In healing my health and my life I found the ocean. The ocean stepped me further into meditation. That meditation has brought me to being like the waves, breathing in so deeply with what is so important and then being able to exhale and let go of all else that doesn’t serve me. It’s why I’ve dedicated myself to breathing into the darkest times of health and life to inspire, empower and bring joy and happiness to millions around the world just like me. The work with my breath, the work with my actions allows me to stand and achieve all that needs to be done for invisible illness, mental health and suicide prevention. I am currently writing 5 books, with another 15 commissioned to be published prior to 2020. Along with the books, I am creating a most amazing podcast series that will raise the noise not through screaming but with opening up conversations that have long needed to be had. It’s time to tune in.... BECAUSE the universe responds to those that take the time to do the work! By writing out our most wanted desires we set the path to create our reality! We need to stop and see into our highest intuitive force field. By doing this we can then write it out fully so that we can the preach and teach it to friends and followers using our preferred social language across the global shores! By tuning in, I’ve recognised that I need to communicate the importance of using mindfulness and meditation to reboot our intuitive and consciousness and thus find health and wellness in life using my written words in book form and through my voice in speaking events and podcasts. “I am not here to be anyone, except ME” a fabulous woman taught me about life being now and it’s so true in all areas of life but particularly when you live with chronic invisible illnesses that can fuck up perfectly good plans. So the plans get fucked up, what the fuck, it’s annoying, it’s downright ridiculous but those plans are now gone! It’s time to be that beautiful individual me and shine my way through life even when symptoms suggest not so much of the shine! #onthepinboard highlighting it all; “I’ve been sick, I’ve been well but seriously there is no in between when I let life win” Motto is let life win - throw away the garbage, throw away the crap and focus on living life with every breath, in every moment for what is in my heart! Late last year I decided that 2018 was about one word! That word is “LIVE” and these words on the pin board today flow to the very level of why! No illness, no wellness can make me live life, i have to live for me, not what is wrong or right, simply for me being me! I thought with this oath to my word “live” I had to be successful as an advocate with a world class successful business-WHAT FUCKING BS - WHAT FUCKING BS! I am now living for me, for what makes me breathe in the bliss first thing in the morning and last thing at night! Being ill doesn’t that, being well does not do that - what does that is being true to what my holistic and intuitive heart says! In 2018 my heart holistically and intuitively says to hold grace with such a consciousness now & forever power! Each day I hold the grace of God in both of my hands asking for his daily wisdom, support and guidance and with that the breath and steps of living life will be mine through the natural flow of holistic intuitive and strong conscious energy.
