Hi there, not sure if this is allowed, but I'm looking for a fic that's basically about how Castiel rebuilt Dean when saving him from hell.

It had very poetic descriptive language and it details how Cas used natural elements to rebuild Dean. Iirc, he used seashells for his fingernails or a conch for his ears, etc.

Sorry if this is not allowed, would also love more general recs about Dean being saved from hell, thank you!
