anyway that's not even their cycle. like cats are the most active at like. dusk times, from like 5 to 10 am and like 5 to 11 pm – at night it's a bit longer (which is the best time to play with them to get their energy out btw which might work out with job hours anyway). like not only are they're rude in the fucking comment, they're also not correct (the most infuriating mix to me)

in my experience if you have more than one cat they entertain each other and if they don't get as tired then they might just not want to do it while you're not home

But this is good to know, thank you!!! And I also saw your ask about catnip, I may incorporate that into our night time play schedule too. I’m gonna purchase an automatic laser toy for them to see if that helps as well when I’m gone and/or when they get rowdy at night
