I built this custom PC in a pink case several years ago, and I’ve been meaning to make some upgrades to it!

When I made it, I used a 250 gb Crucial SSD, which always gets full. 😭 So I got a 2 tb Samsung 970 Evo Plus SSD to install for my Steam library and other large files! Plus, the original acrylic panels on each side were a transparent red, which never really fit the cutesy look I was going for.

I bought two glittery acrylic panels from a local store to replace the side panels. They’re so sparkly!!!

Then I spent some time picking out the best stickers for my vaporwave/90s nostalgia theme. :3

   ​“Yeah, that’s the stuff.” Fiona smirked to herself as she organized the records in alphabetical order as it was this morning. Customers had the tendency of changing the order, throughout the day, and usually she would reorganize just before closing time, but the store had been a little slow and quite frankly, she was bored. When someone came in however, Fi smiled gently, internally groaning because she enjoyed the peace of light music playing in an empty record store... well, for the exception of herself and her manager in the back. Please don’t be an asshole. She thought to herself before smiling gently at the customer at the potential customer. “Hello, please let me know if you need assistance with anything.” Fi said lightly as she continued to organize the 1970′s Classic Rock section. People usually did their own thing in a record store, she knew that she did, and usually Fi wouldn’t say more than a hello if at all if the store was busy but seeing as it’s not, well she would put more effort into letting the new patron a welcome feeling.

i had to break the news to my dad over the phone, since my family's out of state, this weekend.. 💔 i knew gregg + duane + dickey betts' names before i could write my own. i knew their music + loved the way dad would crank it in his car, letting it sink into our bones. he got to see them live more times than i can count + had stacks bootlegs in our basement. i searched out these albums (pictured), as soon as i saw the headline.. i can still see myself trying not to smile too wide, as to not give away that i'd found him this copy of "at filmore east," at reckless, just in time for Christmas 2014. i completely forgot i'd made this "card" for dad, years before that. (thanks, @rollingstone!) it's got all of his "favorite hippies" + i'm so glad dad hung on to it. 💙 i just saw his face + heard his voice, not 24 hours ago, as i finally decided to finish the "muscle shoals" doc..
