OP men and being “told”they are in love with you:
Ft. Law, Kid, Zoro
Cw: implied fem reader (mainly in zoro’s part)
Ngl, not much of a fan of this so i might make a follow up! lmk if i should!
Part 2
❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎
Law:
Oh boy.
This man doesnt realize it until one of his crew members tell him. He’ll give you small smiles when youre not looking. Completely mesmerized at you: Your focus, your dedication, your delicateness with every task performed. But most importantly: your smarts. Every-time you spoke, he would stop what he was doing and listen intently at whatever subject it was. Which was how the crew…mainly ikkaku, Shachi, and Penguin, knew there was a special interest.
“Am I in love with y/n? I dont see how thats any of your business”
Law says, looking at an accusatory Ikkaku.
“Captain. I can see that look on your face. You’re all red.”
“No im not.”
“Oh yes you a-“
“Room”
~
After that, It really got him thinking. Why did he get all flustered? No. There is no way he was in love. It was just a coincidence that he happened to get all worked up around you. That his heart would beat a little faster. That he was willing to drop whatever he was doing to help/listen or be with you. That he spoke more softer and less stern too. That was all a coincidence….right?
~
“Captain? Who’s that tiny person you’re drawing on your sticky note? Are you distracted by something? Is that… y/n?”
“Don’t any of you know how to knock?!”
A blue bubble surrounds the submarine.
❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎
Kid:
Same as Law.
He doesn’t realize his behavior till a teasing Killer points it out.
“I didn’t take you to be such a romantic, Kid.”
“What the hell are you talking about?”
His soft tone of voice in comparison of his rough one. The way he yelled at everyone except you. The way his brows furrowed every time he saw you talking to someone else. The way he locked himself in his workshop and didn’t let anyone in when he saw you enjoying yourself with another crew member that wasn’t him. Killer was the one who found him and he could see right through Kid.
What was this feeling? Why was he more angry?
“You were staring at them that whole time. You’re jealous huh?” Killer asks, Kid could sense the grin from under his mask.
“Jealous? For fucks sake. No”
Killer shakes his head with a laugh and mutters “Whatever you say” before leaving the room.
Kid scoffs. Killer didn’t know anything. This is how he always acted….right? I mean you were beautiful… but that didn’t affect him right? You shouldn’t be all smiley and happy with anyone besides him.. thats just a friendly way of thinking right?
“Eustass? Killer sent me in here cause he said you needed my help with something?” You walk in all shy and innocently. You didn’t know about the little trick Killer was pulling on Kid.
Kid turns soft when he sees you and becomes a blushing and stuttering mess for how caught off-guard he was from your sudden appearance. This, as everything else, enrages him.
And who else is to blame for this?
“KILLER IM GOING TO KILL YOU!”
❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎ ❤︎
Zoro:
He knows what he feels. He just doesn’t want to believe or pursue his own feelings.
Every-time he sees you, his heart beats faster. But this wasn’t the same fast heart rate he got when he was training. Nope. It was every time you were in his presence. Every brush of skin. Every-time he saw you fight. Every time you assisted him in anything.
“Don’t be ridiculous. I don’t have time for romance.”
“Ah! So you’re not even denying it!You’ve never told Sanji off when it came to him flirting with us, but now you suddenly do?”
Nami says, pointing at herself and Robin next to her, referring to the event that led for the crew figuring out he was in love with you. Sanji was serving ice cold drinks he made for the hot summer day and as usual…he got flirty. But once Sanji got to you, his heart eyes and kneeling position in front of you as if you were accepting his hand in marriage. Zoro’s eyebrows furrowed and he stood up from where he was napping.
“Leave them alone Sanji. Can you not be a creep for one day?!”.
Although Sanji would’ve made a snarky remark back. He didn’t. Sanji looked stunned? He looked back at Nami and Robin from where they sat at and Nami shrugged, while Robin gave a knowing smile.
~
“You two don’t know crap. I don’t have time for this”
Suddenly, you walk in..
You look at Robin and Nami who were hovering over Zoro cleaning his swords on the bench. Although you were confused, you shrugged it off.
“Oh hey…” you say… “Zoro, wanna train?”
Zoro looks away and starts to stutter.
“Oh uhm…s-sure…”
Nami and Robin smirk at him, which is met with a death glare.
“Im slicing all of you.”

sanji x reader ; wc 1.4k warnings again i shat this out at 3am and there are parts i’m not too happy with but i think it’s okay as a whole <3 tiny tiny bit of angst if you squint?? fem!reader <3 here’s my masterlist!
it had only been a few weeks since you joined the straw hats’ crew. to leave your home and everything you’ve known behind to pursue a life on the sea, on the run from the world government on a whim was a big decision, but you didn’t regret it. being part of such a lively crew made it worth it, you guys were like a family already.
but they didn’t need to know you did it partly because the blond cook of theirs was kinda…
anyways. that can stay between you and me <3
it was the middle of the night, and you finally sat up after hours of not being able to sleep. maybe it was the humidity on the ship, or maybe it was the small, lingering homesick feeling you had. you drowsily made your way to the deck, the slightly salty wind waking you up a little. now that you were out of your room, it was homesickness that was keeping you awake. you hadn’t felt homesick these past weeks, why were you feeling it now? this had been everything you were dreaming of—adventure, fun, and friends you knew you’d go to the end of the grand line for, even though you’d only known them a quarter of the time they’d known each other.
oh.
was homesickness that feeling you felt sometimes, when everyone was laughing together?
you cast your mind back to the time you’d feel sad at home. your mum would be able to sense your mood from rooms away and bake you blueberry muffins. after eating them, you’d forget about your worries and give your mum a cheery smile, whether covered in blueberry juice and crumbs or not. and so, you made your way to the kitchen, hoping that baking some blueberry muffins now would cure your loneliness, despite the ungodly hour.
hopefully sanji won’t mind...
remembering the recipe from some corner in the back of your mind was proving to be a much more difficult task than you anticipated, paired with the unfamiliarity of the ship’s kitchen. to be honest, you were having fun! it was like a game, which drawer will the wooden spoon be in? not long after, the batter was complete and distributed into their muffin cases. it was a miracle you found everything; however, that didn’t mask the moderately large mess that had built up over the course of baking the muffins. fond memories of your mum walking through the door to find you covered in flour and your lips stained with blueberry juice flooded back to you; you felt at home again, even if you weren’t physically. not long after you cleaned the counter and put the muffins in the oven, the comforting smell of fresh muffins filled the kitchen, and you took a step back to admire your work. your spirits were definitely lifted. maybe blueberry muffins are the solution to most problems.
meanwhile, in sanji’s room (room??? quarter????? wherever he’s sleeping, please just roll with it), he was awakened by the light scent of… blueberry muffins? he rolled over to check the time. nobody could be possibly be baking something at such a time… maybe he was still dreaming. nonetheless, he groggily got up just to confirm his suspicion—to make sure that no one had broke onto the ship… and decided to bake blueberry muffins… or something.
as sanji approached the kitchen, he noticed the lights were on, and a figure standing right in front of the oven.
oh?
now he was concerned. the figure was… a girl?
what? this is one strange dream… he thought to himself.
when he could finally distinguish that it was, in fact, a girl, and that it was you, of all people, he was just confused. he leaned against the doorframe, observing how you were looking at the oven like you were watching over a child. from this angle, he could make out that you were making blueberry muffins.
“what do we have here, hm? why are you up so late, [name]?”
you screamed in response, then swiftly covered your mouth as you remembered the time.
sanji chuckled. “hello to you too,” his look still conveyed sheer confusion, but he was somewhat enjoying it now.
you could feel the heat rise to your cheeks, both from embarrassment and that your secret crush, of sorts, was talking to you.
the fact that it was the middle of the night as you were baking muffins in his kitchen without asking him was irrelevant. sanji was talking to you!
you laughed nervously. “I just woke up in the middle of the night and I… really wanted blueberry muffins… so I decided to bake some…” he looked at you, evidently quite amused.
“sorry if I messed up your kitchen! or if you don’t like people using it or something.. I should have asked you before…” you trailed off timidly.
sanji laughed again, before moving to lean on the counter beside you. “It’s fine, honestly! besides, I didn’t know you bake, how come you’ve never said anything about it?”
lies.
usually, sanji was very particular with who touches the equipment in the kitchen, but he could let it slide for a pretty girl like you, or so he thought.
what you didn’t know is that your little crush was mutual—sanji had his eye on you,
not in a stalker-ish way, no!
—ever since he saw you when the crew stayed on your island. since then, he gradually started to become less and less flirty as he used to around nami and nico robin, even if you didn’t notice. he really only had eyes for you, following you around the ship as best as he could without looking like a weirdo. it was bad, he was down bad for you. by some power of the gods, you hadn’t noticed yet. everyone had noticed—even zoro, who took the opportunity to tease him every second he got; sanji was so down bad that he didn’t mind being teased about it. he did become aware of your lingering stares from time to time, but for the sake of his sanity, he just pretended he didn’t see anything and looked away, because if your eyes met you would see how flustered he actually was.
“oh, no, I don’t bake often! my mum taught me this recipe and I make it when I feel… lonely , or I don’t know, I think I just missed the taste of them.” you replied. sanji’s expression turned into one of worry. was there something wrong?
“no, no! it’s not you guys, I just… it’s my first time being away for so long, it’s just different to anything ive done before, and I just want comfort in something that I know… I probably make no sense right now..” you quickly added.
sanji shook his head. “no, I get it. doing something different is scary, and I think you’re really brave, [name].” he gave you a reassuring smile.
you blushed a little, but sanji caught sight of it and his eyes widened a little, before laughing. that little interaction was enough to confirm there was something between the two of you, but maybe the middle of the night wasn’t the best time to confront it…
beeeeeep!
the two of you were interrupted by the timer going off, indicating that the muffins were done. by now, the scent of blueberry muffins was overflowing in the kitchen, causing the two of you to laugh. as you went to take them out of the oven, sanji stopped you abruptly.
“let me do it; I wouldn’t want you to get burnt,” he took the gloves from you and took the muffins out, placing them on the counter.
damn. they looked better than you thought they would.
while the muffins were cooling, you and sanji continued your conversation from earlier, but now there was something in the air other than the smell of blueberry muffins. all of sanji’s responses had a warmer tone to them, maybe because he knew that you felt the same way, or maybe because he learnt something about you today that the rest of the crew didn’t know, he was someone special to you. the night passed quickly and soon you could see the sun rising, signalling that it was probably a good time to get at least some sleep before the entire crew awoke.
sanji could feel the effect of the sleep he lost that night and he was visibly tired in the morning, as were you; but he didn’t mind losing sleep over you if it meant one day he could be your boyfriend. <3

good luck coffee
zoro x f!heart pirate chronicler | wc: 796
sfw: clueless!heart pirate, nervous!zoro, sanji actually caring
can be considered as a part two of connecting the dots
Tumblr media
Known for his sleeping habits, it surprised Sanji when he sees Zoro as the first or second crew member awake.
However, he knew the reason why: you. You were the early bird of your crew, relishing in the warm sunlight coming through the open window you sat next to. You were drinking your morning tea peacefully while periodically eating the crepe Sanji cooked.
“Mornin’”, Zoro mumbles to him after a loud yawn. He walked past the cook and leaned against the counter. “Got any coffee brewed?”
Rolling his eyes, Sanji grabs a mug from a nearby cupboard and poured some of the crew’s usual morning beverage. As Zoro drank, he briefly gazed at you, the Heart Pirates’ chronicler.
“You should talk to her while she’s alone.” Sanji advises.
“She’s busy.” Zoro flatly replies, making an excuse. Looking at you from a distance wasn’t as nerve wrecking in comparison to talking with you face to face anyway.
“Go on.” Sanji insists. “Seeing you fawn over her sends shivers. At least I give Nami and Robin attention.”
“You’re screwed either way.” Zoro laughs sarcastically.
“Talk. To. Her.” Sanji encourages harshly, ignoring his reply. “For once do something that makes you happy! Other than fighting or sleeping. I mean, she is literally not that far away from you so you can’t get lost.” He jabs, hoping to provoke Zoro to leave him alone.
“Shut up, cook,” the swordsman grunts. Begrudgingly taking his advice, he finishes his coffee and walks past you, gripping the mug in his hand.
“Morning,” you acknowledge. Zoro gives a small smirk, masking a smile.
“Morning to you too.”
Smiling, you notice his eyes peering at the journal. “Sorry, I’m writing—”
“...I can come back later…” Zoro interrupts.
“…but I can make time.” You finish, lifting an eyebrow. “Sit.”
Zoro’s breath hitches as he sits in front of you. The early morning sun rays showcased how perfect you look to him and he couldn’t help but marvel.
“I’ve been eyeing you.” You say, tapping your pen on the page you’re writing on. He looks down at the it and briefly reads the words:
Swordsman. Demon. Powerful. Berries.
“Really?” Zoro inquires coolly. He’s sure three of those four words were about him, so he had a confidence boost. “Why?”
“The way you look at… well…” you start, your cheeks turning red. “…you’re a talented guy and, I think you and Law should spar some time.”
“Oh, um...” that was definitely not the statement or question he expected.
“I think you two could be friends.” You add, trying to back up your suggestion, “I’d like us to be friends too.”
Zoro clenched his fists as his question was answered with one word: friend. He’s caught off guard by your extended friendship, hoping for something more. However, he didn’t dare say it out loud.
“Sorry, you’re probably busy—”
“Ah, don’t worry. I can make time.” He copies your previous response quietly. Even though your words tore through him, he looks past them.
“Friends, huh?” Zoro repeats softly. He nervously tapped on the hilt of his swords and kept an even tone, “Yeah, sparring with Law sounds good,” adding a tight-lipped smile.
“Ah, speak of the devil.” You laugh, welcoming Law. After you closed your journal, you couldn’t help but be oblivious of Zoro’s reaction while you converse with your captain. He drank from the empty coffee mug, distracting himself from the possessive feeling he was slowing starting to have towards you. Watching you two bicker and laugh made him a little jealous for someone else caught your attention instead of him.
Zoro forced himself to maintain his composure, his eyes flickering between you and Law, jaw tightening slightly. Trying to shake off the unease, he clears his throat and puts his mug on the table, silently berating himself for these unwarranted feelings. You had never shown any romantic interest in Law so
What’s there to worry about?
“Law,” Zoro finally spoke, his voice steady, “Up for that sparring session today?”
Law glanced at him, nodding in agreement. “Sure, why not?” he agrees casually, unaware of the tension. Zoro stiffened when he saw Law briefly brush his fingers over yours, a slight gesture that he wants to do badly. He lifted an eyebrow when he saw Law shiver touch your skin. Aware that you didn’t see his brief, needy gaze, Zoro started tapping his foot on the floor.
Damn surgeon, why her?
Maybe he was taking it too personally. It’s not like you had feelings for Law, which he constantly repeated to himself for it is his only source of reassurance.
“You look a little tense,” you observe, pointing out Zoro’s stiff posture. “Got some energy to take out?”
Nodding his head, Zoro says, “I do, a lot of it.”

Yours Forever and Ever : Part 1
Yandere Katakuri x Isekai Reader
Summary: [Y/n] is part of the Strawhat Crew. She followed Luffy and the others to retrieve Sanji. However, she was separated from her friends and was kidnapped by Big Mom's children. Luckily, she wasn't going to be killed but held as a hostage by none other than 'Charlotte Katakuri' who is considered to be the strongest sweet commander in the Big Mom Pirates.
Part 2: https://www.tumblr.com/portagas-chan/748738024063516672/yours-forever-and-ever-part-2?source=share
Tumblr media
Nobody knew she was from another world, not even the straw hats. She never told anyone and when she first arrived here, she came up with a lie and they all believed her, even Zoro which was surprising. The straw hats accepted her and welcomed her to their crew. She felt joyful.
Anyways, that's not important. [Y/n] was in trouble. She got separated from Luffy and the others in the Seducing Forest. She would be doing okay if she encountered an opponent who was not a sweet commander. However, she would stand no chance against them if they were a sweet commander. She hoped Lady Luck would be on her side today.
[Y/n] walked and walked, she didn't know where she was going but it didn't matter. It wasn't like she could fly. There was nothing she could do. Suspicious enough, the trees shifted to form a path where she found herself outside the Seducing Forest. All the thinking was giving her a headache and she decided to be meh.
[Y/n] looked around in awe at her surroundings. The whole island was literally made up of sweets. It was even crazier seeing this in person. Suddenly, she felt her leg go numb and fell onto her knees. The last thing she saw was the triplets -Smoothie, Citron, and Cinnamon- staring down with Flampe laughing at her.
She widened her eyes in realization, 'I knew it was too good to be true. This was a trap made by Brulee.'
A harsh splash of water stung her face as she scrunched her nose and slowly opened her eyes. She looked at Flampe who had a now empty bucket of water, glaring at her, "Was that necessary?"
"You were sleeping so soundly. I thought you weren't going to wake up," Flampe retorted to which she rolled her eyes. She was tied up in a chair.
[Y/n] analyzed her surroundings. Sitting in front of her was Big Mom who stared at her with that creepy grin on her face. It was frightening to see her in person.
Then there was Katakuri and his triplets -Oven and Daifuku- looking intimidating as ever. There was Perospero licking his lollipop and Smoothie with her triplets and of course, Flampe. All attention was on her and it was not in a good way.
"[Y/n] from the StrawHats. I will admit, your captain is a brave one but to survive in the New World, bravery is not enough. Mamamama!" Big Mom laughed.
[Y/n] stayed silent. She would be lying if she said she wasn't scared at all. In fact, she was terrified. Terrified of what would happen to her. But she had faith in Luffy. Even if she was kidnapped, she knew Luffy would eventually come and save her. He would never abandon his crew member. That's just how he is.
"So, what do you think we should do with her, my children?" Big Mom asked.
"I say we kill her!" Flampe demanded.
'Bitch,' [Y/n] cursed in her mind.
"Now, now, don't be hasty. Taking her hostage can give us so much advantages in many ways," Perospero suggested.
Big Mom's expression seemed to brighten a little. It seems she likes Perospero's suggestion. "Taking her hostage? I like that! Which one of you would like to take on the job?"
Katakuri stepped up, "Mama, please allow me to deal with her. There's no way she can escape me."
"Katakuri?" Big Mom looked at him, studying his face. When she saw that he was dead serious, she laughed, "You're right! Then it's settled!"
[Y/n] didn't expect Katakuri to voluntarily choose to deal with her. She thought he wouldn't bother with this stuff. Either way, Lady Luck seems to hate her. She knew Katakuri had a soft side behind that mask of his perfect demeanor but it wasn't like she could suddenly bring out his soft side to her. If she ever saw what was under that scarf, he would be blinded by anger and accidentally kill her before he could even hear her out.
Big Mom placed cuffs on her wrists that explode if she disobeyed Katakuri. Crazy, right? She didn't even know you could give certain commands to the cuffs.
One thing she noticed about Katakuri was that he never let her out of his sight. She must always be with him but of course, she was left alone when he had something important to do but he always made sure it ended quickly. But she paid no attention to it, shooking it off as him doing his job and that it was due to the loyalty he had for his mother.
Sitting across him, she could feel the hard stare Katakuri was giving her. He always had that kind of stare whether he was doing it intentionally or unintentionally. Nevertheless, it made her feel nervous as she uncomfortably shifted in her seat.
"Why did you join the Strawhat pirates?" Katakuri started.
She looked up at him, "Are you using your observation haki thing again?"
Katakuri closed his eyes before opening it again, "I asked you a question."
"I will take that as a no," She muttered. "There's no deep meaning behind it, actually. They seemed fun and interesting, that's all."
Katakuri raised his brow, "That's all?" She nodded her head.
"Then will you join our crew under my wing if I promise to make it fun and interesting? I will make sure you stay happy too," Katakuri said.
[Y/n] was puzzled. Why would Katakuri want her to join the Big Mom pirates and be under his wing at that? She tried to think of a good reason but there simply was none. Sure, she could fight but she wasn't all that strong. She wasn't special at all. So, why?
"Why would you want me on your crew? I'm not strong," [Y/n] said.
"You don't have to be strong because I will protect you," Katakuri said and he meant it. He was not joking around. He was being serious.
To [Y/n], this was weird to see Katakuri acting like that. It was out of his character. It has just been a two days since they first met and he's acting like they have known each other for years.
[Y/n] remembered something important. "Why are you asking me that when you already know the answer?" She raised her hands to show the cuffs.
Katakuri smirked behind his scarf and [Y/n] could tell because his eyes changed a bit.
Katakuri stood up from his chair and walked towards [Y/n]. She tensed up when she saw him approached her. He sat on an empty chair beside her and dragged it closer to her.
He suddenly picked her up and placed her on his lap. His hand on her thigh slowly rubbing it while the other hugged her in place.
Don't get her wrong. She loves Katakuri but being this close to him like this and having no choice but to obey him in real life was scary. He was so huge too and it didn't make it any better.
"Katakuri?" She called out nervously.
"Are you scared?" Katakuri touched her hair, twirling a strand of her hair around his finger.
If she were to answer him honestly, it would be a yes and a no. He looks intimidating and scary, but she knows he's actually a cutie inside. He was getting touchy with her and she honestly doesn't know how to feel about it.
In the end, [Y/n] is unable to answer at all.
"It's okay. I won't hurt you," Katakuri reassured her. "And I promise you, no one will lay a finger on you."

The Beach
Inspired by The Neighbourhood's song.
Tumblr media
[1,2k words]
a/n: I've been feeling sad lately and felt like I needed a hug so here we are. If you've been feeling the same, I hope you can find solace in my words ♡ (I didn't include what the reader was failing at in order for you to relate to it better, I hope you enjoy!)
summary: the reader feels like no matter how much she works to achieve her dream, it's never enough: she feels like a failure. so, she seeks comfort in Sanji's arms. use of nicknames and kisses.
Everything was going great. You thought you were at the top of your game, working hard to get what you wanted but… you failed. Instead of seeing the rise in your performance, you witnessed it hitting rock bottom.
Ever since you started this journey, you strived to become better. It was a rocky road with ups and downs but lately all you have ever been getting were failed results.
You knew you had the potential. Everyone on your crew knew it. Then why were you failing miserably? Just as you see that it gets better, the next it gets worse. You've been usually putting on a mask not to worry anyone but today, it hit you.
You don't remember feeling this helpless in a long time.
Knowing you could succeed but not being able to make it happen was making you question yourself and your worth. Other people seem to have it their way when they have half of your potential. So why can't you do it? You were trying day and night, giving it your best but it was never enough.
You were always confident about yourself when it came to it but now, you felt really powerless. You were the type to make everyone else around you feel safe and good about themselves but when it came to you, you felt like you had no one to rely on by your side.
You knew you had close friends who would listen to you and try to understand but you didn't help but feel like a burden whenever you shared your true feelings with someone. You were the friend who always helped people around her but never got the help she desperately needed.
***
Luffy, Nami, Zoro and Usopp were out, there was a festival in town; leaving you and Sanji as the only crew members on the ship. You were in your chambers when they left and Sanji was in the kitchen, as usual.
On his way out, Luffy told Sanji to cook a feast-like meal, not because there was a reason to celebrate; he just loved to have you all in a good mood and the way to Luffy's heart went through his stomach as all of you knew.
The rest of the crew was gone for almost two hours, making it easier for you to just sit with yourself and contemplate all that was happening around you. Why couldn't you succeed like you wanted just once? Was there something wrong with you?
Hours of sitting with the thoughts you usually avoid thinking and occasionally crying, you felt exhausted; your eyes were bloodshot and puffy from all the tears, the tip of your nose was slightly red due to all the tissues you've used.
You left your chambers in hopes of finding something to eat without letting anyone see you this way: You always liked to act tough when it came to your emotions. Plus if Sanji were to see you in this state, he would be so worried…
You thought he'd be done preparing the dinner by now but as soon as you entered the kitchen, you saw him: Washing a pan in the sink with the water running down the sink, a towel hanging on his right shoulder.
He seemed calm, humming a melody to keep himself entertained as he was rubbing the pan with a sponge while the dishwashing soap foams danced around on top of the pan, accompanying his brisk movements.
When he saw you, his calm demeanor changed fast. In a blink of an eye, his eyebrows became knitted and slightly tilted upwards, trying to understand what has happened to you.
Taking a quick look at his hands, he left the pan in the sink, dried his hands immediately using the towel on his shoulder before tossing it on top of the nearest countertop.
Seeing him like this made you feel guilty and you wrapped your arms around yourself, gently caressing the back of your left arm.
(Y/n), are you okay? What's wrong, are you hurt?’ He asked in a soft tone, looking at your body and face to see any type of scar as he came closer to you.
‘I'm fine Sanji.’
‘Don't lie to me. Your eyes… Have you been crying?’
‘I told you I'm fine!’ You exclaimed, tears welling up in your eyes.
‘Don’t shut me out like that princess, tell me what’s wrong.’ He whispered as he gently brushed a strand of hair behind your ear and caressed your right cheek which was stained with salty tears.
Shutting your eyes close, you leaned into his touch unconsciously; seeking the warmth it brought you. Being close to him always made you feel secure.
A few seconds later, you felt a wave of cold air on your cheek where Sanji’s hand was. It made you wince; struggling to open your eyes, you didn’t want to talk. Not yet.
Just then you heard him say,
‘Come here.’ He opened his arms on either side, welcoming you into a warm embrace.
Without wasting a second, you wrapped your arms around his neck, burying your head into the blonde's shoulder. You felt so safe as he gently ran his fingers through your hair, letting your tears fall down your cheek and onto his blouse. When you pulled him closer he whispered
‘Shh it’s okay baby, I’m here.’
‘Am I not enough?’ you sobbed,
‘No matter how hard I try, I can’t seem to succeed. I’m a failure…’’
He wrapped his arms around your waist to take a look at your pretty face. When you locked eyes, his heart shattered at the sight.
He quickly wiped away the tears and caressed your cheek once again, looking deeply into your eyes with a reassuring smile.
‘No, you’re not a failure. It’s okay to feel defeated sometimes but failure only happens when you give up.
‘But I feel so tired… It feels like there’s no point trying.’
He shakes his hand, pulls your head to his shoulder and holds you there tightly pressed against him.
‘Maybe you have to try another path to succeed… Or you just need someone to tell you everything is going to be alright ‘cuz it will be sweetheart, trust me.’ And he continued
‘You are so strong and intelligent. If there’s anyone who could do it, it’s you. So why waste your time thinking nonsense… I know you and your capabilites, so if you don’t believe in yourself then believe me when I say you will do it.’
‘What did I do to deserve you?’ You looked up at him with your glowy eyes and stained cheeks.
‘I was just asking myself the same thing…’ He confessed before placing a gentle, quick kiss on your lips before adding
‘Not everything in life is supposed to go perfectly, we all have our ups and downs. This moment isn’t going to last forever, just like none of the previous ones did. I don’t want to hear you call yourself a failure again. Understood?'
You nodded, sniffing your nose while looking up at him.
‘Good girl.’ He mumbled before connecting his lips to yours once again. This time it was more heated, passionate. After a few seconds you separated for air; your foreheads pressed against one another and your eyes were closed.
There was a sweet silence before he broke it off with an ‘I love you, (Y/n).’
‘I love you too Sanji, thank you for all of this.’
‘No need to mention, princess. Now let’s make you a hearty comforting hot soup…’

You weren't around Sanji often. Your job on the boat was to help anyone who needed it - like helping Usopp make new weapons or helping Franky with fixing up bits of the boat - but Sanji seemed to always know what he was doing. You could cook, but you were no where near Sanji's level, who seemed to be doing more than fine in the kitchen. So because of that, you never saw Sanji often.
When you did though, you got the usual heart eyes and special treatment, but you always thought that he liked Nami more. He would swoon over her like there was no tomorrow, acting like she was royalty or something while you sat waiting for your food.
You could admit that Nami was pretty - really pretty actually. You honestly didn't blame Sanji for thinking she was the prettiest girl on the boat.
But even so, you still found yourself getting a little jealous whenever he would call Nami "his sweet" or "darling" and you never knew why.
Maybe it was because he was charming, talented, and stupidly gorgeous, or maybe it was because he gave you attention sometimes. Either way, you couldn't get him out of your head sometimes, even with the lack of him being around you.
"You seem a little distracted today," Franky said, taking off his welding mask and setting it down. "Everything alright, kiddo?"
You looked up at Franky and smiled. "I'm fine. Just a long day, that's all."
"Tell me about it," he chuckled. "The Sunny sure took a beating. Thanks for helping out by the way. You're always a great help."
"Of course, Franky, anytime."
You and Franky got back to working for a while, but it stopped abruptly as Franky set down all of his tools and crossed his arms at you.
"What?!" you giggled, setting down your tools as well.
"You're not telling me something." he said, a slight pout to his voice. "And I wanna know what it is."
"Look, it's nothing, Franky. And if it is something it's a stupid something that y/n feels stupid about."
"Tell me?" Franky said in a high pitched voice, giving you puppy dog eyes.
"Franky you're such a dumbass... but fine, since I trust you. I'm just jealous of something, that's all."
"Jealous?" Franky said, tilting his head and pulling up a stool for the both of you. "Jealous of what?"
"You know Sanji, right?" You could feel yourself blushing already just thinking about him.
"I think I know every member of our crew quite well, y/n, so yeah, I know Sanji."
"Well..." You twiddled your thumbs and sharply exhaled. "He's the 'loverboy', we all know this. I guess I kinda... I kinda fell for his ass and get jealous whenever I hear him swooning over Robin or Nami. Especially Nami."
"I see. Why don't you tell Sanji all this?"
You felt your face heat up even more somehow. "T-Tell Sanji?! No way, Franky, are you nuts?!"
"Well how are things supposed to figure themselves out if you don't put in the work?"
You hated that Franky was right. You hated it so much.
And thanks to him, you ended up in front of Sanji's door, your hands shaking.
You knocked lightly at first, but realized he wouldn't be able to hear that at all. You tried louder, and waited patiently, hearing a bit of shuffling. There was no going back now and god you hated that feeling.
The door opened slightly and Sanji stuck his head out. It looked like he had just gotten through taking a nap as his hair was a mess and he was wearing a t-shirt instead of his usual suit.
"y/n?" He tilted his head and yawned.
"Hey, Sanji... can I come in?"
His face turned a light shade of pink and he turned back to look at his room. "Uh... gimme a sec let me get some pants on." He quickly shut the door and in no time it flew back open. "Come on in, y/n! I don't have many super comfortable spots in here, but uhh..." He walked to his closet and pulled out what looked like a lawn chair, setting it up nicely in the middle of the room. "There!"
You took a seat and looked around Sanji's room. It smelt like cigarettes, but not too bad, mostly cologne, to your surprise.
"Do you want a drink or anything? I could go make us some coffee if that's something you want, y/n."
"That sounds great, actually. Thanks, Sanji." You smiled at him and his eyes turned into little hearts as he lovingly sighed, walking out of the room and to the kitchen.
This was going to be way harder than you thought.
You sat and played with each of your fingers, noticing that your hands were still shaking. What if you didn't have the courage to do this? What if you were a coward after all?
"y/n!" Sanji exclaimed in his signature lovey-dovey voice, kicking the door open with his foot. "Here's your drink, my dear! And I brought snacks as well!" The door closed behind him as he pulled his nightstand over to be a makeshift table for the time being.
"Thank you, Sanji." you said with a smile, taking a long sip of your coffee, which was better than usual.
"Anytime, y/n." He took a sip of his own coffee and quickly set it down, his eyes locking with yours. "Alright, so is there something you needed, or did you just wanna be in my presence because either way I don't mind."
You laughed at that, your cheeks turning pink. Sanji was already swooning so much that a little drop of blood came out of his nose when you laughed.
"Both actually," you admitted. "Thanks for letting me in. Sorry if I woke you."
"Oh, it's fine. I don't wanna be sleeping all day like that damn moss head."
You giggled again out of both nervousness and of Sanji.
"So what was the thing you needed?" he asked, his stupid voice gone and tone now serious. "Because I think we already got the 'in Sanji's presence thing' outta the way." he chuckled.
"Well," you moved around the cup in your hand, watching the coffee swirl. What were you supposed to say? That you hated the way he looked at Nami? That more than anything you wish that you and Sanji could be together without having to worry about any other girl getting in the way?
"Sanji, I like you... Like a lot."
You both froze.
Shit.
Did you really just say that?
"You... what?" His voice was soft and you pulled your eyes away from him, looking down at the coffee in your hand.
"I," there was no turning back now. "I'm serious. I like you the way that you like every girl," you chuckled nervously. "I think you're a great guy You're talented and really damn pretty and.... I'm sick of you looking at Nami like that."
You looked up to see Sanji with tears pricking the corners of his eyes. "I-I'll stop. I'll stop looking at any girl like that, y/n. I like you too and-"
"I know, Sanji." you chuckled.
"No, listen to me. y/n, I would do anything for you."
"That's too much." You fake gagged and turned to Sanji with a smile.
"Sh-Shut up." he giggled.
"This coffee is really good, Sanji. Is there something different about it?"
"Oh, it's a new creamer, that's all. Nothing super special."
"Well, I like it."
"Me too. Makes it sweeter without so much sugar."
You hummed in response and took another sip. The two of you spent the rest of the time in his room just talking about random stuff that came to mind. You liked talking to Sanji like this and honestly, it was nice to hear him talk to you like you weren't just another girl he had a crush on.
"Well, thanks for the coffee, Sanji. And for listening to me." You stood up and set down your coffee on the table. "We should hang out like this more often."
"Of course. Feel free to come in anytime." He stood up as well, not knowing what to do. A hug would be appropriate, but he wasn't sure.
But you were sure, so you pulled him in for a hug, leaning against his chest. He hugged you back, but shortly after, you pulled away.
"I'll definitely be back, Sanji." You gave him a quick peck on the cheek and left him standing there with a bright red face.
"You better be." he giggled under his breath.

The Siren, The Cook, The Sister (14)
Sanji x PirateHunter!Fem Reader (Masterlist) Chapter 14: Mask or Muzzle? (Previous) (Next) Summary: Sanji finds you spiraling after your loss. Warnings: Angst, WCI Spoilers
The Straw Hats sat in the living room, opting for a much comfier place to wait in. It’s been an hour since you left with your sister and there hadn’t been any updates. Luffy even tried heading to the hospital, but Zoro advised him against it, believing that you and your sister needed space to work things out.
The room was tense. Everyone sat in silence as all energy to socialize left their bodies. Although Robin’s knowledge provided some answers, it didn’t answer the most important one: what was going to happen to your relationship with your sister?
Out of everyone, Sanji was the worst off. He stood outside right by the door, smoking a cigarette. He never asked you if he could smoke inside and not wanting to cause you further problems, he decided against it. With each swig of his cigarette, Sanji tried to exhale his negative thoughts. Despite everyone’s reassurance, Sanji couldn’t help but feel guilty. He vowed to never hurt a woman and here he was, regularly, hurting you.
“What’s wrong, Chopper?” he heard Zoro ask the young doctor. He peered inside and saw Chopper’s ears twitch with eyes wide with worry.
Chopper turned to Sanji and uttered, “I don’t think she’s okay.”
— — —
You didn’t think it was possible to feel this much pain.
How? Why? Please, oh gods, please don’t do this to me. She’s all I have.
You were positive your heart was going to explode. How could you let this happen? The doctors kept talking, mentioning something about a mistake in billing and subsequently more berries, but you couldn't understand anything. Everything was ringing.
Unable to take it anymore, you commanded silence in the area. Everything was just too loud. The doctors, the machines, your thoughts, everything.
Completely running on auto-pilot, you left the hospital. Fresh air… that’s what I need, fresh hair will fix this. Stepping outside, you took off your mask and breathed.
In. And out. In. And out. In. And —
“Oh gods!”
— — —
Sanji practically flew towards the hospital. As he got closer, a distinct screeching could be heard. Sanji wasn't stupid. He knew that it was likely you. But with the way the screeching emitted complete pain and misery, he prayed it wasn't yours.
He wasn't the only one assuming the worst as Zoro and Luffy trailed right behind him.
Sanji was the first to reach the hospital. He was horrified by what he saw. The hospital and surrounding buildings were falling apart, chunks falling to the floor. Screams of fear and scurrying steps accompanied the screeching as the local residents ran for their lives. In the middle of the chaotic scene was you, on your knees, crying out in pain.
"PLEASE! ANYONE BUT HER! PLEASE," he heard you scream. He's never heard anyone ever emulate so much pain before. By your broken state, he knew what happened. He tried calling out to you, but it was no use. You were lost in your grief.
Luffy and Zoro quickly arrived and were also stunned by the scene. For the young captain, the scene was awfully familiar. Zoro tried running towards you, but you shifted, aiming your scream at the swordsman. He quickly dodged it and retuned to his crew mates' sides.
"What do we do? If we don't stop her, the entire town is done for," yelled Zoro over your cries.
Sanji felt helpless. He always had a plan, but as he saw your broken form, he found himself unable to think. (Y/N), I'm so sorry.
"Sanji." Luffy steadied his hat, his face completely serious. Looking directly at you, he commanded, "grab her mask while Zoro and I help out the townsfolk." With that, Luffy and Zoro ran off without giving the cook a chance to retaliate.
Sanji scanned the area and saw your mask laying by the hospital's entrance. Sanji's heart sank as he knew what he had to do. Once again, he had to be a Vinsmoke.
With a heavy but determined heart, he ran towards your mask. As he passed you, he noticed the steady stream of tears pouring down your face, the heavy heaving in your chest, and the devastated look in your eyes. Before, seeing your face as you would take off your mask in front of the crew would bring great joy to the cook's heart. Now, it just broke it instead.
He reached your mask in no time. As he held the metal piece, he noticed how cold it was. Do you really wear this all of the time? For the sake of others? The realization only broke his heart more. He faced your direction once more, unsure if he could muzzle you.
"SANJI!" yelled Zoro. Sanji looked over to see Zoro slicing and Luffy punching debris valiantly. They both shot him a knowing look. Sanji tightened his grip on your mask. At this moment, Sanji wasn't a Vinsmoke, but a Strawhat pirate.
He ran straight at you. You turned again, aiming your scream at the cook. He weaved past it and moved right behind you. He wrapped his arms around you and gently put your mask on. As it clicked on, you slowly crumbled in his arms, chest still heaving. Sanji held you close, scared that if he let you go, you would completely disappear.
"Please, please, take me instead, please," you continued to beg. Sanji just rocked you back and forth, begging for you to calm down. As Zoro and Luffy ran to the cook's side, you went limp in his arms. Mumbled pleads continued to escape your mouth.
The three Strawhats remained still, unsure of what to do now with the sister with no sister.

Author's Notes: Sorry for the short chapter. I had a really hard time writing more just because I feel like the picture is there you know. I hate being wordy and I felt like if I added anything else, it would just end up being wordy and repetitive.
Also, just wondering, do y'all like the way I format my fics? Does it make reading the series and all easier? Do let me know!

LA!Buggy the Clown x Fem!Reader Enchanted meeting Part 2
Tumblr media
Clown fuckers of the world unite!
Part 1
Chapter 2 my loves! I forgot to mention this in my last post but please comment your thoughts! I want to see what you all found humorous and what you’d like to see more of. If there are any tags I missed feel free to comment on them! :3 <3 Btw, the reader almost kisses the clown. ON WITH THE SHOW!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“I can’t fucking believe you convinced us to do this.”
Zoro was being a drama mama in the corner of the massive tent you built. Who knew that a 120-berry tent would come in handy? After a little bit of sweet talking you managed to convince some of the entertainers to sell you a tent the Russian circus could be proud of.
Everyone was able to fit inside and even used the piles of salvageable goods for makeshift walls. Zoro had gotten ready in a black fitted vest and some casual grey slacks. You were applying some smoky black eyeliner and purple eye shadow with a light hand. “Sanji finally got Usopp to stop crying. I don’t think it’s healthy for him to be here right now. I mean he finally put down that piece of wood.” This ship was more than a vessel, it was your home. Where Sanji cooked meals, and everyone took their place beside each other.
“Yeah, well, it would boost morale. Let’s try to put on a brave face for the others tonight." Your offer of reason just made him sigh, "Fine. But then back to reality." You roll your eyes and shoot him a smile. You knew Zoro was just being a butthead. Exiting your “room” together allowed you to bump into Robin and Chopper. “Looking cuter than usual, papa.” Chopper basked in the compliments and gave you a twirl. He found a big red bowtie and some matching blue shorts.
Robin was wearing a royal blue jacket that resembled a ringmaster's coat. She offered a warm but tired smile. “Where’s Usopp?” “Right here my sweets!~” Sanji emerged with a red-eyed Pinocchio. Sanji was dressed in simple black and blue attire while Usopp managed to find something of a forest green. You yourself decided on a vampy look. A black dress with red mesh for sleeves and a pair of deep red chunky heels. Who gives a shit about practically when you look sexy?
Luffy emerged scratching his rear with Nami swatting his hand away. He was in his usual chances but was convinced to put on a normal T-shirt with a star design. Nami looked like a magician's assistant with a similar smoky black vest and plum skirt combo that complimented her figure nicely. Brooks looked as though he was auditioning for the part of a lion with how voluminous his fro was looking.
You nodded at each other and he spoke, “I’d say we clean up rather nicely for having just been shipwrecked.” It was good to see him returning to his elegant self. “Of course, we can’t just parade around as is. So.. I brought masks!” You gleamed while holding up a shopping bag. A mix of groans and snickering.
Everyone took a mask that hid their face completely or partly. To be fair, it would be easy to spot the Straw Hat crew even without the literal skeleton following around. Seeing the sun begin to dip you all decided to get going before night. On the way everyone soon fell into pleasant conversation while following you and Zoro.
“Okay, first we eat! Then, we can play games.” Luffy cheered while running to the outdoor food court. Zoro (finally smiling) rolled his eyes and chuckled,” I’ll go with him and make sure he doesn’t eat the stall itself.” Robin took Chopper to the bounce house while Sanji’s interest was captured by a woman in a red leotard. Usopp was looking around some of the merchant stalls and you were happy to trail behind Brooks as he began to try his bones at ring toss.
The night was a serene affair with warm, salty air, and a gentle breeze that stirred the surrounding foliage. Sitting on a bench overlooking the vast expanse of the ocean, you felt a sense of happiness and contentment. As you looked around, you noticed that the darkness of the area was a bit creepy, but the beauty of the surroundings made up for it. Your friends had survived a shipwreck and were now enjoying the town's festival, but you had no idea what it was about.
Looking over the crowd, you saw many people, including children, wearing masks of all shapes and sizes. As the newest member of the group, you didn't even have a wanted poster yet. Since you always hid your face, there was no point in wearing a mask, right?
Just as you were about to remove your sweaty mask, you heard deep chuckling, sounds of thunder, and children screaming. The mixture of sounds was strange and unnerving, and you felt a sense of curiosity rising within you. Turning away from the ocean, you followed the sounds and found yourself making your way towards the fun house.
Children began to pour through the back doors of the fun house as you did your best not to bump into anyone. Coincidentally, Brooks and Usopp had the same idea. “AHH Y/N DON’T DO THAT!” Usopp shrieked, jumping into Brooks' bony arms and immediately falling. The surrounding children found this amusing. “It’s not MY fault if you’re so jumpy.” You dusted off your heels and looked around. Things seem to be calmer now but something about the house seemed…. Off.
Brooks seemed to sense your discomfort. “Maybe the lady would prefer if we left this area? We could still catch up to the captain and grab some tea before the show.” You shook your head, ”Nah, I’ll be okay. Let’s go in together though. There’s something strange about this house.”
Taking one last look at the outside the three of you stumble into the “fun” house. ‘Fun house my ass,’ you thought while trying to regain your footing. As your eyes adjusted to the darkness you realized it was indeed an old house. However, it was decorated more to the liking of some 1860s vampires. There was the faint smell of mothballs.
“This looks more like a horror house,” Usopp quipped and began touching the walls. Brooks was silent looking at a skeletal dummy in the corner. You placed a hand on his scapula,” Yeah buddy, try not to think about it too much.” Slowly you all made your way into a corridor that split into different hallways. “Do we split or stay together?” You wondered out loud.
“Ya don’t get a choice, sweetheart.” A gruff voice answered.
Suddenly the floor gave out from under your doormat, “Y/N!!” the unusual duo screamed with hands outstretched. You slide under the floor, barely missing their fingertips. A metal slide was delivering you somewhere but there could only be a basement under the house, right? Seeing a neon light at the end of the circular tunnel you stopped yourself before falling out completely. You placed a hand out to feel some surface before slipping and dropping onto a concrete floor.
“Fuck,” this was harder than the sandy landing you were blessed with earlier. After regaining your breathing and sitting up your eye finally adjusted and noticed that the neon light was actually multiple lights. Surrounding you was a maze of silly mirrors that distorted your image completely. “No wonder those kids got out. But NOOO I just had to bring Scooby and the gang in here!” You rubbed your sore ass before dusting off. Thankfully, your heels weren’t broken and you didn’t feel any bumps on your head.
But, getting outta this one was going to take some skill. You notice that the wood surface you felt was another trapdoor that spits you out. However, it was already closed, and no telling when it would open again. Your only option would be to try the maze and do your best. Sighing you pulled out a little tube of red lipstick from your cleavage. Better to Hansel and Gretel your way out than be lost the whole night. That was if you made it out at all. ‘Don’t be ridiculous. The staff has to do a sweep and my friends wouldn’t leave without me anyway.’
The thoughts you offered yourself held comfort. But you’d be lying if you didn’t feel scared. Particularly, it felt as if someone was watching you. Looking around the room and doing a little head shake you strolled up to one of the mirrors and fixed yourself before uncapping the deep red lipstick and touching up your lips.
However, your gaze wandered and you could see something watching you from behind another mirror. “Ah!” you turned around suddenly with your back against the cold glass. Nothing, of course, was there. Simply a figure of your imagination.
But, you knew something was there. And you began to mark each mirror with an angry red slash. Looking over your shoulder gave you little security.
Wait….
Great, now you were hearing things. Because you could’ve sworn you heard a faint,” Yo ho,” and the sound of men's boots following you. “I need to get the fuck outta here.” Step, step, step, step, silence. What was the voice you heard before you fell? It was too deep to be Usopp but also not mature enough to be Brooks. Maybe someone over a monitor was watching you guys? Finally, with mercy, you reached a door that led to a staircase. Taking small quiet steps you held your breath and felt relief when you heard no sounds behind you.
Just as you were about to reach the door it was flung open and strong cold hands grabbed you. “Y/N!!!” You felt a familiar long nose and afro in your face crushing you into a tight hug. Your sweet goofballs have found you! Returning the hug with much vigor you breathed a sigh of relief. “Now don’t you ever disappear through the floor again!” Brooks scolded, waving his arms widely. You let out a soft giggle and he couldn’t help but let the anger melt away. “I can’t promise anything. But what happened to you guys?” Usopp began to spin a wild tale about fighting off monsters and being the one to locate you. “There is Pinocchio ass goes again,” mumbled Brooks rolling his sockets. You could see why those kids were scared. But something deep down inside told you that it wasn’t because of the mirrors. “Let’s get outta here already. I’m sure the others are looking for us.”
The trio made their way to the food court where Luffy was arguing the advertised size of a Jumbo Philly cheesesteak hotdog with an embarrassed Nami and Zoro patting his stomach. Robin was enjoying some warm tea in a travel mug and Chopper had gotten you a big soft pretzel. “Nice job papas,” you mused and rubbed his head affectionately. Sanji strolled up (having just been banned from the kissing booth) and handed Nami a cake plushie. “Something sweet for someone sweet~” She rolled her eyes but accepted the plush peace offering. You tried to shake off the past events but could see Brooks whispering to Luffy and Zoro.
They looked at each other and continued to talk in hushed whispers.
Looking around you realized the booths seemed to be… Deserted. There was no life in them anymore. “I think it’s time for the show. Let’s get going.” Zoro took the lead and everyone gathered their goods. He bumped his hip with yours slightly and you looked up from your pretzel. The green bean haired male raised a single eyebrow at you and you shrugged looking ahead. It’s not like you actually got trapped down there. It was just.. nothing. “It was nothing,” your explanation is accepted, for now, as the Green giant hummed in response. You decided to hang back a little and joined hands with Robin and Nami. Chopper got to ride on Usopp's shoulders for the sake of time.
Arriving at the big top you all paid 4 bounty a ticket. It was a little dark when you first stepped in. Looking around you decided to take hold of Zoro's arm for a little help walking. Luffy whipped out a wad of cotton candy and you traded half your pretzel for it. A hum of excited children and families surrounded you all as everyone took their seats in the middle of the stands.
Suddenly, the spotlight came on and a huge puff of smoke developed inside the ring. Whipping your eyes, you found yourself staring at all the performers. You even saw the lion from earlier! Searching for the man that gave you the flier your eyes tried capturing everyone from the sea of entertainers. Acrobats, jugglers, contortionists, and… a single clown?
His eyes were closed but he stood in the center of all the chaos. Around you, children and parents lost their minds cheering, clapping, and waving to all the performers.
Finally, the clown opened his eyes. He wore a ringmaster's coat, nothing like Robins, and sported a blood-orange pirate hat. Two blue ‘ribbons’ (you guessed) hung from either side of his hat. The boots he wore didn’t look like performance shoes either. And the makeup he wore didn’t look like a typical clown. He had painted his mouth into a permanent blood-red smile. And then you noticed his nose. It looked as though he tapped a rather large orange to his face.
Wait. Did you just see the nostrils twitch as he breathed?
“Huh, that’s pretty strange-” “BINKY?!” Luffy shouted prompting Nami to immediately slap her hand over his loud mouth. “SHHHH!” she hissed into his ear. But she herself looked slightly worried.
The clown man immediately seemed to shift his focus on the group ahead of him. Zoro was now sitting tensely and at attention. “Psst, whose Binky?” you whispered. “Tell you later. Right now, we all need to leave this circus.” Your brow furrowed. Leave? Over a pirate clown?
“There’s no way we could get up without him seeing us,” said Usopp, putting a hand on your shoulder. You could tell his energy was off. “I knew I remembered that voice from somewhere.” Luffy’s smile deepened into a frown. Everyone was acting so fucking weird. You were about to voice your concerns when a familiar voice cut you off-
“LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, children of all ages, thank you, truly. It will be my personal pleasure to entertain you all this evening.~”
The clown had now stepped closer to your group. Zoro tugged your sleave but you couldn't help take your eyes off the flashy clown before you.
“Oh…”
You caught yourself about to speak but quickly bit your lips together. Not to be dramatic, but his eyes were a really fucking pretty shade of green. The blue tones around his eyes complimented them so well. You didn’t hear much of what he said, only noticing when he waved his hands at the other performers who either disappeared or got into place.
Zoro couldn’t help but spare you a glance. “Y/n, are you seriously checking out the clown?!” He grunted through closed teeth. Quickly, you shook your head no and looked around that stadium. Luffy was still frowning. Nami was holding onto his arm and you could see Robin pull Chopper into her lap with Sanji putting a protective face on. “Damn, clown,” was all you heard from the seats next to you.
Placing your hand over Usopps, you try to offer him some comfort by running your thumb over his hand. The first act was a simple trapeze act with the performers mixing it up at the end by juggling and riding a unicycle out. Then there was the lion and sheep man but the routine wasn’t comedic. However, you couldn’t stop sweeping over the crowd looking for that green-eyed clown.
And from the looks of things he had no problem finding you.
“Mmm,” you let go of your ruby lips to see him transfixed on your face, head tilted. Almost like he was studying you. You quickly looked away from the act and touched your cheek. Wait, Fuck. You must have dropped your mask in the funhouse when you fell. Looking out the corner of your side, you could still see him staring at you curiously. You decided to close your eyes and try to land back on earth.
‘Everything is going to be okay. I’m safe right here and Zoro will tell me what happened when we get back to the ship.’ The reasoning was stopped when you heard loud screams.
“OH MY GOD!”
A mother (presumably) had cried out along with many other children.
Opening your eyes, you saw the clown's body standing perfectly still as the lion’s face made a puffy expression.
“HE ATE HIS HEAD! HE ATE HIS HEAD!”
Regrettably, you couldn’t stop the, “Oh Shit!” that came out of your mouth causing you to gain a few harsh glares from the parents around. Unconsciously rising to your feet, you leaned in closer to see the damage done. “Where’s his blood?” A few children began to cry a disembodied voice could be heard from the lion.
The sheepman ran over, opened the lion's jaws, and the clown's body walked over and plopped his head back on like nothing happened. The stands fell silent once more before more cheering and screams EXPLODED from the people around you.
“Y/n sit down.”
Oops, forgot you were still standing.
The clown seemed to be drinking in all the attention and flashed an admittedly sexy smile. He raised his arms over his head and a hush fell over the people. “Thank you all for your attention. Now for this next act, I need a volunteer please.” If you weren’t interested before you sure were now, even if you didn’t raise your hand. Zoro, clearly annoyed began to tug at your hand, “Y/n sit-”
“Would the young lady with the cherry red lips please step forward?”
You were blinded once more by the other spotlight as you held your hands up to protect your vision. The light dimmed a bit and you could see everyone, staring at you expectantly, excluding your crew mates.
They were busy staring at the clown in front of you with an outstretched hand. Taking his cue, he shot you a wink and urged you forward. If only your feet would cooperate.
“Don’t be shy now. I don’t bite~” he teased while flashing his teeth. You’d be lying if you said that didn’t do something for you. Not to mention there was this little heartbeat down there that started-
“Aww, maybe she’s shy. Everyone! Let’s give this young lady a round of applause!”
He raised his arms once again and began to clap along with everyone. A single gloved hand shot out towards you urging you to take its hold. Softly pressing your smaller hand into it you were then gently tugged forward towards the ring.
However, you couldn’t feel your legs and as you stepped forward your heels betrayed you again, leading you to tumble down the stands into the arms of the clown before you with your lips-”

And that wraps up chapter two, my loves!!

Breaking Up with Luffy (ANGST)
Tumblr media
Word Count: 2.0k
Black Fem Reader in Mind
CW: Cursing, Yelling, Luffy Calls You Out on Your BS, Reader is a bit over dramatic and annoying, Boa, very bittersweet ending
How dense Luffy can be can really be exhausting
He was too trusting for his own good and though you once admired you now have grown to be annoyed with it
Maybe it was your fault
Maybe you were over reacting, but really? He couldn’t even take your side ?
But IT WAS BOA. You hated her! And Luffy knew this.
Luffy was also very emotionally intelligent, it was impressive how quick he can notice how you can feel, but that didn’t mask how dense he can be handling your emotions.
Boa was once again back and with Luffy, they were on the furthest part of the deck speaking. It’s been a week and for some reason she was still here. She claims it was to “check up on Luffy”, but for what? Y’all JUST reunited a few weeks ago and Boa has been back and fourth coming and going on the ship as she pleases and it began to irk you.
Everybody knew about her obsession with your captain except your own damn captain. The way her touched lingered, the way she blushed when talking to him, the way she would do pretty much anything for him.
It. Irked. You.
She was aware of your relationship with Luffy, which was why you both have had a few heated arguments before. The last one resulting in you nearly drawing your gun at her. It was embarrassing on your end because you never was the type to fight over a man, but this man in particular doesn’t understand when a woman that isn’t his is blatantly flirting and touching all on him and how much it eats up at you.
And everybody is aware of this. So much so that everybody purposely tries to occupy you from seeing the two today to keep things cordial.
“Are you tryna distract me?” Your tone slightly above a tease crossing your arms at Sanji Would was being more than overbearing to keep you in the kitchen with him.
“What?! No I could never! Just keep reading in here, Y/N-San!” He had a cold sweat immediately seeing Boa and Luffy now outside the door giggling and eating together. She brought him a bunch of food as another one of her “gifts and at that very moment Luffy was tone deaf to everything in sight. Sanji noticed the beautiful woman inch closer and closer their shirtless captain and an instant chill ran down his spine on the possibility of what you’d do.
You shrugged, somewhat naive to what’s happening, you continued to finish your book, giving Sanji a sigh of relief back to his stove. The background noise of the kitchen eventually became tuned out while diving deep into your book. All was well until—-
“OH LUFFY I LOVE YOU!”
It felt like time froze, hearing that unbearable voice, you knew exactly who it was.
“SHE’S HERE AGAIN!?”
You slam your book on the table leaving it behind as you storm out. When you came outside your eyes were met with the same bullshit sight that always led you and Bo to fight
Her breasts smothering Luffy’s face and him not paying any kind to it.
“Oh Luffy! I— oh. MMPH.” Once again . Boa was being too touchy for your liking and it made your eye twitch. Her snarky attitude towards you and you only made you unreasonably upset. The way she’d sometimes purposely touch and cope a feel of Luffy in front of you just for Luffy to laugh at the situation and think you both actually don’t have beef with each other .
“Oh hey Y/N!” Luffy pulled from Boa’s grip to run over to you with his typical Happy Hour lucky smile. He didn’t a care in the world seeing you looking so upset but the tall woman now behind him did.
“Oh Luffy it was so amazing seeing you again! I’m so glad you—-“
Boa’s compliments and heart eyes went through one eye and out the other with you considering you kept getting irritated the longer she lingered on the ship. You wasn’t in the mood to argue with her, but that didn’t stop you from pulling Luffy away as she inches closer by reflex as if you were a child not wanting to share your toy.
Boa noticed this and immediately grumbled in irritation. You clearly don’t understand how angry you make this woman. Your boyfriend just pulled into your touch closer as he ate which in turned made her heart sting, but before she had another dramatic fit an idea came to mind.
“Before I go Luffy I just wanted to let you know that if you need anything just send me a call okay? …and my offer still stands with you about our…little agreement. Remember?”
Luffy furrowed his eyebrows a bit humming in thought trying to remember what “agreement” she was offering. She has made so damn many to him involving getting married who knows what this would be?
“Uh…”
“Oh you don’t remember? Before you left your training we had such an unforgettable night and—“
“OOOOOH! Oh yeah no thanks!” Luffy laughs scaring his head, “Yeah no I’m fine I have Y/N for that!”
It was like Boa nearly turned into stone herself , her face was dumbfounded and her heart was stung, as much as she wanted to cry and plead for Luffy to take her up on her “offer” she had to go but promised to be back soon. The moment she left it was almost as if everybody could breathe again and went back to their devices, but you however dwelled in the whole “offer” situation and how Luffy stated he had you for that.
After lunch Luffy and you were on the Sunny doing your daily fishing routine you both typically started doing when you both began dating. It was peaceful and sweet feeling Luffy happily hun and lean on your shoulder, but you just couldn’t relax until your curiosity subsided.
“Lu?”
“Hm? You caught a fish?!” He sat up ready to help pull your fishing rod, but you grab his wrist.
“No! No not that! I just…Um…okay what did Boa mean by ‘offer’?”
“Huh?”
“When she said you guys had an unforgettable night and—“
“Ohh! Oh That!” Luffy laughs and pats your head. “So before I left she accidentally kissed me and th—“
“She what?” You felt your stomach turn a little, sunk really.
“She kissed me! But she apologized so it was an accident ..anyways she said that we should have one night of uh…” Luffy scratched his head trying to think of the word she used. “What’s that word Sanji uses a lot? Starts with a P?”
Your eyes widen in horror on the possible answer he may say,
“PASSION THATS THE WORD!” Luffy chuckles pointing his finger upwards, “a night of passion, I didn’t know what she meant until she said ‘made love’. At the time I still didn’t understand but I remember that’s what you call what we do sometimes so I said no.”
“Luffy i thought you said I was your first kiss.”
“You were!”
“No.” You stood up crossing your arms, “I wasn’t if that stupid bitch kissed you.”
“Woaaahh!” Luffy laughs a little making your eye twitch in annoyance as he gets up, “you mad?”
“No I’m not mad.”
“Yes you are? You only curse when you’re mad.”
“I’m not fucking mad I’m irritated!”
“Same thing.”
“IT’S NOT LUFFY! Why does she keep coming back we don’t need her help anymore we are GOOD!”
Once again you began to nag and complain about Boa and her presence which always made Luffy Just roll his eyes playfully. He never understood why you were always so mad when she was around but after learning that they both had the opportunity to have sex AND she kissed him you now had a better reason to explain.
“I don’t understand what the big deal is y/n it’s just a kiss. Besides we weren’t dating and I wasn’t thinking about you when it happened.” Luffy shrugged it off taking away your rod to finish fishing, “what?”
“Don’t what me?! You let her kiss you?!”
“I wouldn’t say let..she just did it, who cares?”
“I do, Luffy! You said I was your first kiss! When I asked you about you and Boa you said nothing happened you don’t remember?!”
“It’s not a big deal, y/n calm down and sit with me!” he reached out for you to sit on his lap with a bright smile but all you could do was sit there with a gaped mouth.
Your captain wasn’t the best with words, but damn he could have worded it better. The mere thought of Luffy and Boa being so close made your head spin. And you knew. You knew Boa said it Just to get a rise out of you, and she succeeded because you completely ignored Luffy and headed to your room for the rest of the vending leaving him confused for a moment.
You were quiet all dinner. Not even sitting next to Luffy like you usually do and he seemed not to noticed which piled on to the anger you already had.
He was acting as if he didn’t know you were mad at him and it made you mad.
Were you overreacting possibly?
Even if you were you don’t care to listen to reason right now you’re pissed and want to be alone.
“There you are!” Luffy laughs busting in your room in the late evening to see you buried like burritos in your blankets back facing him. “I thought we were ganna take a bath together.”
“Take it yourself.” Your words are mumbled by the covers. Luffy tilts his head confused at your cold tone, he once again shrugs it off to get in the bed with you to hold you but you wiggle out of his grasp making him whine at your attitude.
“Y/NNNN COMMONNNN IM COLD!” He snatches the blanket off , your warm body now shivering in the cold.
“Luffy for fucks sake—“
“You cussed again. You’re mad—“
“I’m not fucking mad Luffy can’t you ever just read the room?! I had other blankets you could use!”
In your mind your really didn’t want to curse Luffy out. He obviously didn’t deserve it but you’ve been alone in your room all day replaying scene with him and Boa in your head and you just could NOT think about it.
Luffy tries to pull your arm to sleep back with him but you instead pull away to put one some sweats.
“Where are you going?! You don’t have watch duty!”
“I’ll be back Luffy.”
“You always walk away when you’re mad .”
“What?!”
“You do. It’s kinda annoying honestly . Just lay back in bed with me—“
“I said I’ll be back Luffy!” You tried to hide the annoyance in your voice but failed miserably. Was he wrong though? You run away from any issues you tend to have with Luffy and he always calls you out on it. It almost felt like you wanted to cry right on the deck out of frustration. You ended up not sleeping I with him that night. He didn’t seem to mind or ask.
Then one night turned into two.
Then three.
Then a month.
It almost became like you both drifted away. Luffy stopped coming in your room to bother you, you both don’t hang out as much, Luffy seemed normal, you also seemed okay, but every once in a while you felt almost as if you both subconsciously broke up.
He watched you from a distance dancing and laughing with Nami and his cheeks warmed ever so slightly. You have been quieter around him, he didn’t seemed to mind it, but maybe he was over thinking.
But he wasn’t, it’s been 4 months and even though you were still with the Strawhats it was almost as if your relationship has diminished. It was no longer the same between you both, no more fun exchanges, no more inside jokes, no more late night food runs. It was all just
Gone.
And you both ignored how it made you both really feel.

Whumptober Day 31
Sanji wasn't a good patient
31 – Sanji, “I thought I was getting better”
Sanji hated being sick. He hated being useless, feeling like others had to look after him, waste their time caring for him. He’d admit that he was a terrible patient. When he was a child, Zeff would have to leave one of the restaurant workers with him at all times to make sure Sanji actually stayed in bed and recovered.
Clearly, Zeff had spoken to his crew. Sanji had caught something on the last island they stopped on. At first, he was just coughing and sneezing, so he wore a mask while cooking and washed his hands more. Then the vomiting started. Then the fever and shivering.
Suddenly Sanji was confined to his bed, a crew member at his side at all times. He wanted to be annoyed, he really did. But by the time he finished vomiting up whatever ate and sweating through his clothes and blankets, he was too tired to stay awake. He slept four days away!
By day four, he did feel a little bit better. He could keep food down and could stand by himself! For a few minutes anyway. Long enough to cook something simple. He was the cook, that was his job on this ship. What use was he, why would they keep him around, if he couldn’t do the one thing that he was good at? The only reason they kept him around? No, he had to get to the galley.
He wasn’t too surprised to see Zoro standing at the door, frowning at him. “Don’t give me that face mosshead, I’m feeling better. Look, standing on my own two feet.” Zoro didn’t respond, just followed him to the galley, settling onto the bench, eyes fixed on Sanji. Shaking himself, the man tried to ignore the other, deciding on a simple casserole. Prepare the ingredients, then into the oven for a few hours.
He gathered what he needed, ignoring the light-headedness. He had to cook, this was the one thing he knew he could do and he knew he could do well. Zoro’s gaze burning into his back, Sanji got the dinner ready. Meat seasoned and seared, vegetables chopped and par cooked, all ready to be tossed into the casserole dish and into the oven. Simple, he could do this in his sleep. He closed the oven door, rising to his feet. As he moved from his knees, the light-headedness got worse, Sanji stumbling, everything fading to black.
He woke up back in his bed, Zoro snoozing in the chair beside him. God, he passed out. How could he have been that stupid? “Not the smartest thing you’ve ever done, eh cook?” His glare was too weak and sickly to be effective. “I thought I was getting better, I thought I was better.” He accepted the drink handed to him by Zoro, hating how the other looked at him. Like he knew what Sanji was thinking, like he knew Sanji. “We care about you because we like you, not just because you’re a good cook. You’re our friend and we love you, Sanji. We want you healthy, ok? So please look after yourself. For us, at the very least.”
Sanji nodded; eyes fixed on his hands. He wasn’t used to Zoro getting emotional with him, he was more used to Zoro insulting him. In a loving way, but insulting him, nonetheless. Needing things to go back to normal, Sanji smirked at Zoro. “So, you think I’m a good cook?” Knowing what Sanji was doing, Zoro smirked back, the insults and laughs flowing between them. Sanji felt himself drift off as Zoro insulted his hair, dimly aware of the swordsman tuck his duvet closer. Seemed he’d have to get used to being loved and appreciated. He supposed there were worse things.
A/N Thank God this is finally finished. Remind me to never do this again 😂

@diabelskoga ~Continued from here~
Vivi had heard his true identity and learned about his true status of being a prince, but she did not care. She understood what he was trying to do, but now she knew that he could care less about his family and kingdom from his reactions. Luffy was starving himself currently while everyone was trying to make a plan on what to do next. Standing before the blonde, she broke into his room to confront him. Her heart was racing inside of her chest as she felt knots in her stomach. When he responded almost coldly she knew these were not his thoughts, even if he tried to mask the pain by being flirty about the bride being her she knew better.
The princess understood Sanji better than anyone as she watched him very closely the entire time they had been sailing together. She had feelings for the blonde even over the two years they were apart, but she never told him. Inhaling deeply to control her emotions to hold back her tears and anger, the female knew that he had endured enough of that already from everyone else. Opening her onyx-colored eyes she stepped closer to the taller male as her hands started to adjust his outfit which was wrinkled in some areas.
Tumblr media
"No Sanji, I will not be telling them anything. I can understand the political side of this if you actually cared for your status. If you truly did you would not waited this long to reunite with the Germa 66. You are protecting something else." Once everything on the jacket was straightened out, she looked up at him in the eye without even looking away. Her face was emotionless as she finally regained her composer. "If I was in this situation of being forced into a marriage I did not want even for political reasons what would you do?" The bluenette decided that if he wanted a political conversation she was going to give him one.

LOGGING IN: Z POV
He had to admit. He was rather unsure of how this was going to go. This was going to be a tough sell to Sanji. However, the most important part was that this was going to be the end of the Zoey saga. After tonight, she would seize to exist. This nightmare would be over and thankfully maybe something might happen tonight. It was like a little goal of his now that he was over this entirely. Hopefully, this would be over with, and things would go back to normal where he wouldn’t have this thing over all of them.
And it would all end here. It would end at the Black Mask. Like Zoro wanted it to be. He sat in a little seat out of view of the entrance to the bar. He ordered his usual and sat quietly at side in a hidden location as he normally did. It would be a matter of time before Sanji got here and he could put his plan into action. He hoped that Sanji wouldn’t spot him because it would probably ruin the plan entirely. For the first time, he was feeling a little... unsure of how this was going to go. Everything had been improvised. From the beginning he had no plan. Luffy and Usopp had put the profile on his phone as an app to mess with Sanji, but Zoro ended up not giving up on it until the end.
This was the first time he had a plan and it had to stop. He knew it had to stop now. However, he didn’t know how it would end up working out. It was nearly the time that Sanji would come in and Zoro, despite looking calm and collected, was feeling a little unsure of how this would go. He watched out. He noticed a few of the regulars that he seen day in and day out but none of them were Sanji.
He kept checking his phone. The most recent video was fresh in his mind. He knew when he did what he was going to do that Sanji was going to deliver something incredible, but he had no idea about how amazing it would be. He must have watched it six or seven times before coming out today.
He hoped that he could end things tonight and get Sanji to hook up with him. Even if it was once. Never again. Once would be enough.
It was ten minutes before he noticed a particular blonde male come in. Sanji. He looked nervous but then again, this was probaby not his scene normally. Sanji didn’t seem the type who would frequent bars like this. Anyway, he headed straight for the bar and ordered a drink. Sanji then grabbed his phone and like clockwork, Zoro’s phone pinged.
S: I’m at the bar. Looking forward to meeting you <3
This was where the plan came into motion. He was going to convince Sanji to find a third person...just like he had suggested via Zoey earlier. Then, Zoro was going to appear at the bar and when Zoey doesn’t turn up, it’s just going to be them two together. Simple. Then she will fade into obscurity and Zoro’s curiosity will have been sated. It will be done and dusted.
Z: I’m running a little late.
Z: Why don’t you go find us a third?
Z: I’m sure with your pretty face you could find us a man.
He looked up watching Sanji’s reaction. He seemed to look around seeming a little bit uncomfortable with what is going on but then was right back onto his phone.
S: Sure
S: Just hurry. I can’t wait to see you <3
And then this was his queue. Zoro got up onto his feet and watched where Sanji was before he started to walk over there. He made sure to shove his phone into his pocket before so he didn’t lose it. Then, he stepped forward with the intention of going over but...a familiar voice got his attention instead.
“Zoro,”
Just as Zoro was about to turn the corner, he heard his name being called from behind. Turning his head quickly, he saw Robin standing there. He couldn’t ignore her. It would be pretty awkward if he did. Zoro had never seen her around since the first time but here she is. She’s wearing the exact same mask with the cat ears.
“Robin...”
Zoro turned away from Sanji and then went to Robin who approached him. She looked past him and looked towards Sanji.
“Didn’t realise this was his scene too...” She remarked with a smile on her face, “Were you going over to say hi to him?”
Zoro made a face at her. “Not at all. I don’t care for his company at all,”
The expression of Robin’s face seemed to be a little bit unreadable. Zoro was about to propose that he go and excuse himself, but Robin got close to him and placed her hand on the small of his back. This was seemingly quite bizarre which Zoro almost backed away from.
“I wonder who he’s here to meet…” She said with a voice of wonder but Zoro couldn’t help but feel as if she knew something. But that would be impossible, “Or maybe he’s looking to hook up with someone…haven’t you ever considered it?”
Zoro coughed, narrowing his eyes. Surely, she didn’t know… but how would she? No, she wouldn’t, “Hook up with him…? I can barely stand being in the room with him. I can’t imagine being in the same bed with him…” Zoro thought that Robin’s hand was a friendly gesture and nothing more; he wasn’t aware that what she was doing was slipping something out of his pocket, but he looked at her and tilted his head, “How about yourself? Do you and Franky need a third?
She could only laugh as she retracted her hand quickly and placed it in her handbag, “No. Of course not…he’s not my type either…I didn’t think he’d be the type to come here alone though so I think he must be meeting someone…” She chucked but nodded to him, “One of us should go say hello to him though…save him from being chatted up by creeps,”
Zoro turned his head to look back at Sanji and…oh.
Sanji had done exactly what Zoro had asked. The issue was…it was with another guy. There was another guy at the table. Zoro looked back at Robin before stepping to the side of them to watch the encounter. He hadn’t seen the man before. It wasn’t a regular. Although Zoro never spoke to anyone, he knew regular faces and knew who the asshole’s were and who weren’t. This guy...well, he didn’t know anything about him. But there was a feeling when the man placed his hand on the small of Sanji’s back. There was something weird about it. There was something that Zoro couldn’t place. However, he didn’t seem particularly unusal or out of the ordinary...there was nothing about him that seemed unnatural, but something felt off.
It was hard to read Sanji’s face. Sanji hadn’t exactly wanted to be involved in this idea but it being his final chance of redemption, he was grasping at straws. So, he watched Sanji do exactly what he didn’t want him to do in this moment, invite him to sit down. It appeared that Zoro must have been in a daze watching them because Robin looked at him and spoke. She placed her hand on Zoro’s shoulder.
“You better go save him,” She said, leaning to the side before looking away, “I better go see if Franky has set our room up. Go save our friend...”
Zoro didn’t say anything but turned to watch her leave. He reached quickly into his pocket when she was out for vision and... shit... where was his phone? He had to break the two of them up right away, but he couldn’t just go over there. Out of everyone, Sanji would not accept him breaking them up. Why would he? It wasn’t like Sanji liked him at all. Zoey could break them up. Zoey could likely tell him that she wasn’t coming anymore, and Sanji would likely lose all interest in that guy entirely (after all he’s only doing it so he can have a threesome with her) but...where was his phone? His original spot was unoccupied, and his phone wasn’t there. Did someone pick it up? He couldn’t panic but he couldn’t go over and say anything. He just had to watch. He just had to sit and watch…
———
The guy was making him sick. Sick with envy. A green as jealousy could be. As he sat there and sulked while watching the two men converse. Sanji looked in between making polite conversation, enjoying the conversation and then also being completely unsure. Zoro watched like a voyeuristic onlooker but brewing in perverse anger. Anger whenever the man would try to touch Sanji. That seemed to set him off each time. There was a slinking possibility that Zoro might not get to be the first man that Sanji sleeps with and that just...he couldn’t have that happen. Why was there a rage brewing inside? It wasn’t as if they were actually dating. If they were dating then he would have perfectly good reason to be jealous of this guy, but he was jealous just because he wanted to fuck Sanji. It was selfish. It was entirely selfish, but he couldn’t deny that protective feeling.
How the fuck did he lose his phone? That was another part of his brewing rage. He couldn’t even text Sanji covertly anymore. He couldn’t even tell Sanji she wasn’t coming anymore. Where he was watching was a little bit difficult to watch everything. He couldn’t watch everything due to his restricted viewing. He could only watch half of what was going on but something didn’t feel right. Maybe it was because the guy kept buying all the drinks, keeping them out of sight from Sanji until they were giving to him but Zoro felt like something strange was going on here. So, he continued to watch.
Zoro didn’t know how long he sat there in brewing rage until the two men got up but... something wasn’t right. Sanji wasn’t steady on his feet when he stood up. It was like he couldn’t stand up at all. It was as if Sanji was shitfaced drunk, but he had been watching them all night. Yeah, Sanji had a few drinks, but he didn’t have that many drinks that he wouldn’t be able to stand. But then again, Zoro hadn’t been watching the whole thing.
Something wasn’t right. But Zoro couldn’t jump in right away. He had to tail them from a distance, at least.
But, he managed to get up with the help of the other man but the good thing was that once he was up, he was up and able to walk out. That was when Zoro got up. He had an awful feeling about what was happening here so he got up and pushed past the crowds. It was starting to get busy now so he was having to push past dancers and people doing erotic things on the dancefloor. His heart hammered in his chest. Something wasn’t right.
Finally, Zoro was met with the cold of the street. The smell of smoke from the people enjoying the cool of the air. Zoro looked around before heading down the street. He...didn’t know where they were heading but there were more bars and restaurants down this way. Maybe they were going back to the Baratie as Sanji’s apartment was at the top of the restaurant. Adrenaline ran through his body.
The need to protect Sanji from any creeps in the bar was all Zoro knew. The irony of that was lost on him as he wondered down the street. Once he was away from the music, he was able to hear more clearly which was apart the time he was able to hear it. The sounds of a struggle down one of the alleyways as he got closer. It felt like his heart stopped.
“Shh..”
A voice hushed another. He got close to the alleyway and listened.
“Stop struggling...you’ve been eyeing me up like a slut since I spoke to you...”
The harsh words felt like sandpaper to Zoro’s ears. He moved to peer into the alleyway and as soon as he saw it, he saw red and nothing else. He found Sanji and the mysterious man but this man obviously had nefarious intentions as he was holding Sanji up against the wall who was struggling to stand. It made sense now. Him hiding the drinks, Sanji not being able to stand...this man had been intending on having his way with him since he found him and now...Zoro wouldn’t stand for it.
Zoro didn’t care. He stepped into the alleyway and immediately went up to them. He didn’t hide the fact he saw them. When Zoro’s footsteps made their way to the man’s ears, he turned and looked at him.
“Mind your own fucking bus-”
He didn’t finish his sentence when Zoro grabbed him and punched him acorss the face. He fell back but Zoro wasn’t finished there when he kicked him on the ground. He would have done worse. Oh god he wanted to hurt this man so bad. How dare he try and do such a thing? Zoro would have done so much worse. Oh, he could have killed the man for what he was about to do but he stopped himself from doing anything more.
Zoro leaned down and grabbed him by the hair, “Unless you want your face rearranged, I suggest you take your pathetic rapist ass out of here,”
And the man didn’t need to be told twice. He ran away as soon as Zoro let go of him. Zoro watched for a second, trying to catch his bearings before he looked down towards Sanji.
“Sanji...
Zoro stood there in that dark alleyway watching the blonde as he sat against the alleyway wall. It was hard to explain how he felt in that moment as he watched him just...stare. Zoro knew had he not been tailing them then something bad would have happened to Sanji and he didn’t even want to think about what that bad thing was. Sanji’s hands wouldn’t stop shaking when he tried to light up his own cigarette. Sanji looked like an absolutely mess. His eyes were blown out and his lids were hooded. His hands were shaking. His jaw was clenching and grinding (which made Zoro cringe every time he heard the awful scraping of his teeth against eachother. He didn’t even acknowledge Zoro’s existence as a shaky hand lit up a cigarette.
Waiting a few moments with breath, Zoro took another step, “Sanji... Are you...” He made the mistake of reaching his hand out which caused Sanji to shoot a gaze at him before weakly slapping his hands away.
“Don’t you dare touch me, mosshead,” he said with his head against the wall as he turned his head. Sanji was clearly a little out of, “I’m not a damsel who needs rescuing,”
“Had I not came in...” Zoro didn’t feel as if he needed to say what would happen. Sanji was well aware of what would happen. So, instead, Zoro sat next to him on the ground. Sanji’s head lulled to the side looking straight ahead with the cigarette in his mouth. He was so out of it. The effects of the roofies obviously still in his system. This had...not been the plan.
No. This was not the plan, and this wasn’t even fair. He had wanted to end this whole thing differently. He sat for a few minutes reflecting on the whole thing. This was not how he had wanted his evening to end. Now, because of him, Sanji nearly got...
No, he didn’t want to think about it anymore. He didn’t want to think about it. This whole thing had been a mistake. A disaster. A mistake from the start to ending. He ended up getting lost in it. Getting lost in Sanji, someone who he didn’t even see eye to eye with but someone who’s body offered him hours and hours of eye candy till he forgot about the person in front of him.
He had to tell him. Zoro knew looking at Sanji that he had to come clean about the whole thing. Perhaps it was the lack of self-awareness on Zoro’s part to see that what he’d been doing this whole time was just as bad or it was the sudden realisation that he nearly got Sanji raped in an alleyway but regardless of that, Zoro knew he had to admit to what happened to him right now.
But not right now. Sanji was in too much of a terrible state. The man was grinding his teeth and nearly falling asleep. So, Zoro sat next to him to stop him from doing that.
“What were you doing in the bar?” Zoro asked, as if he didn’t know the answer.
“It doesn’t matter,” Sanji answered rather sharply closing his eyes for a second and before taking another puff of his cigarette, “What were you doing there?”
“I go there most nights,” There was no point lying about it. He might as well be up front, “I don’t...do anything but I watch what’s going on. It’s not something I’m embarrassed about if that was supposed to be a gotcha moment,”
Sanji didn’t say anything for a second (mostly because he was taking another puff) but then he spoke again, “Anyway...It doesn’t matter anymore. I just want to go home now,”
“You live upstairs from the baratie, don’t you,” Zoro said, tilting his head towards Sanji who nodded, “Because I live down the street. I can’t let you go home like this. You can barely stand,”
A silence fell over them for a moment. Sanji was surely going to say no. After an incident like that, Sanji shouldn’t trust a man to walk home with him again. But, Sanji lifted his head up and placed the cigarette in his lips again, “Do what you want. I don’t care. I just want to go to sleep,”
Enthusiastic. But at least it wasn’t complete refusual. He just couldn’t see himself letting Sanji go home like this on his own and it would just be quicker to go back to his own apartment.
“Do you think you can stand...or do I have to carry you?” Zoro said as he moved himself to get up to his face. Standing up, he reached his hand out to Sanji who batted it away...again
“I can walk myself, asshole,” Sanji said but his attempt at getting up was...fruitless. It wasn’t great. He was almost completely unable to get his legs to work. He needed Zoro’s help but was too stubborn to ask him. He already felt highly embarrassed that Zoro had to step in because he didn’t notice this man putting pills in his drinks. How stupid could he be? How blind could he be that he didn’t see Sanji had his drink spiked by something like that.
“Come on...don’t be stubborn...” Zoro reached forward to help Sanji stand which he accepted...reluctantly but he accepted it nonetheless. Reluctantly, Sanji got up to his feet with Zoro’s assistance who wrapped Sanji’s arm around his shoulder so that he could balance on him. Once they were stable, Zoro started walking onward, making sure to lead the walk.
“My place isn’t that far away,” Zoro said, as if it was supposed to reassure him, “Just...lean onto me please,”
Truthfully, Zoro’s place was not far away from where they were currently, and it only took them ten minutes. There was little to no talking between them. Not that Zoro had anything to talk about. It only occurred to Zoro in that moment that they never spoke in other circumstances. They would only talk at the Baratie when Luffy forced him to go to the restaurant and previous to this, they never spoke. Zoro never had any positive feelings for Sanji...not till now anyway.
Getting them up the stairs was difficult but once they were, Zoro made it straight to his apartment and right over to his bedroom. He sat Sanji on his bed. Zoro looked at him for a second and god, he looked awful.
“Please...don’t smoke here,” Zoro said before taking his jacket off. Sanji barely acknowledged him as he just sat with his hands in his head, “I’ll just get you some water...”
Zoro momentarily went away to get a glass of water from the kitchen. When he returned back, he sat next to Sanji on the bed and handed him the water. His hands were still shaking. Zoro frowned. Another reminder that his was his fault. If he hadn’t done what he had done then Sanji wouldn’t have nearly been raped. That was on him and he didn’t know how to tell him that. He had to...tomorrow anyway. He couldn’t tell him now because he wouldn’t take it in. Or he would be even more pissed off and probably try to leave and hurt himself.
This situation was so fucked right now. He was sitting on bed with Sanji thinking about all of this when Sanji hunches a little to the side. It would have been find if it was the other side but it was a problem. It was Zoro’s side. He rested his head on Zoro’s shoulder as he sat there and drank water. Zoro couldn’t help but turn his head to the side to look at him.
But Zoro didn’t say anything. He just looked to the front of them and sat there. He didn’t want to bother him by telling him not to do that, but he couldn’t help but feel...weird. He had seen Sanji so vulnerable. He had made this man do things that were dirty all for the purposes of whatever the sick game was he was playing with him. He didn’t think about it because it was all on a screen.
But seeing Sanji feel so down and out right now was...making him feel weird. For the first time, Zoro began to feel truly remorseful, and he didn’t really know what to about it anymore.
“Sanji...” He nudged the blonde, “I think you need to sleep...”
No response. Sanji didn’t have his eyes often and he was breathing softly. He had already fallen asleep. Zoro looked at him for a second. He could stay here...or he could get Sanji settled in bed and he could sleep on the sofa elsewhere.
“Sanji...I’m going to put you on the bed,”
His face moved as if he picked up on what Zoro was saying but didn’t have any objections. Zoro wrapped his arm around Sanji’s waist. Before this, he had been dreaming about holding onto his waist. Fucking him and holding onto that grabbable waist but now, he was just focused about getting Sanji into bed as he tried to hold him so he could get him onto the bed. There was slight grumbling with Zoro ignored them. He laid Sanji on his side, worried that he might throw up and choke if he didn and placed the covers over him. There was little acknowledgement but Sanji moved to get himself more comfortable so at least that was that. Zoro placed the covers over him and then stood back.
“I’ll be in the living room if you need anything...”
Zoro then decided to turn away from and leave the room. He went into the living room which wasn’t too far away. He only lived by himself in a one bedroom apartment so everything was pretty close together.
As he sat on the sofa, he couldn’t help but have those unwanted thoughts plague his mind. His intentions had been to end this. For the most part, it was over with. Zoro knew it was over. After having your life put in danger like that, why would you continue to stick around someone? Sanji seemed absolutely done with it as well. He wanted to get Sanji in a different way but this almost seemed unfair. This was awful.
And Zoro knew it had done the worst thing he could have possibility ever done. It was tonight that was that rude awaking as his hands went into his head. He had to tell Sanji. When Sanji wakes up and feels a little better, he’s going to tell him man to man. Sanji will probably hate him and he knows for a fact that Sanji will probably flip out but he would feel much better knowing that this wasn’t going to happen again.
Those thoughts followed him until he fell sleep, sitting up at the couch with his hand in his head.
———
The next day rolled around like a bad dream. Waking up so suddenly in the morning when the light began to shun into Zoro’s eyes. He slept in an awkward position with one hand holding his head as he leaned against the arm of the chair. He stretched his arms out before willing himself to stand up. He listened out to hear any movement in his bedroom, but he didn’t hear anything. He silently approached the bedroom and listened, and he heard nothing. He opened the door only to see that Sanji was still fast asleep in his bed.
Zoro knew he needed to go out for a run to clear his head so he went to grab his running gear from the room. He grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and wrote a note to leave by the bedside.
Sanji,
I’m going out for a run.
Zoro.
Zoro placed it sitting just leaning against the glass of water next to the bedside before taking his stuff to the bathroom to go and get dressed and ready for his run. He needed to do this. When Sanji woke up, he would have to talk to him about this whole thing, so he needed to get his head straight before this. So, that was what he did. He went out for his usual morning run as per normal. It was just around the block. It was still really early that the sun was shining on his face as he tried to concentrate. However, he was still distracted. He was distracted by his thoughts.
Part of him wanted this to disappear silently. Maybe Zoey could just ghost him and that could be the end of it.
Oh, he didn’t know. Honestly, how did this get so far to begin with?
His run was shorter than normal. He ended up halving it so he could make it back home. He was worried that if he left it any longer then Sanji would leave and he wouldn’t have a chance to tell him. So, he ran back home and back up the stairs. When he got back, Sanji was still in bed and sleeping. Fine. He was still there.
Zoro went and had a shower and got dressed into some casual clothes. He would wait all day for Sanji to get up. He had all the time in the world. He was drying his hair with the towel when he suddenly heard a knock at the door.
Luffy. It was probably Luffy. Luffy is the only one who would turn up unannounced.
He dropped the towel on the bathroom floor before walking down the hallway to open the door. He was expecting Luffy there but instead, he got a surprise.
“Nami?”
Nami was standing there. She didn’t look happy.
“You lied to me, Zoro,”
She pushed herself inside and Zoro stood back. Oh shit. So, Nami knew all over again and this was the worse timing for it too.
“What do you mean?” Shit. He needed to contain this. Not here and not right now.
“You lied to me!” She wasn’t just mad. She was furious. There were tears in her eyes. She lashed a hand out to hit him but Zoro moved out the way, “I trusted you to do the right thing and you didn’t,”
“Nami please...not here...please...” Zoro tried to hush her. He turned his attention to see if Sanji had woken up. He hadn’t. There was still no stirring from that room. He was still asleep, “How the hell to you know that? I promised to remove the profile. I don’t know what else you want me to do,”
“But you didn’t,” Suddenly, Nami threw something at him. He looked at the ground at what she had just thrown at him. It was his phone. His sins lay bare in front of him, “Robin took it off of you last night. Franky found a way to get in. We have seen everything. Everything,”
Everything. Every sick and twisted thing that had ever been done. It was on display now. Zoro could only stare at his phone that lay on the ground. The harbinger of the perverse things he had done.
Zoro didn’t know what to say.
“I’m going to tell him. I’m going to the Baratie now and I’m going to tell him. If he’s not there, I’m going to find Sanji and-”
“And what?”
Suddenly, a voice broke their argument and both of them snapped their heads around. Sanji was standing there in the hallway. He looked so dishevelled right now and exhausted. He was rubbing the back of his neck. Both Nami and Zoro looked at him as if they had just seen a ghost. Then, Nami said the words that Zoro didn’t want her to because he wanted to be the one to say it.
“Sanji, the reason I didn’t approve of you and Zoey...,”
“Nami stop it,” Zoro looked at her. He wanted to be the one to tell him, “Let m-”
“Zoey is Zoro!”

Hi! I’m not the anon who asked but I hope it’s okay that I was also inspired by your art!
“Someone get a doctor for Zoro!”
“You are a doctor!?”
“What’d that idiot do now?” Sanji yelled over the collective voices of the crew, stomping out of the gallery, as everyone tired to explain why Zoro was laying out cold on the deck.
“SAJIIII” Chopper wailed, “Zoro got hit!”
“By who… or what!?” Sanji exclaimed in surprise, kicking him somewhat gently as if that would get him to shake off whatever was going on with him. “Why is he like that?”
“Some Devil Fruit user, she said Zoro was now living his perfect life in his dreams, that by the time he woke up, if he woke up, the world would have already moved on without him.”
Sanji made a confused sound.
“Apparently,” Nami interrupted solemnly, “his dreams right now are so powerful he’s not gonna be able to wake up… for years… or he may never wake up… depends on how “impossible” the dream life is. The less likely to occur in real life their dreams are, the less likely the victim will try to break through the illusion.”
“Yeah, but this is mosshead- he’s never gonna give up on actually achieving his drea-”
Sanji’s throat felt raw, like he’d just inhaled smoke for the first time.
“Kuina… Kuina, his parents too… they could be alive in his dreams right now.” He swallowed, “That’s a pretty impossible dream to fight against. If he’s not aware he’s fighting an enemy… that could be enough to keep him from questioning things…”
Everyone’s faces were wary as they looked at Luffy.
“Then we’ll have to make him remember why this life is the life worth living! Chopper figure out a way for us to communicate with the Zoro stuck in his head, stat!”
“Aye Captain!” Chopper yelled and ran off to do just that, Franky and Ussop trailing after him, all yelling ideas.
Sanji bent down and scooped the living grass stain over his shoulder, dutifully following after their doctor with his most stubborn patient in tow.
Three days later Chopper, Franky, and Ussop, with some help from Robin (who had a greater understanding of the mind than the common man) had put together a device that would theoretically allow for one of them to beak through to the Marimo.
“Now,” Chopper said with thinly veiled anticipation, “we just need to decide whose gonna go in.”
Luffy was about to answer when Sanji surprised everyone, including himself, by volunteering.
Luffy looked at him with a seriousness that only came once in a blue moon.
“You sure, Sanji?”
“Yea, Captain, I’m sure.”
Luffy smiled at him, softly, like he was proud and Sanji felt himself shifting back and forth where he stood as Chopper explained everything to him.
“Go in, find him, convince him to break the dream, then get out, okay? No dilly dallying, we don’t know what time will seem like to you in there, best to come back as soon as possible, alright?”
Sanji nodded, the gas mask rubbing against his cheek bones as he did so and then, everything was dark.
Sanji woke up to the sound of the ocean, and rocking waves under a boat. He glanced up and saw the Baratie… but no, not quite. A ship that was very similar though, filled his gaze as he blinked up at it.
“What the hell?” He muttered to himself, “really hope we didn’t just send me into my own dreams.”
He stood up and brushed himself off, not willing to be all mucked up even in the stupid swordsman’s head.
He looked at the ocean and his breath stuttered. Despite never having been he knew it as if he had been born from the waves themselves. He was staring at the All Blue.
“Why would the Mosshead dream of the All Blue?” He questioned out loud, “well I guess this could be the spot we all settle down after we all retire…” he mused, “no one, not even this crew can be pirates forever I suppose, not unless you die at sea…”
Sanji continued to stare out at the horizon, trying to wrap his head around everything he was seeing.
Sanji shook his head, “Gotta stay focused,” he reminded himself, “get the Marimo, get out. Get the Marimo, get out.”
He repeated the mantra to himself as he swung open the doors, the mantra immediately flying out of his head as he saw who was inside.
Inside was their entire crew, older but still healthy and whole, and most importantly, with happiness was eched in the lines of their faces.
Additionally, many of their friends gathered around the restaurant, the original Baratie’s crew along with other faces he didn’t know coming in and out of the kitchens with a never ending amount of food in their hands, Zeff’s voice calling out orders.
He began walking towards the kitchen when he paused, seeing a beautiful woman with short black hair holding Wano.
Kuina, he thought desperately. They had been right. She was alive here. Sanji was sort of surprised to find her without Zoro, though she wasn’t alone.
She sat with Zoro’s Sensei along with an older man with tealish hair and a beautiful woman with hair nearly the same shade as Zoro’s.
He walked over and all four smiled up at him.
“Sanji” Terra, if he remembered correctly, said kindly, “did you enjoy our gift? It was approved by both your mother and father so I felt pretty confident.”
Sanji choked up, “Yes, thank you. It was wonderful.” He lied.
He thoughts raced.
Why would she be giving him a gift and-somewhere in this dream, his mother was here. He wondered if he’d also get to meet Bellemere, Banchina, and Olvia at some point, or at least how’d Zoro would imagine them to be.
How unbearablely kind Zoro was, hidden away in his own head, his greatest dreams bringing back dead loved one’s not even his own.
“Oh good, I’m so glad. You heading back up?”
Sanji nodded, desperately, needing to get away to try and stay focused, but then Zeff’s voice called out again, stealing Sanji’s attention once more.
Sanji knew he should find the Mosshead but decided to steal just a glance inside the kitchens first, wondering if he’d see his mother.
Deciding it was best if he didn’t, he was here to free Zoro, not get trapped himself after all, he planned to quickly walk through it and avoid everyone inside.
He’d find Zoro immediately after, he swore to himself. Just one glance.
The kitchen was beautiful, exactly as he’d wish it to be.
He was caught up in it all when Zeff’s gruff voice started him.
“Thought I told you to keep out today, already let you come in for breakfast, you shouldn’t be here for lunch as well” the man who raised him said with a frown and a raised eyebrow.
Sanji went to defend himself, even though he wasn’t sure for what when Zeff grinned at him with a sense of conspiracy in it, “thought you might get “hungry” at some point” he shoved a tray into his hands, “go back up and eat with the broccoli head alright, and don’t come back until dinner.”
Sanji would have argued on principle but purposefully ignored the comment about bringing food to Zoro -what was he in this dream? A personal server?- and decided to take a moment to commit his father’s older features to memory before pointedly rolling his eyes and quickly heading up the stairs behind the kitchen to avoid getting kicked.
Or he tried to anyways, since every step he took felt like it extended the staircase by other two steps.
Sanji stomped on the stairs his foot flaring up, “Let me up,” he hissed in anger.
The stair case shook under him, perhaps in anger of its own.
“I will dismantle you board by board and then sky walk up if you do not let me find him, do you understand? I will rip this entire boat apart bit by bit if I need to.”
It shook once more violently and then settled down and allowed him to climb up.
There were several doors but Sanji stalked ahead to the last door, instinctively knowing that was Zoro was but- he paused and slowed down and looked at all the photos and news clippings hung up on the wall.
There was a picture of Zoro, covered in blood but with a victorious grin, Mihawk walking out of frame.
There was a clipping about all the vaccines Chopper had created and another about all the discoveries Robin had under her belt.
There was a bounty poster with Pirate King Luffy D. Monkey plastered on it with larger than life letter.
Another clipping showed Nami’s published book of maps and there were pictures of this new restaurant’s opening, Brook on tour, Ussop and Kaya getting married, Franky and the Thousand Sunny and one of Jinbei on an island he didn’t recognize but was filled with other fish people and humans, all smiling joyfully.
Everything in this dream was beautiful and Sanji felt a pain at the idea of destroying it.
But it wasn’t real and Mosshead needed to come home so he squared his shoulders and soldiered on, tray still in his hand as he opened that last door in the hall.
He stopped in surprise at the scene before him.
A clearly older Zoro, hair streaked in grey was standing, swaying in the middle of the room, an older Sanji wrapped around his shoulders, dancing with him.
He couldn’t see Zoro’s face but the dream Sanji’s expression was vulturous, long blonde locks framing his smirking expression and the single gold earring dangling from his ear.
Zoro’s earring was dangling from dream Sanji’s ear.
Sanji stared, shell shocked.
Other Sanji trailed his fingers over Zoro’s shoulder and Sanji snapped out of his shock and cleared his throat.
The other Sanji’s visible eye glowed yellow and Zoro acted as if he heard nothing out of the ordinary.
“Mosshead?”
Nothing.
“Marimo.”
Still silence.
“Zoro.”
That got a twitch from Zoro and a scowl from the other Sanji.
He stalked up to the pair and ripped the other Sanji away from Zoro. Zoro growled at him, eyes flashing before a confused look settled over his features and he glanced between the two Sanji’s
“Ignore him,” Sanji said, “focus on me.”
“Why would he choose you over his husband”the other Sanji asked snootily.
Sanji froze in his tracks, jaw slack.
“He’s right,” Zoro said with a shrug, “I don’t know what you are but I don’t appreciate you wearing my husband’s face.” He raised one of his three swords, in warning, that had been resting on the wall and Sanji thought he looked off without Wano by his side.
Sanji glared, “Don’t tell me not to wear my own face you utter moron and don’t be a dolt, he’s not your husband, Zoro, he’s-” Sanji took a deep breath, “just part of a dream. You were hit by a Devil Fruit user.”
Sanji grabbed him by the shoulders, resisting the urge to shake him.
The other Sanji interjected, “Don’t listen to the interloper Marimo, he’s clearly just a nuisance that we need to get rid of.”
“Shut up!” Sanji yelled at him, spiting venom at his fake self. “Mosshead, I need you to listen to me, none of this is real and you need to wake up.”
Zoro glared back, “What the hell are you on about?”
“You heard me, I know, trust me, I understand not wanting to leave loved ones behind, so understand how hard it must be to hear, but this dream is filled with things you want but feel you can’t have or you haven’t achieved yet but that doesn’t mean you should stay here. Even though Luffy is the Pirate King here, everyone’s dreams have been met, everyone’s loved ones, your parents, Kuina are alive. And, uh” Sanji gestured back at the other him, “uh, that’s uh happening but Zoro,”
Zoro’s eye fixed on him and Sanji felt nervous in a way he couldn’t expand.
“Zoro look at the color of his eyes.”
Zoro glanced over and he frowned, sorrow eched in his brow as he a realization settled on his face.
The other Sanji began to argue but Sanji kicked him away.
“Everything is seemingly beautiful and wonderful and perfect here but it’s not real. You need to come home, with me. Please.”
Zoro stared down at him and Sanji felt small, stuck in his gaze.
“It’s our anniversary,” Zoro muttered, gruffly and almost unaware of what he was saying.
Ah, that explained a lot about the dream thus far, didn’t it?
And it made Sanji think.
He grabbed Zoro by the face and drew him in, their foreheads touching.
“Listen here you sentient ball of moss, here’s what’s going to happen. You are going to wake the fuck up, and if after we wake up and you think about it throughly and you still want me, not perfect dream me, but me as I am, then we can see where things go and maybe one day we’ll also have an anniversary but on nearly any day other than whatever day this is and it’ll be real and not- this and you’ll become the worlds greatest swordsman, I’ll find the All Blue, all of our crew will achieve their dreams, Luffy will become King of the Pirates but we need to go back for it all to happen, really happen. We need you so come back to us.”
Other Sanji got up and began to stalk towards them as the building began to shake.
“Please!”
“You can’t have him!” Other Sanji screeched, “He belongs here, with me!”
“Zoro!”
Zoro laughed, and it was somehow both sorrowful and joyful all at once and it echoed around as the “restaurant” started falling apart around them, “Don’t worry curly, I’ll see you on the other side.”
Other Sanji tried to grab at Zoro but he dodged out of his grasp, “In fact, I bet I wake up before you!”
Sanji laughed despite himself, “We’ll see about that!”
And with that, they both woke up in the infirmary, at the exact same time.
After glaring Zoro down as Chopper checked him over, Sanji went to make dinner and if he made more of Zoro’s favorites than usual, well no one was stupid enough to point it out.
Once dinner was cleared and the dishes cleaned Sanji went out to smoke.
Zoro walked up after him and leaned up against the rail next to him.
“You know, it’s interesting that you imagined me with longer hair.”
“Oh? Why’s that?”
“I looked a lot like my Mom like that, I think. He would have hated the long hair on me I think, long hair might be regal on a king, I guess but out of place on a prince.” Sanji said with poorly disguised frustration, his past a sore subject even if he was healing from it.
Zoro hummed, “Yeah, well sounds like you got all your pretty from your mom. Not at all from him.”
Sanji snorted, “You don’t even know what Judge looks like.”
“Do too.”
“How’s that?”
“Robin showed me a portrait, in a book. So I’d know who to beat up if we ever run into them again. Hard to believe you’re related.”
“Hmm?”
“He’s ugly, you’re not. So it’s not much of a surprise you look like your mom.”
Sanji couldn’t help but fall into giggles. Zoro looked proud of himself.
“Soooo…”
“So?” Sanji questioned.
“Did you mean it?”
“Zorooo,” Sanji drawed out, “I said to think about it throughly.”
Zoro grinned at him, boyishly, the way he use to before Thriller Bark, before the two years apart.
“Never thought I’d have a chance, but sounds like I do, don’t really need to think about it anymore than that.”
Sanji breathed in sharply through his nose and then leaned over and rested his weight on Zoro.
“Hmm, well, I suppose you could take me out on a date.”
“Oh you suppose?”
“Mhmm, but it better be the best date I’ve ever been on.” Sanji teased him, grinning at him.
Zoro grinned back, “Oh just you wait, curly, I’m gonna sweep you off your fucking feet.”
Sanji laughed, delighted.

Sweet dreams
Here’s another idea that’s lately stuck in my head.
Zoro ends up in a coma because of a devil fruit user that forces their victims to stay asleep by showing them the most beautiful dreams. The only way to get free of this is for the victim to want to wake up. The thing is, it’s not easy. They want to prolong this dream as much as possible. Because of that, some of them stay asleep for years.
The straw hats decide to help Zoro wake up by finding a way to get inside his mind.
When they finally figure out how to do it, Sanji volunteers to help.
He thought he knew what to expect. That damn Marimo wanted to be the best swordsman. Obviously, Luffy is the pirate king and all the straw hats reached their goals. Kuina is also alive. It all makes sense. He is surprised however when he finds out that in this dream Zoro and Sanji are married, old, and they live together on All Blue.

Law never felt the need to compete with Zoro. Yet he never thought it would take an alliance with Luffy to bring that flame of jealousy. But his stoic demeanor masked any emotions that hinted at vulnerability.
Of course you were connected to Zoro. You were part of the same crew. It would only make sense that everyone was close. You and that green haired swordsman were no different.
It was dinnertime. The rest of the crew has left from the table leaving you, Zoro, and Law alone. Despite having a little too much to drink, Zoro doesn't become wild and boisterous. In fact, the more jovial side of him comes to light.
Law tries to stomach the rest of what's on his plate but yet again, he was met with the sensation of bitterness while observing the easy rapport between you and Zoro.
Perhaps it was the way you and Zoro effortlessly made each other laugh. Or the shared glances that spoke volumes without uttering a word. Whatever it was, Law couldn't deny that a part of him yearned for a similar relationship with you. A relationship that went beyond strategic allies.
Standing up from your spot next to Zoro, gripping your empty plate and bringing it to the kitchen to clean. Law's eyes inadvertly diverted to you. Dressed for the New World weather, a tank top and shorts clung to your form, practically begging for him to get an eyeful. Sanji came from the adjacent hallway and stopped you. "I got it love." he told you.
You handed your plate to Sanji as he flashed his charming grin your way. Making your way back to the table, Law tried to look elsewhere as his eyes lingered a little too long, but was met with Zoro's gaze as he took a swing of his bottle.
Law hastily averted his eyes, realizeing he'd been caught, now pretending to be engrossed with the scraps on his plate, finishing them. He felt the weight of Zoro's fixed look, a subtle tension hung in the air mixed with a bit of awkwardness.
He smirked, confirming his suspicions.
He didn't have anything against Law. But there was something nagging in the back of his mind. Law is strong. Zoro knew that. His devil fruit power and intelligence make him a force to be reckoned with. And as a fellow swordsman, Zoro respected him. Hell, he was even attractive. But Zoro knew that Law was not giving him a run for his money.

"I could take you both."
That one comment you made was the catalyst for the position you were in now.
You didn't even mean it like that. It was just a joke. Right?
Sometimes you liked to get under Zoro's skin, playfully teasing him about his abilities as a swordsman. As if you could effortlessly do better. But his agitation never failed to amuse you. And now with Law here and knowing he's a swordsman too in his own right, it just came out. You didn't mean it and you certain didn't expect them to call your bluff.
"Oh yeah?" Zoro inquired.
It was silent for a moment, then you realized that not only Zoro was looking at you, but also Law. "Why are you both looking at me like that?"
"You ever had a threesome?" Zoro asked, ever so blunt.
Your cheeks immediately heated up. A palpable tension gripped the room as his unexpected, provocative question hung in the air. Law, normally composed, raising an eyebrow. He's not opposed to the idea, just surprised that Zoro brought it up.
"Wait...that's not.." you stammered, attemping to regain control of the situation. Law had an unreadble expression, and you wonder why he wasn't speaking up on your behalf.
Zoro took one last swing from his bottle and used his thumb to wipe the excess sake off his lower lip, which was in some strange way, seductive. "If you haven't noticed, we both have a certain..admiration towards you."
Law took a hold of his chair so that he could fully turn it to face you.
Your heart was thundering in your chest. Two both very strong, powerful, gorgeous men. And they both wanted you. Law hasn't spoken yet, but his body langauage says it all.
They were both special, in their own way. You liked them more than you'd like to admit. More than what was professional. But yes, you have thought of both of them in that way. However, it was always separate. The idea of a threesome never entered your mind. And now the opportunity was staring at you right in the face.
"Do you...want us to have a threesome?" you asked.
Law finally broke his silence, his tone deadpan. "Not the worst thing in the world."
He shot Zoro a look. Zoro returned a half smirk, satisifed with the answer. An unspoken agreement between them.
"Right here, right now?" you inquired.
Well, you didn't say 'no'.
"My bed might be better." Zoro shrugged.
Law's cheeks lifted as he had a closed mouth grin that stretched from ear to ear. The two men stood up simultaneously and with calculated precision, a blue spherical aura formed from the palm of his hand around the perimeter where he held absolute control.
Shambles.
In an instant, you were now in the bedroom. The king sized bed stood front and center and you felt your breath quickening. Law stood leaning against the doorframe, Zoro was a couple feet ahead.
They striked you as intimidating, although they probably weren't trying to be.
"So if I said yes, how would this work?" you asked. Law found his eyes turning to Zoro, who didn't mind explaining.
"Whatever you're comfortable with. It's all up to you. And this could be a one time thing, if you want."
The room was dark. The only light was from the moon making its way through the window, softly illuminating their features.
Law turned back to you, agreeing with his answer.
Zoro approached your first, his hands settling on your waist and dipped his head down into your neck and his breath fanned over your ear. "So what's it gonna be? You gonna let us show you a good time?"
Law watched as Zoro pressed a kiss to your shoulder and you visibly melted against him. He could see the moment when you made your decision. Your hands made your way around to his back and broad shoulders.
Zoro purposefully didn't want to do too much, allowing you to really make the first move. You pressed your lips against his and immediately kissed back, his grip on your waist tightened and his tongue grazed your bottom lip, causing you to moan. That made him smile.
He knew exactly what to do and your heart was pounding in your chest. With his hands on your waist, Zoro spun you around and now you were met face-to-face with Law, sans hat.
You never even heard him come behind you.
Zoro settled against your back and Law observed you as you looked up at him through your lashes, lips slightly puffy already. He'd never seen anything more beautiful. Zoro wrapped his arms around you and kissed the side of your neck. This whole thing was making Law dizzy. It was new for him too.
The two men weren't the type to want to share. But it seems as if they put their pride to the side for the time being and work together.
Law stepped closer, cupping your face before planting a kiss on you. He was a little softer than Zoro. Careful and cautious, as if any mistake would make you change your mind.
Zoro's teeth skimmed over your neck and you let out a moan at the feeling of him already hard behind you. You began to fumble with the buttons of Law's black shirt, anxious to get it off to explore the chest he was always slightly revealing.
Zoro chuckled against your neck. "Looks like someone's impatient."
You smiled against Law's lips and he used his hands to push his shirt off his shoulders. Your hands explored from his neck, to his abdomen, to finally the sensitive skin just above his belt.
Something switched in Law because suddenly his tattooed hand came around your neck and he pulled you away by an inch. You open your eyes and see his dark hair covering parts of his eyes. "No teasing." he stated. Even Zoro was taken aback by the sudden change of pace.
"Well this just got way more fun."
Zoro pushed your shorts and panties down and his hand immediately went to your slick pussy. He rubbed on it for a second before slipping a finger in, at the same time, peckering your shoulder with kisses instead of your neck due to the fact that Law's hand was still around it. You moaned at his motions, then biting your bottom lip to keep yourself as composed as possible.
Law's eyes flickered to where you had your lip in between your teeth, pressing a kiss to them in retaliation, eating up your sounds of pleasure.
You pressed your back further against Zoro's chest and he groaned. "Fuck," he pulled away form you. "Suck Law off while I get a better feel, yeah?"
They both let you go, Law going up on the bed, undoing his belt as you followed, getting on all fours as you waitied patiently for them.
After ridding himself of his clothes, Zoro made his way behind you, hands massaging your ass and he was breathing hard enough for you to feel it on your skin.
As soon as Law released his dick from his pants, you grabbed it with one hand and licked the tip.
"What did I tell you about teasing?"
Zoro chuckled slightly as he slipped two fingers inside you and you moaned against Law's tip, moving forward to get more of his length in your mouth. The vibrations drove Law crazy and his fingers were laced in your hair.
Zoro rested his weight on one hand and used the other to finger you. The sensation of him plunging in and out was about to make your legs start quivering. The sounds of your squelching pussy was enough to make Zoro go faster and he feels you clenched around him.
Zoro decides that he needs a real feel and pulls his fingers out. Lining up his own cock with your entrance, he slowly but surely pushes himself in. You weren't expecting that but by no means were you complaining. You let out a pleasurable sound, letting him know it felt good, sucking harder on Law as a result. His fingers tightened their grip in your hair as he bucked his hips forward to meet your mouth, meeting every thrust from Zoro.
You felt that feeling in the pit of your stomach and released Law's cock with a 'pop'. Focusing on your own orgasm as it came without warning, it shook through your body, toes curling as you moaned pretty loudly. Zoro, gritting his teeth, continued his motions until you stopped shaking.
He then pulled out with a grin. His dick shiny.
Your body, sensitive from the orgasm worked out of you, fell slightly limp. You flipped onto your back were about to put your and Zoro assisted in lifting your legs up, resting them on his shoulders as he kneeled at the edge of the bed, knowing you might not be able to hold them up on your own.
Zoro got settled in between your thighs. Although he had no problem with the previous position, he wanted to see you.
He dips his head and meets your throbbing pussy with his tongue. His eyes glance up at you with that mischevous look. A look that would make you squeal like a fangirl. In an attempt to avert your gaze out of shyness, you throw your head back, gripping the sheets, and he held your thighs to keep you in place.
Law didn't know what was coming next as Zoro seemingly took the lead, but wasted no time in improvising. He got on the other side and pressed his mouth to yours, in a spiderman kiss position, silencing your moans from Zoro's actions. His fingers toyed with the hem of your shirt as if to request to take it off. To acknowledge him, you began to lift it above your head and Law took it off the rest of the way.
Easy for him, you weren't wearing a bra, so he didn't have to worry about trying to take that off too.
His hands begin to knead your breasts while Zoro continues to eat you out, sucking on your puffy flesh while intermittently using his tongue with pressure. Despite both men going slow, you orgasm again from overstimulation.
It was obvious to Zoro that Law was a bit more wound up, and as the three of you momentarily caught your breath, he motioned for the older guy to come over and take his place. With you on your back, only one of them could fuck you at a time. Law, now completely naked, then took his place in between your legs, that were still flexed in the air, and Zoro got comfortable on the bed.
"You doing okay?" Law questioned as he stroked his dick in anticipation.
"Yeah." you breathed out, dizzy, but in a good way. You widened your legs slightly as to give him an invitation.
"Oh my-" you whined, feeling the ridges of his shaft as he slowly pumped to get started. Law hovered over you, resting his hands on either side of your head as leverage and you grabbed a hold of his biceps.
"So...fucking tight." he groaned. His voice was low and his words alone made you throb.
Zoro laid a couple inches away, jerking himself at the sight of Law fucking you in missionary. He's keeping himself hard while he waits his turn. Part of him wonders what you're thinking about right now. Which man you're thinking about. You've known him longer, after all. He softly touches your hair with his other hand, as a reminder to let you know that he's still there. He can't let his pride go that easily.
"You like this, don't you?" Law pants, quickening his pace. "You like having two men fucking you."
You barely got a word out before he was sliding from your body. He continued to retreat, glancing down to see his shaft emerging from your snug grip, shiny from your welcome. The flared edge of his tip peeked from your opening and he gritted his teeth and pressed back home hard with an unapologetic thrust.
With your legs hooked around his waist, he was hitting a spot so deep that you knew another orgasm would be approaching.
He stares down, in awe, watching as he goes in an out of you from tip to base. How small you are in comparison. He's suddenly filled with pride that you can take all of him.
"mhmm fuuuccck." you whimper out. As if Law wasn't already on the edge. He pants into your ear as he continues. He felt you clenching around him and he lost it. One more thrust and he's come inside you. You hear his animalistic groans as he sprayed your walls with his cum, the warmth taking over.
He stays inside you for a moment before pulling out and collapsing on the bed to your left.
Zoro then got up and slotted himself where Law just was, brushing hair from your face. "You ready for another?" He gave you a look of concern that let you know that if you refused him, he would back off, no questions asked. Your heart swelled in appreciation that they would make sure you're okay.
He was the one now to hover over you, kissing your lips as he rubbed his tip against your folds.
"C'mon Zoro. Please."
He's doing it again. Grinning like a villian. "Well since you asked so nicely..."
He finally sunk in. And not to mention some of Law's cum still seeping out. Your legs shook at the feeling of being filled again and your nails dug into that trademark green hair.
The way his lips moved skillfully with yours, occasionally biting at your bottom lip, was something magical. His muscles flexed with every movement. The sounds you were making and the way he felt the fluttering around his cock told him everything he needed to know.
Zoro could feel himself getting closer with every thrust and maybe he would've been dramatic and switched positions so you'd be on top, but there was something about missionary that he liked. Your head fell back against the bed and he liked seeing your face and the feeling of your hands in his hair and gripping his shoulders. He liked seeing how you responded to him.
"Feels so good." you moaned.
He hummed and moved his hand to your pussy where he loved on it again. Your legs tensed, your lips let out a mixture of gasps and whimpers, and your eyes shut as you felt yourself let go.
"That's it. Cum for me, babygirl." The sight of you trembling underneath him triggered his own orgasm. Your hands held the shoulders of the swordsman over you like he was a hero.
"Fucking hell." he breathed
He stilled and pulled his sopping wet cock out from your cunt and collapses on your right side.
And there you three lay, in post-orgasmic bliss. The sound of heavy breathing in your ears. Looking over at Law as you catch your breath, his hands rest on his abs. His eyes are closed and he has a soft smile on his face. This is probably the most relaxed you'd ever seen him. He looked...content. As if he knew you were staring, he opens his eyes and says,
"Are you alright?", bringing up his tatttoed fingers and brushing over your cheek.
"No, I don't think she is." Zoro speaks up on your behalf.
"I'm great actually." you laugh and turn to him. "Just a little worn out."
He laughs lightly while his chest still heaves up and down, returning your smile. "You look like you could pass out."
You were a little sleepy. There was a moment of silence before Law sat himself up. "I'll grab a towel to get yourself cleaned up. Understand?"
You nodded.
"Oh yeah, you go do that." Zoro stated, casually laying down on the bed with his arms resting behind his head as if sex wasn't still lingering in the air. "Can't have another crewmate's mess all over my sheets."
Law scoffs dismissively while putting on his shirt. "Not your damn crewmate."
Aaannd they're back.

✧ You had started to suspect that something was going on with him from the moment he became more and more clingy. He came to you more to cuddle and often wanted to sit next to you. It was also not uncommon to see him draped over your shoulders like a cape or screaming your name throughout the ship.
✧ He also invited you to join him on the Figurehead of the Sunny.
✧ At first glance, you still remained suspicious. You thought at first that maybe he was trying to lure you in to play a prank on you. When you realized it wasn't a joke or a prank, you imagine that maybe he just needed more attention.
✧ You really knew there was something when, during a meal on the boat where he had sat next to you as he had been doing lately, he gave you some of his food. You watched him in disbelief as one of his elastic hands filled with a piece of meat ended up on your plate instead of his.
Then he resumed his meal—gorging—as if nothing had happened.
✧ As even the rest of the crew looked at him in shock and you realized that maybe you had a chance with your captain.

✧ You absolutely saw nothing coming.
✧ His behavior did not change during the previous weeks. He was still the same jaded swordsman whose days consisted of sleeping, drinking, and training. EVERY DAY!
✧ However, you had noticed some strange actions that were out of his routine but you didn't really know how to interpret them.
Once, he came to you while you were gardening on the boat and gave you a bunch of colorful weeds that were found all over the surrounding island.
Or another time, you had passed him when leaving your room after waking up, and he had told you in passing that he thought you were pretty today. You looked at him strangely as he walked away and you rubbed your greasy hair, which was flying in all directions, and also your stream of half-dried drool that was running down your chin.
✧ You finally lost your cool when one day he asked you “So, how’s your day going?” whereas you had just spent the day at sea, on the same boat and in adjacent rooms. Totally distraught by his unusual behavior, you asked him while almost screaming what had happened to him for weeks.
"It's the witch who told me I had to do this so you would know I like you!" He shouted back.
There was silence.
“Wait, you like me?”

✧ You never really understood how to behave with Nami, even as a friend, because she blew hot and cold. At one point, she was quite seductive while making you compliments or giving you discounts on her bank loans since you were, I quote, "her favorite". At another, she almost growled if you had the misfortune to call her.
✧ So you continued to play with fire as long as it lasted.
✧ You unfortunately noticed that you became more and more jealous when she showed attraction to someone else. Whether by staying with them, spending hours talking to them or even doing her Happiness Punch. You had nothing between you so you didn't interfere—it wasn't your place—but you always ended up in your corner, morose, or simply leaving the room without looking back.
✧ After several months of suffering, you began to think about stopping investing youself so much. She wasn't interested so you should make up your mind!
✧ You thus masked your jealousy as best as you could and you stopped reacting negatively to her flirtations with others. You stayed in the room, you continued laughing with the others and, above all, you kept your smile as best you could.
✧ However, you found yourself pinned against the wall one evening by an annoyed Nami who kissed you passionately before shouting at you to find out why, despite your obvious jealousy, you had never made a definitive gesture towards her.

✧ You had some suspicions at first that he liked you but you were never sure enough.
✧ You had gotten along very quickly as friends and, sometimes, you felt that there was an atmosphere of more-than-friends that was established but he never did anything. So you began to doubt that all of that was maybe all in your head. You projected your hopes on him when there was nothing.
Maybe you misunderstood and as you stumbled against him, he didn't stay staring at your lips with his hands on your hips to steady you.
Perhaps it was normal for him to take this much care of your ritual meals every last Wednesday of the month. You were reading too much into the situation.
✧ Yet you continued to hope despite the months that passed and the many false signals you saw.
✧ Your prayers were answered, however, when you received a letter on your pillow one evening before one of your ritual meals. Your name was written on it in Usopp's handwriting. He confessed his feelings to you and said that, if you responded, he would wait for you at your usual meeting place. Indeed, he was waiting for you there in a pretty suit.

✧ You didn't believe him when he declared himself to you one full moon evening with a cloud of candles around you and a bouquet of roses in his hand. You thought it was another one of his languorous tirades that he delivered to all the women who crossed his path.
Hurt at being just one of many, you simply chuckled at his confession before casually patting his head and leaving.
✧ When he didn't come out of his room the next day—whether to prepare the meal or to get some fresh air—everyone became worried. Including you. Yet while everyone gathered around to find a trigger for his behavior, his confession from the day before didn't even cross your mind.
✧ He finally came out of his room after a few days but, no matter what you did, he started avoiding you like you were the plague incarnate.
✧ It was Nami who came to see you to find out what was going on between you and the cook. You then explained your situation to her and, when you casually mentioned his confession under the stars, she froze.
“He never did that for me.” She firmly stated.
You froze.
✧ You never ran so fast in your life as when you joined him in the kitchen to jump on him for apologizing.

✧ You had absolutely NO clue.
✧ You certainly spent a lot of time together, reading silently in the library or visiting the new islands side by side. You enjoyed your coffee and pastries together before continuing to go shopping. You also talked a lot whether it was you who was drinking in her words or her who was looking at you gently while you spoke.
✧ Yet there was nothing more affectionate between you.
✧ You had already tried physical contacts like hugs but she never responded. If you bought her a gift, she would buy you something to pay it back. If you gave her compliments, she would send back weird ones like the shape of your shoe soles or the split ends in your hair.
✧ You ended up not being able to take it anymore and, instead of repressing your feelings, you decided to confess them to her in order to free yourself from them. You honestly didn't think she would blame you for this kind of thing.
On the big day, you dressed as best you could as you summarily summoned her to the library, which was your place, where you waited stiffly. Unfortunately, you were freewheeling from the moment you saw her in her new outfit which made her look magnificent. You told her all the qualities you liked about her as well as all her flaws which you still appreciated.
When you concluded at the end by explaining to her that you just wanted to free your heart from this burden and that she obviously didn't have to respond to your feelings, she looked at you strangely.
“But I like you too.” she affirmed.
Your brain exploded.
