Harley pouts as she waits in line-- like a responsible citizen/human being-- one boot tapping rhythmically, and irritatedly, against the linoleum. She's cradling a rather garrish (but to her, beautiful) dress in her arms, and lets out a theatrical sigh as the man at the front of the line embarrassedly attempts to return a pair of women's underwear.

"Jeez Louise," she mutters, before tugging on the coat of the woman with the two-tone hair in front of her. "Hey. Can I have cuts? I'm in a hurry and stickin' around in this line is makin' me all antsy. ... oh, hey! I love ya hair!"

She beams, finally noticing the unique colouration the other woman's hair has. She points enthusiastically to her own, which is a set of pigtails-- one dyed red, and one dyed black, with a number of splotchy blonde spots in the areas she missed. "Ya got the Harley thing goin' on! Two tones an' everythin'!"
