The sight was unnerving; monsters were never supposed to get past camp’s magic border. Panic surged through you, you drew your weapon but as the siren drew closer, you lowered it. you realized that the siren was Cordelia. one of the new campers… She had arrived at camp in the water, she had claimed she fell off her boat. She looked the same as usual, Long brown hair, brown eyes, but she had a dark blue fish tail, gills on her neck, and scales shimmered on parts of her arms.

Hey! Sorry if it took me too long to answer this and this ask is sitting on my inbox for a while! Since he was 6, Pete has been closely bonded to his First Mate, Richie (@firstmateof-thewickedwench)

A captain looks after his crew, and Pete looks after Richie more than anyone else.

Demigod abilities:

After being turned into a monster in Mythology, Ceto gifted all monsters the ability to smell and sense half-bloods. As a son of Ceto, Pete shares this ability.

Pete cannot drown, but rather than simply being able to breathe, his neck has a set of gills which smooth over and nearly disappear when he is out of the water, making him essentially amphibious.

Ceto was a daughter of Hecate, so some of her children have a minor aptitude for Magic. Pete is capable of weak spells, but he doesn’t use this ability often.

In addition to being able to “smell�� half-bloods, Pete’s own scent is more monster than human, making him far less of a target to other monsters. Thus, he has little issues when confronting them.

Best of luck @swabbie_joe - *UPDATE* ⚡️🏴‍☠️⚡️Final votes are this weekend!! Knocking the list down to the final 6!! It’s been a hell of a ride the past couple months! The holidays slowed me down a bit but things are starting to roll back into gear... Got the open primary chain set up after a bit of machining on the clutch hub to clean up the look, fit killer with the foot clutch set up... exhaust is mocked up to give a visual of where I’m headed, I’ll be making my own set of stainless headers to fit similar and like everything else, nice and tight... chopped the ugly mounts off the oil bag and hid everything to make it look like it’s just floating in the frame, I’ll be making my own stainless hard lines as well off the tank with some fittings I machined to keep it all tucked in... A big change in this build, I fit an internal throttle that’ll pull an S&S Super B carb I picked up that I’ll be running a thunder jet on to keep this thing rolling hard with ease! There’s still a ways to go on this build but It’s almost in the hands of @the_harpoon for a killer paint job and get her in the streets finally!!
