Hey! I saw the anon ask if they could tag you in fics they wrote and I decided to make a small platonic Robbie x reader friendship fic! My Markiplier blog is Markiplierteamreactions and I take requests if you wanna send one or if someone else wants to! Enjoy the fic! 

Y/n pulled their uniform shirt over their head they were getting ready for another day at their pizza shop.

They had music blaring while dancing around, it had been their dream for a long time to open a pizza shop and now that they had done that about 2 years ago, they couldn’t be happier.

A small knock on their front door didn’t catch their attention at first, only when the knocks came harder did they notice. The music was turned down and they jogged down the stairs and opened the door “Hey Marv!” they cheered smiling

“Hey Y/n! I have a big favor to ask of you!” Marv said smiling a bit knowing his friend wouldn’t mind helping him out.

“What’s up? And try to make it quick, gotta get to the shop,” Y/n let their friend into their house then they both moved over to the living area.

“Okay, hear me out okay?” Y/n nodded “I have this…friend, and he needs to…work on his people skills, and I was wondering if you could hire him?” Marv asked looking at them hopefully.

“Friend? People skills? Marv, what did you do?” they laughed a bit tilting their head to the side gently “just stay here and I’ll show you.” he quickly got up and ran out of the door.

Y/n stood and peeked out of the window. They saw Marv open the car door and pull a man with purple hair out, well he tried but the guy’s arm fell off. Marv fell to the ground and the guy flopped back into the car, Y/n covered their mouth with a small laugh.

They reattached the guy’s arm then made their way to the door. Y/n quickly sat back on the couch wanting to pretend to act shocked at Marv’s friend.

“Okay Y/n, please keep an open mind okay?” he asked before bringing in the zombie like person. Y/n let out a fake gasp “Marv!” they cried standing up. Marv rolled his eyes “Come on Y/n, don’t joke like that, Robbie is sensitive!” he scolded his friend glaring playfully.

“Okay, okay, I am just joking Rob. It’s nice to meet you dude, I’m Y/n!” they held their hand out for him to shake. He moved his hand up and shook their hand gently, he wasn’t as cold as Y/n thought he was.

“Niiccee….to….meeett yoouu” he spoke slowly but he moved quick Y/n thought that was pretty cool. “So, you wanna work at my pizza shop huh?” he nodded quickly “I looovvee…P..pizza” he groaned then smiled.

Y/n hummed then nodded “okay, come on dude I’ll drive ya there!” they quickly grabbed their bag before leaving for their car, Marv was standing outside with Robbie giving him a pep talk.

“Ready to go Rob?” they called walking over to the car. Robbie looked over then back at Marv, he tried to say something but Marv rolled his eyes and gave him a gentle shove “You’ll do great!”

The car ride there was filled with Robbie turning the stations, finding a good song then after that song was over he turned the station again. He was quite impatient when it came to music this cause Y/n to giggled every time he changed a station.

Y/n pulled into their parking spot then turned the car off and looked over at Robbie “are you ready for this dude? No one is here yet so I’ll be able to teach you some stuff before other employees show up and before customers come”

He nodded and gave a nervous smile “Roobbiee…reaaddy” “Good!” they gave him a high five then got out of the car Robbie following.

Once inside, Y/n began to show Robbie the basics “Okay, to start, Ya gotta wash your hands then put on gloves kay?” he nodded and did as Y/n said. Y/n made sure no skin came off as he washed his hands then helped him put gloves on.

“Okay, next! I’ll show you how to make the dough!” he nodded again and watched as Y/n made the dough, they made sure to go slowly and explain how to do things.

Half way through finishing the dough, Y/n noticed Robbie biting his lip “Are you hungry dude?” “A…littlleee” Y/n smiled “We can take a break and eat some breakfast!”

Y/n grabbed a few muffins from the fridge and gave Robbie a glass of milk and made themselves a cup of coffee/tea. They sat at a table eating and talking to get to know each other.

“Thaanksss….foorr…nott be scaarreed…oof Robbbiee,” he said with a small frown “Be scared of you? Why would I be scared of you?”

Robbie frowned as he ripped a piece of muffin off and shoved it into his mouth “Peeopllee areennttt….aalwaays niicceee tooo…..Robbie,” he gestured to himself.

Y/n noticed tears welling up in his eyes “Oh Robbie, that’s cause most people are so closed minded, don’t worry about those people buddy okay?” he sighed and nodded “besides, most of the people that come here are chill and they love meeting new people! No matter how unique!”

This made Robbie smiled widely “Peeoppllee willll liikkee Roobbiie?” Y/n nodded but before they could speak the door opened.

Y/n looked over and noticed it was some of their employees “hey guys! New employee! Meet Robbie!” they all gleefully greeted him giving him hand shakes and even hugs.

“Now guys, I’m sure you noticed, but Robbie isn’t a normal person-” “Yeah dude! He’s a zombie!” said one of the teenage employees “Hey! No, no using the Z word dude, hurts his feelings!” said another elbowing the other in the side.

Y/n laughed a bit “that’s what I was gonna say, no zombie calling okay? Just call him Rob or Robbie got it?” they all nodded a few saying small ‘chill’s and ‘okay’s.

Y/n turned to Robbie and saw him smiling really wide, it made them happy. “Doonttt woorryy….iifff…Robbieee'ss arrmss…fallll” he said with a small laugh at the end.

“Woah! What?! You can take your limbs off?” they were all amazed by this causing Robbie to proceed to pull his arm off. “Yoooo! This is the coolest thing ever!”

“Alright guys, enough goofing off, I gotta get back to teaching Robbie the basics,” they pulled Robbie into the kitchen and continued to show him the basics of making a pizza.

“Hey, Robbie!” called a little 10-year-old as soon as he came through the door. Robbie turned around after setting a pizza down onto a table and smiled “heeyyy Toommyy!” he greeted opening his arms for a hug.

It’s been a good 8 months since Robbie started working at Y/n’s pizza shop and everyone loved him! And anyone who didn’t was either kicked out or told to get over it.

Y/n peeked out into the dining area from the kitchen and smiled brightly. They noticed Marv, Schneep, and Chase come into the shop “Hey guys!” they came out of the kitchen and greeted the trio.

“Hey!” they all greeted back “looks like Robbie is fitting in just fine,” Chase said eyeing the undead as he took pictures with the little kid.

“I have to admit, he’s doing better than I thought,” Marv said smiling “he hasn’t tried to Ya know, eat anyone?” Y/n shook their head “Nope! Anytime he gets hungry he just snacks on muffins or fries or something,”

Robbie stumbled over and greeted his friends then brought them over to a table, took their order and left to give it to the chef. Robbie came back and smiled “hooww aareee yoou dooinng?” he asked smiling

“Dude! You’re talking a bit better than last time I saw you!” Robbie smiled brightly “that’s cause he’s talking to a lot of people here!” Y/n said happily.
