Just a regular ole feel good post. My journey kinda stalled. Ive been working out just not as hard. Diet has stayed the same (ok like occasional ginger ale instead of pepsi) Theres been a lot going on. What's that you say? Its TUESDAY?!?!? Which can only mean one #TransformationTuesday woot! So on the left you have Erika at Disneyland in Cali 2 years ago. Despite the smile I was feeling really down. I was with my best friend @km_adams and having fun but I was getting tired too quickly and all I could think about was that I was hot hungry and tired.
