The Veil, the new TV series from Steven Knight, is out today.

The Veil is a spy thriller that explores the surprising and fraught relationship between two women who play a deadly game of truth and lies on the road from Istanbul to Paris and London. One woman has a secret, the other a mission to reveal it before thousands of lives are lost. In the shadows, the CIA and French DGSE must work together to avert potential disaster.

Daily Tarot Spread

You should use a tarot deck exclusively for your readings about your personal life. Details on how I do the spread are below the cut.

I've been doing this particular spread with a exclusive deck for myself and so far I had super accurate results, so I though I'd share.

Not mixing it with the energy of the other people you read for, having a deck only to enquire about your own life, has improved the accuracy of the readings I do for myself.

The spread is simple:

For your personal deck, have minor and major arcana separate.

Pull 2 minor arcana and 1 major arcana for your morning, afternoon and evening. Place them in 3 different rows of cards.

Pull 2 minor arcana and 1 major arcana as advice, answering "how do I get the best out of today?", or "what can I do to make the best out of today?", so you know how to reap all positive potential of your day ahead. It also answers how to navigate challenges.

I mentally form 1 sentence interpreting each line; it is the thing I will remember during the day.

For interpretation tips, the major arcana give a sense of major themes and emotions, minor can be outside events or fleeting energies, and reading the cards in a collum instead of a row also gives insigh for the progression of your day.

I don't read the major arcana as outcome in this spread. For outcome or final "feeling" about each part of the day, I'd pull a 3rd minor arcana card for each row to see the progression of energy. I don't do it because it is too much.

I personally consider morning to be from 6am to noon (even if it is 10am as I am pulling the cards). Evening starts at 6pm. So far, this has worked for me, but you do as you like.
