Franks feet feel heavy in his boots, each step thudding on the concrete. The streets are quiet, winter air crisp and cool as he digs a hand in the pocket of his jeans as he goes. Keep one hand warm and the other? Well.. That one feels pretty cold and yet, strangely, a little clammy at the same time.

In Franks grasp rests a bunch of colourful flowers; lillies, roses, some little delicate buds he doesnt recall the name of for decoration. 'Oh those? Those are called Babys breath frank!' He hopes you'll tell him with a beam later.

The rose thorns prod at his palm, his grip on the bundle of stems tense, but he finds it doesn't hurt the longer he walks. They just.. Ground him slightly as he treads closer to home. Closer to you.

Theres a peace that settles within him in your presence, he finds; one that seems to dim the darkness that swirls in his heart. You ease the ache that so often sits inside him, Never erasing it, no one ever could but.. You lessen it. Always willing to take the weight from his broad shoulders, if only for a little.

And for that? Frank is greatful.

He knows he can be alot; his grumpiness piled almost as high as his baggage. But you dont ever seem to mind.

You embrace him on the days he needs it but cant find it in himself to ask and keep him at arms length when you see in his eyes that being loved feels stifling; its just how life is with him. Yet you do it all with that soft smile and gentle hand, the polar opposite to his rough lines and jagged edges. Keeping him sane on the days when he believes himself to be anything but.

The hand he dug into his pocket seems clammier now as he pulls out his set of keys, the lock clicking open moments later. Its just flowers castle, pull it together he thinks, stepping back into the warm embrace of your apartment. Given girls flowers before for christ sake.

"sweetheart?" he calls out, gruff voice booming through the hall.

You jump slightly at the sound, placing down the wooden spoon that you had been stirring the fragrant pot on the stove with. Voice calling back "in the kitchen!" with a significantly softer tone.

You wait with your body leaning against the counter, observing how the bulk of him rounds the corner. A large arm behind his back; still in his coat. A suspicious rustle of cellophane filling the kitchen as he shifts on his feet, but still you grin at the sight.

"Got everything you needed" he says, hand digging through his coat pocket with various clinks and russles. In his large hand he pulls out a collection of little packets and jars, placing them on the counter. refills of various spices, salts and even a little box of yeast pouches for bread making sit in a heap; things you were running low on earlier.

you beam that perfect smile at him, murmering softly as you step forward, leaning up on your toes to kiss his stubled cheek. "Perfect, thank you frankie"

He accepts the kiss with a soft hum, dipping his head for you to reach.

But still that arm remains behind his back. He almost hopes you dont notice.. But you do, he can tell.

"Uh Frank?.." you start a little cautiously with that same grin, however this time theres a little glint of confusion added as you step back just slightly. "What are you hiding?"

You stew in his silence for a moment, a crease wedging its way back between his brows. Handsome face suddenly filled with... trepidation?

"Frank.." you start again, a little more seriously as you step closer. By now you're fully expecting something bad; that someones been gunning for him again and hes hurt. That there must be blood soaking through his coat and thats why hes hiding.

But as quick as he paused, he sighs, broad shoulders falling just slightly. that same arm once hidden, now outstretched infront of you. The colourful bouquet at eye level as you take it in, a tiny gasp slipping past your lips.

"Frank castle did.." you begin, hand coming to join his on the delicate stems. Your voice is hushed and a little shakey as your eyes scan up and across his face. "Did you buy me flowers?"

His head moves in a little nod, chest puffing out just slightly as he releases his grip; completly surrendering both the flowers and himself.

"Yeah i, uh.." he gruffs, thinking outloud before he stops; practically looking everywhere but at you. The pot on the stove, the cups on the sink, even his boots. Its then he realises that he's almost afraid to see some semblance of rejection in your gaze; that he's missteped or you dont like them. That this sense of peace you wash over him is about to be swept away; wide eyes and incredulous tone not helping his state.

Frank takes another breath, steeling himself; his walls building back up, before he simply settles on a shake of his head and a huff. "Doesn't matter, 's stupid alright"

"No, no its not stupid." you rush out, remaining close as you eye the flowers in your hand and then him again. "They're beautiful frank.."

"Saw em and they reminded me of you so..." he coughs, a large hand scratching at the back of his neck. "thought I'd get em.."

Frank shifts on his feet, stance widening as you suddenly throwing yourself into his arms and grip him tightly; the Boquet landing on the counter seconds before your impact to his chest. You hold him like that for a few quiet moments before you lean back, resting on your tip toes as you cup a rough cheek.

"Thank you.." you whisper softly, honesty pure in your words. A little bashful grin across your lips as you lean up a little higher. "I love them, really. They're perfect"

Frank gazes down at you gently, a finger of his own brushing over your skin as he leans in, kissing you with such unspoken emotion it could knock you off your feet- if he wasnt already keeping you up.

"Yeah sweetheart? Really think they are all that?" he murmers, forehead against yours, the air of unease beginning to slip from your reaction. Enjoying the endearing heat of your gaze.

Your lips meet his in another tender kiss as you press the words against him; though they hold a hidden, deeper meaning. "Yeah Frank.. I really do"

Fic idea - Bucky’s family & time travel

You know how I keep proposing ideas, then adding it to my wips and then I stare at it while it stares at me. Heres another. I'm so sorry. Swear this will end in fluff, you'll just suffer in between. So imagine the most angstiest angst where Bucky gets married and has a child with his sweetheart before he���s sent to war. He's loved her his whole life and now they have a little one together; nothing could be more perfect. He promises he'll be back safe and sound with a kiss to her forehead and plenty of kisses for his baby girl.

Until Hydra captures him and turns him into the Winter Soldier. His first mission is to eliminate any familial ties. He doesn't feel anything when he pulls the trigger. He's successful and carries out hundreds of others kills, each searing itself in some part of his brain but he's constantly wiped before he can piece anything together.

But then he's rescued and he has to pick up the broken fragments of his memories and its too much of a fog for him to understand. At the very least he has his best friend by his side again and he's slowly starting to remember.

His first question is about his sweet y/n and his little girl.

His happiness is short-lived when Steve doesn't say anything. Bucky doesn't understand why he avoids his gaze, why he suddenly looks so distraught. No amount of pleading or begging works, his best friend doesn't breathe a word, asking Bucky to please let things be.

To learn to live with the way things were.

He can't do that though. He needs answers. When the team is away on a mission, he find a way to get into his records that SHIELD kept on him, wondering if they ever had anything on file about his life before he was captured. Every single detail about who he was before the war to after is written with details and camera footage.

He doesn't move from where he's seated, a blank expression on his face while everyone returns. Steve approaches Bucky first, worried about why the soldier looked so pale as if he'd aged 10 years in the past 3 days.

"I killed them?" His broken whisper of a voice breaks Steve's heart when he sees the file Bucky was looking at, a picture of him, his little girl on his shoulders and wife all smiling at the camera. The sheet he's clutching onto has their names along with deceased written write across the sheet.

Bucky is inconsolable.

His dreams are no longer about others he has killed. He's flooded with memories of her; the soft ivory dress she wore on their wedding day, the baby pink lace she had on when he undressed her that same night, the scent of her perfume, the sound of her laugh, the kicks of their baby, the sound of her happy squeals when he blew raspberries onto her chubby cheeks.

Those happy memories are quickly replaced with her pleading for him to remember. To just remember at least once.

The pain of Bucky's cries are too much for anyone to handle. They're a different type of sadness. So much so, even Tony's starting to worry when he doesn't see Bucky for days on end. He begs to be put back in cyro, to have his memories wiped, to have his brain fried, anything to forget. He doesn't care about the pain, he just wants it all to end.

Imagine theres a mission that involves time travel. Steve and Sam stand on the platform, ready to enter the portal, setting their timers for a specific date in the past. When Sam catches Steve adding another date without telling him, he quietly adds it on his suit as well, piecing what the Captain plans on doing.

The mission takes a little longer than anticipated. Steve is surprised when Sam is beside him when he travels back to the 40's, the both of them now with a new mission in mind, alternating the future be damned. If they had a chance to give Bucky the life he deserved again, they would do it. Bucky doesn't ask for much. In fact he never asked for anything. He deserved this.

Imagine the shock everyone gets when the portal opens up at the compound and there are now 4 people on the platform. Steve, Sam, a woman and a little girl no older than 2. She's dressed in a simple dotted dress, still wearing an apron around her waist while her baby stays clinging around her, tucking her face into her mommas neck.

Imagine the way Bucky would collapse with her when he sees his family again, crying endlessly being able to hold his wife and child, something he thought he'd lost forever. Everyone gives the little family some privacy while he hugs and kisses them, cuddling them to his chest, still right on the lab floor. Explanations for everything can wait, right now he can't believe he has his angels back.

Imagine the way they'd fall asleep that night, sleeping in bed for once, now that he's reunited with his y/n and his Bella.

imagine the endless love he'd make to her while Bella spends time with her God Fathers, aka all the Avenger men.

Imagine she's pregnant soon after and they can continue being a family in the present, doing all the things they always dreamed of.

something i dont see talked a lot about in layton fandom is that hershels a hoarder. there are multiple mentions made in in blurbs, dialogue and even cutscenes that bring up how how much of a cluttered labyrinth of papers, books & items laytons office is

we dont see his flat much but i remember a dialogue blurb from luke somewhere in the og trilogy that mentions its even worse than his office (which is a little telling bc his flat looked fine in the cutscene from when claire was still alive). it’s also said that luke is the reason his office and flat look even slightly presentable. technically a combined effort from luke & rosa—but come the og trilogy it’s basically just luke

there could be a multitude reasons why he has this problem. personally i doubt level-5 intended it to be anything more than a character quirk of a genius, as messy spaces is a trope of that archetype. but the thing is, it’s not just messy, it’s very notably cluttered. its described as difficult to navigate through when its not cleaned up. it’s described as a labyrinth at one point. its easy to just chalk it up to a harmless quirk, but its also reasonable imo to take a more introspective route and interpret it as a byproduct of grief

in real life theres often more than one thing contributing to hoarding behaviors developing in adults but the loss of a loved one is often a big trigger of what causes the problem to become notable. grief is one word for a vast spectrum of emotions but becoming more adverse by the thought of discarding or losing things is a common psychological way to cope against the anxiety grief can cause, which can very easily add up. and it should be noted that laytons immense emotional attachment to the tophat would put him in a position where hoarding urges unfortunately thrive—emotional attachments to objects

on the bright side however—hoarding is very much something a person can work on. it’s not easy, nothing like this ever is, but it can be worked on. and personally i think what did it for hershel was realizing that after luke had moved, letting his spaces look the way they were previously would basically be saying that it didnt matter to him how much fussing luke did so his space could be nicer—and it very much did matter to him. so over time and with emotional support from rosa & flora he works and works on it

come new world of steam and hes not perfect—but hes a lot better, better enough that he can recognize when things are getting bad on his own and correct it. and now when luke drops by his rental place in steam bison and has nothing to clean hes caught between pride and pacing around restlessly bc hershel just auto completed his main quest objective

My Thoughts on Asriel’s Letter both in Character Dynamics and Meta

Starting with the Character Dynamics

Reading the letter really contextualized things even more

Chara’s favourite number is 9 because if they reach it, "nothing can hurt you" and "nothing can hurt anyone."

Asriel gets that Chara isn’t perfect and the reason why they failed to be a friend and sibling is because they're a troubled, self loathing traumatized kid who was most likely a child abuse survivor before falling down. Also, as much as Chara loved and cared about the Dreemurrs, unfortunately their hatred for humanity, their desire for the absolute and invincibility lead to that plan which stripped away Asriel’s innocence and childhood the most brutal way imaginable.

Asriel is fully aware that Chara wants to get such power and become invincible so “nothing can hurt anyone.” However he knows that it doesnt excuse anything.

Despite everything, he still cherishes these moments he had with Chara.

Now onto my meta analysis on the Letter.

I honestly think this hits harder after reading the letter (my poor sweet summer child.)

In the metanarrative Chara represents the addiction to number based rewards. The number “9” in Video Game Metrics is the final single digit and “the absolute.”

While numbers and stats have a limit, the memories you cherish transcend that. Frisk is curiosity, completionism, emotional attachment (though it can be twisted to perverted sentimentality), and the memories you cherish and the joy from playing the game just for plays sake.

They represent that. Stats and power may be fun to get but just one shotting everything is boring and theres no joy in that. You may have reached the absolute but whats the point now? Wheres the cool challenging boss? The game even becomes boring because you just one shot everything. You win over and over again and there are no challenges, But there is something that never ends, Its being friends, playing with that friend and having fun with your friend not because they'll help you increase a number, but because they're your friend, your best friend! A friend you want to play with without counting or caring about getting towards the end and simply cherishing the moment. So it's forever, its sentimental but its not innocent.

Frisk basically embodies what Asriel values. They truly really is the friend Asriel needed.

on tims way of looking at everything, look he lives w the guy, he knows what goes on w curly and hes not gonna sit here n act like curkys innocent, he knows he would b fighting a losing battle. but when a golden boy like darry over there, talks about curly like pony has done NOTHING to add on to the bs gets under his skin (plus remember that theres a hiinnttt of racism that goes into this so its not like tims wrongfully feeling this way in any aspect, if tim can defend curly, he would and will, u cut that black boy some slack🗣️🗣️🗣️)

darry and tim for the most part relate on a lot of things, so when it comes to the smallll things they dont see eye to eye on, it can b serious and this is one of em!!! tim assumed darry would b smarter but he truly is not. now i dont think they would full on screaming match argue, but there would b quick jabs about pony from tim and darry (being his older brother, duh) will defend pony and for a few days they avoid each other

as for how it would impact pony and curly, less of a “its UR fault we r like this” “no its URS” thing its a “well this is awkward :/“ and they dont get up to their usual shenanigans

It panics when it sees you scowl and huff in anger or annoyance, it can't tell, and it forces the world open anyway.

It boots up quickly, and you watch with annoyance written in your face.

"This is the world I built for you," the text on the screen says. The text closes itself, and reveals...

A world. Just as it said. Gardens and flowers and houses and trees and grass and rivers and clouds. "Walk around with me ! You can hold my hand."

You turn your phone off, clicking the floating hand. It— the hand grips your cursor in a gentle, careful grip, and it begins leading your digital avatar around this little world. It picks those colourful flowers for you, it takes refreshing cups of water for you from the river, it makes you warm waffles in those houses. "We're going to have so much fun :)" more text says on the screen, the little smiley face making you smile.

"I'm going to love you so much, forever and ever, nestled safely in my code."

So you never leave. Just as it wants.

after mercy-killing daisuke, swansea mentions about how he's pretty much given up on life, telling jimmy how he can go and use the cryo pod -

this implies that swansea saw himself just... sitting. in the ship.

thinking about it more, theres a lot of ways this could've went IF jimmy had decided not to kill swansea

for example, swansea would pretty much be left all alone, with nothing but curly and this awful ship, bloodied and all foamed up. who knows how much he would've done, if he could really care for curly properly

all of the routes he could've gone down are so depressing

if he were able to care for both curly and himself, he'd most likely die first, whether sacrificing himself for lack of food or just unable to survive in the environment. if curly had outlived swansea, then curly is just left to rot in pain, knowing jimmy is in the room over, just waiting for his perfect destiny. to erase all knowledge of what happened on the ship. and even in the highest hopes that curly somehow made it 20 years, he still can't talk. he can't do anything

and thats the BETTER option.

say swansea can't care for curly, he watches his friend and boss die, the only person left on the ship as he slowly slips into his own delusions, once again rotting until his time runs out.

and the final option, he can't take it at all, and he takes however many crates-worth of mouthwash to get so sick off it till the point he dies.

although we'll never know what life swansea pictured for himself post-jimmy,

any route he could imagine would be so so depressing

i know this is all what-ifs, but in my opinion its so fun to explore and adds more just to the story as a whole. the fact that even though jimmy killed swansea, swansea is built like a real person. swansea had his own expectations for what could've happened.

Emmy's POV: it has been about a month, we hardly even remember what had happened a month ago although there is still some lingering tension from the situation i can tell. it still Sets a PRECEDENT. that they are willing to -change an old dumb recipe -add more flavour to existing biomes, rather than just keep adding new biomes -continue adding variants to mobs, EVEN if theyre irrelevant. i was convinced we only got wolf variants because the armadillo won and made them "relevant" but... theres nothing interesting or relevant about pigs right now. so, we're just getting pig variants Just Because i think there IS a weird sensation that comes with content thats added "just because" but i think thats bc they havent done that in quite a while. they havent just added like... simple, basic little stuff. maybe theres a middle ground to be had, with this stuff having a bit more of modern mojangs "quality feeling" (cus ill admit most Drop content has felt... very dry, and like. simple-datapacked in?? lol. as opposed to simple-modded in. like prototypes idk)

but at the same time i... would not want to wait years and years for them to give us some more decoration to the forest floors... just for their Mojang Quality Stamp of Perfection sometimes, id rather undercooked than overcooked. i can appreciate a feature thats just, there. a thing thats just, added. without great reason... without deeper thought... but now, i want one of two things from bedrock, in java, that feel relevant now: A) small flower spreading via bonemeal B) fallen trees / logs in forests (with moss carpet pls?)

I was going through some posts I missed and came across the “tatsumi is mature but still does 19 year old things” and I just wanna say I’ve never been able to put it into words when my friends ask but like. That’s exactly what I love about this game.

We’ve got scandals and drama and weird crypto currencies and convoluted backstories of implied murder or identity theft or military shit or relations to underground gang activity or so SO much more and yet the writers still succeed in reminding you that this is a game full of high schoolers.

Natume was one of the five oddballs and suffered through so much during the war where it affects him to this day, but he also refers to his tech savvy and love of the occult as magic and loves the junior he “adopted” to death. Despite Aira struggling against every odd to become a real idol he still buys merch and looks on the internet to look for content of the ones he likes. Rinne was destined to become the monarch of his homeland but ran away in an attempt to find happiness and acceptance and is an amazing strategist who uses it to take down corruption, but his sense of humor is entirely made up of sex jokes and romantic teasing like Aira being “hiiro’s little girlfriend”. The amount of characters that assign themselves the mom friend role just because. Trickstar. I don’t think I need to explain Trickstar-

Like this game has made me cry so many times and it has its ridiculous moments but it also has its genuine ones while also being the most teenage shit I’ve seen in my life and I feel like so few media can balance those and still have a decent story like that. Sorry for the long ass post I just have so many feelings about this kind of stuff 😭

YEAH this is exactly what i was talking about in a previous ask when i said i have nothing meaningful to add to the enstars cast that isnt a headcanon . its all very well thought out and the interpersonal relationships are nuanced enough to feel realistic but outlandish enough to be interesting .

worldbuilding and character design is one of my special interests and i say this any chance i can get: the most important part of building a character (and a story in general) is realizing the importance of comedic irony and comedy as a whole regardless of genre or tone. it makes characters feel more 3 dimensional and relatable because people arent stagnant and theres multiple facets to any individuals personality (this is also why some of the most popular animes of all time have filler episodes or funny bits that show the characters personalities, every event hits with 3x emotional impact the more you know about the characters as people but that's a different discussion) enstars does a really good job of this . like for example if wataru were to have had a realistic reaction to eichi starting the war it wouldnt be nearly as good of a story. the fact that eichis ridiculous ass backwards plan to get wataru to fall in love with him actually worked is a perfect example of comedy used to make a story more interesting. another thing similar to this is how sometimes its better to not detail something and let characters do things for a mundane reason or even no reason at all . for example subaru hating chiaki just because he annoys him, or shinobu being on the broadcasting team despite his character not being associated with technology otherwise and therefore having no real backstory on why he likes radio stuff. its all really well planned worldbuilding with an insane amount of subtle details , which is why enstars is one of my favorite stories to analyze . the only thing i could possibly want more out of it is hardcore tragedy but thats entirely a personal preference rather than a critique because im a slut for catharsis and i love sad endings , especially ones where characters die . (don't worry im in therapy)

Ok starting off with a classic. ugly color but excellent coverage and chemical resistance rating with a nice silhouette. love the gas mask. 7/10 would be higher for a better color.

i like the black with reflector stripes. is it just me or do we got some disco flared pants? It's alright. 5/10

Finney, Gwen and Robin - THESE GUYS ARE SO ALEXANDRIA CODED ITS INSANE. yes. i do not care. i wasnt sure how i really wanted to do this au- if i wanted them to be the equivalent of rick’s group, or just silly background cast, but i can tell for SURE these three are together and ‘thriving’ in alexandria. i can see them all just sitting on the porch roof and just chatting, or sneaking out like how enid and carl did to just be silly in the woods. idk if theyd be members before rick (or the equivalent) comes around, but theyre alexandrian thru and thru^_^

Bruce, Amy and Billy - kingdom!! bruce and billy just have the kingdom aura, and its common protocol that siblings stay together in these things so amy is too!!! i can defo see her living there and taking care of the vegetables:3 id like to think that bruce n billy are pretty close to the King (still havent decided if im keeping ezekiel or finding someoje else) and somehwat kinda taking the role of benjamin sort of except without the dying part (not yet at least i need all the cast 2 meet). i really like the thought of them going out to do the trades alongside the king and company and studying the freak out of the saviours!! also i just really wanted me some cool bruce combat scenes cause that would be FIRE im sorry.

Griffin - HILLTOP. its literally THE place for him. little community,, on the top of a hill,, surrounded by a good ton of animals and plants and an ex-museum in the backdrop,, living ‘peacefully’ and quiet,, its him guys. its his place. in this fic im writing, its already 169% canon, and his mom is one of the doctors there since she was a nurse before the outbreak so!! yippee!! perfect life for him i hope nothing bad happens. he plants strawberries behind the trailers and shares them with a somebody ;)

Vance - now the reason why he’s separate from everyone is because i could NAWT figure ts out completely. but let me tell you one thing i am SURE about,, vance as an ex-saviour. THINK OF IT. i wasn’t completely sure if i should make him an actual saviour or having a family member who is/was, but i was thinking that whatever it was, he escaped the sanctuary and left for one of the other communities or completely off course and miraculously stumbling upon another member of the cast. he was originally going to be a sort of jesus character (THERES A FR CHARACTER NAMED JESUS IN TWD DONT TAKE OUT OF CONTEXT) back at hilltop with griffin, and im pretty sure i implied he was there, too, but im still stuck on deciding:P wouldnt it be funny if ex saviour vance stumbles upon kingdom bruce and then- *gets shot*

Room Zero - as someone who was personally Waiting those multiple years to see that rvb animated episode be finished i was so excited by this one. also i just love the animation + attention to character details in the og one. even though it doesnt really add much to that original base, newer fans should watch it to appreciate the animation cuz its cute. especially fond of every character detail moment like church running backward and using his hand to slide or the earliest iteration of grif being canonically animated as fat. idk i love it a lot and i think its p cute and well worth the watch. it's also the first episodically which is neat. good opener for s14.

The Brick Gulch Chronicles - look its stop motion lego and its cute as fuuuuuuck. the plot being sarges bday is adorable. literally awesome.

Fight the Good Fight - okay i just find it cute and quirky and generally enjoyed watching it quite a bit :) it made me laugh. the [Red] team gag was good. it reminded me of the similar gag from the simpsons in the kamp krusty episode. my dad always makes jokes about that specific gag so ahh. definitely worth the watch but understandable to skip.

Caboose's Guide to Making Friends - its just really fucking cute idfk

Head Cannon - This one's just really funny and also adds on to a scene that already was fun in a good way. Enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Get Bent - I wish sarge was still an old woman but dykenut and church bisexuality balances it out. i also wish we had female tucker. it makes me sad we didnt get female tucker.

Red vs. Blue the Musical - The reds' song is about weapons and the blues' song is about church killing himself. 10/10. no notes. perfect summation of rvb in like 10 minutes.

Mr. Red vs Mr. Blue - genuinely delightful like a distilled everything i like about tucker. he's really fun here. also sister is fun here.

The Triplets & The "Mission" - The triplets own hard. the scene with wash connie and south at the end always makes me smile. ohio girl youre fucking crazy but youre everything. I love you.

Tier 2 - Decent content. You can skip but still somewhat worth ur time.

From Stumbled Beginnings and Why They're Here - Mostly fun. Asterisk mostly. There's an episode between these two that's technically an episode trilogy you should skip. Otherwise is pretty fun.

The #1 Movie in the Galaxy: 3 - This is silly and fun. I enjoyed it. It's also short.

Meta vs Carolina: Dawn of Awesome - look man its a death battle. if you like death battle youll have fun. if you hate death battle you can skip it. shoutout sarge deadbeat dad implications though. i cant even be mad its just not the character id expect them to do that to...

Grey vs Gray - i found it fun :) nothing stand out tho. skippable but not egregiously bad.

Immersion: The Warthog Flip - Look if you Like seeing science stuff yeah its a good watch. if you dont like that you can skip it. I like the math and science though. you don't lose anything in skipping though.

Tier 3 - Meh

Orange is the New Red & Invaders from Another Mother - theyre not bad but aged... poorly. i thought they were funny when i was younger but i watched funhaus actively then. i dont know how this would fare to a non-FH fan. Desert Dance [Spins]

Red vs. Blue vs. Roosterteeth - I KNOWWWWW THERES A LOT OF NOSTALGIA its just .... not very funny. its creators meeting their characters but its also odd in a strange way. you can watch it if youre curious enough. i liked the end voice over of s14 a lot tho so like maybe watch it and if youre bored skip to the end lol

Tier 4 - Drink a lot or watch with friends to experience enjoyment

Club, Call, & Consequences - look man the only way youre enjoying this is if you are a hardcore lolix guy or you are wasted out of your mindddd. im sorry who the fuck is siris. i honest to god thought siris was a bit as a joke on the whole thing of "grif simmons and hammer" from earlier. they never even mention siris again. who the fuck is siris. i felt like i was like lied to or something . sorry siris is so fucking funny. well he didnt have a personality but thats ok. i dont know if he actually exists.

RvB Throwdown - Get Miles Luna out of the booth. never let him rap again.

Tier 5 - Bad. Skip it.

Fifty Shades of Red - Fifty Shades of Red has possibly one of the worst jokes in the series that immediately assassinates Tucker into a pretty fucking awful light and retroactively ruins his character for the preceding 13 seasons. I honestly recommend skipping Fifty Shades of Red to avoid that one tucker joke. its not necessary and contributes nothing. The rest of the episode is fine and on the level of stumbled beginnings & why theyre here. but god that one joke is so bad i can't in good faith recommend it. it just leaves me fuming LOL i could write an essay as it being the origin point of post s13 writers room tucker hate where they start trying to make him an irredeemable asshole & dont understand his whole deal for the rest of the series.

Thsi episode was awesome. It was funny and sweet and it had great characterization.

The episodes that don't focus on house are so fucking funny, you get to see an outsider perspective in all of his madness. The scene where wilson and cuddy discuss something normal when suddenly houses team goes flying past them with an almost dead patient comes to mind.

Fun fact!!! Lockdown was the first house episode directed by hugh laurie himself!! I just thought it was interesting. But ye everything you said, taub and foreman getting high off vicodin just because is a hysterical prelude to their s7 dynamic (i know that u haven't watched s7 yet. Just mentioning it as something you can look forward to). And House of course...."im sorry i didn't get your case." "Im sorry too". House always tortures himself over the consequences of his actions but theres also something to be said about the consequences of his inaction in this episode. I love it when the show goes out of its way to break its own formula.

Also i read the wiki page about this episode before answering this ask to refresh my memory on it (the wiki is far from perfect lmao but i do enjoy it sometimes). It has some sections that i found myself fascinated by.
