First scary read of the season done and I was pleasantly surprised. The Silent Companions was eerie and atmospheric and made me jump a couple of times - damn you wooden figures! The only problem, or rather the weakest aspect of the novel is the ending. It is not only predictable but it leaves the reader cold. It feels like the ending is not at the same level as the rest of the novel but all in all, I highly enjoyable spooky novel. . I know I am going to have zero reading done for the next week. But hey! No complaints. I look up to those talented people who can cook spreads for family gatherings in a single day. Not me! But you can bet I am already dreaming of serving the 🥘. - - Here is a lovely book recommendation for all those who DMed that they missed my recos last week. (I love you guys; what would I do without you?). The Silent companions by Laura Purcell was a perfect pick for me this month. Buzzwords: Country estate-Pregnant widow - hostile servants - locked room - wooden figures - a wooden figure that looks like our heroine. Doesn’t that sound great? I jumped right into it. - - The book has those gothic tones and each chapter surprises you with a jolt of shock. It has just the right amount of spooky vibes which makes it very enjoyable. The chapters transition into one another very fast so it is a nice read especially if you have less time to spare for reading. The ending was a bit flat. But hey! It is a ghost story. We can make some allowance for that. In short, I loved the read. Specifically on Kpop? Not sure. Unpopularkpopconfessions I think may still exist but it's very oversaturated and controlled. It's not free speech like this blog.

If you're into wrestling checkout thesilentcompanions blog. They have mountains of tea over there on the WWE stars and etc. But the blog owner is very...unique and specific. She doesn't speak with her followers normally. She responds with ok hun and only laments on certain things. Also negative submissions will be answered with hun be nice unless she doesn't like your opinion. Which she may counter it by saying something snarky to you. I keep up with it since I'm into wrestling. That's all I know of sorry...if I find some tea blogs about random celebs I'll let you know.

I knew of a Zac Efron tea blog that's double as a fan blog but they have a similar style to us here but the blog owner surprises me with how negative he or she is / allows anyone to be towards Zac at times. Like I saw they actually thought he fucked a chance with Taylor Swift and that he was a bad person for not dating her when in reality Taylor was highly unstable back in the day and she would have buried Zac making him a laughing stock if they got together she's not good for a rising star at all. Anyways, I mean I've been ultra hard on TOP but it's cause I know for a fact if top was a white actor or a regular guy he would be treated differently and his problems wouldn't he glossed over cause "we love oppa so much" (top is happier these days tho) so I believe a lot of solo confession blogs exist but are hidden well.
