Okay so Crossroads ~ ex!Bucky is just pure angst. 💔 It’s inspired by a short film I watched back in my freshman year of college called Cafe Para Llevar/Coffee to Go. The short film is about a lost love and letting go—and this drabble or oneshot will have similar themes. 🌧️💔

Bucky and the reader meet again one rainy night after a year or two after their breakup. It’s a brought together by fate kind of moment. There’s still a lot of residual feelings/resentment that gets explored as they reminisce on the past and talk about what their lives have been like since they last spoke to each other.

It’s overall going to be about how hard it is to move on, let go, and all that comes with it when you swore you had found the love of your life 🥺💔

Now It Takes Two ~ FBI!Bucky came about from all the crime shows I watch lol This one in particular is reminiscent of the dynamic from the couple in the show Bones.

Both the reader and Bucky are FBI agents. They didn’t get along much in the beginning due to their conflicting ways of approaching cases, but because they were partnered up they ended becoming good friends. (Now they’re two clueless friends in love 🤭💗)

For this fic, Bucky and the reader will go on their first undercover mission to solve a murder 🔍🫢 Their cover story? They have to act as an engaged couple!! ❤️ They’ll have to learn to navigate their feelings and hiding them while acting as if they were madly in love 👀💕 (I’m still trying to figure out the murder mystery part lol)
