[ Christmas Challenge ]

This is my days 1-4 all-in-one make-up post!

Day 1: A small Christmas doodle in study materials. I present a poinsettia (kind of) in my bullet journal.

Day 2: A collage of Christmas. All pictures are indeed my own.

Day 3: “Merry Christmas” in Latin can apparently be said many different ways, but as far as I can find I believe my favorite is “Felicem natalem Christi,” or ��happy day of Christ’s birth.”

Day 4: My favorite Christmas quote at this particular moment is, “O come, o come, Emmanuel… Disperse the gloomy clouds of night and death’s dark shadows put to flight. Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel shall come to thee, o Israel.”

Hi, I've been learning French since some time and I was wondering if you have any shows that you could recommend me to watch? Or if you could give me some tips on improving my listening skills? (my listening sucks tbh😛)

Heyaaa! So us french people aren’t really good at making decent tvshows so here’s some french ones: Plus Belle La Vie, Candice Renoir, Les Revenants, Versailles, Fais pas ci Fais pas ca, Temoins, Les Petits Meurtres d’Agatha Christie.

Other than that, I think you should watch french films with english subtitles to get used to the accent or if you already have a really good level, you can try to watch them in french with french subtitles.

When I was starting to learn English, I used to take an English book and read it while listening to the audio book so I guess you could try that as well, since it worked for me!

I remember my first day of college, I was really nervous but my classes were over before I knew it and I was like “…that’s it?” lol but I’m sure your experience will be more exciting than mine, since I’m a commuter student and went home right away afterwards haha 😅

I also like how your blog is easy to navigate, all the links are nicely in one spot and there’s even a “recently liked” section (which features my post ohohoho c:) I’m looking at your notes right now and omg how do you draw such organized diagrams wow I mean I’m pretty sure you use rulers and a compass but at that point I’d probably just give up and wing it LOL your notes are so nicely divided and organized!

Here’s my Christmas Wishlist! I am grateful to say that I have received a lot of what is on my wishlist already. My friends at school were kind enough to get me the Leuschtturm1917 journal that I had my eye on, as well as a generous amount of stationery. It’s that time of the year again, where the streets are lit up all the time and everyone (welp, mostly everyone. Homework doesn’t make me happy tbh) is happy af! So here’s a little Christmas challenge for all studyblrs and whoever wants to participate in it tbh!

17th December - send anon letters to your favourite blogs to make their day (no hate please)

18th December - make a list of things you want to do in 2018,your goals and wishes and everything. Resolutions and all. Maybe you’ll stick to them this time?

19th December - spend the entire day with your family and friends, human interaction is necessary kiddos (says the potato herself)

20th December - which is your favourite Christmas song?

21st December - if you put up any sort of Christmas lights or candles, how about a pic of that? (or your little pet this potato loves pets)

22nd December - surprise someone, on Tumblr/ off tumblr doesn’t matter, do smthn - maybe just a little handmade card or nice words? It feels fab okay?

23rd December - if you have a Christmas tree at home, how about a pic?

24th December - What’s your favourite Christmas story?

25th December - Let us know about the gifts you received or gave to someone or what you did all day in general!
