I got this random idea about drawing baby Yukimura from a fanfic written by @kim_of_hearts_and_sorrow ma buddy from Tumblr. I don't know if the angst and confusion are reflected on his small features, but this was gonna be he walking with Shingen, and Asami(Shingen's OC on her fanfic). Holding hands like a cute family. But at some point I lost my original goal and then I decided to draw him taking his headband, as the weight of his name fall over his shoulders upon his mom's death. I hadn't an idea how his mom could be, so I just drew him like this, holding her prays as an oath to give his life in the battlefield. My buddy's fic is about war in Dres Van, it's a crossover fanfic, and yes, baby Yuki is still a warrior.
