The Tape
Reader and Conner’s sex tape gets leaked…
Based on this…
Warning: Fem!Reader, NSFW themes, no actual smut, pure crack nonsense, fake Twitter post
A/N: @fanfictionlover277353 Heard you wanted some more! Here’s some of my nonsense!
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
"Come on, Babs. Please. I'm begging. Just for a few hours. Two tops." Dick's whining could be heard through out the entire cave. The vibrato of his voice echoing off the rocky walls and stalagmites as he leaned over Barbara's shoulder and played with her hair.
She was currently sitting at the Bat Computer, looking over anything related to the family or incidents in Gotham with strained eyes and an exasperated look on her face.
"I told you, I'm busy-"
"You need a break." Dick interrupted, playing the hypocrite with a grin. "Come on, two hours. We'll watch a movie, you can even pick. No sappy Rom-coms, anything you want. All your choice." He wiggled his eyebrows at her.
Admittedly, Barbara was tempted, but she let out an indulgent sigh.
"Fine. I'll set up notifications to alert me if anything that needs to get scrub gets posted." She quickly type out a few things on to the computer, having it connected to her phone before Dick whisked her off with way too much excitement.
It was a simple notification system. One that would alert her if anyone's vigilantes identities were mentioned in the media. Unfortunately, it wasn't set up to alert her if anyone's civilian identities were mentioned. That included the family's only civilian member as well.
And, a lot can happen in two hours with the power of the internet and a very interesting topic.
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
You were having a good day. A very nice day. You had gone out into the world, enjoying the sights and sounds of a mid-morning Gotham. Ignoring the wailing sirens in the distance, by now you had grown used to it.
Dick, Babs, and Alfred where in the manor doing either Bat stuff or sleeping. Damian was visiting Jon. Duke was on patrol. Cass was at dance practice. Bruce was at the Watchtower. Tim was at the Wayne office. Stephanie was your chaperone (stalker) of the day. And, Jason was fuck who knows where.
A peaceful, calm day.
Until you got a Twitter notification and you realized...
"Oh, that's not good. That is really not good." You mutter, watching as the internet burns while you drink your coffee. Not like you could do much else. You still sent a quick text to Conner, just to prepare him while you mentally packed.
You warned him when he suggested filming the two of you making love in the Wayne manor parlor right in front of the fireplace.
You had suggested you’d both go to the mountains and fuck in the wild, but he just had to be kinky and want to do it in the manor. Better lighting he said.
If it wasn’t for the fact that it had been your anniversary and he had pulled out all the stops, you would’ve said no. (It doesn’t matter that he had you literally crying from the pleasure when the two of you had finally finished filming. Nope. Not at all.)
However, that mountain sex might still be on the table. You didn't want to be around when the rest of the family saw that video, so a remote location in the mountains sounded like a decent idea. You’d been wanting to runaway from the manor for a while anyway.
“Hey, Steph, hand me your phone real quick…” Best to probably by yourself some time.
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
Conner had a tendency to mute his notification on all his socials. Not that he didn't look at what people tagged him in or mentioned him in. He just find it easier to manage.
So when he got a text from you saying to check Twitter, he was a bit puzzled. But, he figured you had seen him tagged in something funny and wanted him to see it too.
Only for the record in his head to scratch when he realized what he had been tagged in.
"SHIT! Shit, shit, shit, shit." Could he get off planet fast enough? This was bad. Not the video. That was good. He may have thrown extra fuel on the fire by liking it and retweeting it on to his official account, but, damn it, was he proud of that. Probably shouldn’t have hired that rando to edit it for him though.
But, yeah, he was about to possibly be the only man ever murdered in cold blood by Batman. It was one thing to fuck his civilian daughter, but filming it in the man’s own home? Yeah, the kryptonite was definitely coming out and getting stabbed into his skull.
"JON! Distract Damian!" Conner yelled out before taking off, knowing that Jon's super hearing would pick up it up. Best get to Gotham and grab you before Batman came after his ass.
There was a nice planet a few solar systems over that you two could have some fun on. Maybe if he was lucky, you could visit that spot in front of the fireplace on last time. He doubted the two of you would get another chance to do it there again.
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
Jason had actually been at Roy’s that day, having finished some Outlaw business from the night before. Only to be interrupted when Roy suddenly choked on his drink and sprayed it all over him from across the table. Soaking Jason and the papers on said table.
“What the fuck?” He muttered in disgust whipping the dripping liquid off him.
Roy, however, was still choking. Wheezing as he clutched his phone like it was the most precious thing in existence.
“Nothing! Nothing!” Instantly, Roy was trying to back the video up the Cloud and his back up phone. He’s paid for porn with less quality than this and he was not wasting this opportunity before it was scrubbed from the internet.
“Let me see that.” Jason pushed the table and slammed it into Roy’s gut, causing the phone to clatter on to it. A video silently playing on the screen.
A video of two people in a fancy parlor. Doing very intimate things.
Two people Jason knew. In a fancy parlor that Jason knew.
A parlor that Jason had literally sat in three days ago watching the fire in the exact same fireplace.
“Did you fucking save this, asshole?”
“Dude, that is ART!”
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
Back in the BatCave Alfred had come down to tidy up after resting a bit only to look at the screen in horror. Despite his many skills, socially media escaped him at times.
However he did manage to learn one thing…
“That was what was on my bloody carpet?!”
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
Tim had been in his office, going over a couple charts when his secretary burst into the room. Stumbling and falling on the floor panting. One of her heels broken.
Normally she was a serious and composed woman, not tolerating any nonsense from him. So this behavior was unexpected and worrisome.
Tim rushed to stand up at help her when she suddenly blurted out, “Leaked sex tape!”
That made him panic. Before confusion hit him.
“Wait, did I film on of those? I don’t remember filming one of those-“
“Your sister! Superboy! PR is going fucking nuts and getting calls. Share prices are fucking increasing because of this!”
☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️
The Justice League Watchtower was in a meeting. Quite a long one judging by the way most of it’s members sitting around the table seemed to be drifting off or subtly scrolling their phones.
Oliver Queen, Green Arrow was one of those people scrolling. Checking over twitter, catching up on the latest gossip. Only to nearly fucking scream in the middle of the meeting when he realized what Superboy had shared on his official account.
Forget man of steel, the kid has damn balls of steel.
Worst yet, the video had been posted for over an hour. A full hour. Almost two. There was no way that was going to be getting scrubbed and forgotten. He’d bet it was in a military archive already with a team of scientist documenting the half-Kryptonian’s dick size right now.
It was an impressively long video. One that Oliver was sorely tempted to watch. But, he didn’t because he knew Batman would actually rearrange his face if he did. Like fist and plastic surgery rearrange it.
So, when he heard Batman’s voice ring out in the meeting, he broke his phone in half to hide the evidence of his discovery.
Only, Batman hadn’t been calling for his attention. He was calling for Booster Gold’s.
“Booster, focus on the meeting. Put that away—“
It was amusing to see Booster get caught with his phone out watching him scramble to shut it off in a panic. Only for it to fall to the ground.
And, the sound to turn on at full volume.
Moans to fill the silent void of the room.
Oliver could only look on in horror when he realized just what Booster had been watching, during a Justice League meeting, and across the table from Batman himself.
“Conner, please, p-please, stop teasing.”
“No, I don’t think I will. You look so pretty like this. All nice and—“
No one moved. Not as they watched Batman literally work through every emotion under that cowl of his and Superman’s face went as white as it possibly could, anguish washing over both their faces when they realized who was in the video booster was watching.
Diana was the only one that stood up and moved to pick up the phone. Everyone held their breaths when she slowly looked down at the screen.
“Quite impressive. You both must be proud.” She said with a slight hum.

Another Anger management idea:
Jason is going through his own First Burn, but unlike Hamilton, he didn't do it. The evidence, though fake, is damning. Hopefully, Jason can get Vicki Vale to give up her sources easily, or there will be hell. He just wants his wife back.
(… did you want comfort, bc it’s only angst tbh. Also, I’m assuming that Jazz doesn’t have Shadow, because this would’ve been fixed so fast otherwise lmao)
Part 2, Part 3
Jazz didn’t turn to face him, as she just hugged her plushie, a little plush toy of Red Hood. She sat on their bed and just curled around the toy, her brilliant hair scattering over the sheets and covering her face.
“Jazz, please. Please listen to me. I don’t know how this was taken, but it isn’t real. I didn’t cheat,” Jason said, almost begging. He moved forward to be in front of her so she could face him, but she turned her head away, tucking her face into the plushie and clutching at it.
Not for the first time, he was horrifically jealous of the toy he had won for her.
“Princess, please. I love you,” he said urgently, “I love you so much.”
Jazz shook her head softly, and he could see a peek of her face through her curtain of hair, horribly blank and empty. She didn’t cry, she would not cry while he was here. She was strong like that, and hated showing weakness unless she felt safe. She hadn’t shown such strength in front of him for years.
“I know,” she said, her voice tiny.
It broke his heart in two.
Jason clenched his fists and tried to breathe.
Just a few days ago, Vicki Vale had released news of him cheating on Jazz with another woman. No matter how much he could deny it, the evidence was so damning that he had nothing to say. But he didn’t really have an excuse. He knew he hadn’t done it, but the evidence all pointed towards him.
Even his family were giving him odd looks. Only Jazz’s warnings had prevented her own siblings from brutally murdering him.
There was no alibi he could give, no witnesses to see where he was, nothing to show that he hadn’t done it.
But he really hadn’t done it! He knew, because he had been in the midst of a reconnaissance mission alone. But he had no excuses, because the video was so well done, the photos were so clear, and the information was so detailed that he couldn’t say a word.
“Jazz,” Jason said, his voice cracking as he felt the lump in his throat grow, “I didn’t do it. Please believe me. I promise, I didn’t cheat on you. I swear on my life. I love you, please.”
Jazz still didn’t face him. Her hands tightened on the doll and then she said slowly, “I need time to think. Can you call Dick and Dani please?”
Jason wanted to grab his guns and start shooting up Gotham, or better yet, sink the whole damn continent into the ocean. His rage and frustration was so strong that he almost felt blood leak up through his throat. He wanted to kill Vicki Vale more than ever, but if he did that now, it would only make him look more guilty.
“Okay,” he said comfortingly. He did not reach out to touch her. If he did, he knew she would’ve shut down further. “Do you want me to call Valerie too?”
Dick, Dani, and Valerie were often part of Jazz’s counsel. Dick and Dani would’ve been too nice to immediately leap to Jason cheating, but Valerie was ruthless enough to be a good voice of reason and if he offered, then maybe Jazz would think that he was being honest.
Jazz nodded silently and Jason immediately called them up as he moved to the kitchen to make the calls.
Dick agreed instantly and told him that he would come over as fast as possible. Dani was clearly disdainful of him, but tried to be polite and agreed the moment she knew that Jazz wanted her presence. Valerie cursed him out for a whole fifteen minutes before he could get a word in, but eventually agreed without hesitation when he asked.
Jason hung up the phone when he was done and buried his head in his hands as the soft sounds of Jazz crying alone in their bedroom filled his ears.
The urge to kill Vicki Vale grew more and more tempting.
He didn’t know why he was being targeted. Or how she had gotten such good falsified photos. Hell, he hadn’t even done anything in the last few weeks to deserve this.
He sat there in the kitchen, eyes clenched tight as he resisted the urge to go into the bedroom to pull his wife into his arms and hold her. He wanted to bury himself in Jazz’s hair, hold her tight to his chest, feel her heartbeat and her warmth, and settle her in his embrace as if they could somehow merge themselves into one.
Jason opened his eyes.
He knew what he had to do to clear his name.
He would have to find Vicki Vale’s sources and investigate for himself. He’d be damned if some hack reporter tore apart his blissful marriage with his wonderful wife. And god only knew what lengths Jason would go to for Jazz.

The one where Tim Drake has his first sex scandal.... with himself.
Everyone knows how Red Robin and Tim Drake -Wayne hate each other, right? They have a very loud and public beef via Twitter. Also, there is a ton of fan edits and thrist trips with Tim Drake x Red Robin.
The public finds THE evidence. It was well hidden, but some good hacker managed to leak it. A real Tim/Red Robin sex tape, reel of Red Robin and Tim arguing and the thing getting heated, and them angling closer and closer together, until the kiss, and the camera dies just before it could show more than a single moment of them kissing and a hand moving lower, but it was *suggestive*.
----
Meanwhile, Tim (current Red Robin) and Red Robin (who is also Tim, just from a future or alternate universe) are like "bleh. This was weird. It was weird for you too, right? I don't have a narcissus complex or something? No? Great. Let's never do that again. Or mention it. But thanks for giving me a hand there, I started getting too much heat on my secret persona, this will throw them off."
Tbh, both Tims find the concept hilarious, even if the sacrifice needed to execute it was far too great. Chaos has always been their thing.
----
Meanwhile, a look at Batfamily.
Dick saw a clickbait and clicked at the video to laugh at shoddy fan edit of Tim kissing his vigilante persona, because he wanted some blackmail material to tease him about. He got a full performance of Tim kissing another Tim, and yes they were both real Tim, Dick can tell his brother in mask or not. His brain is melting. He is also desperately trying to bleach the image of his brother having sex with himself and also trying to put into thoughts what should he do now and how to give Tim a slight intervention about self-cest without mentioning anything that he just saw or un-bleaching his brain.
Bruce is near equally as disgusted. But some part of him also considers if he could do the same thing with his next time travelling/alternate self, you know, to confirm the fact that butts match while proving they are separate people and also because giving more fodder for Brucie/Batman ship is even better than Tim's enemies to lovers, considering it's public knowledge that Brucie funds Justice League and Batman.
Damian is disgusted. Cass is confused befuddled and baffled more than anything, she saw a passionate scene with no passion for each other but clear passion for optics and it just doesn't make sense.
(Note here that if you give a camera to *Two* photography nutjobs, their fak-ish sex tape will be the most artistically overdone thing you have ever seen. The lightning, and the angles, and the shots are all artisitically perfect despite seemingly being non-scripted and caught on camera by accident.)
Jason just doesn't know what to think. But it's disguisting and he is furious at his Replacement for sullying the Robin title like that. ("First off, I'm Red Robin and not Robin. Second, working girls should be respected too and that is your own rule. I don't see how this is any different, so stick to your own code, Hood")
Barbara was not the hacker who leaked it. In fact, she was desperately trying to un-leak it, but she had been on vacation with her dad when the tape premiered and by the time she heard of it, it breached containment and it was too late.
Young just us finds the whole thing hilarious. A bit too many members try not to think at all about whose place they would rather be in. No blushing here, none at all.

Guess who!! Yes I'm back, tis been a while
A video of Bruce singing gets leaked and his kids find out he's an amazing singer, and now they won't stop pestering him to sing for them
okayyyyy- see i am one of the firm believers that Bruce will sing only for his kids- so Dick was raised on Bruce singing him to sleep, sometimes on patrol when Dick would burst into song, Bruce joins in and harmonizes, all of his kids have been serenaded by him, either for bed or like hospital visit or just because bruce sings at home sometimes/while hes working... but i do likey-
It wasn't even something that he had done on purpose. It was just natural, sometimes, to sing. He would hear a good song on the radio and hum along. Play music while working a case. He didn't make it obvious he could sing- cough cough dick cough
But Selina. She had an obsession with it. Trying to catch him singing. Trying to record it.
"You're so good!!!" She would gush when he cut off whenever he spotted her recording. Bruce would shake his head. Wave her off.
But she must have caught him at some point. Because now there was a video. Bruce bit his lip to stop his scream as the late night host showed it off. This would not end well for him.
"Yo! Guys! Get in here!" Tim bellowed through Wayne Manor. He was already on the phone with Barbara and Dick, and they were heading to their apartment as fast as possible to watch.
"What's up?" Jason asked, entering the den where Tim was sitting on the couch.
Tim gestured to the TV. "B's on." Jason rolled his eyes, but flopped onto the couch next to his brother. Tim was the only one who consistently watched every Bruce interview. A habit that never died from his obsessive stalker observant stage before Robin, and now was even more prominent as he was actually connected to Bruce. Wanted to check he wasn't getting asked stupid questions.
Jason snickered as he spotted his brothers laptop open to the hosts persona information. Any wrong move, and Tim would destroy him for Bruce.
"Why did you call Drake?" Damian sniffed, entering the den with Cass. Tim shushed him, pointing to the screen.
"Just watch- I went back." There was a scream as Steph fell from the window, breaking in as always. She straightened, landing with the ease of someone who had trained with both the Batman and Catwoman, and hurried over.
"Did you see it?" She gasped excitedly, taking a seat next to Tim.
"I'm showing them." He hushed her hurriedly. Intrigued, the others took their seats, Duke strolling in last. He cranked the volume up higher and they leaned forward, eager.
"Now, recently, a particular video has taken Gotham by storm," The host was saying. Jason cocked his head, tugging his phone from his pocket to search for said video.
"Just wait." Tim coaxed, hands rubbing together like an insane man.
"We're watching." Barbara mumbled through the phone.
"Oh dear, I do hope it's not that one." Bruce was saying, chuckling, fake nervousness and smile on his face. The host laughed along, waving his hand to gesture the video play.
Jason choked on his tea and Steph's fingers dug half moons into Tim's arm as she watched with baited breath.
The video was of Bruce, in the manor, light instrumental music playing in the background. The video quality left something to be desired, crouched behind the couch, blurry, and audio a bit scratchy, but it was undoubtedly him.
"Am I blue? Am IIII Blue? Ain't these tears in these eyes-" The video ended abruptly, most likely because the recorder had been caught, but the damage had been done. Bruce looked near the tears he had been singing about.
Steph's grin was blinding. Dick's cackle erupted through the speaker of Tim's phone. A slow smile spread across Jason's face. "Oh this is going to be fun." Damian murmured.
"Damn it!" Jason cursed as his foot connected with the table.
"Language." Bruce immediately responded, more impulse than actual chiding.
"Yeah yeah." Jason grumbled. "Sorry. It's just... I've been a bit blue lately. Can't think straight."
He hurried out of the room before Bruce could see his grin. Bruce, on the other hand, was gripping his spoon tightly.
"Man," Dick complained, scrubbing at his eyes underneath his mask. Bruce frowned at him from the nearby roof, leaning closer.
"You okay?" He rumbled, reaching for a tissue or something to offer his son. Dick waved him off, dabbing at his eye with his gloves.
"Yeah- I'm fine. There's just something in my eyes. Probably tears." He winked, falling backwards off the roof. Bruce's jaw cracked from the force with which he was clenching it.
"Fu-" Steph grunted as she slammed into the floor, hands reacting too late to protect the hard landing.
Batman landed a step behind, hands moving immediately under her arms to lift her. "'m fine." She grumbled, wincing as she attempted to put weight on her left foot.
"Clearly." Bruce agreed, wrapping an arm more firmly around her waist to take most of her weight.
"B!!" She whined, but let him take it. "I can walk." She muttered. Bruce huffed a laugh, herding them both back into the cave.
"Of course you can. Think of me as a cane." That got a laugh from Steph, even as she let out a yelp as he let go to grab some gauze. "Sorry," Bruce murmured, helping her onto the med table. She waved him off, letting him prop it up and feel around.
"Sprained. Should be fine in a few days." He started to wrap it and Steph let herself recline, letting out a heavy breath as his fingers brushed a little too hard against her ankle. "Sorry." He mumbled again, but she just nodded back.
"You gonna be okay?" Bruce asked, helping her sit up. "Your room is still set up. It won't ever not be. You're staying here tonight, at least." Steph nodded her agreement, not willing to fight over it. Besides, she wanted to stay needed to torment him.
"You know what would really make me feel better?" She asked as he carried her up the stairs after they had changed back into civvies.
Bruce raised an eyebrow. "What?" His voice was flat, suspicious.
Steph smiled sweetly, wrapping her arms around his neck so he couldn't drop her and escape. "If you sang for me."
Bruce groaned, and as suspected, his arms relaxed marginally, prepared to drop her and make a run for it, though of course he didn't actually let her go. Steph grinned.
"Its really your fault," She pointed out. "If you had just told us-"
"I never kept it a secret." he grumbled, bringing her into the den, where, as planned, the rest of the kids sat. Dick smiled at his father, accepting Steph from his arms and setting her down next to Tim. He smiled, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and tugging her closer.
Jason cleared his throat, holding up a microphone from Dick's twelfth birthday. No one said a word, just blinked expectantly at him.
Bruce sighed. They'd all gotten those damned puppy eyes from Dick, he was sure of it. As if to confirm, his eldest batted his eyelashes extra, and Damian even rubbed his eyes, sticking out his bottom lip. Unfortunately, being aware of the source did not lessen its effects in the slightest.
He snatched the mic from Jason, cleared his throat, and began.

Y/N Y/LN's leaked music continues to give fans hints about her relationship status, completely against the artist's wishes (8/17/2022 3:27 PM PT)
Many listeners of the singer woke up to a great surprise this morning when an anonymous twitter account posted a link to one of Y/N Y/LN's unreleased songs.
For the past few months, fans have been speculating when the artist would release more music since having been in a rumored relationship with the proclaimed gotham elite, Jason Todd. The lyrics "Boys blowin' up my phone, They just ain't you" and "I'd give this pussy to you, nine-to-five, five-to-nine" give us a clear hint of what may be going on between the two, and fans were quick to catch on.
Much to the artist's dismay, however, the song’s chorus found it way over to tiktok with over 700,000 videos having used the audio already. Many users of the app have participated in a dance trend that has already seemed to be created.
Despite all the positive feedback directed towards the singer, Y/N was not hesitant to express her irritation for the invasion of privacy. After seeing the topic trending on twitter this morning, a post was made to her account stating:
@y/nforeal: Now who tf leaked my shit?? This why yall dont ever get any music outta me😐
After doing some digging, inside sources have come to the conclusion that Artemis Grace, singer and former girlfriend of Jason, played some part in unconsentually releasing the song. Even though the two artists work under the same record label, Artemis wouldn’t do something this crazy, right?
But to nobody’s surprise, it seems that the vengeful ex has a long history of being senseless. Jason has stated in the past that the main reason he ended things with her was because she liked to have constant "control" over him. In an interview last year, he made it very clear how unhappy he was with Artemis, saying:
"She was known for taking extreme measures to make sure I stayed tied down to her. I don't really wanna get into it, but she's always had an obsession with being in the star of things, and our relationship was no exception."
While both Todd and Y/LN have yet to clear the air regarding their rumored love affair, sources still firmly believe that something is going on between them to have inspired such a song. Still, whether they wanna admit it or not, they really are super cute together. ;)
i really didn't wanna make artemis the bad guy here but i needed a plotline dawg😭

Revisiting information from Tom Bower's book Revenge and current events in the House of Windsor.
Misan Harriman: All Roads lead back, to Soho House & the person Rachel described as her "gay husband," Markus Anderson.
Anglo-Nigerian photographer, Misan Harriman, was instrumental in Meghan’s 2014 post-Trevor re-brand from Deal or No Deal Briefcase Girl to faux philanthropist/humanitarian.
Allegedly he's also gay, along with the other "boys" in MEgain's Soho House Circle. All in "contract" marriages with female "beards" like Rachel Meghan Markle. All liars.
According to Tom Bower's research (Revenge p. 63), Meghan was determined to use One Young World as her launching pad to celebrity philanthropy.
She was unknown to the OYW founders and event staff so she contacted Misan Harriman to ask for an introduction to his friend, tennis star, Boris Becker.
Becker was already scheduled to speak at the Dublin conference and Misan pitched the idea of Meghan's participation.
Becker referred Meghan to HIS AGENT, Gina Nelthorpe-Cowne.
If I remember correctly, in Gina's pre-wedding articles and interviews, she mentioned that Meghan contacted her office in 2014 to express an interest in helping with the OYW conference(s). I had no idea that Meghan and Misan were friendly while Meghan cohabitated with Celebrity Chef Cory.
MEgain did not choose Misan for her engagement photographs. Misan has only been in the photography business for five (5) years.
Soho House members, the York Sisters, invited Misan to capture the moment Edo proposed to Beatrice. (sigh & smh) SAME Eugenie who told the press, "we really like her..." when someone (OMIT & Jessica) gave Camilla Tominey permission to publicize their affair. Camilla repeatedly writes that William MUST forgive Sparry. Tominey cares nothing for the Wales family or the country. Her interests are rooted in greed and irresponsible reporting to sell papers.
Notice The Meghans began paying Misan during MEGXIT. He captured the stills and video footage for Megflix. He is also paid by Invictus. There's a lot of cash flowing into Misan's bank account via The Meghan and their archeficicial business ventures. IRS, where you at???? 🤔
I'm not sure why I included the following in my original 2022 post: "Allegedly, during Harry's 2 nights in Tornto (babysat by Jason Knauf), just before he flew to the US-FL IG, Meghan (while cohabitating w/Cory & just back from spending Mother's Day weekend w/Cory's parents) Meghan told Harry about her interest in helping him with the Invictus Games."
One thing that stands out to me is how much both Meghans lied during the engagement interview:
Sparry & MEgain admitted (on international television) that they were secretly dating for 5-6 months BEFORE Tominey received the story.
Do the math. If they met in July of 2016 and had 5-6 months together in secret, Camilla's article would have been published in December or January, not October/November.
Camilla's article was published at the time of their Toronto (soho house) Halloween party with Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank: October 2016 = only 3 dating months.
If they began dating during Sparry's Spring promotional visit to Toronto for Ingriftus, then YES--- they were "together" (like spooning bananas) for five (5) months before MEgain leaked the details to Tominey
Sparry is just as much of a compulsive liar as his wife. He lies about the unnecessary details:
"we had to announce your megnantcy for the tour because you were showing..."
"It's true, you did blend in-----‐until our farewell week..."
I have future content coming about Victoria Hervey and Dan Wootton's despicable behavior during kategate. At the moment I wish she would stop extending open invitations for Sparry "to come home," when he's repeatedly been clear that America is his home & America is where he feels safe.
In my opinion, Sparry and MEgain deserve to be married to one another FOREVER!! Initially I viewed Sparry as her victim but just because Sparry is mentally & emotionally unstable and intellectually "sub-educational" (as Lady C would say), does not excuse his character issues: lying, cheating, stealing, grifting to achieve fame and fortune in America. People all over the world with low IQs know the difference between right and wrong. There is no excuse for Sparry's crimes.
Royal Families cannot expect their people to look past bad behavior. Charles got what he wanted, "Camilla." Despite the good press she receives, the majority of the world sees Charles as spoiled and feckless. I do think he will be surprised to learn just how many Brits wish he & Camilla would just go on a permanent holiday.
In a world of meritocracy, we have watched Meghan Markle, Sparry, and Andrew get away with murder. Zero on the job consequences for bad behavior------>Out of touch with everyday people.
Andrew & Sparry have caused permanent damage to brand BRF. When Charles chooses tone deafness over humility and shame, they are begging the people for a Republic.
Normal people pay a price for their unwise decisions. Selfish Charles chose Jesus' resurrection day to rub Andrew into the faces of the British people and global royal watchers.
People won't take these moments of pure contempt for the will and opinions of the people and just let it all go due to cancer. Charles is still seen as a feckless king who will ultimately destroy this monarchy because it appears he cannot or will not manage his household.
Go to church Andrew & Fergie, but not in front of the cameras and not at the expense of the taxpayers. These are not difficult situations for Buckingham Palace. Does anyone have a working brain? It's as if Charles is deliberately destroying everything his mother & father worked so hard to preserve.
I agree @sassyfrassboss and don't get me started on Sarah's health related virtue signals. Why is it so difficult for Fergie to stop talking? And why won't Andrew go away and live out a solitary life? No one wants to shake hands with Epstein's pal. No charity wants to be represented by Epstein's pal. Consequences.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/c96bdeec8a6f0f9e1192965ed2d0dbfb/00ddd7c2513127c9-f2/s540x810/de36566e46cc4bf3c30664cf773c6261d1d279e9.jpg)
Andrew is reviled and despised because he refuses to accept responsibility for his unwise choices. He has no remorse for choosing "sleazy e & co" over his family and his country. It's not complicated.
I have drafts of future content about the York's. Surmise it to say, Andrew and Sarah are just not bright people. What's worse is they are selfish and refuse to step out of the limelight to give their daughters & grandkids a fresh start.
Unfortunately, like The Meghans, Eugenie was willing to exploit the identities of other people's children while concealing the face of her own child with stickers.
Ultimately Eugenie used the Jubilee to change course. She finally held up the child to show his face. Cute child. What's not cute is the elitist mindset that "blue blood makes us extra special."
After visiting Davos, Eugenie was quick to parrot her elitist, WEF talking points. There was no critical thinking about the issue(s) (like, "hmm, my husband wears glasses"), just a regurgitation of elitist talking points.
No one wants to see Andrew on Easter Sunday or for that matter at any other holiday. Seeing him jolly on parade is a slap in the face to all who had a deep affection for Queen Elizabeth's virtues and basic human decency. It's past time for him to retire from public life.
Rolling up to Easter service as though the York's are respectable members of society who serve Jesus Christ is absolutely shameful.
Not because of a liar named Virginia and her fake photo, but because of Andrew's REAL Central Park, NYC photos and the video footage of Andrew coming and going from Epstein's NYC home. Not to mention their big Epstein dinner with guests like Katie Couric, George Stephanopoulos and Woody Allen---- to name just a few.
Andrew used tax payer's money to travel in support of Jeffrey Epstein upon his release from prison.
A man who was convicted of sexually assaulting under age girls served about 12 months in prison and upon release he threw a NYC party for his royal pal Andrew! The Palace was "too honorable" to reply, "No thank you. Have a nice life." Andrew seems too self centered to concern himself with the commandments to "avoid even the appearance of evil" and to "honor" his mother & father's legacies.

Batman Exalted Triple Event - Part 1
(So as a note Tim has already Exalted by this point, however his scene does not want to be written, so we're skipping ahead. But for reference he Exalted in his Red Robin identity and almost killed Mr. Freeze on accident)
Bruce did not have a hunch or bad feeling. He awoke knowing that something was very wrong in a way he couldn't have before his exaltation. He rolled out of bed, instinctively folding space in a way he'd think about later. All the knew at the time was his feet swung from his bed in Wayne Manor and landed on a rough floor in Crime Alley.
He had no time to think about that because in front of him struggling on the ground was Jason. It wasn't an enemy or sickness, Bruce would know how to deal with those. Instead Jason seemed to be flickering in and out of existence. And with each flicker Bruce could feel as if something was in his mind, trying to pry the very memory of Jason from him.
It couldn't have him! Whatever was trying to take his son from him again couldn't have him!
He heard a soft clicking behind him. He glanced back to see a mechanical spider the size of a hamster, but still kept most of his focus on Jason.
"I am bound by Kejack's will." The spider clicked. "I can not undo what he's done."
Rage burned inside Bruce. So this was Kejack's doing. If he lost Jason again he swore-
"But I can do what he hasn't thought to forbid." The spider continued, unaware of how close Bruce had been to lashing out at it. "I know a way to save him."
Rage turned into a nearly suffocating hope. "How?" Bruce demanded, the power of his exaltation flowing from his voice.
"Time is our enemy. His inner strength and your will made manifest through your exigence have bought some time but he will soon fade regardless. If I take time to explain, he will be lost."
"I don't care what it takes. Save my son!" Bruce roared.
"Pick him up and follow me through the gate." The spider skittered away through a portal that hadn't been there a moment ago.
Bruce lifted Jason up. He felt lighter than when Bruce had lifted him as Robin. Had his exigence made him strong, or what whatever happening to Jason left him lighter. Bruce prayed to god it was the former as he followed the spider and once again vanished.
~
"Master Bruce has vanished." Alfred's urgency in his tone drawing her away from the work she'd been doing.
"I thought he was done for the day, is he not answering his coms?"
"Pardon me, I was unclear. I was not referring to Master Bruce's habit of taking off without a word. I'll send you the bedroom footage."
Oracle couldn't understand how someone could be comfortable with a security camera pointed directly at their bed. She understood the logic of it. Bruce Wayne was a kidnapping risk, and if the combat butler didn't interrupt things it wasn't like he could pull out his Batman techniques to save himself.
But the thought of a camera on her while she slept made her skin crawl. Maybe because she knew once something was created, how easily it could be let loose. Honestly Bruce probably had some crazy fans who would pay top dollar for video of him sleeping.
...if they were in Gotham he probably knew exactly who they were now. Privately pitying Bruce for getting the worst superpower, Oracle watched the video, thoughtfully trimmed to the relevant parts. Bruce sat up straight from sleep as if he'd had a nightmare, his eyes glowing blue as his power leaked from them. He swung his legs off the bed and as he went to stand... Well, Alfred was right. He vanished.
"After reviewing the footage I think it's safe to say his exaltation was doing something. From his his sense of urgency I think he became aware of something and was sent there. Which means, given the nature of his exaltation, he's likely still in Gotham. I'll start combing for him."
"Very good, Oracle. May I alert the others?"
"Please do." She didn't know the situation that would lead Bruce to be so upset, but having Bats on standby to react would only be a good thing. Her program to autoscan the multiple cameras in Gotham (from security to traffic to bird cams) had just started going full bore when Alfred contacted her again. "Master Hood cannot be reached."
"Refocusing my search on Crime Alley." Oracle immediately switched gears. Something happening to the son already he lost once would absolutely bring out that level of urgency in Bruce. Flecks of green light sparked from from her fingers to her keyboard as she searched. Code she had never seen popped up and she instinctively knew what it was, knew she shouldn't have been seeing it, and knew what the fact that she could see it meant. But that was a crisis for later. She had friends to help. She wove through the code representing fate and destiny. She saw someone else had accessed the code and...that fucker was going to pay. He didn't seem to have full access and now she could make sure he never did. Not after trying to delete Jason.
"Ketchup tried to run a wiper virus on Hood's existence. B intervened and now I can't find either of them."
"He did WHAT!" Nightwing snarled. He must have been outside, the wind was fierce.
"Greyson calm down." came Damian's matter of fact tone.
"I will not calm down! That bastard-"
"You're hurting us." Tim's voice interrupted.
"I - oh fuck. Oracle keep us informed. I've got to deal with this."
Nightwing's voice cut off and she dearly would have loved to know what was going on, but it was taking all she had to try and find Bruce and Jason.

“It was remarkable and strange how much of the season seemed to be occurring in between episodes or scenes. The worst offender of this was the storyline about Nate, whose rise from kit man to assistant coach was one of the first season’s most successful arcs, and whose descent into aggrieved villainy in Season Two was well-plotted, even if it upset many viewers. Given the empathetic messages of the series, it was obvious that Nate would return to the fold by the end of this season. But pretty much every choice on that journey was mystifying. Rather than show him gradually recognizing what an abusive person he had become, how terribly he had betrayed Ted by leaking his private medical information to the press, etc., the show seemed to view his redemption as a matter of Nate learning to love himself. And the writers’ method of doing that was a bizarre love story involving Jade, the hostess at Nate’s favorite restaurant, who had no personality and no apparent reason for wanting to go out with Nate other than taking pity on him after another woman was mean to him in front of Jade. (Nor were we ever given any reason why Nate was so hung up on Jade, given how repeatedly cold she was to him prior to that moment.) Eventually, it turned out that all Nate really needed was for his emotionally-closed-off father to acknowledge Nate’s genius, and for Nate to play the violin, and suddenly everything was OK. Nate quit his dream job as head coach of an EPL team in between episodes, with no explanation other than his discomfort at club owner Rupert trying to get Nate to cheat on Jade. Early in the season, we saw the entire Richmond squad so incensed by video footage of Nate destroying Ted’s homemade “BELIEVE” sign that they spent an entire half of football being penalized for assaulting various members of Nate’s team. Yet last week, we saw three representatives from the team — two of them, winger Colin and replacement kit man Will, among the most frequent targets of Nate’s abuse in Season Two — arrive at the restaurant with smiles on their faces to tell him the team had voted unanimously to invite him back. Even if you believe Ted’s ethos that forgiveness should not require redemption or atonement, how do you not show a scene where the team — who are in the midst of the winning streak of their lives, have been shown to be a deeply superstitious lot wary of shaking up anything that’s working, and, again, are all furious with Nate for one reason or another — gets together to debate this and vote on it? How do we skip over Nate’s actual return to the building, or the moment when he’s told that he will be — or chooses to be — Will’s assistant, rather than rejoining the coaching staff?”
This whole article, start to finish, sums up everything that had me grinding my teeth about S3. The Nate arc, however, was the worst in my eyes. I rewatched S1&2 over the last week, and I was struck by how well plotted the show was for the first two seasons. Everything was carefully set up and very well acted. Then everything just deteriorated. Nate’s entire arc was set up from the get go — you can see hints of his inner toxicity early on in Season 1. And then, they wasted all this time without showing him doing any of the work. I’m all about a good redemption arc, and I thought Beard’s speech to him was beautiful. But…Nate ends up being the one character who gets everything he wants and needs, and does nothing to earn it. The writing just wasn’t there for it. Why wasn’t he in therapy along with Roy at the end? Of all the characters in Ted Lasso, Nate needed therapy the most.
I also have to say the rewatching the whole thing reminded me of what a toxic, petty little man he was. He didn’t do any real work to work through that and deal with his major relationships, which were always with his father, Ted, and Rupert. Instead he learned to love himself through Jade’s love…and I’m sorry, she has no real personality. What do we know about her, other than she’s sardonic and supports Nate? Oh, and she’s Polish. That’s it. There was a gigantic hole in the middle of that storyline.
#ted lasso#ted lasso spoilers#so much potential wasted#nate was just a small toxic child#it’s easy to forget how awful he was when S3 was so delayed#and I really hate him being redeemed through the love of a good woman#remember when he tried to kiss Keeley just because she was being nice to him?

When we see our favorite celebrities posing for photoshoots with serene babies, or posting perfect Instagrams of their homes, we can’t help but wonder if some people just have a knack for parenting. Thankfully, there are also honest celebrity moms and dads out there who reveal the truth about how they “do it all”: with the help of really good nannies, babysitters, and night nurses. In fact, unless they’ve said otherwise, you can assume that a lot of the actors, designers, and musical artists you love are getting a little help in the childcare department. After all, there is someone holding up the phone for those perfect Instagram photos and watching the kids while they work on movie sets. For years, many celebrity moms have been a little bit bashful about this fact, and they kept their nannies, baby nurses, and babysitters out of the picture, never mentioning them. The only times we ever had hints that nannies existed in Hollywood was when straying husbands were caught cheating with them (ahem, Ben Affleck), or when some caregiver had enough of their demanding famous bosses (looking at you, Mariah Carey) and leaked their life details to the press. Related story Jessica Biel Wants Everyone To Know How She Really Feels About Her Nannies Thankfully, we find ourselves in an age of a more “confessional” style of parenting. Everyone is admitting that it’s nearly impossible to raise kids in this world, and a handful have been ready to tell us about the women (and sometimes men) who keep things running at home to make their career successes possible. If it was okay for important men of history to rely on stay-at-home wives to make their work possible, important women can get help, too. That’s why nannies are coming out of the shadows and getting shout-outs on Instagram, publishing deals, and even cameos in an SNL video by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. Oversharing moms like Amy Schumer are giving night nurses credit for their postpartum mental health, too. “I don’t know how not to be honest,” Shonda Rhimes told USA Today of why she credits her nanny when she answers that age-old question of how she does it all. “It does such a disservice to any other woman who’s out there reading and thinking, ‘Oh, it’s so easy for somebody else,’ And it’s not easy. It’s not easy for me. So I know it can’t be easy for somebody who doesn’t have any help. It felt like [I] should absolutely be honest as to how it works and how it is.” When we learn that busy and accomplished women like this have help, it makes the rest of us feel better about not doing as much as they do. At the same time, we still feel super jealous. What would the rest of us be able to accomplish with a household staff? Or even just with good maternity leave and affordable childcare? Well, we can ponder our desire for an equitable economy another time. For now, let’s just enjoy these famous moms and dads being honest about their awesome nannies. A version of this story was originally published on July 30, 2020. Kylie Kelce Image Credit: Kevin Mazur/Getty Images Kylie Kelce didn’t hold back about the importance of her nanny. In a January appearance on Sunday Sports Club with Allison Kuch, the field hockey coach shared that it’s “so important” to take time for yourself as a mom, per PEOPLE. She shared that her nanny of three years has been a “huge” help when she needs to “step away.” “The girls don’t cry when I leave. They’re excited that she’s there,” Kylie said about her daughters Wyatt, born in Oct. 2019, Elliotte, born in March 2021, and Bennett, born in Feb. 2023, who she shares with husband Jason Kelce. “I know that we’ve had enough discussion that she is holding them to the same standards that I hold them to.” The girl mom, who is expecting her fourth daughter in 2025, also revealed some helpful advice she received about self-care. “When there is an infant, like a newborn in the house, I was once told by a maternity nurse, like a recovery nurse in labor and delivery, that you should prioritize showering every day [because] it might be the only five minutes you get to yourself,” she said, per PEOPLE. “I have really tried to take that to heart when I come home and am in recovery phase because sometimes it really is the only time you do not have a baby touching you,” she added. And, of course, it’s much easier to get this time to yourself (and more!) with a nanny to help. In a Dec. 2024 episode of her Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce podcast, she shared that her husband does not watch the girls while she works. “How do I say this nicely? No,” she said, per TODAY. “When I have to do something — coaching, something for Eagles Autism Foundation, podcast, a doctor’s appointment even — I will schedule childcare. My husband could tell me 72 times that he is going to be in the house during the times when I have to leave it; I will still schedule childcare,” she explained. She doesn’t fault him for this, because she knows her retired NFL player husband is “busier than he has ever been.” Kylie added, “I just make sure I’m covered, and if that means that he’s at the house and someone else is there, then that’s what we have going on. He will not be watching the kids. He’s not watching them right now. I think he’s in meetings.” Allison Holker Image Credit: Gregg DeGuire/Variety via Getty Images So You Think You Can Dance judge and mom of three Allison Holker said in 2024 that her nanny of eight years is like her sister. The two care for “My kids see her as their big sister, second mom,” she told People. “Some people probably meet us and think we’re married at this point because every decision I make, we make together. And I’m not shy about that.” “Of course I’m the parent, but I respect her so much that her opinion matters in our home as well, even if it’s different than mine,” she continued. “And so I just really respect that she has been such a player in our lives for so long.” Chrissy Teigen Image Credit: Chelsea Lauren/WWD. “We have 4 incredible people, not all at once,” Teigen responded to a question on Twitter about how many nannies she has. “One will rotate and stay through the night.” On Mother’s Day 2023, Teigen was praised for transparency after she shouted out her four nannies in a sweet Instagram tribute. The post featured photos of the nannies snuggling her kids, and was captioned, “Grateful for all the people who make it possible for me to be the best mother I can possibly be. I am endlessly thankful for your presence in this home and all our lives. we love you.” Tamron Hall Image Credit: Getty Images “I’ve talked about the fact that our nanny lives with us,” Tamron Hall told SheKnows in February 2023. “It’s impossible to do it without her; my nearest family members are 2 thousand miles away. And I made a very conscious and deliberate decision to make sure people knew this about my life. I wasn’t going to pretend and I also felt that [to do so] was diminishing this great woman who chose a career to care for my son when I’m not able to be there.” Busy Philipps Image Credit: Getty Images Busy Phillips graciously wished a Happy Mother’s Day to all the nannies she’s had throughout the years in a poignant Instagram post. “Being a mom isn’t a called a job for nothing,” the post was captioned, alongside a carousel of photos featuring her kids and their nannies. “And I wouldn’t have made it this far as a mom and a human without the incredible women who’ve helped me show up for my kids as my best self. Their love and care for my kids has allowed me to go to work and travel with the knowledge that the two humans most important to me will be taken care of.” Philipps concluded the post by saying, “Happy Mother’s Day to all who mother, especially the ones who maybe don’t always get the credit for it.” Jemima Kirke Image Credit: Getty Images Jemima Kirke shared a blatantly honest tidbit in an Instagram post that people rarely say out loud (even if they agree). The Girls actor “can’t stand playing with children.” And so, she gave her children’s nanny a big thank you on Mother’s Day. “You’ve saved them and me a whole lot of boredom,” she said. “Thank you for making me a better mother and for being nothing short of another mom to my children.” Amy Schumer Image Credit: Kevin Mazur/WireImage Though she had a hell of a pregnancy, Amy Schumer told the What to Expect podcast that she didn’t experience postpartum depression, for which she credits the help she got: “I had a baby nurse, and I have an assistant. So I think that if I didn’t have those luxuries, I’m sure I would be in that club.” Ali Fedotowsky-Manno Image Credit: Michael Tullberg/Getty Images “I think for a while I was too embarrassed to get someone to help me because I was worried about being judged for not being able to do it all myself,” Fedotowsky-Manno wrote on Instagram. “And ya know what, I’m kind of upset with myself for waiting as long as I did because not only am I a better mommy now but I feel like I have some of my sanity back.” Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Image Credit: Getty Images Meghan Markle and Prince Harry opened up about the invaluable role their son Archie’s former nanny played in not only their son’s life, but their family’s life. “She just took care of, not just Archie, but she took care of us,” Markle said. “She definitely took care of me.” When Lorren Khumalo first visited the family’s then-home of Frogmore Cottage, she felt instantly at ease when she saw Prince Harry walking barefoot in the garden. She soon fell into a routine with the family and asked if she could incorporate Zimbabwean traditions into her caregiving. “She said, ‘Is it ok if I tie him on my back with a mud cloth like we do in Zimbabwe?'” Markle remembered. “I said, ‘Yes! Let’s do that.'” Prince Harry remembers Archie sleeping soundly while holding Khumalo’s back. “It was brilliant,” he said. Melanie Lynskey Image Credit: The Hollywood Reporter via Getty After winning the Critic’s Choice Best Actress in a Drama Series award in 2022 for her performance in Yellowjackets, actor Melanie Lynskey took to the stage and thanked a pivotal person in her life. “The most important person I have to thank before I finish is my nanny, Sally,” she said. “I love her. She’s an absolute angel. She’s with my child, and I know my child is safe and taken care of, and she allows me to go and do my work. Thank you, Sally. I love you so much.” In the eyes of many, that public display of gratitude was just as (if not more) praise-worthy as the award itself. Amanda Kloots Image Credit: Getty Images In a May 2021 episode of The Talk, co-host Amanda Kloots said her manny, nanny, and amazing friends “will literally help me at any moment of the day,” but it is understandably still hard to be a single mom while navigating the immense grief of losing her late husband Nick Cordero to COVID-19. She’s been with us ever since.” Later, after switching nannies, she told Harper’s Bazaar, “She’s French, so she’s teaching them French, and their previous nanny was Spanish, so they’re fluent in Spanish.” Gwen Stefani Image Credit: Andreas Branch/WWD. “I’m super-unorganized, a real procrastinator, time management is non-existent,” Stefani told Stylist magazine in 2016. “When I had [my children], I realized I couldn’t be selfish anymore. … My time away needs to be productive, and my time with them needs to be productive. It’s a lot of depending on a lot of other people. I had to interview 67 nannies alone, in this room, to get the people I have now.” (And yeah, this was after ex Gavin Rossdale was rumored to have slept with a previous nanny.) Hilaria Baldwin Image Credit: Lexie Moreland for WWD. “It’s so interesting with the whole nanny conversation,” the yoga entrepreneur and Mom Brain podcaster told podcast Mom School. “People will write to you and say, ‘Ugh, she has a nanny’ — but that doesn’t mean that you don’t take care of your own kids. It literally means I am also working. I work every single day. And for people to make you feel badly about that is not fair. … Neither my family or Alec’s family live close … It is OK to accept help, and there is no shame that other people should give you because of that.” Jessica Alba Image Credit: Derek Wood/WWD. “I’d like to introduce y’all to a very special person. My sweet @nannyconnie,” Alba wrote on Instagram when Connie Simpson released her book, The Nanny Connie Way. “Nearly 10 years ago she came into my life and showed me the ropes with my newborn baby Honor — even though it was for only 3 weeks, as a new mom, it set the stage for me to take on the biggest, most important thing that had ever happened to me. She taught me how to bathe, breastfeed and soothe my new baby. And taught me about the importance of taking care of myself and gave me the space to have all the feels and not feel so alone.” Jessica Biel Image Credit: Tyler Boye/WWD. “Our story with Nanny Connie started the day we brought our son home from the hospital,” Biel wrote in nanny Connie Simpson’s book (yep, the same Connie who worked for Jessica Alba and many other celebs). “That may sound like a normal statement coming from new parents, except our birth plan was anything but normal. … When all our plans fell apart and the serene, natural childbirth we had envisioned ended with a transfer to the hospital and an emergency C-section, we arrived home exhausted, disillusioned, and totally in shock.” Jessica Biel said on The Drew Barrymore Show in May 2022 that she is thankful for her support system, specifically her two wonderful nannies. In the interview, she said, “There’s no way my life … would exist without the two wonderful nannies that take care of my beautiful kids. Thank you to everyone out there who’s making everyone else’s life possible outside of the house, we could not do it without the support teams that we have — and we shouldn’t be ashamed to tell the truth about that.” Amy Poehler Image Credit: Lexie Moreland for WWD. “I have thought very hard and long about what has influenced me over the past couple of years,” she said at the Time 100 gala in 2011. “And it was the women who helped me take care of my children. It is Jackie Johnson from Trinidad and it is Dawa Chodon from Tibet, who come to my house and help me raise my children. And for you working women who are out there tonight who get to do what you get to do because there are wonderful people who help you at home, I would like to take a moment to thank those people, some of whom are watching your children right now, while you’re at this event. Those are people who love your children as much as you do, and who inspire them and influence them. So on behalf of every sister and mother and person who stands in your kitchen and helps you love your child, I say thank you and I celebrate you tonight.” Ali Wong Image Credit: Chelsea Lauren/WWD. “I didn’t expect to be so comfortable handing my child off to a nanny without getting any of her information,” Wong told Paste magazine. “As soon as she arrived at my house, I threw my baby in her arms and went to Target. She gave me her driver’s license a week after—she was like, ‘Uh, you should probably have my address, since you gave me the keys to your house and your child.’ And we were like, ‘Oh, yeah, that’s probably a good idea.’” Charlize Theron Image Credit: Stewart Cook/WWD. “In the beginning, I wanted to do it all and didn’t reach out for as much help as I actually needed,” she told Elle. “I felt, If I don’t do all of this, then maybe I am a bad parent. The second time, I realized I am happier and my kids are happier if I ask for more help. People think I have a staff of 40, but I don’t. I have one nanny and my mom up the street and amazing friends and family. I call them my village. But I’ve learned to balance things out more. I look at my fuel gauge and think, Is it full or is it empty? Then it’s up to me to decide how to fill that tank back up or just remain empty. But what can you do on an empty tank?” Zoe Saldana Image Credit: Michael Buckner/WWD. Asked how she balances home and work, Saldana told ItstheVibe.com, “Our assistant, our nanny, and our housekeeper. They are literally raising our children with us. It’s because of them I am able to rip myself away as long as I can, and my husband as well, to do what we do. They’re teaching us how to manage our pain as they’re raising our kids with us.” Victoria Beckham Image Credit: Paul Stuart for WWD. “If there’s a parents’ night or Easter bonnet parade or nativity parade, I plan around that so I can be heavily involved,” she said at the Vogue Festival in 2013, according to the Evening Standard. “But it’s difficult juggling working, having the children, having a husband who travels. I do have a bit of help, I have a nanny, I can’t do it all myself. I really enjoy being a mum. But I also love what I do. I think anyone who says it’s easy is lying.” Channing Tatum Image Credit: Quoin Pics/Everett Collection “I am sleeping a little, probably a little more than most,” Tatum told the Hollywood Reporter. “A lot of people who have a baby probably don’t have as much rest as I do. We have [a nanny] helping us manage all the risks of having a newborn.” Mariah Carey Image Credit: Tyler Boye/WWD. “Unfortunately, I have to have nannies.” she told New York’s Power 105.6. “But I’m very hands on. I fire nannies like this. I hate doing it, but I have to [in case] they try to make themselves more important in the baby’s mind than me.” Andy Cohen (and Anderson Cooper) Image Credit: Brian To/Variety. “I’ve been talking about my nanny [saying] she’s leaving, that she’s gonna go help out a friend. And the moment Anderson announced it, I got a bunch of DMs from eagle-eared Radio Andy listeners saying, ‘Wait… is that where your nanny went?’’ Cohen explained of handing off his son’s nanny to Cooper on his SiriusXM radio show. “The answer is yes, that is where my nanny went.” Jennifer Garner Image Credit: Michael Buckner/Variety. “I see my kids’ nanny liking everything you put up with your gorgeous kids and I’m here to tell you, don’t get any ideas, either one of you,” Jennifer Garner commented on one of Chrissy Teigen’s Instagram post of Luna and Miles. This was not, by the way, the nanny who had an affair with Garner’s ex-husband, Ben Affleck. Pin It! In a moving Instagram tribute, she expressed just how much one manny means to her and her son Elvis, 3. “After Nick passed and I realized I needed a lot of help, this wonderful human stepped into our lives as his manny. I really wanted a manny because I knew Elvis needed male energy in his life. What I didn’t know was how much he would help us both,” she said. “Thom, you have been the best example to my son. You brighten his day, taught him manners, kept him (well put him) on a schedule, cared for him like he was your own, helped us through so many life transitions, stayed late, arrived early…. there is nothing ever that you said you couldn’t do for us or help us with. It’s a lot of depending on a lot of other people. Hilaria Baldwin Image Credit: Lexie Moreland for WWD. Pin It! I honestly don’t know what we will do without you. You are one of the most fantastic human beings I know and everyone that knows you thinks the same.” Anderson Cooper Image Credit: George Chinsee for WWD Anderson Cooper’s son Wyatt was sleeping through the night at just 3 months old, and the broadcast journalist was quick to give credit to Wyatt’s “amazing” caregiver for making that possible. “I have an amazing nurse…I’m not sure what she’s done, but I’m told there’s no Ambien or whiskey involved,” he joked. Amanda Seyfried Image Credit: The Hollywood Reporter via Getty Amanda Seyfried has been vocal about just how much she appreciates the childcare her mother provides. She moved into Seyfriend’s house after her daughter Nina was born, and she hasn’t moved out. And honestly, Seyfried told The Sunday Times, she doesn’t want her to. In an intervew with Molner’s Table, she said her mother is not only Nina’s nanny, but her “third parent.” “I am so lucky, I know I am,” the Mamma Mia star said. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Image Credit: Christopher Polk for Variety Blake Lively leans on her parents for help with her and husband Ryan Reynolds’ children. They are “pretty much the nannies,” she said, and she is quick to sing their praises. “They are the best baby nurses you could pray for,” she said. “They raised five kids so they know what they are doing.” Megan Fox Image Credit: Brenton Ho for Billboard When Megan Fox’s son Noah was an infant, she and her then-husband Brian Austin Green hired a night nurse. This choice was not only made for the sake of their baby’s wellbeing, but for the sake of their marriage. She told TV host Jay Leno that she “overestimated her abilities,” and so she didn’t hire help originally. “I had no idea how difficult babies could be, so Brian and I were exhausted,” she said. It’s a reality all parents face, no matter how happy they are to have a child. The Transformers actor said she always wanted to be a mom and that she gets more satisfaction from motherhood than her career. “But I said to Brian, ‘We have to get a night nurse or we’re going to get a divorce because someone’s got to sleep in this house or we’re going to kill each other.'” Zoe Kazan Image Credit: Getty Images In a 2022 interview with Marie Claire, actress Zoe Kazan explained that the only way she and her husband, actor Paul Dano, could continue their careers after having a child was to rely on a nanny and family support. “We started filming [She Said] the exact same day that Paul started filming in Los Angeles. Our daughter had two parents who were working 17-hour days on opposite sides of the country. And the only way that we could make that work was that I had to have a really extraordinary nanny, who I am so indebted to. And my parents relocated for almost three months.” She continued, “My mother was a working mother who did not have someone doing that for her. And the reason that she feels so missionized, I think, to do this for us is to give me a different experience than she had. And so that was on my mind every day when I went to work.” Speaking of her upcoming movie, Kazan explained, “Those scenes of motherhood in the movie were actually some of the most important scenes to me. Everyone talks about work-life balance, but it’s also really hard to balance your priorities. I wanted to be the person who took my daughter to her first day of preschool, and I couldn’t do that because I felt like this job, this work was as important as that. And vice versa. I was just really relieved to read a script where that was represented and where I could put that part of myself in there… It made me feel not alone.” In a 2020 tweet, she said urged more people who win awards on TV to thank their children’s various caregivers. She went on to say that though she and her husband were only parents for a little over a year at that point, they had “employed more than a dozen women over three continents in that time.” “All of whom have made it possible for us to do our jobs; this is not to mention our family & friends who have pitched in,” she said. “The debt is immense.” Michelle Obama Image Credit: Getty Images During a conversation with NPR, Former First Lady Michelle Obama opened up about adding a nanny to her support system while shedding a light on the fact that most women aren’t able to do so for their families. “There is no shame in getting support. Your kids will value it; they will value you being less stressed. The guilty part of that piece, if you’re a woman who has the resources, is that we all know women who don’t have that choice.” She continued, “Sometimes we hide it because it’s like, ‘Dang, how am I talking about a nanny and a this and a that when I know that there are women, my peers, my cousins, who don’t have that support. They’re doing just as much as I’m doing but they don’t have access to affordable childcare. They couldn’t think of having a nanny. They don’t have flexibility in their work schedules.’ So part of it is that there’s kind of survivor’s remorse about what you’re able to do.” George Clooney & Amal Clooney Image Credit: Michael Buckner/Variety via Getty Images George and Amal Clooney don’t have a parade of caretakers in and out of their home. They rely on just one to care for their twins Ella and Alexander, who were born in 2017. “We don’t, because it’s so important to Amal [to be involved],” the actor told The Guardian in December 2021. “We have a nanny four days a week and the rest of the time it’s just us. And during lockdown it was just us – for a full year! I felt like my mother in 1964, doing dishes and six loads of laundry a day.” Brooklyn Decker Image Credit: Priscilla Grant/Everett Collection “As far as how I do it all, to be totally frank, I have help,” the Grace and Frankie actress told SheKnows in an exclusive interview. “I have a wonderful nanny who makes it so that I know my kids are safe and taken care of when I have to travel. And I have a husband who’s retired… We have this unique luxury of really being able to offer each other professional support and have the resources to be able to have childcare. And that’s the only way I can do it. That’s the only way.” Shonda Rhimes Image Credit: Stewart Cook/WWD. “I’ve read a lot of books written by and about working women and I’m struck by the fact no one ever seems to want to talk about having help at home,” the TV producer wrote in her book, Year of Yes. “Which I think is not so helpful to the women who don’t have help at home.” Gwyneth Paltrow Image Credit: Christopher Polk for WWD. “I have an amazing nanny,” Paltrow told V Magazine in 2008. “I didn’t have one till Apple was 14 months old, but then, because we were going on tour, we found someone fantastic. Pin It! Summer Research
The start of my summer holiday began with motivation and excitement for third year. I feel as though i have decided i would like to steer my work in the direction of video game development and learning about the industry. My initial ideas for things i would like to explore within my final year would be character design (physical making and digital) i feel this would also dip into dress making/design as i would like this to be my second career option. I envision making life size costumes with mixed media and having people model them to add another layer to the creation before making a game. This initial creation would be great to generate content for a trailer for the game. It would be very ambitious to have all three of these elements within one project however I think it would create a well rounded project that explores multiple aspects within game development.
My idea for using cardboard elements within my character design stems from using lower gsm card for the costume i made in the performance lab in first year as well as the cosplay community using this technique for years for lower cost costumes that have the ability to mimic elements like armour. Gundam/mecha have good tutorials for making cosplay this way which can be adapted for my needs. The design for performance students also had a module where they created headpieces just from corrugated card. I also think that this method wold push the creativity of the overall character designs as the material limitations may come into effect [check gcse textbook for material properties]. All of these points add to the benefit of using corrugated card to create an in real life character. Combining corrugated card with textiles creates a juxtaposition, well which could be interesting to explore rigidity and fluidity in reference to character personality types.

motion and change!
( meme )
motion: How does your OC move? How does their clothing help or hinder their range of motion? Are they flexible, coordinated, clumsy?
Having grown up competing in pageants -- and having been enrolled in dance classes and movement classes -- Dorothea is pretty coordinated and aware of her body and how it moves. She isn't necessarily graceful naturally the way that she perceives dancers to be 'naturally graceful,' but she doesn't often trip over her own feet. She's spent a lot of time in heels -- both in pageants and on screen -- and she's perfectly capable of functioning in heels, even though she prefers sneakers (as much a personal preference as fashion statement). She doesn't really see herself as either being noticeably graceful or as quirkily clumsy, she tends to think she's just kind of... there.
change: Has your OC ever drastically changed their appearance? Significant haircuts, big tattoos, complete wardrobe swap, etc? Why? How do they feel about the change?
She's dyed her hair a wide range from bright blonde to dark brunette to strawberry/honey bronde. Her natural hair color is a warm light brown or dirty blonde, but she's changed her hair for roles. Typically she always kept her hair fairly long; often almost to her elbows, but always below her shoulders. Rebelling against her boss's preferences, she dyed her hair very dark, almost black, brown over the hiatus for an indie movie project, and got in huge trouble for it when the show came back to film and the dark dye would not come out easily, including getting yelled at in front of everyone on set for several minutes. Her character then had to be brunette that season, progressively getting lighter as the hairstylists could do so without frying her hair off; the extremely dark color didn't necessarily flatter her coloring and features, but she liked it just because of how much Jason hated it. The only reason she didn't do the exact same thing over the next hiatus was so her hairdressers on set wouldn't keep getting berated for not getting her hair lightened fast enough. Even with that, though, she kept her hair at a below-shoulders length. The most drastic change she makes to her appearance is after the video of her and Jason is leaked, and shortly thereafter she impulsively chops her hair into a chin-length bob, and dyes it bright red. It's not a very good cut or dye job, since she does both the cut and the box-dye color herself, but it feels at least a little empowering. She ends up keeping the length and color for a year or so (after visiting a professional to get the cut and color fixed) before growing her hair out again and softening the red to a more strawberry bronde.
