antis and their whole thing about not shipping teenage characters is so funny to me, cause like teens are some of the horniest motherfuckers i have ever seen. i can't count how many times i've come across blogs of minors on here and they were writing/reading smut and drawing/reblogging drawn porn. i know when i was a minor i'd regularly read smut, and almost tried my hand at writing it a couple times, and i had friends in the same boat as me. teens date, teens fuck, shipping teens isn't putting them in unnatural situations. you could step into probably any public high school in the us (where most antis seem to be from) and see more scandalous stuff than antis will allow with fictional characters. they're so unrealistic it boggles my mind. let the fictional 16 year olds fuck, unlike in real life there can't possibly be anything unfortunate to come from it (because, again, they're fictional)

and to be clear, i'm not stating an opinion on real teens having sex or engaging with explicit media. i'm simply commenting on how unrealistic it is for antis to insist that anyone under the age of 18 wouldn't/couldn't possibly do anything sexual
