shocking. I don’t know what it is, but the dimensions of everything in my head were completely different. I mean, is it me, or did everything look bigger, farther, higher on the show…?
The area is very peaceful. I saw some cars arriving, some people working in the surrounding buildings, and I was prepared to be told to “get the fuck out”, but no one said anything to me. Guess they’re either very used to YR fans walking around in awe and they don’t pay us any mind (unless you’re disruptive or something, perhaps?), or they just don’t mind visitors. Either way, I was left to roam the area, and take pictures and nobody ever asked me anything.

The main building was closed, though, and through the windows I could see a lot of piled furniture. The high season is in the summer, and it’s clear that they were working on the areas and buildings used by visitors, and for summer activities. I didn’t walk too much around the buildings in the back because they were working, and I was worried about walking straight into a construction.
The whole garden was in dire need of upkeep, which I’m guessing happens nearer the start of the summer season. The grass was quite high, and there were loads of flowers growing everywhere. The fountain was empty.

But the area was really beautiful and peaceful. Sometimes there was the noise of grass-cutting equipment or an electric saw, but most of the time, I just heard birds singing, and the breeze, and it felt very nice. Perfect for a picnic.
Look! The classroom building! And the pier!

It was near midday, and I had to figure out where I’d have lunch. I brought a little picnic, but it felt kind of weird to sit there all alone and eat. Also I couldn’t see where to dispose of my garbage afterwards, so after taking a gajillion pictures and videos, I started back toward the front to wait for the bus in the iconic bus stop.
On my way around the main building, I saw this offering by a fellow YR fan.

Also, since I knew the bus would still be a little while, I did sit at a picnic table on the front, and had a knäckebröd sandwich, in honor of Wilmon. And I enjoyed some more of the soothing sounds of birds singing.

And the final stop of my little tour was the red bus stop.
Wow, that place has been turned into a real chapel of YR adoration and prayer, hasn’t it?
I was amazed by the amount of graffiti all over it, paying tribute to all the characters, the actors, the creators and the magic of the show. But I was also amazed about the fact that it has been left untouched. I hope it remains like that forever, but you never know, so I captured as much of it as I could. I might have to share them all in another post, because this is not letting me right now...

I left my own mark, so if anyone ever visits, you might find a tiny message saying Retrieve-the-Kraken was here (or something like that, can't remember) somewhere on the bench. I think I remember thanking Lisa too.
So there you have it. I was but a humble pilgrim wanting to see the place where one of the most special shows that was a very special part of my life for three years took place, and it did not disappoint.
It felt especially bittersweet to be there after the end of the show. From the way the place looked, it was almost like they really shut down Hillerska, but also it was like entering a dimension of its own, the birthplace of a love like no other. And I don't mean just Wilmon Endgame™, I mean a very special fandom which will live in my heart forever.
I'm not ready to let go just yet, though...

The Negative Effects of Being Off Socials to Noah “selling” his soul to fame
NOAH SEBASTIANS IMPACT ON BEING GONE OFF SOCIALS LEAD FANS ASTRAY TO WHAT BAD OMENS IS ACTUALLY ABOUT.
-the vicious cycle of Bad Omens negativity -
-The Mysterious Man who allegedly knows Noah-

Hi welcome back to another rant. We are discussing the issue and negative effects on how a person who is quite popular is impacting the fans, with not engaging.
So I’ve wanted to talk about this for awhile now, considering that Noah has been gone from social media back in December.

This is where State of the Scene Podcast took notice that Noah was no longer active on social media.
This is where fans are also being affected of him being gone from the internet as he wiped off his digital footprint.
Now we all know that Noah is highly highly private. Most of what we know we don’t know because of how private he is with his personal life.
In detail, from the interview from Loudwire, Noah didn’t exactly put a good description of detail to why he actually deleted socials.
A lot of people took it as a sign of him dealing with his mental health.
But to be fair the internet is just one place to dump but it never goes out further than what revolves around it. It can be a deep dead end, with no meaning behind it.
But what exactly are the side effects of being off social media whenever you’re a huge part of a fanbase that people want to enjoy? Let’s take a look at our first topic.
THE CYCLE OF NEGATIVE SETBACKS
So, in all when a celebrity decides to delete their social media, it’s taking away that experience with the fans. Leaving them alone and abandoned to what music and what type of content they decide to do.
This leaves with Noah Sebastian disappearing mid-December without fans knowing. It creates a divide with the fans, due to Noah being gone for a year now. This also raised a lot of questions on my end that I still don’t understand.
THE LOST CONNECTION TOWARDS ARTIST AND FAN
In my opinion, I think Noah did something completely dumb and stupid for deleting his socials. There seems to be a lot of disappointment for the fans when they want him back on social media. I think they’re right to express how they feel, even if Noah is gone, it makes the fans feel sort of left out to what the lead singer has to put out for the fans.
This gives them negative feedback on fans delegating that if they’re set out to be an exclusive merch store or if they really are a numetal band.
Plus it takes away all the interaction from the fans.
NOAH’S IMPACT ON BEING GONE
I think there’s going to be a lot of opinions and discussion to how I’m going to receive this information after posting this blog, but to me, that’s a lot more information for my ideas next blog.
So what is the impact Noah put on the fans that created this toxic atmosphere on social media?

Here are my theories
In terms, Noah created a twitch back in 2019, during Covid. This led him to postpone and cancel tour dates because of what’s been happening when they started quarantining everyone around the world.
There he met his best friend Keaton Pierce.
Allegedly i got told by a man, who claimed to be friends with both Keaton and Noah. His name I can’t remember.
After 2019, in the early year of 2020, he came out with the most listened album “THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND” right after he deleted his socials.
During his twitch streams with fans, a lot of it came from him engaging what the fans wanted to look forward to in their next album.
Noah on the receiving end, gave what the fans wanted in return.
But it seemed to not last long. Noah wanted to be part of the fanbase, to engage with fans, without the necessity of starting drama. So where did this all lead to the development of the toxic cycle of hate?
I’m not exactly sure where the toxic thing came from but from the tea blogs I have read came from one specific person. It’s honestly crazy to think that the toxic fanbase never goes away.
So what changed?
Noah’s presence online was in my opinion starting out just like any normal person on the internet. From his live twitch streams, playing with fans or people he met on discord.
To having his own discord server where fans all over the world can talk to Noah. Mind you this all happened in 2019.
They say he also had a tumblr account, but I couldn’t find it anywhere. That’s where I got stumped. He definitely deleted his account. But the original Bad Omens tumblr account still remains on here. Leaving it abandoned.
Noah’s trace seemed to be gone after Covid. Although he was pretty much active on Twitter all the time, a lot of fans loved interacting with his social presence being online.
It’s honestly pretty wild that I did not even know he existed during quarantining. All of this I have learned and met people that actually do know him and how he is as a person.
THEORY 1: Mental Health or Toxic Online Behavior?
This theory led me to think, that he probably got off socials because of how toxic the fanbase got.
Of course there’s the other reason as to his mental health declining. But since he seems to be doing fine as of now, he seems a lot happier being offline.
The fanbase can be toxic, and there’s a lot of people who get jealous and start acting like they want to pick on the person for being hateful or expressing their own opinions.
This has led a lot of fans start drama on the most dumbest things.
As for example their online merch store. A lot of it seems to come off there and start like a wildfire. From one person saying that their merch is AI, to another person saying that the Hentai shirt was p*rn*graphic. To Davis coming out and making a meme from all the hate it has given.
To a fan claiming that they humiliated. Like dudes. Chill the fuck out. You know how insensitive and childish that sounds? You guys are adults. It’s pretty annoying to see on the platform just because you don’t like something IN FACT Matt said something about this awhile back.
Here’s what he said.
“If you’re an old fan, don’t like the new material, then listen to the old content and shut the fuck up lol.”

I don’t think he was being rude. More to put it as a statement for others to understand that the band doesn’t owe anyone anything.
To those anons who think the band owes you something or say that the band knows you, it’s hard for me to understand if they actually know who you are.
This includes the circle where one of his ex-girlfriends decided to go public and start a tea blog of what Noah is like.
This led other anons follow up on what she had to say and what her relationship was like with Noah.
Obviously I don’t hate her, because I don’t know her personally.
The toxic online behavior looks like it’s all over the place. From what this man told me, he told me that several things of what he quote on quote said saying “if you think about it, Noah likes this perspective on music. More so to say that what he puts out in his music, he’s not just producing it. Whether in a sense, he likes and wants fans to enjoy.”
This man I tell you blew my mind. This is why I said allegedly. Whether or not he knows Noah, it’s sort of creeped me out by what I heard about Noah, that also confirms what’s been being said.
We do know Noah had a mental health issue leading him to delete socials which we all respect and appreciate while he gets better.
THEORY 2: THE MAN BEHIND THE MASK
Now this man, I tell you gave me goosebumps all over my body. From what I remember him telling me is that he sold his soul to gain momentum and gain popularity. He also said that Noah wasn’t looking for fame this quickly.
Of course, this made me think okay but if this was actually real, is it possible to sell or buy someone’s soul for their reputation in the sense to make them popular?
From what I heard, is that Noah did something very shady to get famous. Whether or not this is true, it’s pretty creepy and highly scary. This is from months ago when I first started knowing about Noah Sebastian.
Believe me being a fan and being to enjoy his music, to knowing the weird things that I got told. It feels like a gate to the unknown, more likely a gate to where people don’t talk about it much. It’s where you feel like you entered some type of illuminati shit.
The questions I asked him were mainly about how people go into the business in music. He stated that during his time knowing Noah due to gaming over the PC, he, Noah, and Keaton were talking about what makes music interesting.
Some of it I can’t talk about, because it gets really dark, really easily.
But due to the toxic environment of them having to deal with toxic people in the fanbase, Noah in a sense doesn’t like it. It makes their own fanbase look bad.
In terms of him being gone, a lot of new fans and a lot of the old fans that have followed them for years it seems like it’s causing the fanbase to know little about the band Bad Omens.
This is causing a whirlwind of people discontinuing to not liking their music.

The supportive fans will continue to support. While others don’t want to support the band.

How come no one is talking about this?
Well this leads to my next topic on the subject.

THE BAND NEEDS TO INTERACT WITH THE FANBASE
Many fans need interaction with the artist. Without that interaction, there’s a problem where the fans don’t know how the artist thinks. This leads to problems later on to fans coming up with rumors on how the band actually is like. To fans ranting out that they no longer want to be part of the fandom.
This is where it gets interesting, because I feel like Noah just quit social media because of how fans were taking everything too personally and too serious.
To where it leads the thought that Noah doesn’t want to do anything with the fanbase. Okay if he didn’t want to do anything with the fanbase, does that make him a bad person?
In other terms, as to what I have seen on his twitch streams, he enjoyed talking to people and enjoyed being able to talk to fans. Which led him to start his own discord, to him being on YouTube, to him having all these socials.
This is causing the fanbase to lose that interaction with Bad Omens.
The only interaction they have is Davis. He is the main spokesperson for Bad Omens when it comes to merch. Then there’s Matt. He interacts with people sometimes on the Twitter platform. Along side Folio, Jolly, and Ruffilo.
I think when it comes down to Noah Sebastian, I think he didn’t want to interact with fans anymore and that’s causing the main frenzy. Even though half of the band has socials, it’s pretty obvious that they have become highly private.
But there’s a bad side to it as well.
Even though the guys are very private about everything and little is known about what’s going on to their lives, I think it goes much farther than that.
A lot of the times, a band when it’s formed they need to have a fan interaction at some point in time. But with Noah not having socials, he’s distancing himself from that and it’s making him feel like every fan that follows Bad Omens is a bad person. Or fake fan that interacts in a bad way.
This is where I get confused, because without knowing what Bad Omens does as a band without the context of what they put on their merch site is in a sense a bit like saying “if they’re a band, why promote a clothing brand?”
CLOTHING BRAND OR MUSIC LABEL?

So with Bad Omens they promote an excellent merch collection. Differing from their old merch to the new merch for the death of peace of mind.
So what are they really? Are they both a music band? Or are they a clothing brand?
This is where some fans get highly angry. To where they’re getting bored with the same thing over and over. From Sumerian coming out with the same Concrete OST vinyl, but in different colors, to Bad Omens producing the old merch they had with their second album Finding God Before God Finds Me.
Like bringing back the most loved merch from their previous collection and releases.
This leads fans thinking that Bad Omens is just a clothing brand but doesn’t produce enough music.
I mean I get where they get this question and get mad at Bad Omens just because they want new music instead of the old content.
To be honest, from them starting a tour and then cancelling it due to Noah having a bad burnout, it really made a lot of fans upset. This leads to the other subject.
If someone goes off social media and deletes everything, that brings a lot of negative vibes to the fan base. Not just because of a mental health problem, but it also leaves the fans wondering why Noah left.
If you bring back the previous content I have blogged here, a lot of what I said revolved around Noah experiencing a bad fan base and how they appeared on his doorstep to pulling pranks on him.
Well let’s dig a bit deeper.
Since Noah is a very particular person when it comes to certain things. Like the fan base. He might have thought some point in time the toxic comeback that people have said, or thought about his career is full on bad.
Not just that, but the fact that during one of his livestreams on twitch, someone told him to “go ***”.
Okay. Thats sort of mean considering that this man just wanted to promote his album and his music for people to listen to. I think due to the hate he constantly had and received led him to delete his social media.
He sort of got bored with it in my opinion. Now that his band has become popular, a lot more fans are wondering the fact that maybe Noah shouldn’t have deleted everything.
THE CYCLE OF TOXICITY
The cycle of how we define toxic behavior online and what it does online, it can be a lot of topics from ranging from haters to fake fans to people causing rumors.
From what the man told me, Noah did not want to be in the spotlight of fame. He never really asked for it, but in time he did.
This comes from years and years of providing music, and publishing music vinyls. To tour dates even.
Listen I’ll tell you right now, there is a sacrifice that people do, in order to become successful. If Noah made a decision to stay off social media, then it takes away what the fans really want.
This leads to the theory that he sold his soul to or offered something in return for fame.
I’m not sure if you guys are familiar with the theory that there might be shady people in the industry where in California everything seems like you can afford something from doing something.
From what the man told me, Noah wanted sell out. He wanted the attention and the money. From his friendship with Keaton, they both wanted to succeed. Although im not quite sure why it has some part to do with the occult.
If there was some sort of cult in the music industry, then it’s a pretty big secret.
I know it’s crazy to think, but if Noah really sold his “soul” many people wouldn’t believe it. It comes down to how hard they work off and how much blue collar work they do. If Noah actually sold his soul for a contract to become big, it’s quite creepy to think, more so to where you completely abandon your own fanbase and just forget they even exist.
I mean that’s a pretty big ass move to even do. It actually upsets me because not only they’re a great band performing publicly, but they’re distancing themselves from the fans that actually support them. More likely Noah than the other guys in the band.
I think we need to show Noah that it’s not the entire fanbase that’s toxic. Some fans are nice, heck a lot of us enjoy his content.
The cycle where this comes in, I don’t think it’s ever going to stop. I mean you basically have people commenting and ranting that they don’t enjoy some of the songs they put in the albums they write.
Even if you ignore it, it never stops or goes away. I think Noah got sick of seeing people argue over the dumbest thing.
But anyways, yes he did leave because of mental health, but he also left due to the fanbase being toxic and that really takes away the fun that bands try to bring into the music world.
This created a toxic environment inside the bad omens community. Even if it comes from a specific group that always wants Bad Omens to fail as a band, it comes from everyone around.
Okay let’s face the fact here.
1. These tea blogs you read online, they only talk about Bad Omens either collaborating or touring around the world.
2. They actually don’t know Noah. All they say is hearsay.
3. They just talk about other people supporting different artists, and/or just bully them. If they actually knew Noah, I don’t think Noah wouldn’t like it.
Obviously I’m just a fan here, who experienced a lot and met people who actually know what Noah is like. I don’t know if I consider myself lucky, or just solely because I love this band.
But anyways moving on.
This missing interaction between Noah and the fans that came after him deleting socials, it says a lot about a person. Honestly if he didn’t delete socials and just stayed offline while he was working on his mental health, it could’ve been easier. Rather than deleting everything.
I think that fans should have this interaction with Noah, but I also feel like if Noah were to see the crap that people put on the internet, it’s nothing compared to what the fans want.
DID HE REALLY SELL HIS SOUL?
From what I heard, I’ll tell you I didn’t sleep that night. If Noah actually sold his soul to the devil, why does he reference the devil so much in Finding God Before God Finds Me?
Not to mention his four songs
DETHRONE
THE HELL I OVERCAME
GLASS HOUSES
WORST IN ME
In which he describes that the devil took his soul for the price he paid. In which terms he wanted to sell out tickets for the new album The Death Of Peace Of Mind.
He also references the devil in many ways. One where he took a picture with a goat. Or has a tattoo of a goat.
He also described how the occult takes something from you. Something meaningful.
From what I experienced I also met someone else, now I don’t know if they were legit crazy or just making up nonsense, but they told me to sell my soul to them.
I was like “no thankyou.”
Then comes to the fact that this other artist told me he was in a satanic cult group and that he worshipped satanism and how he was a satanist, stuff like that.
Listen, I’ll support bands that make really great music, but having the knowledge to know these things can be quite weird. Specially if someone is telling someone else that this whole music industry is based off of a cult.
I think you gotta look at the aspect of wanting to openly know about what famous people are like. I think I opened myself up to this a lot more than others, and made me make this blog. To finding out more on Noah.
Honestly, if a person has the ability to actually know this stuff and has the strength to go far and out and reach the tunnel of the unknown. Then that’s something.
But I think selling or offering your own services to devote a specific god more so the devil, I think it’s highly outrageous.
Believe me I had nightmares due to finding this stuff out for weeks. Weeks bro. I think I got a bit paranoid about it, so I had to take a major break from knowing all this stuff in the span of one year.
FANS THINK NOAH DOESN’T CARE
Okay if he was mean, that would mean that Noah definitely doesn’t like his fanbase. The only thing Noah doesn’t like is drama. He stays far away from it as much as possible.
Drama leads to all sorts of problems but the band doesn’t really care for much of it. They keep doing what they’re doing and have the best time selling merch and their albums.
While these fans (the anons) that says something.
These people include the inner circle that the public ex-girlfriend of Noah Sebastian has. To the inner circle of the anti omens fans who call themselves the dick riders.
Even if they’re famous for knowing who Noah is, I think they’re just wanting to want to know Noah, because he’s the most hottest person only being recently 29.
This leaves me with not interacting with anyone who just hates on people because they’re allowed to.
I feel like these types of people aren’t good or healthy friendships. The tumblr blogs they own, is solely just to leave a conversation of Bad Omens.
Listen if you had the time to know what I know from what I experienced, I think you’re just making up nonsense that isn’t even relevant.
That’s what I hate. That’s what I don’t interact with.
You definitely don’t know everything.
Also Noah isn’t mean. He’s just highly reserved.
MY CON-SENSES

If Noah made the right decision to leave socials, there’s got to be some kind of explanation.
Like I said, he is a particular man. I think he thinks differently than most people do.
But it leaves me with questions. If he likes his fans, why did he leave? Why didn’t he stay?
Why do people think that he’s not the nicest person around?
Why are fans always finding some way to disagree with merch?
Is Bad Omens doing something wrong?
If Noah came back on social media, it would be a surprise. I’m just highly upset that he deleted everything. Fans these days don’t have the ability to respect boundaries. Specially when it comes to parasocial interactions.
That’s also another reason. Noah leaving his fans and abandoning his social media makes everyone upset and not just me.
My only train of thought is that Noah made a dumbass move deleting everything that he had.
If he didn’t delete socials, then he would still be able to interact with people.
But I guess people ruin it for everyone.
If fans think Noah doesn’t care for his fans, then why is he putting out music for everyone to enjoy? If he didn’t care, he wouldn’t have started such a great band and career.
Honestly I think the problem is with the people who want Bad Omens to look bad.
Even with the Concrete OST. If you don’t like it, then don’t buy it. You’re the one making a problem here.
If you aren’t happy with the band then move on. The band doesn’t owe you shit. They’re out there producing to make money. That’s what they do.
Anyways I think that Noah leaving socials, and the fans acting mean towards each other. It is also distancing the fan from the artist.
Without having to know the artist, and what they like producing, people will think that they’re not being heard or being listened to publicly.
This happens often on Twitter.
Or the problem where they showed us the concrete ost vinyl. Where when they launched their merch, a lot of people complained that it was not available in Australia or overseas.
A lot of people asked Davis, but Davis on the other hand, didn’t really answer their commentary.
I just think that Noah should have been more involved with fans.
My only advice would’ve been that he could have at least put some boundary between his twitch streams and fans showing up at his house.
BOUNDARIES DIDN’T HELP
Okay so this is where my next question is. If he put out boundaries, to where he told fans to not show up at his home or anywhere he went, then why did the fans not respect the rules?
It seems like the fans caused this break and distance to where Noah got a bit concerned and creeped out by what has happened to him. I think the fans caused this more than anything.
They didn’t respect his privacy, they were always wanting to hang out with the dude, they wanted autographs, and wanted to come party with Noah considering the amounts of partying he did with his friends and just live streamed on Twitch.
He wanted to show fans what he loves and adores which is music. Being involved with friends and hanging out by the pool or playing games.
I’ll call these people
“THE CRAZED FANS”
These people that came out of the closet to go such lengths to interact with Noah was not okay. From him saying in his livestream that people were showing up on his doorstep, to him asking them to leave. It’s highly disturbing and disrespectful. He also mentioned that it wasn’t okay for them to do that.
He did of course tell them to leave.
I think this plays a huge part and factor to why Noah also left social media. He clearly doesn’t like stalkers. It feels to me he could have been a lot more careful about his actions and decisions.
Him being gone for a year isn’t bad. But my worry is that it’s going to become controversial because he’s been gone and hasn’t returned to social media.
I think there’s going to be a lot more drama on him and at him from fans that are wanting new music and wanting new albums being released rather than merch being sold.
There’s definitely going to be interesting discussions regarding him being gone in the next few months.
This is all becoming very recent. So there’s going to be more topics on it.
I feel like the next few weeks and the next year, right after tour, I think people are going to be bored from them announcing a lot of merch. It’s giving them the abandonment that they seek for an artist to do.
And since Noah isn’t being part of the fanbase anymore, that’s going to be an issue.

So one of the rumored timelines (though obviously still very unconfirmed) seems to be a JK tour and album release for second half of 2025 followed by the BTS tour and album release for summer 2026? That would honestly make a lot of sense if true.
Not to be greedy and selfish but if this is the case I hope that Jimin is also active and doing some sort of solo work during 2025. Obviously not a full album or anything, but maybe a single or a collab or a showcase or something like that 😭 just anything at all really, I’m desperate (100% respect whatever he decides to do ofc, and I hope they all take plenty of time to rest). I’m not sure how true this will end up being but there are some small things that could be pointing in this direction. JJK2 and a solo tour would be a welcome surprise though, new JK solo music is sorely overdue.
Regardless it seems they’re going to take their time with the group album and not rush it (which I’m happy to hear!) so I wouldn’t expect the album until 2026 anyways. There’s always the possibility they could release a single at the end of 2025 but we’ll see. I know minimoni talked about doing songwriting camps like they did for their solo albums so I hope they really take their time and try out stuff like that if they’re still interested.
I could also see them filming a BV this year in either scenario considering that’s something they talked about wanting to do right away I won’t get my hopes up for another AYS season but you never know. I wouldn't be surprised if they did something small for the HYYH anniversary as well.
NGL I don’t really talk about OT7 a ton on here but I’m pretty desperate and eager to see BTS back and active as a group again. I’m really looking forward to June even though I know it might be 2026 until we get proper BTS content. The potential JK solo work is also very exciting to think about though! (even though I’m not sure if I’ll be able to go to a concert just considering everything that's going on in the US right now 🫠)
I guess time will tell because we're all just guessing here. I think the BTS members will need time to figure out what they want to do with their album, but it's hard not to think about as we get closer to June 😭 thinking about BTS being active as a group again almost feels surreal tbh, seeing all the enlisted members again just in general feels surreal.

Spotless: Pizzicato
Chapter Nineteen
Featuring: Dean Winchester/Reader, Dean/Bela, Dean/Cas (unrequited)
Other characters: Miriam Talbot (OFC Bela's mother)
Word Count: 2567
Warnings, etc: Mutual pining, putting out other people's fires, and old baggage, unbeta'd
A/N: Castiel and Trouble's friendship is something I didn't realize she had been missing until he was in front of her. There are a couple of big truth bombs in this chapter and I hope I handled them respectfully. This is an AU and it is not indicative of this author's feelings on canon or any other fandom shipping practices.
Series Masterlist

Posting on Dean’s instagram account was par for the course as the band’s publicist. You bothered to know what a hashtag was, for one. For another it also allowed you to check traffic on posts and actively moderate things to help the comment section look best for Dean’s image. Afterall, Dean trusted you, you weren’t going to leak anything or make him look like an idiot.
You were a goddamn professional and this wasn’t the hardest thing you’d done in the last year, but Jesus fuck were you pissed.
Dean hated tattoos. Really, he hated needles. He was black out drunk when he and Sam got their matching flaming pentagrams. He actually had a panic attack the next morning after realizing he let someone “sew ink” into his skin. By sheer force of will and through the bond of shared grief, you got him to go with you for Jo’s memorial tattoo on the tenth anniversary of her death. It was in your all-time top five ultimate Dean-Y/N memories.
And now it meant jack shit.
You edited and cropped the photos, sent two back to Bela to post on her account and then posted the lion’s share onto Dean’s, making him look like the diligent boyfriend while Bela was busy in the chair. You thanked Billie for taking care of “his girl” and made sure the shop was the location and tagged. You wanted to punch something, it looked so good. Then you sat back and let the interwebs do its job.
Okay, in actuality, you emailed about twenty different people, had a conference call with the tour management marketing team, scheduled radio station drop ins and followed up with Meg on the expected release of Dean’s photoshoot and interview. These days it may just end up online, but you hoped she was able to score him real physical print space.
It was just as you were winding down for the night, when your phone rang. It was past any reasonable business hours and you were already done with your skin care routine, but then you saw the caller id.
“Miriam! Hi!” You tried to sound pleasantly surprised.
“Don’t Miriam me, young lady. What is going on out there? Is it drugs? I thought we missed this stage when she quit acting for college. You’d tell me if this hoodlum was pressuring her into risky behavior wouldn’t you?”
Which was a lot to unpack right off the bat like that, luckily you had experience dealing with Bela’s mother.
“It’s just a tattoo. She’s not on drugs, I promise.”
“And what about this Dean? I knew they were seeing each other, but this seemed a bit more intimate— not exactly in the public eye.”
Oh, she was good.
“He’s not on drugs either. And—- he actually isn’t thrilled with tattoos. This might be all Bela, if I’m being honest.”
“Have you seen the things they’re saying? The things they’re calling her, Y/N?”
You rolled your eyes and heaved yourself out of bed, you needed your laptop if you were going to continue this conversation rationally.
“Let me look into it— what site were you on?”
“Oh, I’m not sure. Olivette, one of the boardmember’s wives, told me she read about it online during dinner.”
You inhaled deeply and started your usual rotation of sites, you’d have to add some new tags to follow Bela’s buzz more closely going forward.
“And you’re sure this wasn’t just bad blood from Olivia? I’m not finding much besides general surprise.”
“It’s Olivette. And yes, I’m certain. She wouldn’t make me worry without a reason.”
And then you realized what you were missing, it wasn’t just People or TMZ you had to worry about. You went to Hello!’s twitter and you found what had Miriam Talbot’s friend in a huff.
You started scanning the comments, gathering the most common complaints and judging their amount of influence via cursory glances. You did not know a lot of the news personalities or celebrity bloggers in the UK. You were going to have to meet with Bela and figure out a better approach going forward.
“Okay, Miriam, it’s almost eleven here. I know you probably called me as soon as you woke up, but consider me on the case. Alright? Bela’s fine and this is just a minor hiccup.”
“If you’re sure, Y/N, dear.”
You sighed. “Of course. I would warn you if there was anything to worry about. But please just let this run its course. You know how the tabloids are.”
“Unfortunately I do, that’s why I called. Please keep me updated if anything else comes up?”
“Will do. You have a good ni-day!”
“Goodnight dear— and thank you.”
You smiled at your lap. “Anytime.”
You let her hang up. Then you promptly pulled up your contacts list and warned Bela that her mother was sniffing about online and to call her at a decent hour. And finally, you spent the next four hours (or so) online until you had swam to the bottom of the cesspool and decided it wasn’t worth your time. At least not right then, not so exhausted.

Three days passed since the snobby UK gossip rags’ judgment rained down and, as expected, it had already just about fizzled out. You sat in a cafe with a quad shot flat white, waiting for your lunch date to arrive. Not truly a date, though it wasn’t a meeting either.
It was a diplomatic mission.
Then you spotted him and your stomach swooped, feeling the loss of his presence in your life all over again.
“Hey, Cas.” You stood and held your arms open for a hug, which he accepted with a timid smile.
“It’s good to see you, Trouble,” his gravelly voice murmured in your ear. He still smelled the same.
You pulled back and looked him in the eye, searching for anything but the sincere blue reality in front of you. He held no grudges, not with you, without even discussing it you knew he was still your friend.
You then punched him squarely in the shoulder. “That’s for ghosting us all for the last nine months, assbutt!”
He grunted, and rolled his eyes. “I can accept that.”
“Good. Because I missed you. We all miss you.”
He tilted his head and raised his eyebrows in challenge.
“So— heard you have a kid, huh. That’s —- weird.”
Castiel exhaled and shook his head. “Who told you?”
“What? Nobody. I have eyes. And spend enough time online to draw some conclusions.”
“Kelly told you.”
“She didn’t have to. She’s amazing by the way— are you a thing now, now that you know he exists?”
Castiel looked affronted. “Me and Kelly? Oh, no. That was a teenage mistake. We were young. And we’ve both matured into vastly different people. But I respect her and I think— I hope I’ve earned her trust.”
“Tell me about him—- he’s what? Twenty-twenty one?”
“He’s twenty three and very talented. Kind, impossibly optimistic even.”
“Yikes, tough combo out here.”
“Tell me about it.”
You shared a look and he smiled at you like he knew what you were thinking about. Like you were reliving the same joke.
You blinked away the sting in your eyes.
“Go get your dark roast and get back over here, we’ve got things to discuss.”
His eyes softened, but Cas didn’t argue with you.
You sipped your drink and tried not to let all of the questions that had been building for months run away from you. He was back both too quickly and too slowly. You cleared your throat, the awkwardness you had been fighting back rushed to the surface.
“So— I presume there is more to you calling to get lunch. Not just asking about Jack and goading me about my latest tattoo?” Cas wasn’t one for small talk.
You nodded and swallowed around another perfect mouthful of milk and espresso.
Castiel’s face went through a journey when you didn’t quickly reply. “He doesn’t want to see me—- he made that quite clear.”
“And what about since everything?”
“What do you mean?”
“I know Dean’s called you. He might not have been big enough to actually apologize in a voicemail, but I know he wants to fix things— he misses you as his friend, too.”
“Then he should be able to suck up his pride and make the effort,” Cas snipped, the first sign of the lingering anger from his and Dean’s fight.
“I haven’t exactly seen much of your effort. Do you not want to fix things?--- And I’m not talking about coming back to the band— that ship has sailed. I’m talking about twenty years of friendships you just walked out on.”
Cas stared at his coffee, his eyebrow ring arched with his bitchy expression. He hated being corrected, you knew that. But this had gone on long enough.
“I’ve spoken with everyone but Dean,” Cas explained. “It’s not perfect, but it’s progress.”
“You never spoke to me,” you spat.
Cas’ eyes softened again. “I always knew where your loyalties lie, you took your time, too.”
“Wait— even SAM?!”
“Sam and I haven’t lost contact this whole time.”
You sucked in air. “Oh, he is so dead.”
“Y/N. It wasn’t like we were plotting or anything. He was worried about me, I was worried about Dean.”
“Yeah, but if Dean knew—”
“Ask Sam, but I don’t think he could hide anything from Dean if he wanted to.”
You knew he was right. Ever since Sam got sober, transparency had been something Sam put into his closest relationships anyway. Beside Dean being ruthless and stubborn, well, you supposed Cas was right.
“Why do I feel like this band just doesn’t want me to be able to do my job?”
“Your position as group therapist is fairly tenuous. Especially with Pamela involved.”
“I meant my real job. If I had known you were on decent terms with, well, everyone but Dean, it would have made things a lot easier, young man.” You couldn’t help but smile now. Sure you were hurt, but the eggshells you had been stepping over for so long really only took up a single corner of the floor.
It was freeing.
“I never meant to cause you any distress.”
“That doesn’t make it go away, Cas.”
He bowed his head, but popped back up to meet your gaze. “I know. I apologize. I didn’t want you to think that I was done— with any of you.”
You pinched your eyes closed quickly and then reached over the table to squeeze his forearm. “Okay. So— you’ll come to Dean’s birthday party, then?”
Cas patted your hand with his left and sat back, breaking the contact and sat with the invitation for a heavy moment.
“What makes you think he’d want me there?”
You glared at him, all tattooed and handsome and absolutely clueless about how much his absence has affected Dean. Sure, Dean got to keep the band, but it wasn’t the same without Cas. Cas has had to start over entirely, become a dad and rebuild his career all without any of the support Dean has had around him through his own troubles.
“Look— I know you’re Mister Independent and I don’t want to set back any of the progress you’ve made without him needing you around. But he still looks for you whenever we all go out. And hanging out with Kevin, made it abundantly clear to him that you were available— you just weren’t interested.”
“Why do you always make it sound like we were an item?”
You rolled your eyes. “Look, we all know Dean has attachment issues. I’m not saying anything was kinky between you guys— that’s not my business. But, as friends, you guys deserve to at least get some answers— closure or forgiveness can come later, if you get there.”
“I’ll think about it.”
“Really? You’re not just saying that to get me off your case?”
“Yes, really.”
You smirked and Cas’ smiled with his eyes, fidgeting his lip ring with his tongue.
Cas cleared his throat and took a sip of his coffee before changing gears. “So, your friend Bela and, uh, Dean?”
You groaned and hid your eyes in your hand. When you looked up he was laughing at you.
“What?!”
“Stop— we both know what it’s all about.”
“Kevin seems to think Dean’s whipped.” Mischief continued to dance in Cas’ eyes.
“Well, it’s about time.”
“I told him, the only one who has had Dean whipped in over a decade is you.”
You choked on your spit, sputtering at Cas’ bluntness.
“They don’t know it’s for show do they?”
You inhaled deeply. “Sam knows. Dean and Bela have their own private agreement about it all. But, uh, yeah, you pretty much guessed right.”
Cas watched you thoughtfully, futzing with his lip ring with his top teeth now.
“How are you holding up?”
“Me? I’m fine, why?”
Cas nudged your ankle under the table with his combat boot.
“As someone who was definitely in love with him for most of my life— I know the symptoms.”
You sighed and shivered at being seen and having your long held suspicions confirmed. You rubbed your upper arm, trying to fight the goosebumps. “I’m fine. Nothing has changed. He’s just been working on himself and that is— distracting.”
Cas hummed, head cocking to the side as if looking at you with a different angle would give him more insight.
“I mean it. He’s in therapy and everything. Sam and him are working out. He’s been insanely focused on the latest album—”
“He’s doing penance.”
“Maybe. But he wants to be better. It’s not just guilt. I don’t know how to explain it. But, you’ll see what I mean.”
Cas eyebrow popped up again.
“You will,” you insisted.
“You always were able to read me weren’t you?”
You chuckled at the back of your mouth, short and knowing. “Guess it comes with being stuck with each other for so long.”
“Shared trauma response,” Cas teased.
“Or that.”
You finished the last of your drink and looked around the cafe.
“So, where we going to eat? I think we’ve had enough heavy— sushi?”
“You buying?”
“Phantom Traveler is covering this as a business lunch.”
Cas stood and pushed in his chair. “Okay, well then, bring on the seafood.”
You stood and let Cas walk you outside, his hand on the small of your back until he could offer you his elbow on the sidewalk. You smiled up at him and pulled him tight to your side.
“I’m glad you’re back, Cas.”
“Well, we’ll see if everyone agrees with you, won’t we?”
The afternoon passed quickly, catching up and sharing memories that were now tinted with the grief of the last lost year. Things made more sense the longer you thought about how the band had been acting, especially way back at the Animal Shelter where Cas’ niece had been more than willing to put in her two cents. You texted Sam while you waited for your meals, warning him where you were and what you knew.
‘Have fun.’
His only response. Asshole.
But everything kept from you, kept from Dean, wouldn’t last forever. It couldn’t. Now you at least could control the narrative a bit more by being in on it all. Or most of it at least.

Love Him Till The Day That You Die!
Old paths are retread.
Chapter 2: Anything You Knead
Last< --- >Next
Silence spread before her as she entered the lobby, taking a moment to take in the Playtime Co. banner and suspiciously empty space under it on the display. She’d need to stay vigilant but that was nothing new.
Memories echoed as she made her way across the empty space heading to make-a-friend. Jack’s excited steps as he ran around the space telling them everything he could think of about the tour they were about to take. George grabbing him and spinning him up and around as they all laughed and smiled and had no idea what was coming. No idea those were their last moments of happiness.
A long sigh escaped Susan and she threw a half-hearted middle finger over her shoulder toward the Playtime co. sign while she exited the lobby.
There was quite the clamor from Make-A-Friend by the time she’d hit the halls halfway point, whoever was here before her may have found the wayward Wuggy… well more likely the other way around.
But the sound was going farther away and Make-A-Friend wasn’t her destination, the stairwell to the right was.
Someone long ago had defaced the simple sign to now read ‘Stairway to hell’ and it was locked as expected. Susan’s pack came off, the crowbar came out and it wasn’t too long before it opened with a satisfying crack. Pack back on and she began the climb down to the catwalks.
There was blood.
Which yes, there was blood everywhere but this blood looked fresh relative to what painted the rest of the place. The catwalk near it was mangled and dented and there was blue fur scattered here and there. Looked like her fellow trespasser was looking after themselves well enough.
Handrails hung bent or dangling and the sight of it made her vision blur and her heart beat just a little too loud in her ears. Screams and a too young voice begging for help echoed in her head. For a moment it left her breathless and swaying, closing her eyes to force herself back together, there wasn’t time for this! But that didn’t stop her hands from shaking.
She never touched handrails, didn’t trust them.
Susan had made her way into Playtime many times over the years and many different ways, this particular route took her past the giant poppy flower mural, down some maintenance ladders at a far wall, down the back of Production and to the entrance of the Game Station.
Again the hand scanner had already been activated, and the lever for the inner entrance was easy to work herself without a grab pack, and to her eternal relief the train was in the station.
That would make it so much easier than having to walk the rails the whole way to Playcare.
Susan heard her before she saw her, that strange stretching sound their rubber limbs made was unmistakable, and with a jolt she was lifted into the air by her backpack as mocking laughter filled the air.
“Well Well Well! Look at this! How unexpected to have not one but TWO new playmates arrive today! Oh what FUN we’re going to ha…”
Mommy Longlegs finally took a proper look at the woman dangling from her grasp and her expression dropped
“Oh... it’s you.”
The ground rose back up under Susan’s feet and Mommy settled across the slide and climbing structure in what for her was a ‘more comfortable’ position.
“I didn’t expect to see you here again. Especially not with... help.”
Susan raised an eyebrow that clearly said ‘You didn’t?’ but didn’t actually say it.
“They’re not with me, and I don’t much care what you’re doing with them either. You know why I’m here. And from one mother to another, you know how far I’m willing to go to get through here. I’m not in the mood for any games.”
Mommy made annoyed cluck of her tongue,
“Fine fine, Unfortunately I know all too well. If you want to wait on the train I’ll send you off once I’m done with our little friend.”
The casual tone shifted instantly and Mommy loomed threateningly over her.
“Try and take it before my games are done though and we will have...problems.”
Susan knew when not to push things with this particular toy and agreed instantly.
“Of course, I know how to play by the rules.”
Properly mollified, Mommy Longlegs let her pass, but Susan paused after a few steps.
“I think they took care of Huggy Wuggy, don’t underestimate them. Whoever they are.”
Musical Memories and Wack-A-Wuggy had been opened when she secreted herself away in the final car of the train, peeking carefully out the window and watching as the other intruder made their way into Statues.
She didn’t recognize them, but the way they handled their Grab Pack screamed ‘Employee’ while not making it clear whether they had been one back when the factory had been opened or a ‘Resource Extraction Specialists‘ sent in after. Either way no one she wanted to deal with.
She closed her eyes for a bit, soon she’d be farther into the factory than she’d ever managed before. It was best to be as rested as she could manage.
All too quickly though there was a voice outside the train and when Susan peeked she was surprised to find the Employee had been joined by a Poppy Playtime doll. She’d never seen a living one of those before.
When the Employee boarded the engine and Poppy a passenger car Susan couldn’t quite tell what she was feeling, what this probably meant for Mommy Longlegs.
Not a friend by any stretch of the toys limbs but … still.
It didn’t matter now, they were on their way to Playcare and another step closer to her son.
She breathed, resting her hand on her knees and focusing on the even clack of the train tracks to center herself. But the clacking wasn’t as even as it should be, coming faster and faster.
Too fast.
Something was wrong the train was going to -

BIG Thought Dump on SF6 BISON, Shadaloo, and Gratuitous Amount of F.A.N.G
I actually plowed through the Bison stuff when he dropped. I wrote a few of my thoughts on Twitter X, but I’ll dump everything here on this post. Warning, it’s really really big and the end may have some speculative spoilers (font will be red as a warning). Here it goes.
Playing Bison
I’m no pro player, in fact I’m super casual, but Bison is hella strong! I didn’t look through all his command list because I just want to plow through arcade and World tour for the story. All I know is Psycho Crusher, Scissor Kick (turned motion instead of charge), and Head Stomp from previous games, so I just stuck to those lol.
Arcade Mode and Fighting Ground
Ok now for the story. The first thing I did when Bison dropped was Arcade mode and was automatically hit with some fan service in the beginning. Naked Bison. Capcom knew what they’re doing here lol. There were some guys making jibes at him and then he beat the crap out of them and stole their clothes for himself. And then he went on fighting other people he don’t remember through arcade mode. And then his boss rival is Juri. Ngl, I was super excited when I saw that. I was actually hoping to see this for a long time. In Juri’s SF6 arcade, the thought of her not having her revenge against Bison had been eating her up for years. She never moved on from that since SFV, so “probably” almost a decade had passed since then. Her seeing Bison again is her moment to have what she wanted. But it didn’t go her way. I can see why Juri fans didn’t like the outcome. For me it’s different. Yes, it would be nice if she got her revenge right there and then (as indicated with her win quote against Bison), or if she moved on from Bison after her fight with Chun-Li in her own arcade mode. But I have the feeling deep down she really wanted that revenge. Plus, she helped Neo Shadaloo’s efforts too, albeit for money reasons, and even said that she’ll take them down if they ever rise again. Now that Bison’s back, she’s no longer in the state of regret and now has all the chances to go against him and get what she truly wanted. She’s not aimless anymore. She has a real reason to fight now.

As for win quotes, some were fun and some were boring. Of course I was most interested in A.K.I.’s. For sometime before Bison’s release, I was curious on how A.K.I. feels about him. Would she have a favorable view of Bison because F.A.N.G admires him greatly? Or would she be jealous of him because all of F.A.N.G’s attention will go to him instead of her? Lots of people and I have been wondering about this. Now the cat’s out of the bag, this is A.K.I.’s win quote against Bison:
“You must be the one the master’s talked so much about. I must send word to him immediately.”
This suggests that A.K.I.’s sentiments toward Bison is neutral, but she wants to report to FANG about it because she knows that Bison is important to him. I can’t help but compare this quote to her Rashid one:
“You… You’re the one the master spoke of.”
F.A.N.G talked a great deal to A.K.I. about these two, but of course his attitude for the both of them are different from one and the other. F.A.N.G admires Bison and hates Rashid.
World Tour Mode
For World Tour, we see that it takes place after Bison’s arcade mode because he took over the secret ruined Shadaloo lab after fighting Juri. I was already at Nayshall when I started World Tour and I automatically got a message from Foo aka F.A.N.G. Ahh yes, I knew I’d see F.A.N.G again for the Bison update 💜💜. He has to take part in it because this the man he wants to work for.
This time we work with F.A.N.G much more extensively than before. Yes, we see more of F.A.N.G in the Bison update than in the A.K.I. one (but there’s no FANG illustrations except for one in the Bison quests). He’s a lot more active and involved this time. And we get to see his soft side too. F.A.N.G actually likes seeing cute animal photos, especially with the cat and the baby hippo 💜💜. This reminds me of how A.K.I. reacted with the pufferfish and snake. Hmm, I wonder if that’s the reason why F.A.N.G didn’t mind A.K.I.’s super cute messages with the Lolita bunnies and kittens? Deep down, does he enjoy AKI’s letters because of those cute Sanrio-esque characters?? Idk, but I think it’s super cute. Ahhh 💜💜
We also get to see the scope of F.A.N.G’s influence and reach, especially as his persona as Foo. At first it seemed that he only has A.K.I. as his assistant, but later on in the Akuma and Bison update, we see that FANG has Experimental Subject Lee, Neo Shadaloo mole Hahn, Minox from the Colosseo, and former Doll Changpa. Out of these aside from A.K.I., Hahn and Doll Changpa seem to work the most extensively with F.A.N.G. Hahn knows F.A.N.G’s deal. 2 salutes. Answer messages within 2 minutes. 2 sugars in his coffee hehe. Doll Changpa elaborates further on how she ended up working with Foo aka F.A.N.G in this update than in the Akuma one. Basically, she had nowhere else to go. FANG needed intel on Shadaloo remnants. Doll Changpa needed a place to stay. So they work together because of that. To her, it’s purely transactional. She insists that it was her choice to work under FANG, but she did hesitated on the thought that she may have went back to her Shadaloo life, even by choice. It seems she had mixed feelings. Nevertheless, a job is a job.
Back to Bison. He went face to face with his own phantom Bison and absorbed it. He regained some memories from it, but not fully. It’s said that if Bison absorbs more psycho power, he would regain more of his memories. But even with 100 bond points and max mastery at level 20, Bison still doesn’t remember everything. As I suspected, Bison still has a way to go before he reaches his peak. But it’s not like he cares anyway lol. He’ll just continue on quenching on power.
We don’t really get a clear answer on how Bison came back, but Bison heard from others that he’d often die and come back to life via spare bodies. He thought that’s how he managed to be alive in his current form, but that’s just his conjecture based on what others said about his past lives. F.A.N.G also had no clue on how Bison came back either, despite being the last person to have seen his “”demise,”” but he also questioned if this is in fact the “real” Bison (he is). According to the devs, Bison’s current body is actually the same one from SFV. The cracks and scars on his right side of his body came from Ryu’s final blow. So instead of disintegrating (his death was obscured by F.A.N.G and smoke in SFV), he lost his memories. Not sure if the game will reveal the truth of Bison’s “resurrection” in a later update tho.

Although his memories are still fuzzy, Bison has a major hatred towards Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li, Cammy, and Guile lol. He doesn’t know them by name nor does he understand where the hatred comes from. He sent the avatar to talk to these fighters and they all remembered him with disdain. They all may have an idea where the avatar learned such fighting techniques, but it seems they didn’t want to press on. When the avatar reports back to Bison, Bison basically said he doesn’t care about them because he doesn’t truly remember them…but he’ll gladly fight and dominate them lol
Other people that Bison hate are obviously Ed, Falke, and Juri. They all undermine him. Bison also hates JP. Hmm, I wonder why? For the past couple of months, people were mulling over whether JP is for or against Bison. For me, it’s really hard to read JP’s intentions and plans because he tends to lie a lot, but I also think JP is not trying to win Bison’s approval. JP is not a Bison fanboy lol. Even his quote against Bison said that he is incomplete: “Hm. Peculiar. Perhaps you are not your whole self just yet.” What is JP’s plan then? JP is not actively involved in the Bison update for World Tour. But if you talk to Doll Changpa at the Suval'hal Arena in Nayshall at night, she found out that JP is still plotting to do something with Ed and the “imperfect” Bison. From the sounds of it, JP is still the main antagonist for SF6 as he seems to have a grandiose plan for the both of these characters. We’ll probably see it unfold in the next couple of patches.

Bison eventually remembers Vega and Balrog and sends the avatar to find them. F.A.N.G, as Foo the messenger, offers to help the avatar in finding them. Hmmm I wonder if F.A.N.G ever contacted them after the fall of Shadaloo since he knows their whereabouts and how to get their attention?
To get to Vega, the avatar has to fight Ignacio in the most “beautiful” way. In-game, basically win with a perfect KO.

Seeing Ignacio, I was already curious about him. At first I thought he was Vega's son, but then the illustration scenes have him next to a very handsome butler with similar features, so I then thought that Ignacio might be a servant boy for Vega. I'd like to know how Vega gets to know these characters, and I'm wondering what their back stories are because they both have dark complexions and yellow cat eyes. I don’t know the butler’s gender, but I’m assuming male (looks very much like Sebastian from Black Butler). If it’s female, she would have worn a maid’s outfit instead. I know I shouldn’t assume and that characters can also present as gender-nonconforming, but most often times devs from Japan/Asia usually make their female characters “cute” or showing something that emphasizes their “femininity.” Very seldom do they actively make a female character have more “masculine” traits with their appearances. But then again, SF6 has been pushing the gender boundaries outside of the norm, especially with the avatar gear, the NPCs, and a few of their roster characters. That would be cool and it would be interesting if the butler is a woman.
Anyway, Kizer brought up something interesting and it led to some speculative conversations. On Ignacio’s brooch, there’s a Ken Masters Foundation.

But when I looked at the avatar gear that can be purchased in the Battle Hub, the same tie brooch with the Masters’ logo can be found there. It could just be assorted avatar gear just to create these interesting NPCs. But at the same time, I’m still wondering if Ignacio and the butler were affiliated with Masters Foundation. That’s something to find out in a later DLC. And I hope the relationship between Vega, Ignacio, and the butler is a lot more kinder in-game than what’s been speculated in the conversation. Even I’m concerned lol.
We also get to see an illustrated cutscene with Balrog in it. He still keeps in touch with Ed and thought about joining his group. But, which ever organization has more money, he’ll go to it. Good ol’ Balrog 😂😂. I’m sure he’ll share the wealth with Ed tho!

The only names Bison remembers are Balrog, Vega, and Sagat. But even then, he doesn’t really have the clearest memories of them either. In this illustration, all the Shadaloo officers were all wearing these curious uniforms. Bison mentioned about “brainwashing” them and they all worked for him. I didn’t think much of this scene at first except I got to see F.A.N.G on there. But a friend of mine said an interesting comment and I liked her interpretation more than anyone else’s. What the illustration depicted wasn’t an accurate memory. Because Bison’s memory is “foggy,” he actually meld the Kings, Officers, Dolls, and Soldiers into one conglomerate thing. I still believe the Kings and JP acted on their own accord. The only people that got brainwashed in the organization were the Dolls. As for the soldiers, I don’t know lol.
Bison really likes his horse, whose name is Rocinante, like the Don Quixote’s horse. Bison said the reason why he didn’t kill the avatar was because Rocinante took a liking to them. Bison came upon the horse in Mexico. He was on the brink of death and yet he hung on to life. Bison infused the horse with psycho power to give it strength to carry him. The scientist in the Ruined Lab said that most regular animals would run wild with psycho power and die. Rocinante lives and it has the strength to withstand it. Bison loves power, but he also respects any living thing with strength (and even better when they serve him). Learning about Rocinante’s story reminded of F.A.N.G’s first encounter with Bison in SFV. F.A.N.G and his former organization, the Nguuhao, were about to assassinate Bison, but Bison overpowered and killed nearly all of them except for one. Although losing, F.A.N.G stood his ground against Bison. Bison was impressed by F.A.N.G’s strength and will to live and offered him to join Shadaloo. After that, F.A.N.G worked his way up and became a Shadaloo King.
Unfortunately for F.A.N.G, Bison doesn’t remember him. At first it started off funny when he got flustered, but then I can feel the sincere heartbreak from his text. F.A.N.G became quiet and his tone turned solemn. Even though Bison’s return didn’t turn out the way he wanted, he still complimented the Avatar on a work well done, albeit in a bittersweet way. As subtle as it is, I don’t think I’ve seen this side of F.A.N.G before, not even from Toxicity. If anything, there’s many sides of FANG I never got to see before SF6. Yes, we saw him visibly upset when Bison “”died””in SFV, but it didn’t have the same poignancy that his message had.

If Bison were to encounter A.K.I. (and win), the story outcome would probably go into a different direction. This is Bison’s win quote:
“You shall tell me who your master is. If they have value, I will gladly use them.”
This sounds like it would go into F.A.N.G’s favor as he would gladly serve his Lord Bison…except Bison does not remember him. Would F.A.N.G be happy to serve someone who may be considered as a “fake” or an “imperfect” Bison? Perhaps not, even though it is the real Bison with his marred SFV body. Throughout the Bison missions, F.A.N.G questioned his authenticity. He also mentioned that it was “too soon” for Bison to come back. Hmm, how does he know the duration of a “perfect” rebirth then? This makes me wonder if F.A.N.G had anything to do with the revival of Bison himself and left him until he’s ripe enough for the “rebirth,” and then Bison ended up “waking up” earlier than expected? I dunno, I’m just speculating on this and maybe more info would come out later lol. Also, maybe the devs knew ahead of time that some Street Fighter fans would groan at Bison coming into SF6 too early lol. I still see complaints about it lol.

About Bison’s win quote against A.K.I., he refers her Master as “They,” because he doesn’t know the gender. I like that little detail. Also in the Japanese dialogue, Bison referred A.K.I.’s master as 先生, which is “sensei”and can be used for both men and women. But knowing A.K.I., she uses the word “xiansheng” (also spelled 先生 in Chinese), and that’s usually used for men. Basically, Bison said this to AKI:
"先生は誰だ。
使える人間なら、使ってやろう。"
"Who is your xiansheng (teacher)?
If he is someone who can be used, I’ll use him."
As sad as it is that Bison doesn’t remember F.A.N.G, I think this is a good thing. If the Bison mission ended with him remembering F.A.N.G, then that could possibly be FANG’s happy ending and his story might’ve stopped there. But because that didn’t happen, it gives more reason for F.A.N.G’s story to continue in SF6. He can actually continue on fighting for what he strives for. F.A.N.G hasn’t given up yet and he said he would contact the avatar if he needs them.
Also, Only 1 unused FANG voice line was released for the Bison dlc. He said, “Oh my days!” in this one. There’s more voice clips that haven’t been used yet. If they haven’t dumped the rest of his audio in this update yet, I’d think more will drop in later DLC. Who knows how long F.A.N.G’s story will last in SF6 if they’re going to release one unused voice clip per update. If that’s the case, I hope they stretch F.A.N.G’s story for a looong time haha!

youtube
Even though F.A.N.G didn’t get what he wanted after the Bison mission, he at least accomplished what he wanted to do since the Toxicity story: Reviving Shadaloo. He took part in it by having the avatar track down Bison. He then sent the avatar to the Ruined Shadaloo Lab with the assistance of Doll Changpa. The avatar had to fight using psycho power in order to power up the residual memory machine, which caught Bison’s attention and he absorbed it. When Bison gained some memories back, he told the avatar to find Vega and Balrog. F.A.N.G helped the avatar in this regard as he knew the former Shadaloo Kings’ locations and how to get in contact with them. That in turn had Vega and Balrog interested in working with Shadaloo again. So yes, it was F.A.N.G that drove the revival of Shadaloo.
This is something I mentioned a long time ago on another post, but just because FANG has an NPC model, that doesn’t mean he’s deconfirmed to come back playable. Throughout the entirety of World Tour, not a single character mentioned the name F.A.N.G at any point. A.K.I. never said it and neither did F.A.N.G himself. Even as his personas Foo and Fang Fei, he never said his actual (code) name. He’ll hint at it and skirt around it, but never outright saying nor spelling it. The avatar hasn’t even heard of the name F.A.N.G yet. Foo pretends he’s not a former Shadaloo King and Fang Fei feigns that he’s only a humble medicine man. His personas Foo and Fang Fei aren’t fighters. That means Fang Fei won’t be fightable. If that’s the case, that means there’s a chance that F.A.N.G can be playable at a much later point in SF6. It’s funny how it works. Other characters who have yet to make it to SF6 have their names mentioned but do not have 3D models. F.A.N.G is the opposite in which he has an in-game model, but his actual name was never revealed except in the official website, in-game credits, and JP mentioning it in A.K.I.’s arcade mode. But for now, it seems that NPC Foo/Fang Fei will remain as it’s hinted that he’ll be contacting the avatar again in a later update.
I just want to say I really love F.A.N.G’s portrayal in SF6 💜💜. Not only does he have a cool new look, but his personality is made to be more endearing, especially with the Bison update for World Tour.
I know FANG is still very evil, but I can tell the devs tried to make him more likable. They wrote TOXICITY that delve into his backstory, made the amazing AKI be his biggest fan, have him working with the avatar, and showed many sides of him that’s not often portrayed in SFV.
Also it’s good to know that my dream from nearly a year ago got one thing right: F.A.N.G being an important NPC and we see (and talk to) him a lot as shown in the Bison update. 💜🥹💜🥹

Also, good on Capcom to release the Return of Shadaloo Battle Pass. If I see official F.A.N.G content, I’ll eat it up 💜😋💜😋.
FUTURE CHARACTER SPECULATIONS AND LEAKS. DO NOT READ IF YOU DON’T WANT POTENTIAL SPOILERS.
From what has happened in Bison’s World Tour Story, it’s hinted that Vega and Balrog would be DLC. I’ll tell you this. According to this leak here, Vega would surely come back. Yes, I remember people said it was fake…and then a few months later Bison and Elena became official DLC, and the leak’s description of them were accurate.
As for Balrog, it’s up in the air. I’m not saying he’s not gonna be playable in SF6, but i didn’t see his name from the above leak nor from this one (this actually mentioned Bison, Terry, Mai, and Elena as far back as April 26, 2024). But just because a character’s name is not on those lists, that doesn’t mean they’ll never be DLC. From what a Japanese fan told me, the devs want this game to have a long lifespan. Hopefully it would be longer than SFV’s so more characters would come in the future.

Liella - Billboard Japan INTERVIEW
[This interview was published online on the Billboard Japan website, released Dec 16, 2024.]
Interview: After TV Anime Season 3, All 11 Members Finally Unite—Liella! from ‘Love Live! Superstar!!’ Embark on Their 6th Live Tour with a Variety of Theme and Insert Songs

The Love Live! series, with the keyword “A story we all make come true,” unfolds across all forms of media. The fourth installment in the series, Love Live! Superstar!!, portrays the story of the school idol group Liella!, who are based at the private Yuigaoka Girls’ High School. The third season of the TV anime began airing on NHK E-Television in October. Alongside this, singles featuring theme songs and insert songs have been released one after another.
Released on October 23, Let’s be ONE and DAISUKI FULL POWER are singles featuring the opening and ending theme songs of Season 3, respectively. Each single also includes contrasting coupling tracks: the funky and wild guitar with high-speed beats of 青春HOPPERS (Seishun HOPPERS; Youth HOPPERS), and the dreamy, floating sensation of the mid-tempo ballad Within a Dream, as its name suggests.
Additionally, on November 13, Bubble Rise / Special Color was released, featuring the insert songs from Episodes 2 and 3. On December 11, Zettaiteki LOVER / Dazzling Game will be released, featuring the insert songs from Episodes 6 and 8. Reflecting on the story of Love Live! Superstar!! Season 3, the members discussed these songs: Date Sayuri (1st-gen, Shibuya Kanon), Aoyama Nagisa (1st-gen, Hazuki Ren), Yabushima Akane (2nd-gen, Yoneme Mei), Ookuma Wakana (2nd-gen, Wakana Shiki), and Sakakura Sakura (3rd-gen, Onitsuka Tomari).
About Liella! in Season 3 of the TV Anime
—The third season of the TV anime Love Live! Superstar!! surprised viewers right from the beginning. Shibuya Kanon’s overseas study plans were canceled, and rather than rejoining Liella!, she began activities as part of a new school idol club with first-year students Wien Margarete and Onitsuka Tomari. Date: The development was something I hadn’t imagined at all, so I thought, “Ah, so that’s where they’re taking it.” For Kanon, Liella! is something very important, and the members are people who changed her life. So when she decided to leave that behind, at first I couldn’t quite understand why. I found myself thinking, “Why would she do that?” But as the story progressed, I thought, “Ah, I see.” It made me happy to discover that Kanon is someone who acts while thinking far ahead into the future. I got to see a new side of her.
—As someone who plays Ren Hazuki, also an original member, how did you feel about this development? Aoyama: Ren was initially opposed to school idols in the first season. But this time, just as Kanon had spoken to her back then, Ren is now the one advising Margarete, saying, "You're also a student of Yuigaoka." Seeing her grow more and more through the story made me very happy as well.
—That scene conveyed her current role within the group. Aoyama: That’s right. Ren is also active as the student council president, but ever since meeting Liella!, her heart has gradually softened. After opening up to everyone, she started smiling more and more. I feel like she might be the member whose impression has changed the most.

—Yoneme Mei and Wakana Shiki, who have gone from first-years to second-years, also show further growth in Season 3. Yabushima: The four second-generation members started out as first-years, and at the beginning, I had the strong impression that they were each struggling with themselves. They often couldn’t be honest with their feelings, got discouraged, or became negative. However, in Season 3, now as second-years, they’ve developed a sense of responsibility as seniors. They’ve started thinking about how they can contribute to Liella! and what they can do to make Liella! even better. Some of them have even begun to take action based on those thoughts.
I really felt their growth, and I think this development overlaps with the cast members’ experiences as well.
—Being the middle generation, they are both in the position of following their seniors and showing the way to their juniors. Yabushima: That’s right. It’s because our seniors keep running forward that we look at their backs and feel inspired to push ourselves to do the same. Ookuma: As for Shiki and Mei, they’ve always had a dynamic like that of a duo, but that doesn’t mean they only act together. We’ve also discussed the relationships among the four second-generation members, as well as how they should interact with both their seniors and juniors.

—In Episode 3 of Season 3, “White-colored Center,” Shiki takes on the role of Liella!’s center for the first time. Ookuma: Shiki wasn’t originally someone who joined Liella! because she wanted to be a school idol, so it was difficult for me to fully grasp her character at first. But by Season 3, through her interactions with Mei and other moments, I began to understand her personality and what drives her. What made me especially happy in Episode 3 was that she herself realized those things. I think that kind of self-discovery is really important in high school, and I believe it will connect to Shiki’s future growth from here on out.
—Shiki's center song, "Special Color," features lyrics written by Mei within the story. Yabushima: I really felt that the lyrics were something only Mei could write. Of course, Mei is the closest to Shiki among the members, but I think the song reflects more than just their relationship. It also captures the changes in Shiki’s feelings and the sides of her personality that she was able to show because she met Liella!. I believe it’s because of Liella!'s existence that their bond deepened even further. Their world expanded, and I feel like they’re moving in an even better direction because of it.

Aoyama: At first, I avoid looking at the song title or lyrics and just listen to the instrumental track. I enjoy imagining, “What kind of story will this song accompany?” When I heard Special Color, I thought it had such a transparent and pure quality to it, so when I found out it was Shiki’s center song, I felt it was absolutely perfect for her. Yabushima: The lyric “I’m the strongest—I’m telling myself that right now” being sung by Shiki alone really hits hard. It feels deeply impactful, and I thought Mei was really bold to write those words for Shiki. It’s hard to explain, but I feel like these are not the kind of lyrics you can casually decide to write for someone else to sing. That’s how strongly Mei must have felt when writing them. It’s such a powerful and meaningful line—I really love it.
3rd-gen member Sakakura Sakura is 'strong-hearted'
—Along with "Special Color," the insert song single also features "Bubble Rise," which was performed in Episode 2. This song is by "Tomakanote," the group formed by Kanon, Margarete, and Tomari. For Tomari, it marked her debut performance on stage. Sakakura: I was truly moved. The first time I saw it, I was so overwhelmed with tears that my vision was completely blurred—I could barely see it properly...
youtube
—What was your first impression of the song? Sakakura: From the time we recorded it, I felt it wasn’t a typical school idol song, in a good way. It’s a very mysterious and beautiful piece, which made perfect sense knowing that Margarete wrote the lyrics. I also predicted that Tomakanote wouldn’t lean entirely toward the “cute” style, so I thought the song fit the three of them perfectly. I was so excited wondering how they would move and perform while singing, and it went far beyond my expectations. Especially for Tomari—I kept thinking about what kind of expressions and emotions she would show while singing. From the time of her debut up until now, I have been eagerly looking forward to this moment. Because it was something I had been wishing for, I think my strongest feeling was simply pure happiness.
—When you saw the performance scenes (from the anime), was there anything that surprised or stood out to you? Sakakura: In the line “Soredemo kienai Wishing” (Even so, the wish remains), there’s a close-up of Tomari during the “Wishing” part, and I thought, “So that’s the kind of expression she makes.” I had imagined that she would perform with a cool and beautiful look, but she went beyond my expectations—it was really surprising. At this point in the story, Tomari doesn’t have much passion for being a school idol yet. She’s participating in school idol activities to evaluate whether her older sister (her biological sister, Onitsuka Natsumi) is justified in putting so much effort into it and whether being a school idol is suitable for her sister. Even so, seeing Tomari express so much in her performance made me think: once she truly understands the appeal of being a school idol and stands on stage with that realization, what kind of amazing things might happen? I’m really excited for what’s to come.
—Were you conscious of those subtle nuances during the recording? Sakakura: Yes, definitely. The song itself isn’t the kind of piece you sing passionately, and since Tomari isn’t someone who naturally puts a lot of emotion into her actions, I wanted to create a performance that felt more composed and relaxed, rather than overly intense. However, since I’m still relatively new to recording, I worked really hard to bring out that sense of composure. It was a challenge in that way as well.
—Date-san, how did you feel about singing this song? Date: Since Margarete has always sung alone, and this was Tomari’s first performance as a school idol, I was worried that if Kanon would sing with her usual Liella! energy and the sparkling idol vibe, there might be a noticeable contrast in tone. But Kanon is a third-year now, so I felt she could convey a sense of composure. With that in mind, I tried singing it in a way that felt a little different from usual, aiming to bridge the gap.

—In June 2023, Sakakura Sakura, who plays Tomari, and Yuina, who plays Margarete, joined Liella!, starting the new 11-member lineup. Could you tell us more about Sakakura-san? How do the rest of you see her? Date: She’s an amazing person.
—What do you mean by that? (laughs) Date: Both Saku-chan (Sakakura) and I joined through open auditions, so in that sense, our journeys are a bit similar. But looking at her, I feel like I was taking things too easy by comparison (laughs).
Sakakura: That’s not true!
—Is she very stoic? Date: Yes, I’d say so, especially in terms of her mental strength.
Yabushima: It’s a bit hard to put into words, but she has this unwavering core—a strong inner strength she always carries. Wakana (Ookuma) might know this, but at the start, I was crying all the time. During the early days of practice, I was almost always discouraged and felt down. Even now, seeing Saku-chan makes me think, “I need to work harder.”
Sakakura Hana (Onitsuka Tomari): What!?
Yabushima Akane (Yoneme Mei): She’s incredibly inspiring, and there’s so much I’ve learned from her. I think she’s truly a strong person. Of course, she must have faced a lot of struggles and hardships, but she’s overcome them, and now she’s standing on stage as Tomari. Watching her, I can only see her as Tomari now.
Ookuma Wakana (Wakana Shiki): That’s why I think she was chosen. There’s a clear reason for it. With this many members, you’d expect some overlap in character traits or roles. But when Sakura-chan joined, it felt like she had something unique—qualities and talents that none of the others had.
Sakakura Hana (Onitsuka Tomari): That makes me so happy.

Aoyama: If I had to describe Saku-chan in one word, I think "strong-hearted" (強心臓) would suit her perfectly. The moment she steps on stage, she must feel nervous, but she never shows it on her face. I think that’s why the rest of us can carry on as usual without feeling unsettled. She’s always loved the Love Live! series and came into this as someone who had been cheering for it from the outside. If it were me, I don’t think I could remain as calm as she is. She’s openly expressed her admiration for Liella! many times, and I could really feel her strong desire to connect with us as a teammate. That’s one of the moments where I thought, “This girl is amazing.”
—As you’ve been active as part of Liella!, was there a moment when you really felt a sense of unity within the group or a bond with the other members? Sakakura: Recently, I felt it strongly during the Asia tour. Everyone was working so hard, pushing themselves beyond their limits on such a tough schedule. That experience really deepened our bonds. I think it’s because we had that time together that we’re now able to fully embrace Season 3 of the TV anime as a united Liella! team and enjoy watching it together as one.
About Liella! in Season 3 of the TV Anime
—On October 28, the [Season 3 OP & ED Theme Song Release Event] was held at Omiya Sonic City. It featured the first live performances of the Season 3 opening theme, "Let's be ONE," and the ending theme, "DAISUKI FULL POWER." Aoyama: We all talked about wanting to show the absolute best we could at this moment. Even during rehearsals, we practiced through our breaks, striving for the very top until the last possible moment. Additionally, this time, we tried something new by doing a live broadcast on YouTube. The archive is still available, so I hope it becomes an opportunity for more people to watch the anime. It’s also a chance for those unfamiliar with Liella! to get to know what kind of performances we do. With that in mind, we put a lot of effort into this event.
Yabushima: We also performed the two coupling tracks (青春HOPPERS then Within a Dream) back-to-back, and since their styles are completely opposite, switching our emotions and expressions was challenging. The reason I was first drawn to Love Live! series was the synchronization between the cast’s performances and the anime visuals. I’d love for people to focus on that aspect as well. Of course, there was also a talk segment, and I hoped that anyone watching the live broadcast might find something that sparked their interest. I think we gave everything we could in all parts of the event, showing the best of what we’re capable of right now.

—On December 11, a new insert song single, Zettaiteki LOVER / Dazzling Game, was released. Zettaiteki LOVER is the first song performed by all 11 members together in the series, right? Yabushima: I felt like there were a lot of straightforward expressions of emotion, like “Daisuki sa” (I love you) and “Aishiteru!” (I love you deeply). That stood out to me. I don’t think we’ve had many songs like this before. It felt like they really wanted to convey those emotions with that much strength and sincerity.
—That’s true. Since the story was set in Shanghai, perhaps that influenced the song as well. Sakakura: The inclusion of Chinese lyrics felt really fresh, and I thought it was a song perfectly suited for Keke being the center. I also felt it was wonderful that she could perform such a song in her hometown.
Ookuma: It felt like the song was designed to fully showcase Keke’s voice to its fullest potential. I also think it suited her voice quality very well. Additionally, the way the song layers voices so much was quite unique, and it made for a very pleasant listening experience.
youtube
—On the other hand, "Dazzling Game" is the insert song from Episode 8. It’s a song collaboratively created by Liella! and Tomakanote for their decisive showdown at the school festival live. Sakakura: I thought it seemed like a song that would really excite audiences at a live performance. I imagine it would also elevate our own feelings as performers. I can’t wait to see the Liella! members perform this song.
Aoyama: Liella! usually has a lot of uplifting and positive songs that encourage someone to move forward, but Dazzling Game is different. It’s a song where each member sings about their own determination and their desire to grow and become more. The choice of words is stronger, and the way it’s sung reflects that strength—it feels like we’re emphasizing the consonants more.
Date: At first, I thought it was a song about rivals clashing, but that’s not the case. If you read the lyrics carefully, you realize it’s actually a song about becoming one group. The melody is a bit more intense, and it has a vibe that feels slightly different from the usual Liella! songs. That sense of excitement about something new is really wonderful and makes me look forward to what’s ahead.
Sakakura: In the anime, Liella! and Tomakanote dance facing each other, and I think that’s pretty rare for Love Live! series. This is a song and formation that could only come about because Season 3 focuses on two groups raising each other’s levels. It felt really fresh.
youtube
—It’s truly a song that makes us look forward to the live performances. The 6th LoveLive! Tour is set to begin in March 2025. Finally, could you share your thoughts and enthusiasm for it Date: I think the 6th live tour will be a culmination of everyone’s emotions exploding on stage. It’s been such a long time since we’ve performed live with the TV anime behind us. When I used to attend Love Live! series concerts as a fan, I loved remembering scenes from the anime while watching the performances. This time, I think the emotions I’ll feel will be different from any past live show. Since I don’t yet know what those emotions will be, I feel like I need to work hard to express them properly.
Aoyama: This live will follow the anime’s depiction of the 11 members finally becoming one, so I feel like it’s a new stage of beginnings for Liella! in a way. I’m excited for the moment we can proudly declare, “These 11 members are Liella!”
Also, with Season 3, the topic of third-year graduation has come up several times, so I think this tour will bring out even more emotions than before. It makes me realize once again that “This isn’t something that will last forever.” We, too, don’t know how many more live performances we’ll get to do, so I want to give it my all and finish with no regrets.
Yabushima: In the one year depicted in Season 3, the first-year, second-year, and third-year have all grown individually, and there have been significant emotional changes too. I want to take the feelings of all 11 members and express them properly on stage—whether through our expressions, our voices, or our songs.
Sakakura: For us third-generation members, this will be our first live tour where we carry the TV anime’s story and live performances as Liella!. I think it will be an incredibly special experience for us.
As for me, Sakakura Sakura, I’ve been able to build great friendships with all the members, and now I can confidently say, “I am a part of Liella!” But for the fans, I think they didn’t know what kind of performances Tomari would deliver until now. That’s why I’m so grateful to those who have supported us even before Season 3 began airing. I want this live tour to be one where I can convey my heartfelt thanks—"Thank you so much for supporting us until now, and please continue to cheer us on in the future."
Ookuma: I wasn’t someone who had been following the Love Live! series for a long time, but during rehearsals for the 3rd live tour, I watched the synchronized performances of the TV anime characters and the cast. It left me deeply moved, and I realized, “So this is what it’s all about.” I came to understand the feelings and reasons behind why so many people love the Love Live! series.
This live tour will be one where we carry the weight of the TV anime, so I want to deliver even more of that emotion to everyone. I hope it becomes a tour where people can think, “The Love Live! series really is amazing,” and reaffirm their love for it.
