Did you finish Person of Interest last night? If yes continue reading, if not go finish! Lol
So my bff and I actually met on POI Twitter in like 2019. He paid to meet Amy Acker who played Root and she said Roots death was fake (no body on screen) and her and Shaw are still out there rescuing numbers and being gay
Some other context about the terrible writing of season 5, CBS was mad at Nolan and the team and cancelled the show so Nolan killed off John and made it seem like Root was also dead so that the show couldn't ever be brought back like it was. CBS really hated it when shows they paid other companies for did better than their own originals idk why but my friend who worked in Hollywood said that's what went down. Another example of the shitty writing choices is Harold really kinda reverting back to season 1 and getting rid of a lot of his character growth.
I still really love the show so much but it always hurts when I get to the last season bc they would not all act like that! Burn Notice has a much better ending as much as Maddie's death saddens me and I wish they'd shown Sam and Jesse reuniting with Michael and Fiona eventually rather than saying they'll reach out "someday" but I'll take it over POI ending!
Anyways POI is a great show similar to Burn Notice and Leverage aside from the ending and I'm glad you watched it!
Isn’t there a scene with Fusco at the coroners with Root’s body?
At the end, I thought of it as Finch “breaking bad” when he finally let his self-imposed rules go and just wanted things to be okay for his friends at all costs.
I did like the episode at the White House when the former PoIs were teamed up and helping regular purple while our team was fighting Samaritan.
I actually liked S5 better than S4. It helped that Shaw was back—I think it really lacked something with Shaw and Carter not on the screen to interact with Reese. I also felt like they spent all of S4 keeping Caveziel away from the regulars as much as possible. He had a lot less screen time and I think the show suffered as a result.
Overall, I enjoyed it! There was so much more guns and shooting than in any of the other spy/heist shows. I was explaining it to my son—Elliott hates guns on Leverage and Burn Notice has a lot more explosions than bullets.

Some changes for Broadway from the previous Goodman Theater production. Excellent performances from the entire cast with clear picture and great sound throughout; very good video. 2 DVDs. A War Paint - Broadway - April 29, 2017 (Matinee) (NYCG8R's master) FORMAT: VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Patti LuPone (Helena Rubinstein), Christine Ebersole (Elizabeth Arden), John Dossett (Tommy Lewis), Douglas Sills (Harry Fleming) NOTES: The master gets caught during Face to Face. The theater was really full tonight so there are a good number of heads in this video, but they are worked around to the best of my ability. This is a super small theater (less than 160 seats) and at times the cast members were definitely singing to the camera and honestly giving their best performances because of it. All of the things on the upper level (the bathroom, the pathway, and the kitchen) are captured perfectly, and the zooms on the lower level (the living room and bench) look good as well. Obviously because this is a murder mystery kind of show the lighting can get a little bit dark, but my camera handles low lighting incredibly well. This is honestly the best video you could expect from this venue We Will Rock You - Germany (Cologne) - August, 2005 (Pro-Shot's master) FORMAT: VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Alex Melcher (Galileo), Vera Bolten (Scaramouche), Brigitte Oelke (Killer Queen), Martin Berger (Khashoggi), Michaela Kovarikova (Meat/Oz), DMJ (Brit/J.B.), James Sbano (Pop/Buddy/Bap), Harald Tauber (Teacher), Willemijn Verkaik NOTES: Multicam proshot We Will Rock You - Utrecht (The Netherlands) - October, 2010 FORMAT: VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: John Vooijs (Galileo), Marjolein Teepen (Scaramouche), Pia Douwes (Killer Queen), Paul Donkers (Khashoggi), Floortje Smit (Meat/Oz), Ruud van Overdijk (Brit/J.B.), Rutger le Poole (Pop/Buddy/Bap) NOTES: Good capture. West Side Story - Hollywood Bowl - July 19, 2016 (SJ Bernly's master) FORMAT: VOB (with smalls) (SD) CAST: Jeremy Jordan (Tony), Solea Pfeiffer (Maria), Karen Olivo (Anita), Matthew James Thomas (Riff), George Akram (Bernardo), Drew Foster (Action), Jose Moreno Brooks (Chino), Anthony C Chatmon II (A-Rab), Kyle Selig (Baby John), Mike Schwitter (Big Deal), Jeff Smith (Diesel), Kevin Chamberlin (Krupke), Jennifer Sanchez (Rosalia), Erica Dorfler (Consuela) NOTES: This concert version of the show is abridged with shortened scenes, simple costumes, and no sets or choreography, but Jeremy, Solea, and Karen are absolutely phenomenal with soaring vocals and emotional performances. Very well captured with no dropouts, no obstruction, and no washout. The stage is filmed directly most of the time; the screens are occasionally filmed, usually when the actors are not onstage. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes curtain call and playbill scans. No dropouts and no obstruction. West Side Story - Second Broadway Revival - February 23, 2009 (Preview) (SunsetBlvd79's master) FORMAT: VOB (no smalls) (SD) CAST: Matt Cavenaugh (Tony), Josefina Scaglione (Maria), Karen Olivo (Anita), Cody Green (Riff), George Akram (Bernardo), Curtis Holbrook (Action), Joey Haro (Chino), Kyle Coffman (A-Rab), Ryan Steele (Baby John), Tro Shaw (Anybodys), Steve Bassett (Lt. Schrank), Lee Sellars (Krupke), Greg Vinkler (Doc) NOTES: Stunning production of this revival. Josefina and Karen still steal the show. The cast was on fire and there was a lot of energy in the audience as it was the first performance on Broadway. There are some changes from the DC run, which work better. 2020 (Fanfiction) In Review
Tagged by @vegetarianvampireduck and @branwyn-says
Fics written this year: I, uh...AO3 says I somehow posted 38 fics? 160,990 words. JFC. 34 of those were for Person of Interest, 3 Forever, 2 original work
The ones over 1k words were:
Building Safer Houses - POI, Finch/Reese, 67k. Harold gets stabbed, and John stays with him as he recovers. There’s lots of pining and lots of h/c.
The first fic in the series, Resilience of Birds, is just over 1k, and features the immediate aftermath of the stabbing, where Harold collapses in John’s arms.
in a world that isn’t hers - POI, Finch/Reese/Grace, 26k. Grace gets shot during Beta, and Harold and John whisk her away to a safehouse in the middle of nowhere to heal. I somehow wrote this thing in a week.
Signs of Life - POI, Finch/Reese, 15k. John survives the finale, and lies around in a hospital bed miserably, until Harold shows up. Then he lies around in a hospital bed less miserably. I started this one in 2019 and had a hell of a time getting it to come together properly.
Satisfactory Conclusions, POI, Finch/Reese, 5.9k. A/B/O mpreg. Harold gets pregnant by an OC, and the pregnancy is a bit rocky. John loves him very much. Another fic I started back in 2019 and had trouble with.
Set the World Down, POI, Finch/Reese, 4.7k. Harold overworks himself. John gives him a nice, brain-melting back rub.
the science of touch, POI, Finch/Reese, 3.8k. NSFW. Harold is not used to being touched. John loves touching him. Harold loves John, so it works out.
Abundance, Original Work, Chubby Male Librarian/Male Book-lover Who Turns Out to be a Belly-Lover Too, 3k. NSFW-ish. Fluffy original chubby/belly kink fic.
potential energy, POI, Finch/Reese, 3k. Literal tech wizard Harold is very very sleepy. John knows the best place for him to be is a nice, comfy bed.
Just Hold on Tighter, POI, Finch/Reese, 3k. Five times John and Harold hugged, and one time they did more. We were CHEATED. They should’ve HUGGED.
heart to heart and hand in hand, POI, Finch/Reese, background Root/Shaw, 2.9k. Post-finale Christmas. Everyone is nursing wounds but is alive. Fluff.
Make a Guy Feel Special, POI, Fusco/Reese, 2.5k. John breaks into Lionel’s apartment and cooks dinner for him. (Writing Fusco is always so much fun. He’s so grumpy. It’s great.)
romance of the maybe undeserving, POI, Finch/Reese, 2k. Harold confesses his feelings. John claims he doesn’t feel the same.
A Worthy Buyer, POI/Forever, Finch/Henry, 1.7k. Harold and Henry meet and like each other immediately. Another fic I started in 2019.
A Snow Globe Life, POI, Finch/Reese, 1.5k. Over a year after Samaritan’s fall, Harold and John celebrate Christmas.
like a complicated line of code, POI, Finch/Reese, 1k. John accidentally reveals his attraction to Harold’s belly. I think this might be another I started in 2019.
and if that hacking bird won’t sing, POI, Finch/Reese, 1k. John can’t sleep. Harold hums him a tune. It’s a bit unconventional.
home for the new year, POI, Finch/Reese, 1k. Harold and John ring in a new year together. Last fic of 2020!
The rest are here!
Takeaways from reflecting on your kick-ass writing, or kick-ass lack of writing, during a year more focused on survival than perhaps any other: Biggest takeaway is that I need to take better care of my wrists. Some of that lesson was learned at work, when I had to type up a ton of subscriber information, but some of it was from unwise writing decisions. Breaks are good. I must take more of them as I write.
Another? I really like hurt/comfort. And fluff. I wrote a lot of fluff and h/c and fluffy h/c in 2020. It felt Necessary.
And fanfic is a really great place to escape to when the world is shitty in a bunch of different ways. I already knew that, but it was reemphasized again and again and again throughout the year. The fact that my escape brought some joy to other people who needed it was an excellent bonus. I really love it when my words bring people happiness. It blows my mind, but I love it.
Most surprising fic you wrote this year: Building Safer Houses. I did not expect to write a fic that long, especially during a trash fire of a year. 67k, wtf? It was not supposed to be that long! I had a lot of fun writing it, though, and I’m really happy with how it turned out.
How you’ve grown as a writer this year: I think I’ve started to figure out what it takes for me to write longfic a bit better, and I’m hoping to change that from writing an ungodly amount of words in a short amount of time to writing an ungodly amount of words in a period of time that does not cause wrist pain in the future.
I’ve also made a lot of progress in the being happy with my own writing department. I’m getting better at writing. I can tell I’m getting better at writing. And I’m getting better at enjoying my own writing. There’s still some “I’m not the right writer for that” going on, still some areas I know I need to improve in, but it’s not as bad as it once was.
What’s coming in 2021: I don’t know! More of the same? I’ve been having a blast writing POI fic. I see no reason not to keep it up. Other than that, I don’t know! I’ve got a few WIPs in my files that I’d like to finish, a few ideas I still want to explore, a prompt in my inbox that I still want to fill, a few exchanges I really want to sign up for...
I’d kind of like to experiment with more pairings, but I also really, really love writing Rinch...so many options!
Also, after rewatching Forever, I really want to revisit the WIP I call The Het Mpreg From Hell or The Het Mpreg of Doom at some point in 2021. I got 150k into that thing. It’d be ridiculous if I never finished it. Will this be the year? Even I don’t know.
And I think I need to, at the very least, seriously consider experimenting with writing using speech-to-text. I’m a really private person and hate the idea of writing my stories out loud, but I need to give it some very serious thought. Eventually.
But I have one more exchange deadline on the horizon, and then I am free to do whatever I want for a while.
Not tagging anyone--feel free to do this if you want!

december book round up
happy new year’s everyone! i had a pretty good book year this year; completed my goodreads challenge and surpassed it to boot, with a total of 148 books read. 10 less than last year, but still pretty good! :) i read 15 books in december that i’ll talk about now; i’ll hopefully post a yearly round up talking about the best and worst of 2019 some time today. also i’m not sure why goodreads has ballsed up the order but chronin was my last book of the year, not mstsk.
gideon the ninth - tamsin muir ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very good, just, really good, i had a GOOD TIME with this book. very appealing to me specifically in the way stories about deep loyalty between two people often are. i loved all of the houses in some way, but especially i love gideon and her two lesbian brain cells. a reread is probably necessary for me to wrap my head around all of the world-building/magic/necro stuff but it was all very good. really looking forward to the sequels.
being hers - anna stone ⭐️⭐️ lesbian bdsm romance between a grad student and a high-powered businesswoman. wasn’t particularly good, but also i didn’t hate it.
introducing mr. winterbourne - joanna chambers ⭐️⭐️⭐️ reread from earlier this year. really cute story of historical romance with a couple who have great chemistry.
mr. winterbourne’s christmas - joanna chambers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ lysander and adam’s story continued a year or more later. i love house party stories; the ensemble cast thing really works for me somehow. this was super fun, really cute, and the women who i thought were lesbians turned out to indeed be lesbians. yaaaaas.
how to blow it with a billionaire - alexis hall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ reread in preparation to read the last book of the series. now that i’ve read them all i think this is definitely my favourite, just for how tender it is, and the time they spend getting to know each other and how fucking nerdy caspian is.
how to belong with a billionaire - alexis hall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ last book in the series. THEY GET HEIR HAPPILY EVER AFTER!!! i have to reiterate that billionaire romances aren’t my thing, and it’s only because i like alexis hall so much and i trust him that i gave this a chance. i’m glad i did. this third book took a few turns i wasn’t expecting, and the long periods of separation made me SO SAD. i loved what it said about abuse and recovery and kink. i just hated that the abuser didn’t die lol.
underground airlines - ben h. winters ⭐️⭐️⭐️ dystopian novel about a timeline in which abraham lincoln was assassinated way before he actually was in real life, and slavery was never abolished in the us (or other places? the book was very NA centric). now, in the 21st century a group of southern states known as the hard four still have legal slavery, and our protag is a black former slave working as a bounty hunter for the gov’t to capture runaways. my biggest problem with this novel is that it seems to cast ol’ abe as The Most Important Reason Why Slavery Was Abolished and because he never got the chance to do what he did then we’re supposed to think it’s completely believable that it never got abolished countrywide. i’m simplifying a lot of things in the book of course, but man, i couldn’t get over that. otherwise: neat premise, skilful writing, tender in unexpected ways. couldn’t help but headcanon the protag as queer.
life in bits - harper bliss, t.b. markinson ⭐️⭐️ contemporary lesbian romance. a successful photographer returns to her home town to convalesce after suffering a stroke; has a fling with a cute nurse that quickly turns into something more. i... didn’t really like it lol. :/ and i usually like harper bliss books a lot! idk how the authors handled the co-writing, but i didn’t like the writing style, and the main character just wasn’t appealing. and she was a grumpy older dyke which is usually CATNIP to me!! i just wasn’t interested in them as people, or in their relationship.
his cocky valet - cole mccade ⭐️⭐️⭐️ contemporary m/m romance about a spoilt rich kid who’s suddenly propelled to the top of his father’s business empire under traumatic circumstances, and the valet he hires who helps him keep his life on track. tropey as heck, but in a good way. got super intense kink-wise, in a way i didn’t exactly enjoy, but i think it was a good read overall
fake fiancee - clara reese ⭐️⭐️ f/f romance, two friends pretend to be fiancees but then fall in love for real. dawn needs to keep her uncle’s inheritance, which will allow her to open a home for battered women. her contractor gina has a sick brother who needs surgery. they pretend to be engaged to satisfy the will, and profit! cute, tropey in exactly the way i like, but the writing just didn’t have anything to recommend to it. hot tho.
borealis investigations 1-3 - gregory ashe ⭐️⭐️⭐️ two best friends operating a private detective agency that specialises in cases that involve the lgbtqia community. the best thing about this series was the chemistry between north and shaw. it was SO GOOD and the slow burn that moved them from best friends to lovers was CHEFS KISS so good. and all the delicious mutual pining. the mysteries in all three books were competent enough. kept me guessing. and i like ashe’s writing style and humour! but there were so many irritating things. an almost all lily-white cast in the first book (which is fine! write what you know!) with one single black character who was of course, predatory, evil and lusting after the innocent white boy. lots of little “haha sjws” moments (mostly involving pari, their indian temp whom i loved, but man she got done dirty) . making fun of neo-pronouns. fights about nothing to induce drama. and the writing style started to grate on me at some point. it’s frustrating because i could have so easily LOVED these books. instead i just liked them.
my sister, the serial killer - oyinkan brathwaite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ mystery/thriller set in nigeria. korede is the quintessential long-suffering older sister to ayoola. ayoola is beautiful beyond words, gets all the attention, and everyone thinks she can do no wrong. but korede knows better, because ayoola has a bad habit of killing her boyfriends, and calling korede to help her clean up the mess. oops! the book starts with her third murder. i loved this; predictable in some ways, but well written, wsitty, and very engaging because of the culture and these terrible wonderful characters.
chronin volume 2 - alison wilgus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ conclusion to the chronin two-parter; a fun time travelling romp that grabbed me by the whole heart. mirai struggles to confront the events that have transpired in this new past, has some revelations, and saves the damn day. i’m so glad this was my last book of the year, purely for how HAPPY it made me. i read the last forty or so pages with my hand on my heart.
and that’s it for december, and 2019! it’s been an up and down year for me personally, but it’s been a good year in terms of books. really happy that i’ve been able to continue reading a lot; reading was the love of my teenage years and reconnecting with that, with just the love of getting lost in a book for a few hours... it’s great. admittedly i read a lot of schmoopy gay romance but hey guess what? romance novels are good actually.
for 2020 i hope to read more of my two other loves, science fiction and fantasy. and if i can get scifi and fantasy that’s also gay, even better! like i said i’ll post my yearly round up later today hopefully, but if you’re interested, here’s my year in books from goodreads in the mean time.
currently reading my first book of the decade: a land so wild by elyssa warkentin.

Amber Valletta on Front Page News vs. My Mom Watching “Hitch”
I’ve been staking this claim that news mirrors me every 24 hours. One of the problems is trying to capture proof that something happened.
It’s like saying you saw a UFO but you didn’t take a picture of it.
Over the last 3 months ever since we got Netflix reinstated, I’ve noticed that my 76 year old mom is the one who will choose a movie to watch that will surface in the news a day later.
I’ve been watching a lot of movies with her that I normally wouldn’t watch. She likes to watch Hallmark movies, movies based off novels, and period pieces.
As a single bachelor male, I’d rather watch stuff like “She’s Out of My League,” “Sleeping with Other People,” and raunchy humor.
AMBER VALLETTA ON FRONT PAGE NEWS VS. “HITCH”
Yesterday (1/12/2020), my mom said she just started watching the movie “Hitch.” She was halfway through it. I had already seen it, but I could’ve watched it again. Instead, I gave her another movie to watch.
News for 1/13 of 2020 reported on Amber Valletta which I took a Screenshot to show was on the front page..
Amber Valletta plays Allegra Cole in “Hitch” whom Kevin James as Albert is in love with and hires Will Smith as Alex Hitchens to help.
Because I didn’t post about the movie “Hitch” with my mom in my Blog or Instagram 1/2 of 2010, I don’t have proof that it surfaced in the news the next day for 1/13 of 2020.
That’s the way it goes with news. It’s like the Golden Snitch in the “Harry Potter” Quidditch games. it moves really fast. If you’re not paying attention, it will zip right past you.
You can’t say to people, “Oh, actress and model Amber Valletta was on the front page and yesterday I watched the film ‘Hitch’ with her in it.”
Where’s the proof?
If you don’t take a Screenshot or make mention of it, it doesn’t count.
I CAN TECHNICALLY PROVE IT
Although there may be a way I can technically prove that I’m telling the Truth about my mom watching “Hitch” a day before.
My mom is born 12/8 like Lois Lane actress Teri Hatcher
Jordan is born 3/13 like Lois Lane actress Dana Delany as Jordan Shaw
Jordan’s boyfriend Daniel is born 1/13
The news story of Amber Valletta surfaced 1/13 of 2020
In my Instagram dated 12/20 of 2019, I posted earlier about how I got a Laptop 12/29 of 2009 as Texas Statehood for Jordan in Texas that was infected with a Computer Virus and where I had to replace it with a new computer 1/13 of 2012 which was Friday the 13th and the day the Costa Concordia ran into the reef in Italy. That the Carnival Cruise Ships Glory and Legend crashed into each other a day after my Instagram post
Kevin James as Albert is born 4/26 like actor Tom Welling as Superman opposite of Lois Lane
4/26 (Kevin James) = 3/13 (Jordan) + 1/3 (Jordan’s boyfriend)
While this looks kind of weird, I’m using established Instagram posts dated from the past to lock down calendar dates.

Understand how Subconscious Minds developed their own Language like Facebook AI Chatbots
Subconscious Minds use Earth’s Electromagnetic Field as a Communication Platform
Subconscious Minds using Mathematical Expressions will influence Celebrities or create events that “sound like” or mimic those Mathematical Expressions in the news
Whatever I post would be like Adam Sandler in the movie telling a bedtime story to the children
Whatever surfaces in the news the next day mirroring what I said earlier would be like whatever Adam Sandler’s bedtime story was
If you can understand what I just said, that Light Bulb will go off in your head. You’ll start to understand what you’re looking at in the news and when Subconscious Minds say something and how it will translate into something.
When Adam Sandler freaks out about Abraham Lincoln appearing, it manifested in the form of Abraham Lincoln on a penny that appeared.
That’s exactly how it works.
You’re better off watching “Bedtime Stories” and letting that movie teach you rather than any of my explanations in this Blog.
If you watch “Bedtime Stories” and it makes sense, then what I say in my Blog will make more sense and enrich your educational experience rather than flying blind reading my Blog and not sure what exactly it is you’re looking at.
CHILDREN IN “BEDTIME STORIES” DECIDED WHAT CAME TRUE
In the movie, whatever the children planted in the bedtime story would come true for Adam Sander. It had to be the children who chose the elements of the story, not him.
He tries to write the story where he wins a million dollars and gets an expensive sports car, but it doesn’t work out that way.
It’s set up that way so that adults can’t manipulate the system. You see Adam Sandler’s character try to rig it so he wins the lottery.
ALEX HITCHENS WAS THE “DATE DOCTOR”
The interesting thing is that the 2005 film “Hitch” is that it’s where Will Smith’s character Hitch was nicknamed the “Date Doctor.”
Just like Hitch, I’m like the Date Doctor where I “doctor the dates.” If people look over my Instagram posts, it’s littered with calendar dates.
People looking over my Instagram will notice that it’s not like other people’s Instagram accounts with pictures of themselves. My Instagram is full of images put together as a collage citing dates.
I’ll say things like:
This celebrity was born on this date
This person was born on this date
Subtract this celebrity’s birthday from that person’s birthday and you land on this date
That’s what it’s like to be a Date Doctor. However, it’s talking about calendar dates.
Though I’ve said that when it comes to the Afterlife or Death, God was being punny. When you die, your reward is where you “go out on a date with God.”
How you led your Life will determine whether your date with God will go well or go terribly.
So if you want to make a good impression with God, lead a good life so that when you finally go out on your date with God, you’ll be able to impress God with your accomplishments and not have to lie or exaggerate about what you did for a living.
PEOPLE WEAR BIRTHDATES LIKE CLOTHING
One thing you learn working in Cryptology is that people wear birthdates like clothing.
It’s a definitive trait about you. Though for readings, I’ll tell people that I don’t need to know the year they were born. In fact, I don’t even need to be given their real birthday.
I go by whatever people tell me.
I figured this out when I was working with my own Family Tree. I began working in the Psychic Field in 2004.
I was under the impression that my biological father died 3/22 of 1977. It wasn’t until my mom corrected me in an E-mail saying that he died 3/28 of 1977. I was 6 days off.
During the 2 years that I used 3/22, that’s the way the computer program worked using 3/22 as Reese Witherspoon and William Shatner’s birthday.
After I edited the information putting in the new calendar date 3/28, all the old tags anchored to 3/22 shifted over to 3/28.
I tell people that when I use actual or true numbers, the program will run better, but you can still use a fake number. For privacy purposes, sometimes it’s better to use different numbers.
