for the giggles, what if evil!wu au was like an inverted world and it has something like Magenta Ninja Harumi and Sensei Garmadon taught the elements of destruction instead
Bruuuuh you can't just drop banger au ideas on me like thissss, I don't have the time or mental capacity!
...So, anyway, INVERSE!AU?!?!? LegacyInverse?!
BUCKLE UUUUUUP-
Wu, having been bitten by the Devourer as a child (with miscellaneous yet currently undetermined side effects), doesn't outright long for destructive conquest like his brother, but instead simply wants revenge, quietly biding his time with his brother being none the wiser as he plots and plans for his moment (because here he would've begged Garm to get the sword and Garm would've just told him no, and as a child he'd already been resentful and bitter over that...but then that unresolved malice that festers all the way into Garm winning over Misako and having Lloyd <- and that's Wu's breaking point)
But instead of realizing Lloyd's the Green Ninja (as the Green Element wouldn't have been "discovered" here, similar to how [REDACTED] is now, thus the genetically-ideal Lloyd only inherited his grandfather's full essence), his family realizes Lloyd runs the risk of fulfilling the prophecy of the Golden Master, and if left unchecked he'll experience the same fate as his grandfather (and also possibly destroy the world, if he doesn't destroy himself first, heyo).
And Garmadon knows the only thing can could even possibly suppress the pure Golden Essence/Power is the combined might of the Golden Weapons (which *we* know is because Core Four = Green Element, Green Element -> diametrically opposed to GP), so Garm asks for Wu's help in keeping them protected until the time comes.
...But Wu DOESN'T, gasp! And he successfully manages to steal all four Golden Weapons! The one thing they think is capable of saving Lloyd from a horrible fate! Which for Wu is the ultimate revenge against Garmadon (being made to be unable to save his son) and Garm FIGHTS! And via some miscellaneous yet undetermined might of the forces that be, he's the one banished to the Underworld...and from there, both brothers get to work.
Wu, unable to leave the Underworld, manage to coerce the Skulkin to seek out the Inheritors of the Four Core Element—the only other possible solution to contain Lloyd. They first "kidnap" a runaway boy with marigold eyes from a mountain ("kidnap" is in quotes; Cole thinks he's got nowhere better to go and surrenders pretty easily snksnksn), then actually kidnap an amnesiac robot from his father (maybe Julien dies in the process here, idk), then a boy with cobalt blue eyes head to city to test his invention and never comes home one day...and finally, Destiny set its sights on the future Master of Fire.
Long story short Skulkin kidnaps Kai instead of Nya -> Kai basically becomes Wu's "General #1" (hehehe), and Garm, who realized too late what Wu had been scheming and had been working on "countermeasures" in the meantime, just barely manages to save Nya from a similar fate. OFC Nya wants to fight to get her brother back, and Garmadon's totally down to let her—but, specifically because he'd arrived in the first place for her...as he seeks the Inheritors of the Elements of Destruction to counteract Wu's plan
Since there's no "Green Ninja" prophecy here to counteract the Golden Master one, and Garmadon's desperately needs a solution on how to save Lloyd without the Golden Weapons/Core Four...he devises his own theoretical prophecy—that the Combined might of the Outlier Elements, the "Elements of Destruction", would also be enough to yield a force capable of standing up to the Golden Power. Theoretically.
So he begins devising together a team—his first member is Morro, the Jade Ninja and Master of Wind. 40-something years old (and never died due to Garm not running off to Chen/Wu not having the compassion to try and raise him himself) and is known as Garm's first and finest pupil. He takes role as the leader of the group (in Cole-flavor, that is), and is without a doubt the strongest member.
The second member is Toby (name pending), the Variegated Ninja and Master of Time. When the Spinjitzu Bros dealt with the Time Twins, instead of hiding away the Time Blades and cutting the element from the Compass, Garm made the call to give the element to the "next of kin" (so an Elemental Descendant of Time from a generation or two back) in order to reunite the element...which wound up in now currently 20-something Toby. He stays with the Destructo-team for a few years but eventually retires to raise a family (growing up to be Roby's dad! ..but he also might wind up being murdered by his own brother out of jealousy, but that's neither here or there)
(...look I gotta work in my "Roby is a Time Descendant hc SOMEWHERE. He just winds up as an Inheritor in DR in this universe instead but he'd still rather host a tournament than partake in one ghfgfd)
Anyway, if Toby's theoretically anything like his son, then he's the Jay of the group jhgfhgffds (especially with an OP power like time at the his fingertips—but just imagine the pranks hgfdgfd)
The third member is one Skylor Chen, Amber Ninja and Master of Amber (she's mad at the lack of originality but she cannot say it isn't effective). Garmadon ofc never trained under Master Chen here, but also never learned of the hand he had in the stirring of the Serpentine War, thus Chen was never banished to his island. He still managed to make a fortune with a slave-run noodle company, and with the Elemental Compass NOT taboo info in this universe since the Green Element "doesn't exist" to take advantage of, he instead FLAUNTS the fact that his wife and daughter were/are Masters of Amber (in a similar vein to Skylor's "situation" from the Royal!Au), and....shady dealings arise from that. Garmadon basically winds up helping Skylor run away from her crazy father, and she becomes like a surrogate child to him (and big sister to Lloyd!) (though this makes the cause of Tournament of Elements a plan for Chen to get his daughter back in his clutches, and continued revenge on Garmadon...and also become a snake, but I digress)
The fourth member is Nya herself, the up-and-coming rookie Silver Ninja and Master of Water! She's the only one of the team without a True Potential from the start, so the "pilot season" is her bonding with everyone and coming to terms with herself while also dealing with constant attacks from the Core Four (the Corrupted Four, if you will), who are trying to learn about the whereabouts of Lloyd for their Master...
...who learns from Misako accidentally about his fate and winds up running away to "become evil since that's what I'm destined to do anyway". So, that much is still the same anyway. (I just dunno at what point this happens, but it's prior to Nya's TP)
Anyway, Nya gets her TP, the Destructo Four perform some ritual, and their elements combine........and they manifest The Overlord (who, while far more chill here, is still gungho about trying to kill Lloyd) (*also, note, this is just a thing for this hypothetical au only jsaghfds. that's not how it works in "actual" legacyverse)
BREATHE.
Pause. Settle. Rest. Sip tea.
CONTINUE-
So the first time around for The Final Battle, the FSM and the Overlord had been evenly matched, and the FSM was too consumed by the might of the Golden Essence to rely on his friends and combine their might to manifest the Green Element to be able to overtake + seal the Overlord. As a result, their fight lasted centuries, and the FSM was driven further and further into madness by his unchecked power, turning him into an unrelenting menace. Similar to "legacy!canon", he winds up "taking himself out" to stop himself from harming anyone, and an unsealed Overlord simply goes dormant (instead of having centuries to build up a relentless rage in a metaphorical metaphysical case).
...until he is forcibly brought back by the Destructo Four, and learns that a new Golden Master may be on the rise. Garmadon begs and pleads with the Overlord to not kill Lloyd, and asks if there's any other way for them to subdue Lloyd. The Overlord considers this, and theorizes that if there was another mortal being to take the Overlord's place/powers as a counterbalance to Lloyd, then Lloyd would be less likely to go berserk and he wouldn't have to kill him—but not just anyone can wield the Void Essence. Only the most empty, desolate, and quiet of souls could ever hope to do that.
Anyway as The Overlord searches for a "Champion", the Desctructo Four search for Lloyd, who still releases the Serpentine, yadda ya, Great Devourer still eventually gets unleashed, Harumi's parents still die, and the Overlord happens upon her at the peak of her despair and is like "YOU'RE PERFECT", and grants her the Void Essence and serves as her floating cloud Guardian companion.
Also having Void from the get-go allows a grieving Harumi to oneshot the Devourer with an oblivion blast or something lol since Garmadon can't do it here. This causes her to pass out and the Destructo Team kidnap bring her to the monastery to explain the situation I mean what else is she gonna do? go home to her parents?
"....So I'm cursed with oblivion powers and I'm fated one day to kill the Golden Master?" "...we're trying NOT to kill my son here.........!" "Well he released the Devourer, so I think I should still kill him—" "No, that was Pythor." "...Oh, ok."
And then the legendary Magenta Ninja is born! With the power to obliterate and leave voids in her wake! Cue training arc to achieve her true potential!
(also also Olivia is Samurai X, and everything about Jesse is the same, unless we wanna splice in the Quiet!Jesse AU here so he can be the surrogate!Harumi in this au (like, he goes in to save Harumi's parents, they still die but he gets pushed in the elevator anyway/get scarred/can't save Miranda, and Harumi, while safe and not needing to be saved from a building, is still close enough to make the agonizing realization -> Fairy godmother Overlord appears with free powers!) ... Otherwise Harumi would be surrogate!Lloyd to him and Skylor is surrogate!Cole lmaoooo. Antonia is still Antonia.)
So then they train Harumi, Lloyd's being worked up about his destiny and trying to avoid it puts him right on the path to becoming the monster he doesn't want to be and he starts his career of mayhem! And while training, Harumi realizes she's internally imbalanced herself, and suffers from some of the same agonies that Lloyd does—and realizes she, too, is a threat to the world (not helped by the Overlord still trying to sway her into just killing Lloyd—even though they figure out that would just end her too)
So now Harumi and Lloyd are the only two people in the world that can even remotely understand what in the world the other is going through (potential tragic romance doomed diametrically opposed lovers fated to kill one another unreachable like the opposite ends of a magnet something something), but by training with her team and learning to accept the hardships of her life or something, Harumi gets her True Potential...which leads her to gain access to the [REDACTED] Element. (though for kicks everyone just calls it the "Magenta Element" lmao) (again, also not quite how it happens in canon, but roll with me)
BREATHE.
Okay, Act 3....!
With full powers in hand, Harumi finally feels fully like herself again, while the 2:1 imbalance throws Lloyd further in agony. Harumi wonders if there's a hidden element Lloyd hasn't tapped into either, leading Nya to bust out the OG Compass and finally theorizes that the combination of the Core Four might be what's missing here. So the next mission (while trying to keep Lloyd form going crazy) is to win over the Core Four and stop a now-enraged Wu from killing Lloyd himself (....there's a lot of attempted murder in this au; I'd never survive tiktok)
As Nya, Skylor, Toby, and Morro slowly win over Kai, Jay, Zane, and Cole (with Kai being particularly stubborn about Lloyd needing to die to "save everyone", being the surrogate!Olivia wheee), Wu grows more relentless, with Misako going in to try and talk to him and calm him down, but to no avail. Something goes down (a fight? an altercation? he captures her in a cage?) and that sets Lloyd off and he gets stuck in a Golden Outburst, which sets off the "second" final battle between him and Harumi.
But the whole time while both sides are trying to get through to Lloyd, the Overlord keeps whispering to Harumi about just being done with all of it—get rid of him and end everything. But Harumi doesn't want to die herself, and yet the Overlord insists "There is peace in the dark'.
But Harumi's like "noooo I want to LIVE" in cliche anime fashion and that snaps Lloyd out of it a bit, making the realization that he wants to live too and that he loves life -> bam opening for the Core Four to swoop in with the weapons and help him unlock his own True Potential, and thus access to the Green Element (cuz his element if life woop woop), which not only balances him internally, but externally with Harumi, meaning neither have to worry about going crazy, and neither "have to die".
The Overlord is outraged at this, claiming he "made" Harumi like this, she should understand his philosophy, something something (maybe there was a subplot where he was planning on making Harumi a permanent physical vessel for himself but he needed Lloyd out of the way, idk), EITHER way Harumi doesn't need him anymore, and neither does reality, and she poofs him away with his own powers (YEAH IRONY), as he no longer has his purpose to exist.
And now with his TP and full power, Lloyd's able to use his [REDACTED] NRG Ability to save his uncle from evil-compulsion, and they hug (very important) and Wu apologizes (but then goes on a long soul-searching journey to atone for his sins or something), the Core Four don't want to be ninja or soldiers or anything anymore, and wish to go back to their families to make up for the lost time (though Kai eventually winds up coming back for Nya, and the others are always on call at the sign of a crisis), and the Destructo Team stay on as the main ninja for the time being
...and even if it isn't wholly accurate, Nya, Skylor, Morro, Toby, and Harumi all come together to make a "compass" out of their own unified elements, symbolizing the time they spent together.
And it is fittingly called the Inverse Compass.
The End!

so i had a thought about ashrah and syzoth and i really dont know how to feel about it so i want your input. and keep in mind i am still new to MK lore and dont understand the ins and outs of it like most other people do. but i read that in past timelines at least, demons of the netherrealm were dead bodies reanimated by quan chi. so i was wondering, how do you feel about the idea of ashrah having been syzoths wife in her past life, probably unbeknownst to her. does it make sense, the implications of it, etc.
hi sorry i was in figure drawing when i got this ask & that class lasts 6 hours 🫠 art school was a mistake
anyways: this is so good and yet evil oh my god??????? it probably wouldn't work in canon unless stuff got retconned, but the implications here are so interesting to me regardless and you could do so much stuff character-wise (especially for ashrah) with this concept.....
first off, don't worry about not knowing extensive details about mk lore. it's bound to be confusing for someone new to the franchise, and even then plenty of us who've been here for a while don't entirely know what's going on either. i had to look up half the shit i mention in this post just to make sure i'm not off by a bunch
syzoth would have the biggest mental breakdown ever if this were a thing. poor guy can't catch a break
this would be a lot for ashrah, if she were to find out or otherwise put the pieces together. i mean, her whole thing is wanting to be fully human, and yet in this idea, she's not aware that she once already was human. that would be absolutely wild and 100% turn her entire world upside-down if she were to ever find out that truth.
the angst in this idea would go crazy. I LOVE IT. i think that syzoth would be reluctant to get close in any way with ashrah (at least initially) because, even if he doesn't know about how some demons are dead people brought back to life, ashrah physically resembling + sounding like his dead wife would mess with his head SO much.
poor ashrah, too; she's trying to learn what it means to be human and make friends with all these new people, and everyone in the good-guys group seems to be willing to be open with her--except for syzoth. and she has zero clue why. of course, because of their similar pasts and common struggles, they'd probably be drawn to each other anyways, but it'd be 10x more depressing than in canon
i imagine in this concept, shang killed her and then gave her corpse to quan chi. i don't think shang tsung would've given syzoth's family the dignity of dying in the living forest, tbh, i personally believe he dragged them off somewhere far away to die (which is also how i imagine syzoth went so long without knowing they were dead in the first place. easier to keep him in the dark about his family's fate if he's not aware of where they are). alternatively, ashrah could be put in a similar boat to old-timeline hanzo, who was a vengeful spirit of the netherrealm after being killed by bi-han, and then continuously manipulated by quan chi. i guess she would have to be somehow turned from a spectre to a demon, but i'm sure they can figure it out with magic lmfao
you're sort of right about the reanimated/reincarnation thing, it just doesn't apply to every type of demon. (more lore explanation under the cut bc i rambled a lot and it got a bit long oops) (if you read up on all this already and this information is useless to you i sincerely apologize in advance)
the lots of different demon types in mortal kombat: imps, oni, the enenera, cambions, and other miscellaneous ones. iirc there was also gonna be another class called "elder demons" (like elder gods but not really???? i guess???) in an older game but that was scrapped.
there’s technically a difference between the oni and other demons, because quan chi in the old timeline was an oni before he turned into a demon after mastering sorcery. so i guess oni are like… lower than demons??? or something?????? i’m not actually sure what the difference is between the two tbh 😓
we know that the enenra are created from the souls of slain mortals, so they'd be an example of an undead person coming back as a demon, as mentioned in this very sad scenario. the only enenra that we've actually met in canon is smoke, who was explained to be one after dying as a child via his mk9 ending
Tumblr media Tumblr media
it's really fucked up lol, some cult kidnapped & sacrificed him when he just a kid
so that would be one example of how in this au/scenario/thing, ashrah could've had a human life once and not be aware of it. this tracks pretty well with mk9 smoke not remembering his previous life or death, until his early memories came back to him after so long.
the only issue is that smoke was reborn as an enenra right after he was killed, and after he took out his revenge on the cultists, he woke back up in his human body with no memories of his previous life. so i assume this would apply to any other enenra: they die, come back and do their thing, then go back to their original bodies right where they died with no memories of their old lives. they don't minecraft respawn in the netherrealm, which is where ashrah is from. but if pre-death ashrah in this au was dragged to the netherrealm and then killed, then brought back as a demon that's further manipulated by quan chi's dark magic, i guess it could work?????
(speaking of the enenra: in one of his mk1 intros with ashrah, smoke mentions dreaming of the enenra. so either tomas already died in this new timeline & just isn't aware of it, OR he's gonna kick the bucket soon and come back as an enenra. either way, we should probably prepare his funeral in advance lmfao).
there have also been demons that aren’t enenra, but are still dead people reincarnated by quan chi, as you mentioned. they're really obscure characters -- i had to look them up to make sure i wasn't making this up in my head lmfao -- but in the show mortal kombat: conquest there's siann, mika, and sora. they're undead corpses of the netherrealm that were brought back to life as demons via quan chi's magic
Tumblr media
they lived they served cunt they died
from my understanding (i haven't watched mk:c, i just read their wiki page) they were basically being forced to work for quan chi otherwise he threatened take away their living forms, which sucks. also mika might have a crush on quan chi….. for some reason???
the difference between these three and the enenra, though, is that they seem to actually be aware that they're undead lol. but maybe that's just because quan chi keeps threatening them with being corpses again if they don't follow his orders (again, haven't watched mk:c). who knows! their wiki page isn’t that long and doesn’t give me much info so i don’t have much to go off of 🤷🏻‍♂️
ashrah in mk1 does have a canonical demon type; she mentions that her and her sisters are cambions in an intro with kitana, hence how sareena can seamlessly change between her human-ish and demon form. i don’t thiiiink cambions are “reborn”/undead the same way the enenra would be? in irl folklore “cambion” is used to refer to either a changeling — which makes sense given sareena — or a demon-human hybrid. i really doubt ashrah’s the latter, though, so i suppose she just... spawned into existence as a cambion one day. or maybe she has demon parents running around somewhere. idk bro
i guess what i’m trying to tie together here is that in the “ashrah is a reborn dead person but doesnt know it and unfortunately said dead person is syzoth’s dead wife” nightmare scenario you’ve presented to my inbox, it could go a few ways:
she’s an enenra
same situation as the mk:c girls
hanzo-esque situation (although he's not a demon so. idk)
the second one is probably more in line with what you're thinking of, except that unlike the mk:c girls, ashrah would be kept in the dark that she's a reanimated corpse of a human woman.
and, i said this earlier, but i'll say it again: this would be a wild twist for ashrah character-wise. imagine: she’s fighting for her absolution, fighting to be a human and rid herself of her demonic nature, and then it turns out all along that at one point, there was a time ashrah was human. she had a human life and appearance once, and it was all ripped from her one day and she had no idea. even if her previous life wasn’t related to syzoth or anyone else on the roster, that would still suck. but on the other hand, i think it would give her even more incentive to purify her soul & finally kill quan chi. she'd be hurt, angry, want vengeance for the human woman she once was. the woman that was wrongfully murdered for a sorcerer's selfish gains. the possibilities are endless!!!
i dunno what else to put here or how to end this off, but i've got so many thoughts now... oughh

ahhh sorry, the heatwave fic i meant was the fic you reblogged, that three-part one, "affection's edge". i only saw it because i was following you, and when i realized you were the one who reblogged it i was like "this is the SAME BRAND",, same brain cell
i think i read your "into the void" fic on ao3 before i found you on tumblr... that's happened to me a lot in this fandom. but i am suuuch a sucker for the religious allegories. "your serpent will always think it was right to bite" just hits absolutely diff.
geto is basically moral imperatives: the character. he goes full genocide and he sounds so calm and rational and legitimately?? healed??? by the decision?? he can believably be so many things because he's figured out the magnet hack with the moral compass baby.
it's really fun hearing about the backstory for the reader in that fic, too! the sheer utility value of having cursed energy gps, especially for geto who eats curses... and god. teen geto was a very sensitive and perceptive person who read others super well. he really was!
every idea i have lately has turned into this multichapter saga shdflkshdg it KILLS me but it's so fun thinking of backstories and abilities and how they could tie into their relationships with the characters!
i hope both of us can finish some wip someday,,, jhfgksdhg the struggle is SO REAL. but one day!
OH YOU MEANT CIELO'S FIC??
Now, I get it, I'm sorry for rambling about my Yuta fic lmao.
I love Cielo's works and the way she writes Geto. If I want a bit of inspiration or when I'm struggling with my own fics, I always visit her blog and read her stuff. I think we both like to characterize him as a kind of twisted caretaker but her Geto is a bit more playful than mine, and more upfront about his awful antics against the reader. And I absolutely love it! 💕
Yeah, I like religious symbolism a lot too, I can get my own religious trauma out of my system so I guess it's both beneficial to me and my audience too lol. But that part you're quoting from my fic is actually a little symbolistic tale about victims of abuse and their relationship to their abuser. The story is about that sometimes it's futile to make your abuser admit to the damage they caused and instead, you should focus on yourself and your healing. But it sounded kinda cool so I took it and reworked it a bit to fit into the narrative.
I like writing backstories for the readers even if I don't include it in the fic. But it actually helps a lot to have an idea about them, what kind of environment they come from, what they bring into the dynamic and why etc. It's easier to handle the dynamic if I have a general idea about how they got together with the character, what makes them attached to each other and stuff. Maybe I do this because I've been writing a lot of OC x canon stuff where you must establish the background of your character, make them fit into the canon and well... make it make sense why the character is into your OC.
I'm trying my best to restrain myself and not to start yapping about the dynamic of jjk OC and Geto because... oh boy... I do love to talk about my imaginary babies.
I really like that idea! It makes so much sense for Geto bringing reader to track down curses so he can add them to his collection. Cute date idea! But honestly, I came up with reader's technique when I was half-way done with the first part, completely out of the blue. But I do remember there was a headcannon post about how different cursed techniques reveal something crucial/sensitive about the character or how they can be interpreted as a coping/defense mechanism and that post probably influenced me a little bit.
And like... I don't want to spoil my own fics, but in the dilf!Geto fic, reader's curse technique kinda similar to his technique but it's not like curse manipulation 2.0. Similarities are important in this dynamic I can tell this much.
I was also a member of the multichapter madness gang but I got frustrated that I can't complete any one of them. I still have a Jerome Valeska fic, I love it with all my heart, it's packed with so much dark content but it still needs 8 chapters to be wrapped up (the whole fic is 26 chapters long with the unwritten ones). Aaaand I published the first chapter in 2021 so it deserves a rewrite too. I would rather write a really long one shot with lot of exposition and buildup to have higher chance of finishing it in the future. I mostly just keep the details, the fun facts and the backstories to myself, hoping for somebody like you to share them 💕

me:
i want to talk about how much mi.zuki loves her adoptive dad! i want to talk about how much comfort and joy hi.tomi has brought her! i want to talk about the sisters! mi.zuki and iris! i want to talk about how ota can actually sometimes be a semi-okay big brother figure if he feels mi.zuki is being neglected even if he still sucks!
how he picks her up and drives her to his place and even though he messes up (all the time god) he genuinely is empathetic to her!!!! how boss is to mi.zuki especially in her route! mi.zuki choking up on the day she's officially legally adopted!!!! then says it's 'dirt in my eye stupid!!' but she's about to start crying she can't fool anyone.
angry rabbit! silly stupid stuff like mizuk.i using date as a benchpress for her weight training. JUST!!!! everyone trying to get normalcy back! a.iba and mizuk.i getting to know each other so we get the sisterly bond that she at least got crumbs of some family stuff in ai.ni!! mi.zuki going back and forth between her past life as an oki.ura and now her future life as a date and slowly, slowly, healing what can be healed and accepting she's both while always feeling a warmth and almost pain in her chest when someone calls her mi.zuki date because it means she's part of someone, she's finally part of someone, of something, the love she feels from just looking at her new name and always wanting to cry and panic all at once!!! a joy so big it hurts!. getting to kn.ow amame who became 'mame'!
mi.zuki and mama! mi.zuki always like 'you look so pretty today mama' while date is like 'oh look mama you're so square and mi.zuki hits him.'
Tumblr media
also me:
hey so since i don't unless an a.it.sf muse writes this out, or implies it in their writing (has date missing in ai.ni i'll never be ok with that ) how is everyone doing with mizu.ki losing her left eye like her biological parents how we feeling. m.izuki in therapy and with an eyepatch herself??????
how about we talk about mi.zuki and pew.ter in a room with miz.uki finding out he was her biological father's boyfriend. how about date and mi.zuki staying up all night with aiba on their shoulder because the cyclops serial case messed them up and they can't sleep or family slumber parties i say this only if people ship da.tomi if not just the general idea?????? like i don't assume things because the fun thing i noticed about the ai comm is we all have diff ideas! so i never want to assume a fan's canon!
mi.zuki refusing therapy because she's stoic about her pain as is, struggling with her past and trauma and tossing and turning a lot. regressing and taking two steps back then two steps forward. human things. painful things. human. mi.zuki slowly healing. so many of her wounds are unmendable, but that doesn't mean there aren't some that will dry up and stop bleeding. m.izuki wondering if her adoption day was a dream and hesitantly checking the apartment for the official papers and starts crying and she doesn't know why.
lil lily note: i don't assume people's canons because in the tags i p much think everyone has different thoughts. i know a lot of things in the second game are divisive and a lot of things i wasn't happy with, and some i enjoyed! i won't assume ships, portrayals etc. this goes to anyone who has ai muses or ai verses! i'm actually more flexible than my rules which are too long look but! some things i won't do, but i do like to hear everyone's opinions, favorite som.niums, ost, routes! characters! it's so fun to me because this series ruined my life and uh makes me happy!

Hi! Im winx club anon and I wanted to thank you for the tips ! The one about the wings sound so cool lmao
If its okay, can you share a little snippet of what it was like being there?
Like if you were in alfea, what did the winx club look like irl 👀👀 do they have diff personalities than in the show... what was the technology like (cus they have flying motorcycles n other stuff if im remembering correctly), what were the classes like? Any! Doesn’t have to be all or a long story at all 😅 its just so cool to hear about people’s dr stories and excites me/motivates me a lot djdjdj)
Of course!
So, I actually have two main Winx DRs! In one, I attend Alfea and I'm with the Winx (obvs 😌) and in the other, I attend Red Fountain and I'm with the main Specialists (I scripted that it wasn't gender exclusive cause yknow... I didn't really feel like being a boy). I'll talk more about the Winx one but if you want to know about Red or the guys just let me know!
Standard disclaimer that these are just the realities I shifted too and it's 100% possible for you to go somewhere else!
First, they're all so hot 🧍🏻‍♀️ Literally all the main characters are gorgeous. Flora has this really feminine, soft beauty (sooo many people had a crush on her and like... whew mama me too). Stella is obviously super attractive; she has kind of a Cleo DeNile beauty (aka super hot and super royal). Bloom is super cute! She reminds me of a "girl next door" kind of cute? Tecna is a lot more androgynous than I thought she would be! Musa also has a bit of a "girl next door" cuteness to her (total beast on stage though! a lot of fans talked about her duality aljdhfljahdg). And Aisha!!! So beautiful, a literal goddess.
Their personalities were very similar to the show and comics! I wanted both DRs to be as close to canon as possible so not much changed there. They mostly deviated in season 4 and the later seasons! Since in those seasons their personalities changed a lot, they ended up acting like their original season selves instead (which I preferred anyway so).
The technology is amazing!! Apart from the literal magic, it's one of the best things about being there! It does differ a bit from planet to planet (some planets don't even have electricity despite being registered!). Zenith is obviously the most technologically advanced. Inventors there have to get multiple permits to be able to share their technology to other planets though which was really interesting to me. Red Fountain uses the most technology out of the three schools and most of it is either weapon, transportation, or medical related. OH! And actually, I'd say the most impressive technology to me is all the medical stuff!! It's super advanced and it's one of the top leading technological industries. Like they never really have problems with yknow. pandemics or even super serious injuries. Blood loss also isn't a big issue if someone gets help before they're completely uhhh empty?? You know what I mean.
The wind riders (aka hover bikes) are really fun! There's a bit of a learning curve if you've never been on one though (mostly with balance but they are always working on trying to make it easier). In my very correct opinion, the Crows are the most fun to fly! Most Specialists like flying them but you do have to go through a lot more classes and tests to get your permit than some of the others.
For classes at Alfea, I'd say Advanced Flying and Magiphilosophy were my top favorites! Applied Convergence was also fun but only when we actually got to practice doing convergence spells. There's a surprising amount of technical mumbo jumbo in magic classes. In Advanced Flying, they introduce hurdles and barriers and even other fairies trying to "attack" you (the spells don't actually hurt of course). You know that one scene in season 4 where Flora is flying through that course? It's basically like that! They also had flight practice that was more spread out. And Magiphilosophy is basically about philosophy... but like. magic. adhglaghdjl
I'm not sure if this was actually in the show (I feel like it wasn't?), but Alfea has this super cute cafe! All of the drinks are so colorful and the food is mostly desserts and sandwiches. I always go there because DUDE when I tell you the drinks are to die for. Quite a few of them are also super energizing while being healthy! All the food was healthy too though cause like. school and stuff. It's located like right next to the Auditorium and it's honestly one of the best parts about Alfea.
Okayy this ended up being longer than I expected but I hope you like it 😭
