#apparently alc councillor can get a p.doc to stamp me as needing further mh help beyond alcohol outpatient rehab#which would be cool#im wary of people finding out the real problem with me tho. like negligence or being hurt or fucked over by mh ppl#they suck . i went into a bit of a rage during a group thing there abt local mh services and the stalker i had in school. how long its#taken to get help kinda thing. or whatever. i mean i am getting help ive been getting mh help for years really#just not for the right problem#but nothing can be done about that anyway#my brain hurts lol#theres no lesson in magic. i gotta focus up and make real gains. manifest my destiny with my own two hands. i cant fly like the devil#but i can still be more than i am now at least. this 12 year long breakdown is maybe about to end#if someone w power over me clocks that im a narc they could rly fuck me over tho
